本发明提供一种高强度装饰石膏墙板及其制造方法,所述石膏墙板包括装饰面板、金属蜂窝板以及两块石膏板,金属蜂窝板正反两面通过玻璃纤维布与石膏板粘接在一起,装饰面板使用粘接剂粘接于石膏板的外表面;所述制造方法包括磨削加工金属蜂窝板、打磨石膏板、烘干石膏板和金属蜂窝板、粘接玻璃纤维布和粘接石膏板和装饰面板;采用本发明的技术方案,金属蜂窝板和玻璃纤维布分别增强了石膏墙板承受水平方向和竖直方向载荷的能力,并使石膏墙板具有一定的耐火和保温能力,通过在粘接之前对金属蜂窝板板进行磨削加工,对石膏板进行打磨,提高了它们之间的粘接附着力,提高了产品制造质量和生产效率,使石膏材料在建筑工程领域得以合理应用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度装饰石膏墙板及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,应用中的各类建筑物的结构有砖混集合、木结构、钢筋混凝土结构以及钢结构等形式,在多层建筑、楼房、学校、旅馆、医院等场所,人们希望根据建筑使用的需要对建筑物空间进行隔断,隔墙一方面不能破坏原有的建筑物的承载结构,另一方面也应具备较好的隔音和防火性能。现有技术中,例如,公开号为“CN202416689U”的专利文献,公开了一种硬质耐水防火隔墙板,由至少五层材料复合组成,两表面层是硬质材料压制成的耐水层,往里面两层是采用蜂窝纸芯板填充的隔音层,中间层是牛皮纸阻燃层,每层之间用粘结剂粘接后模压而成。其中的硬质材料采用石膏、蛭石、轻质碳酸钙、掺玻璃纤维水泥一类的耐水阻燃材料,往里面两层用蜂窝纸芯板填充,中间层牛皮纸用阻燃剂进行浸渍处理;使用该发明的技术方案,尽管使墙板具有耐水、阻燃、隔音等功能,但由于石膏板质量较轻,用作隔墙使用时,常常由于结构强度不足而遭到破坏,也无法在这种隔墙上吊挂空调等家用器具,使石膏板材难以在建筑工程领域进行推广应用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高强度装饰石膏墙板及其制造方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供一种高强度装饰石膏墙板,主要包括装饰面板、金属蜂窝板以及两块石膏板,所述金属蜂窝板正反两面通过玻璃纤维布与所述石膏板粘接在一起,所述装饰面板使用粘接剂粘接于所述石膏板的外表面。
所述装饰面板正面设有纹理或图案。
所述金属蜂窝板的厚度是所述石膏板厚度的3倍至6倍。
所述石膏板厚度是所述装饰面板厚度的2倍至4倍。
所述金属蜂窝板是由牌号为7075的硬质铝合金制成。
所述金属蜂窝板具有多个正六边形蜂窝孔,所述金属蜂窝板是由熔融金属液通过模具一次加工成型的整体。
所述装饰面板的材质是PVC。
此外,本发明还提供了一种高强度装饰石膏墙板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取金属蜂窝板,对金属蜂窝板正反两面进行磨削加工,使所述金属蜂窝板正反两面表面粗糙度达到3.2微米以下;
步骤二:取石膏板,对石膏板正反两面进行打磨,使所述石膏板正反两面平整度误差小于1mm;
步骤三:将步骤一所述经过磨削加工后的金属蜂窝板、步骤二所述经过磨削加工后的石膏板放入烘箱中,将附着于其外表面上的水分烘干;
步骤四:取玻璃纤维布,在步骤三所述经过烘干后的金属蜂窝板正反两面涂上环氧树脂结构胶,将玻璃纤维布粘接于金属蜂窝板正反两面;
步骤五:将经过步骤三烘干后的石膏板的反面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,将石膏板反面粘接于步骤四所述玻璃纤维布的外侧面之上,再在石膏板正面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,取装饰面板,将装饰面板反面粘接于所述石膏板正面之上,然后分别对装饰面板正面施加适当压力,当环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化后,使装饰面板、金属蜂窝板、石膏板和玻璃纤维布粘接为一体。
步骤一中所述使用磨床对金属蜂窝板正反两面进行磨削加工的工艺参数为:磨床上配置粒度为B100的金刚石砂轮,所述砂轮直径为Φ100mm,砂轮线速度为25m/s,进给量为8mm/min。
