Abstract

Selon l'invention, un panneau à couches multiples comprend des couches porteuses en béton de polystyrène ayant une densité de 150 ÷ 300 kg/m3 et possédant une granularité de la mousse de polystyrol entre 2 et 3 mm ainsi qu'une couche interne thermo-isolante poreuse, faite d'un matériau d'isolation thermique en plaque, de préférence à partir de laine minérale ou d'un matériau minéral fibreux, ou d'une plaque en mousse de polystyrol dont l'épaisseur est supérieure de 2,5 ÷ 3 fois à celle des couches externes, l'épaisseur des couches externes étant de 10 ÷ 40 mm. Des éléments de liaison et d'écartement supplémentaires sont montés entre les couches externes; ils se présentent comme des tiges avec des bagues d'appui à la surface de butée desquelles on a installé des points à aiguilles et dont la couche interne a été réalisées en matériau d'isolation thermique en plaque avec des trous ayant un diamètre supérieur de 1,5 ÷ 2,5 fois à l'épaisseur des couches externes.
