本发明提供了一种高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,以有机填料、无机填料、粘合剂、固化剂、促进剂、增强剂、着色剂和脱模剂为原料,通过如下步骤制成:将有机填料和无机填料放进搅拌罐里,加入促进剂先均匀搅拌5分钟,然后将除脱模剂之外其余的助剂加入,真空均匀搅拌20分钟,把搅拌好的浆料在1600度高温环境下均匀融合,冷却后浇注在预先涂上脱模剂的玻璃板上,固化成型,然后进行后固化处理以防变形,脱模,得到成品;所述的有机填料选自三水氧化铝、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、大理石粉、陶瓷粉或者石英砂粉;所述的无机填料选自邻苯型树脂或间苯型树脂。本发明的高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,制成的岩板具有高强耐磨的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
岩板是应用高分子的实用建筑材料,其制造过程是一种化学材料反应过程,是随着人类社会科学技术的进步而产生并且还不断改进的一门实用科学材料。 岩板主要应用于建筑装饰行业中它是一种新型环保复合材料。相比不锈钢、陶瓷等传统建材,岩板不但功能多样,颜色丰富,应用范围也更加广泛。岩板无毒性、放射性,阻燃、不粘油、不渗污、抗菌防霉、耐磨、耐冲击、易保养、无缝拼接、造型百变。
现有的岩板功能还不够全面,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法。
本发明的高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,以有机填料、无机填料、粘合剂、固化剂、促进剂、增强剂、着色剂和脱模剂为原料,通过如下步骤制成:将有机填料和无机填料放进搅拌罐里,加入促进剂先均匀搅拌5分钟,然后将除脱模剂之外其余的助剂加入,真空均匀搅拌20分钟,把搅拌好的浆料在1600度高温环境下均匀融合,冷却后浇注在预先涂上脱模剂的玻璃板上,固化成型,然后进行后固化处理以防变形,脱模,得到成品。
所述的有机填料选自三水氧化铝、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、大理石粉、陶瓷粉或者石英砂粉;
所述的无机填料选自邻苯型树脂或间苯型树脂。
所述的后固化处理工艺为:先在中低温度下烘1-3小时, 随后升至 75-90℃之间再烘烤2-10小时。
本发明的高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,制成的岩板具有高强耐磨的性能。

本实施例的高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,以有机填料、无机填料、粘合剂、固化剂、促进剂、增强剂、着色剂和脱模剂为原料,通过如下步骤制成:将有机填料和无机填料放进搅拌罐里,加入促进剂先均匀搅拌5分钟,然后将除脱模剂之外其余的助剂加入,真空均匀搅拌20分钟,把搅拌好的浆料在1600度高温环境下均匀融合,冷却后浇注在预先涂上脱模剂的玻璃板上,固化成型,然后进行后固化处理以防变形,脱模,得到成品。
所述的有机填料选自氢氧化铝。
所述的无机填料选自邻苯型树脂。

1.一种高强耐磨超天然岩板的制备方法,其特征在于,以有机填料、无机填料、粘合剂、固化剂、促进剂、增强剂、着色剂和脱模剂为原料,通过如下步骤制成:将有机填料和无机填料放进搅拌罐里,加入促进剂先均匀搅拌5分钟,然后将除脱模剂之外其余的助剂加入,真空均匀搅拌20分钟,把搅拌好的浆料在1600度高温环境下均匀融合,冷却后浇注在预先涂上脱模剂的玻璃板上,固化成型,然后进行后固化处理以防变形,脱模,得到成品;
