Abstract

本发明提供了一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板及其制作方法,其包括第一面板、第二面板和位于两者之间的薄膜袋,所述薄膜袋中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶,所述薄膜袋经过第一面板和第二面板的上下挤压形成一层薄膜平铺在两者之间。本发明通过在薄膜袋中填充二氧化硅气凝胶,再将薄膜袋放入石膏浆中形成石膏板的方法使得制成后的石膏板具有优良的防火和保温性能,且制作方法简单,成本低,便于制造。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石膏板及其制作方法,具体涉及一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板及其制作方法。
背景技术
石膏板是以建筑石膏为主要原料制成的一种材料,具有重量轻、强度较高、厚度较薄、加工方便以及隔音绝热和防火的优点,被广泛用于住宅、办公楼、商店及工业厂房等各种建筑物的内隔墙、墙体覆面板、天花板、吸音板、地面基层板和各种装饰板。然而随着石膏板应用的越来越广,人们对其防火保温性能的要求越来越高,传统的石膏板已经不能满足,这就需要发明一种新型的石膏板。
而二氧化硅气凝胶作为自然界比重最轻、比表面积最大的固态物质,其优异的隔热保温作用超越了其它所有材料,已经在太阳能利用、建筑物节能、航天军工以及部分有特殊要求的工业行业成功运用。由此发现,将二氧化硅气凝胶运用到石膏板中会使石膏板的防火保温效果得到显著提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板及其制作方法,通过在石膏板中加入二氧化硅气凝胶使得石膏板的防火保温性能得到提高,并且用料少降低了成本。
为达到上述发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板,其包括第一面板、第二面板和位于两者之间的薄膜袋,所述薄膜袋中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶,所述薄膜袋经过第一面板和第二面板的上下挤压形成一层薄膜平铺在两者之间。
进一步地,本发明中所述第一面板和第二面板为石膏板,可以理解的是,第一面板和第二面板也可以是水泥板、纤维密度板或硅酸钙板中的任意一种。
进一步地,本发明所述的薄膜袋为水溶性PVA纤维材料制作的一种薄膜袋子,可以将二氧化硅气凝胶很好地固定在其中,不会到处漂浮。
进一步地,所述的第一面板与薄膜袋之间以及第二面板与薄膜袋之间由于PVA纤维材料的粘性而粘贴在一起。
本发明涉及的一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板的制作方法,其具体步骤为:
1)、配制石膏浆,将配制好的石膏浆浇注到模具中;
2)、将二氧化硅气凝胶填充在水溶性PVA纤维的薄膜袋中;
3)、将步骤2)中布设有二氧化硅气凝胶的薄膜袋平铺到到步骤1中的石膏浆上;
4)、最后在步骤3)中的薄膜袋PVA纤维层上面再浇注石膏浆,待石膏浆定型后从模具中取出即完成制作。
进一步地,上述步骤1)中配制石膏浆的石膏与水的质量份比为1:1.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明填充在石膏板里面的二氧化硅气凝胶将导热系数降低,使得该石膏板优于各种保温隔热材料,仅次于真空绝热板,同时,本方法是将二氧化硅气凝胶均匀分布在水溶性袋子中,再贴于石膏浆料上,待石膏浆料成型形成石膏板后水溶袋也溶解其中,此方法减少了对石膏板力学性能的影响,使得制造的石膏板具有抗风压、减震、隔音等优良性能。此外,该石膏板可以任意切割所需尺寸,使用方便,成本低,应用范围广泛,在工业、建筑物的外墙体、室内装饰、交通运输车辆、船舶等领域广泛应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和实施例来进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示的一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板,包括第一面板1、第二面板2和位于两者之间的薄膜袋3,所述薄膜袋3中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶4,所述薄膜袋3经过第一面板1和第二面板2的上下挤压形成一层薄膜平铺在两者之间。
本实施例中所述第一面板1和第二面板2为石膏板,在实际制造中第一面板1和第二面板2也可以是水泥板、纤维密度板或硅酸钙板中的任意一种。
本实施例中所述薄膜袋3为水溶性PVA纤维材料,所述薄膜袋3在填充了二氧化硅气凝胶后与第一面板1和第二面板2之间通过PVA材料的粘性粘贴在一起。
本实施例一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板的制作方法为:
第一步,配制石膏浆,将1吨的石膏粉和1.5吨的水混合充分搅拌后制成石膏浆,将配制好的石膏浆浇注到准备好的模具中;
第二步,将二氧化硅气凝胶4填充在水溶性PVA纤维的薄膜袋3中;
第三步,将步骤2中布设有二氧化硅气凝胶的薄膜袋3平铺到到步骤1中的石膏浆上;
第四步,最后在步骤3中的薄膜袋PVA纤维层上面再浇注石膏浆,待上下两面的石膏浆定型成第一面板1和第二面板2后从模具中取出即完成制作。

Claims (5)

1.一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板,其特征在于:包括第一面板(1)、第二面板(2)和位于两者之间的薄膜袋(3),所述薄膜袋(3)中填充有二氧化硅气凝胶(4),所述薄膜袋(3)为水溶性PVA纤维材料,所述薄膜袋(3)经过第一面板(1)和第二面板(2)的上下挤压形成一层薄膜平铺在两者之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板,其特征在于:所述第一面板(1)和第二面板(2)为石膏板、水泥板、纤维密度板或硅酸钙板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板,其特征在于:所述第一面板(1)与薄膜袋(3)之间以及第二面板(2)与薄膜袋(3)之间粘贴。
4.一种如权利要求1-3所述任意项的二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于:该制作方法包括如下步骤:
1)、配制石膏浆,将配制好的石膏浆浇注到模具中;
2)、将二氧化硅气凝胶填充在水溶性PVA纤维的薄膜袋中;
3)、将步骤2)中布设有二氧化硅气凝胶的薄膜袋平铺到到步骤1中的石膏浆上;
4)、最后在步骤3)中的薄膜袋PVA纤维层上面再浇注石膏浆,待石膏浆定型后从模具中取出即完成制作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的二氧化硅气凝胶夹心石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中配制石膏浆的石膏与水的质量份比为1:1.5。
