本实用新型公开一种超薄石材复合保温防火装饰板,用于建筑物外墙贴饰,属于建筑装饰材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市节能减排的发展,复合保温一体化装饰板使用越来越广泛,尤其在一、二线中等城市,多高层建筑群纷纷拔地而起。这无疑给城市建筑防火安全提出了新的要求。近几年的建筑外墙保温材料致燃给城市安全带来巨大的灾难,如何破解城市外墙保温材料的防火难题,消除火灾隐患已成当务之急。传统一体板多采用系统化体系防火,在实际加工制作与应用受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种超薄石材复合保温防火装饰板,为复合层状结构板材,解决了现有装饰板材的防火安全问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:在饰面层的背面通过粘结剂层粘贴一层防火保温层构成复合板层状结构。
本实用新型的成型厚度在20-100mm,一般采用厚度在30-60m。
所述的饰面层为天然超薄板采用加工而成,厚度3-12mm,600*900mm~800*1800mm之间,其石材装饰面可分光面,火烧面或喷砂面等形式。
所述的粘结剂层由聚合物砂浆为主要成分的单组合粘结剂,用于将饰面层与防火装饰面粘结复合成型,其厚度1-5mm,粘结强度在不小于0.1mpa/m2。
所述的防火保温层是由无机水泥、火山灰、纤维浆料等混合而成的无机板,表面可以铺之以具隔热防火功能的铝箔构成,其保温性能优良,导热系数为λ<0.008w/m.k,防火等记为A级。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用无机防火板保温材料与饰面装饰材料复合制成层状结构,防火等级达到A级,彻底解决了防火等级难题,产品轻质节能,重量<30㎏,可满足65%或更高节能要求,保温性能优越,可广泛应用于用于建筑物外墙的保温、防火、装饰,实现了防火保温无障碍应用。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型由饰面层1、粘结剂层2和防火保温层3构成复合层状结构板,饰面层1的背面通过粘结剂层2粘贴一层防火保温层3构成复合板层状结构。其中,饰面层1为天然花岗石(或大理石)制成的天然超薄板,厚度在5-8㎜,重量<20㎏,最佳厚度5-6㎜。防火保温层3由无机水泥、火山灰、纤维浆料等混合而成的无机板,厚度为在20㎜-100㎜,表面还可以铺之以具隔热防火功能的铝箔构成,其保温性能优良,导热系数为λ<0.008w/m.k,防火等记为A级。
