本发明公开了一种防火板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制作磨具,并在模具内涂脱模剂;(2)将50-80%菱镁水泥、3-10%胶粘剂、20-30%植物纤维加入容器,再加入10-15倍质量的水搅拌调制成浆料;(3)在模具底部喷涂透明胶衣树脂,待胶衣树脂开始凝结时铺敷玻璃纤维短切毡,然后在其上方交替铺敷5-10层所述的浆料和玻璃纤维短切毡,在0.5-1kg/cm2压力下辊压整平,排除水分,在10-50℃下固化后起模;(4)在板材四周及两面分别贴面板,面板由表层纸、色纸、基纸三层构成的,本发明所述的加工工艺方法简单、易于操作、适合工业化生产,保温隔热效果好,其保温、隔热性是玻璃的六倍、粘土的三倍、普通混凝土的十倍;使用该方法生产的防火板具有较高的机械强度,立方体抗压强度≥4mpa。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种防火板的加工工艺。
背景技术
防火板是用于装饰的耐火建材,有丰富的表面色彩,纹路以及特殊的物流性能,广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域,防火板一般用牛皮纸经过三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂的浸渍工艺,高温高压成,具有幅面大、防火、防潮、防水性好等特点,但是强度不够,容易断裂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种防火板的加工工艺,能够增强防火板强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防火板的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制作磨具,并在模具内涂脱模剂;
(2)将50-80%菱镁水泥、3-10%胶粘剂、20-30%植物纤维加入容器,再加入10-15倍质量的水搅拌调制成浆料;
(3)在模具底部喷涂透明胶衣树脂,待胶衣树脂开始凝结时铺敷玻璃纤维短切毡,然后在其上方交替铺敷5-10层所述的浆料和玻璃纤维短切毡,在0.5-1kg/cm2压力下辊压整平,排除水分,在10-50℃下固化后起模;
(4)在板材四周及两面分别贴面板,面板由表层纸、色纸、基纸三层构成的。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述基纸为3-12层牛皮纸。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的加工工艺方法简单、易于操作、适合工业化生产,保温隔热效果好,其保温、隔热性是玻璃的六倍、粘土的三倍、普通混凝土的十倍;使用该方法生产的防火板具有较高的机械强度,立方体抗压强度≥4mpa。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种防火板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作磨具,并在模具内涂脱模剂;
(2)将65%菱镁水泥、8%胶粘剂、25%植物纤维加入容器,再加入13倍质量的水搅拌调制成浆料;
(3)在模具底部喷涂透明胶衣树脂,待胶衣树脂开始凝结时铺敷玻璃纤维短切毡,然后在其上方交替铺敷9层上述的浆料和玻璃纤维短切毡,在0.7kg/cm2压力下辊压整平,排除水分,在30℃下固化后起模;
(4)在板材四周及两面分别贴面板,面板由表层纸、色纸、基纸三层构成的。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述基纸为11层牛皮纸。
本实施例所述的加工工艺方法简单、易于操作、适合工业化生产,保温隔热效果好,其保温、隔热性是玻璃的六倍、粘土的三倍、普通混凝土的十倍;使用该方法生产的防火板具有较高的机械强度,立方体抗压强度≥4mpa。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

Claims (2)

1.一种防火板的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制作磨具,并在模具内涂脱模剂;
(2)将50-80%菱镁水泥、3-10%胶粘剂、20-30%植物纤维加入容器,再加入10-15倍质量的水搅拌调制成浆料;
(3)在模具底部喷涂透明胶衣树脂,待胶衣树脂开始凝结时铺敷玻璃纤维短切毡,然后在其上方交替铺敷5-10层所述的浆料和玻璃纤维短切毡,在0.5-1kg/cm2压力下辊压整平,排除水分,在10-50℃下固化后起模;
(4)在板材四周及两面分别贴面板,面板由表层纸、色纸、基纸三层构成的。