步骤五中所述使装饰面板、金属蜂窝板、石膏板和玻璃纤维布粘接为一体的工艺参数为:向石膏板正面施加压力为250kgf~500kgf,施加压力持续时间为30min~60min,所述环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化固化温度为20℃~35℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过将石膏板、玻璃纤维布与金属蜂窝板粘接为一体的结构,使大量的石膏原材料在建筑工程领域得到了合理的应用,金属蜂窝板增强了石膏墙板承受其厚度方向压力的能力,玻璃纤维布增强了石膏墙板承受其高度方向荷载的能力,大大增加了本发明装饰墙板的结构强度,并且石膏板的耐火极限可达100min以上,导热系数仅为0.2W/MK,节能约25%至35%,用作隔墙板时使石膏墙板同时具有了耐火性能,实现了冬暖夏凉的效果,据测试表面,该装饰石膏墙板任意一点可承受的吊挂力可达250kg以上,装饰面板通过粘接层使用粘合剂粘结在石膏板的外表面,增加了墙体的美观性;此外,本发明还提供了一种该石膏墙板的制造方法,通过选用合适的粘接剂,提高了石膏板与金属蜂窝板之间的粘接附着力,并在粘接之前对金属蜂窝板表面进行磨削加工,使其表面平整,石膏板更易于粘附,提升了制造质量和生产效率,本发明提供的高强度装饰石膏墙板可适用于宾馆、酒店、写字楼、学校、住宅楼以及诸多公共场所等领域的装修吊顶应用。

如图1、图2所示,本发明提供一种高强度装饰石膏墙板,包括装饰面板1、金属蜂窝板2以及两块石膏板3,金属蜂窝板2正反两面通过玻璃纤维布4与石膏板3粘接在一起,装饰面板1使用粘接剂粘接于石膏板3的外表面。

进一步地,装饰面板1正面设有纹理或图案。装饰面板1的材质是PVC。采用该技术方案,增加了本发明石膏墙板用作隔墙板时的美观性。使用PVC材料制作的装饰面板1具有更好的加工性能,可方便地在其表面上加工出相应的纹理或图案。
进一步地,金属蜂窝板2的厚度是石膏板3厚度的3倍至6倍。石膏板3厚度是装饰面板1厚度的2倍至4倍。金属蜂窝板2是由牌号为7075的硬质铝合金制成。金属蜂窝板2具有多个正六边形蜂窝孔201,金属蜂窝板2是由熔融金属液通过模具一次加工成型的整体。7075的硬质铝合金具有较高的硬度,并且压铸成型制造方便,降低了制造成本,且使金属蜂窝板具有较好的散热能力,有利于在蜂窝孔201以内保存适当的空气,使石膏墙板同时具有保温效果,用作隔墙时,实现了冬暖夏凉的效果。
此外本发明还提供了一种高强度装饰石膏墙板的制造方法,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取金属蜂窝板2,对金属蜂窝板2正反两面进行磨削加工,使金属蜂窝板2正反两面表面粗糙度达到3.2微米以下;进一步地,使用磨床对金属蜂窝板2正反两面进行磨削加工的工艺参数为:磨床上配置粒度为B100的金刚石砂轮,砂轮直径为Φ100mm,砂轮线速度为25m/s,进给量为8mm/min。采用本发明的技术方案,在粘接石膏板之前,首先对金属蜂窝板2正反两面进行磨削加工,使金属蜂窝板2表面平整,为提高制造质量奠定了良好的基础,使石膏板、玻璃纤维布粘附于金属蜂窝板之上时,粘接附着力更强,继而提高了其整体的结构强度和承载能力。

步骤三:将步骤一经过磨削加工后的金属蜂窝板2、步骤二经过磨削加工后的石膏板3放入烘箱中,将附着于其外表面上的水分烘干;
步骤四:取玻璃纤维布4,在步骤三经过烘干后的金属蜂窝板2正反两面涂上环氧树脂结构胶,将玻璃纤维布4粘接于金属蜂窝板2正反两面;
步骤五:将经过步骤三烘干后的石膏板3的反面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,将石膏板3反面粘接于步骤四玻璃纤维布4的外侧面之上,再在石膏板3正面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,取装饰面板1,将装饰面板1反面粘接于石膏板3正面之上,然后分别对装饰面板1正面施加适当压力,当环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化后,使装饰面板1、金属蜂窝板2、石膏板3和玻璃纤维布4粘接为一体。进一步地,使装饰面板1、金属蜂窝板2、石膏板3和玻璃纤维布4粘接为一体的工艺参数为:向石膏板3正面施加压力为250kgf~500kgf,施加压力持续时间为30min~60min,环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化固化温度为20℃~35℃。采用本发明的技术方案,通过合理地选择和使用粘接剂,使粘接效果更好,粘接附着力更强,继而提高了产品制造质量,提高了产品整体的结构强度和承载能力。
