本发明属于建筑装饰产品领域,尤其是一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺。
背景技术
ET板是一种新型的轻质保温隔热陶板。由超薄陶板作为面板,蜂窝陶板作为保温隔热层,两种陶质材料加上纤维网格增强层直接复合而成。ET板保温隔热性能优异,而且施工方便,直接在外墙基体上挂贴即可,更难能可贵的是材料重量超轻,可直接浮于水面。另外,ET板充分发挥了两种材料的优点,超薄陶板质感丰富,颜色优雅,蜂窝陶板安装方便,成本较低,两者结合后,作为幕墙材料,不仅质量超轻,隔热性能优越,还大大地增加了适用范围。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种制备方法简单、生产成本低的ET复合保温板的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制备无机胶凝材料及中间带有若干通孔的保温层;
(2)在步骤(1)中的保温层的通孔内装入连接柱;
(3)将制备好的无机胶凝材料输入模具中制备面板;
(4)在保温层的两侧安装两侧面板,保温层与面板之间通过聚合物粘结层固定;
(5)两侧面板中的一侧粘结网格布,另一侧面板上依次涂覆防腐涂料层、耐火涂料层、纳米反射隔热涂料层、防水涂料层。
进一步的,所述保温层采用发泡水泥板、发泡玻璃板或泡沫陶瓷板。
进一步的,所述保温层采用发泡玻璃板。
进一步的,所述保温层的厚度为1.8-3cm。
进一步的,所述保温层的厚度为2.4cm。
进一步的,所述通孔的形状为圆形或三角形,所述连接柱的横截面的形状与所述通孔的形状相配。
进一步的,所述无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维40-60份、玻璃纤维棉20-30份、硅酸铝粉18-24份、膨胀珍珠岩粉5-7份、石膏10-20份、增塑剂2.4-3.6份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂0.8-2.4份。
进一步的,所述无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维50份、玻璃纤维棉25份、硅酸铝粉20份、膨胀珍珠岩粉6份、石膏15份、增塑剂3份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂1.6份。
进一步的,所述耐火涂料层的耐火涂料选用棕刚玉和优质高铝矾土熟料为骨料,选用浓度为43%的工业磷酸溶液、固体磷酸二氢铝和粘土粉为结合剂,选用电熔镁砂为固化剂制得。
进一步的,所述防水涂料层的防水涂料选用纳米防水涂料,所述防水涂料层的厚度为1.2-2.4mm。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:

(1)制备无机胶凝材料及中间带有若干通孔的保温层;
(2)在步骤(1)中的保温层的通孔内装入连接柱;
(3)将制备好的无机胶凝材料输入模具中制备面板;
(4)在保温层的两侧安装两侧面板,保温层与面板之间通过聚合物粘结层固定;
(5)两侧面板中的一侧粘结网格布,另一侧面板上依次涂覆防腐涂料层、耐火涂料层、纳米反射隔热涂料层、防水涂料层。
优选的,所述保温层采用发泡水泥板、发泡玻璃板或泡沫陶瓷板;本实施例中保温层采用发泡玻璃板。
优选的,所述保温层的厚度为1.8-3cm,本实施例中保温层的厚度优选为2.4cm。
优选的,所述通孔的形状为圆形或三角形,所述连接柱的横截面的形状与所述通孔的形状相配。
优选的,本实施例中无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维40份、玻璃纤维棉20份、硅酸铝粉18份、膨胀珍珠岩粉5份、石膏10份、增塑剂2.4份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂0.8份。
优选的,所述耐火涂料层的耐火涂料选用棕刚玉和优质高铝矾土熟料为骨料,选用浓度为43%的工业磷酸溶液、固体磷酸二氢铝和粘土粉为结合剂,选用电熔镁砂为固化剂制得。
优选的,所述防水涂料层的防水涂料选用纳米防水涂料,所述防水涂料层的厚度为1.2-2.4mm。
实施例2与实施例1中的区别技术特征在于:
本实施例中无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维50份、玻璃纤维棉25份、硅酸铝粉20份、膨胀珍珠岩粉6份、石膏15份、增塑剂3份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂1.6份。
实施例3与实施例1中的区别技术特征在于:
本实施例中无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维60份、玻璃纤维棉30份、硅酸铝粉24份、膨胀珍珠岩粉7份、石膏20份、增塑剂3.6份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂2.4份。
实验:
下面对本发明的生产工艺生产的ET复合保温板的性能进行检测,检测数据见表1。

Claims (10)
1.一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制备无机胶凝材料及中间带有若干通孔的保温层;
(2)在步骤(1)中的保温层的通孔内装入连接柱;
(3)将制备好的无机胶凝材料输入模具中制备面板;
(4)在保温层的两侧安装两侧面板,保温层与面板之间通过聚合物粘结层固定;
(5)两侧面板中的一侧粘结网格布,另一侧面板上依次涂覆防腐涂料层、耐火涂料层、纳米反射隔热涂料层、防水涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述保温层采用发泡水泥板、发泡玻璃板或泡沫陶瓷板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述保温层采用发泡玻璃板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述保温层的厚度为1.8-3cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述保温层的厚度为2.4cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述通孔的形状为圆形或三角形,所述连接柱的横截面的形状与所述通孔的形状相配。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维40-60份、玻璃纤维棉20-30份、硅酸铝粉18-24份、膨胀珍珠岩粉5-7份、石膏10-20份、增塑剂2.4-3.6份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂0.8-2.4份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无机胶凝材料的质量份组成如下:岩棉纤维50份、玻璃纤维棉25份、硅酸铝粉20份、膨胀珍珠岩粉6份、石膏15份、增塑剂3份、聚乙烯醇水基憎水剂1.6份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述耐火涂料层的耐火涂料选用棕刚玉和优质高铝矾土熟料为骨料,选用浓度为43%的工业磷酸溶液、固体磷酸二氢铝和粘土粉为结合剂,选用电熔镁砂为固化剂制得。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种ET复合保温板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述防水涂料层的防水涂料选用纳米防水涂料,所述防水涂料层的厚度为1.2-2.4mm。
