本发明公开了一种保温装饰板,其中,保温装饰板由外向内依次包括饰面层、保护层、保温层和底衬层,保护层包括泡沫混凝土层及夹设在泡沫混凝土层内的强度加强层,保护层的厚度大于5cm。由于保护层由泡沫混凝土层和强度加强层构成,泡沫混凝土层为耐火材料,且保护层的厚度大于5cm,厚度较厚,使得保温装饰板的耐火达到国家A级防火标准,因此,本申请提供的保温装饰板的防火性提高。本发明还公开一种包括上述保温装饰板的制造方法。

[0003] 传统的保温装饰板由外向内依次包括饰面层、保护层、保温层和底衬层,其中保护层为玻纤网格布层。在使用过程中保温层起到保温作用,节省能源,保护层具有避免保温层受到外界物质损坏的作用。
[0004] 然而,由于保护层为玻纤网格布层,玻纤网格布轻薄,在遇到重大火灾事故时,防火性较差,容易影响人们群众的生命和财产安全。