Claims (10)
1.一种高强度装饰石膏墙板,其特征在于:包括装饰面板(1)、金属蜂窝板(2)以及两块石膏板(3),所述金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面通过玻璃纤维布(4)与所述石膏板(3)粘接在一起,所述装饰面板(1)使用粘接剂粘接于所述石膏板(3)的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度装饰石膏墙板,其特征在于:所述装饰面板(1)正面设有纹理或图案。
3.如权利要求5所述的高强度装饰石膏墙板,其特征在于:所述金属蜂窝板(2)的厚度是所述石膏板(3)厚度的3倍至6倍。
4.如权利要求5所述的高强度装饰石膏墙板,其特征在于:所述石膏板(3)厚度是所述装饰面板(1)厚度的2倍至4倍。
5.如权利要求1所述的单侧火烧面复合石材板,其特征在于:所述金属蜂窝板(2)是由牌号为7075的硬质铝合金制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的单侧火烧面复合石材板,其特征在于:所述金属蜂窝板(2)具有多个正六边形蜂窝孔(201),所述金属蜂窝板(2)是由熔融金属液通过模具一次加工成型的整体。
7.如权利要求1所述的单侧火烧面复合石材板,其特征在于:所述装饰面板(1)的材质是PVC。
8.一种高强度装饰石膏墙板的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:取金属蜂窝板(2),对金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面进行磨削加工,使所述金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面表面粗糙度达到3.2微米以下;
步骤二:取石膏板(3),对石膏板(3)正反两面进行打磨,使所述石膏板(3)正反两面平整度误差小于1mm;
步骤三:将步骤一所述经过磨削加工后的金属蜂窝板(2)、步骤二所述经过磨削加工后的石膏板(3)放入烘箱中,将附着于其外表面上的水分烘干;
步骤四:取玻璃纤维布(4),在步骤三所述经过烘干后的金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面涂上环氧树脂结构胶,将玻璃纤维布(4)粘接于金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面;
步骤五:将经过步骤三烘干后的石膏板(3)的反面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,将石膏板(3)反面粘接于步骤四所述玻璃纤维布(4)的外侧面之上,再在石膏板(3)正面涂上聚氨酯胶黏剂,取装饰面板(1),将装饰面板(1)反面粘接于所述石膏板(3)正面之上,然后分别对装饰面板(1)正面施加适当压力,当环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化后,使装饰面板(1)、金属蜂窝板(2)、石膏板(3)和玻璃纤维布(4)粘接为一体。
9.如权利要求1所述的高强度装饰石膏墙板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤一中所述使用磨床对金属蜂窝板(2)正反两面进行磨削加工的工艺参数为:磨床上配置粒度为B100的金刚石砂轮,所述砂轮直径为Φ100mm,砂轮线速度为25m/s,进给量为8mm/min。
10.如权利要求1所述的高强度装饰石膏墙板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤五中所述使装饰面板(1)、金属蜂窝板(2)、石膏板(3)和玻璃纤维布(4)粘接为一体的工艺参数为:向石膏板(3)正面施加压力为250kgf~500kgf,施加压力持续时间为30min~60min,所述环氧树脂结构胶和聚氨酯胶黏剂固化固化温度为20℃~35℃。
