本发明公开了一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:香樟木粉5-10,榆树皮粉5-10,木薯渣20-30,紫苏粉3-5,硅藻土10-15,桉叶油0.5-1,山苍子油0.5-1,双乙酸钠0.5-1,腐殖酸钠1-2,氧化锌1-2,硬脂酸镁3-5,粘合助剂10-20。本发明的复合板材具有良好的驱虫、防霉、防蛀功效,能净化室内空气;强度和韧性良好,性质稳定、质地均匀,使用性能好;原料来源广泛,经济实用,无毒无害、绿色环保,适用于室内环境使用。

一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着建筑行业的发展,各类建筑材料层出不穷,满足人们各种使用的需求。其中,装饰用板材在室内装修中占重要地位。在装饰板材中,实木板使用性能高且绿色环保,属于优等材料,但是由于实木资源少,施工工艺较为复杂,具有造价高的限制;目前常用的板材多由纤维、木渣等通过胶粘等加工工艺制备而成,为满足使用需求,其强度、外观、质地等性能需要作出改进。并且此类板材制备所使用的原料常含有甲醛等有害物质,制成家具或者装修后缓慢挥发,长时间接触对人体健康有害,无法满足安全环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材,不含甲醛、无毒害、绿色环保且具有室内空气净化效果,使用性能好,经济实用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
香樟木粉5-10,榆树皮粉5-10,木薯渣20-30,紫苏粉3-5,硅藻土10-15,桉叶油0.5-1,山苍子油0.5-1,双乙酸钠0.5-1,腐殖酸钠1-2,氧化锌1-2,硬脂酸镁3-5,粘合助剂10-20;
其中粘合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
偏硅酸钠10-15,黄豆粉5-10,糯米粉5-10,聚乙烯醇2-4,桃胶4-6,黄原胶2-4,硼酸1-2,水40-50;
粘合助剂的制备方法是:
先向水中加入聚乙烯醇并于85-95℃条件下搅拌20-30min,再加入桃胶、黄原胶和硼酸60-80℃、400-600r/min搅拌1-2h,最后加入其余原料同样条件下搅拌4-6h,即得。
一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将香樟木粉、榆树皮粉、木薯渣、紫苏粉、硅藻土与氧化锌混合均匀后140-160℃处理2-4h,再加入桉叶油和山苍子油常温条件下搅拌0.5-1h;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料与双乙酸钠和腐殖酸钠混合后40-60℃、200-400r/min搅拌1-2h;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的物料与其余原料混合,60-80℃、300-600r/min搅拌15-30min;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料铺装成型,并于140-180℃条件下热压制成板材,将板材在50-60℃条件下干燥,然后进行裁剪、修边、表面处理,即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过配方与工艺的改进,使制得的复合板材具有良好的驱虫、防霉、防蛀功效,同时板材中的挥发性成分缓慢释放,有净化空气、改善室内环境的功效;
2. 产品强度和韧性良好、性质稳定、质地均匀,使用性能好,价格低廉,工艺简单易行,经济实用;
3. 原料不含甲醛等易挥发类有害物质,无毒无害、绿色环保。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
香樟木粉8,榆树皮粉8,木薯渣25,紫苏粉4,硅藻土12,桉叶油0.8,山苍子油0.8,双乙酸钠0.8,腐殖酸钠1.5,氧化锌1.5,硬脂酸镁4,粘合助剂12;
其中,粘合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
偏硅酸钠12,黄豆粉8,糯米粉8,聚乙烯醇3,桃胶5,黄原胶3,硼酸1.5,水45;
粘合助剂的制备方法是:
先向水中加入聚乙烯醇并于90℃条件下搅拌30min,再加入桃胶、黄原胶和硼酸80℃、600r/min搅拌1h,最后加入其余原料同样条件下搅拌4h,即得。
驱虫防霉环保复合板材的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将香樟木粉、榆树皮粉、木薯渣、紫苏粉、硅藻土与氧化锌混合均匀后160℃处理2h,再加入桉叶油和山苍子油常温条件下搅拌0.5h;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料与双乙酸钠和腐殖酸钠混合后60℃、400r/min搅拌1h;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的物料与其余原料混合, 80℃、600r/min搅拌15min;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料铺装成型,并于160℃条件下热压制成板材,将板材在60℃条件下干燥,然后进行裁剪、修边、表面处理,即得。
对上述实施例制得的产品进行检验,性能指标如下:
抗压强度:24.8MPa。

Claims (2)

1.一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
香樟木粉5-10,榆树皮粉5-10,木薯渣20-30,紫苏粉3-5,硅藻土10-15,桉叶油0.5-1,山苍子油0.5-1,双乙酸钠0.5-1,腐殖酸钠1-2,氧化锌1-2,硬脂酸镁3-5,粘合助剂10-20;
所述粘合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
偏硅酸钠10-15,黄豆粉5-10,糯米粉5-10,聚乙烯醇2-4,桃胶4-6,黄原胶2-4,硼酸1-2,水40-50;
所述粘合助剂的制备方法是:
先向水中加入聚乙烯醇并于85-95℃条件下搅拌20-30min,再加入桃胶、黄原胶和硼酸60-80℃、400-600r/min搅拌1-2h,最后加入其余原料同样条件下搅拌4-6h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防霉环保复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将香樟木粉、榆树皮粉、木薯渣、紫苏粉、硅藻土与氧化锌混合均匀后140-160℃处理2-4h,再加入桉叶油和山苍子油常温条件下搅拌0.5-1h;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料与双乙酸钠和腐殖酸钠混合后40-60℃、200-400r/min搅拌1-2h;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的物料与其余原料混合,60-80℃、300-600r/min搅拌15-30min;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料铺装成型,并于140-180℃条件下热压制成板材,将板材在50-60℃条件下干燥,然后进行裁剪、修边、表面处理,即得。
