Claims (1)

  1. EP-Anmeldung No. 89 107 199.5
    Patentansprüche
    1. Mehrlagiges Stirnflächenmaterial, das ein gleichzeitig stranggegossenes Produkt aus gleich verbundenen Schichten umfaßt, gekennzeichnet durch ein gleichzeitig stranggegossenes Produkt bestehend aus einer relativ dicken Kernschicht (52, 52a, 62) aus polymerem Filmmaterial mit einer Biegesteifigkeit von 10 bis 100 Gurley und einer relativ dünnen Aussenschicht (54, 54a, 66) aus polymerem Filmmaterial, welche auf der stirnflächigen Seite des gleichzeitig stranggegossenen Produkts angeordnet ist und eine Tinten-bedruckbare Oberfläche aufweist, und einer druckempfindlichen Klebeschicht (5&THgr;, 58a, 6&THgr;), welche an der der stirnflächigen Seite gegenüberliegenden Seite des gleichzeitig stranggRgossenen Produkts kombiniert ist.
    .?. Stirnflächenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin das gleichzeitig stranggegossene Produkt eine zweite relativ dünne Aussenschicht (56, 56a) aus polymerem Filmmaterial zwischen der Kernschicht (52, 52a) und der Klebeschicht (58, 58a) umfaßt.
    3. Stirnflächenmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das polymere Material der Kernschicht (52, 52a) Polyethylen mit einem spezifischen Gewicht von 0.890 bis 0.965 oder ein polypropylenes Polymer oder Copolymer mit einem Biegemodul im Bereich von 13,000 bis 250,000 psi bei 73°F ist.
    4. Stirnflächenmaterial nach Anspruch 3, worin die oder jede der Aussenschichten (54, 56; 54a, 56a) Et hylen-Viny1 Acetat oder Polyvinyl Chlorid umfaßt, welche eine Korona-behande1te äußere Oberfläche hat.

    5. Stirnflächenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, worin das gleichzeitig stranggegossene Produkt eine einzelne Aussenschicht (66) umfaßt.
    6. Stirnflächenmaterial nach Anspruch 5, worin die Aussenschicht (66) Polyviny1ides Fluorid ist und die Kernschicht (62) Polyvinylchlorid oder Acrylonitri1-Butadien-Styren ist.
    7. Stirnflächenmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das gleichzeitig stranggegossene Produkt eine Verbindungsschicht (53) zwischen der Kernschicht (52a) und der oder den Aussenschichten (54a, 56a) enthält.
    0. Stirnflächenmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin die Klebeschicht (58, 5Ba, 68) mit dem gleichzeitig stranggegossenen Produkt kombiniert ist, indem sie darauf aufgebracht oder damit zusammen gleichzeitig stranggegossen wird.
    9. Stirnflächenmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Stirnflächenmaterial gestrafft ist, um im Stirnflächenmaterial eine Orientierung in Maschinenrichtung vorzusehen.
    10. Stirnflächenmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches auf seiner Klebeseite mit einer lösbaren Einlage kombiniert ist.
    11. Etikett oder Signal, welches aus einem in den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen definierten mehrlagigen Stirnflächenmaterial herausgeschnitten wird.
    1?. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrlagigen Stirnflächenmaterials, welches die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:
    Pereitste11ung einer ersten Lodung eines Film-bildenden Harzes;
    -Z-
    Bereitstellung einer zweiten Ladung eines Film-bildenden Harzes;
    g leichzeitges Verpressen der ersten und der zweiten Ladung zur Bildung eines mehrlagigen Strangpressproduktes, welches eine relativ dicke Kernschicht (52, 52a, 56a) und eine relativ dünne Aussen schicht (54, 54a, 66) auf einer Seite des gleichzeitig stranggegossenen Produktes umfaßt;
    und Kombination des Strangpressproduktes mit einer druckempfindlichen Klebeschicht (5&THgr;, 5Ba, 68) zur Bildung eines Stirnflächenmaterials (50, 50a, 60), wobei der Harz der ersten Ladung ausgewählt wird, um eine Kernschicht mit einer Biegesteifigkeit von 10 bis 100 Gurley vorzusehen und wobei der Harz der zweiten Ladung ausgewählt wird, um eine Tinten-bedruckbare Oberfläche vorzusehen .
    13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, welches die zusätzlichen Schritte umfaß t:
    Bereitstellung einer dritten Ladung eines Film-bildenden Harzes, und gemeinsame Verpressung der dritten Ladung mit der ersten und der zweiten Ladung, wobei das Strangpressprodukt eine zweite relativ dünne Aussenschicht (56, 56a) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kernschicht (52, 52a) umfaßt.
    14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, worin die erste Ladung Polyethylen mit einem spezifischen Gewicht von 0.&THgr;90 bis 0.965 ist, oder ein polypropylenes Polymer oder Copolymer ist.
    15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, worin die zweite Ladung und/oder die dritte Ladung, wenn sie verwendet wird, Et hylen-Viny1 Acetat oder Polyvinyl Chlorid umfaßt.

    16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, worin die erste Ladung Polyvinyl Chlorid oder Acry1onitri1-Butadien-Styren ist und die zweite Ladung polyvinylidenes Fluorid ist.
    17. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 16, worin die druckempfindliche Klebeschicht mit dem Strangpressprodukt über übertragende Beschichtung oder durch direktes Aufbringen über den Schritt des gleichzeitigen Strangpressens kombiniert wird .
    VB. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 16, worin die druckempfindliche Klebeschicht mit dem Strangpressprodukt durch simultanes gleichzeitiges Strangpressen der Klebeschicht mit den anderen Schichten kombiniert wird.
    19. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis IB, welches den zusätzlichen Schritt des gleichzeitigen Strangpressens einer Verbindungsschicht C53) zwischen die Kernschicht und die oder jede der Aussenschichten enthält.
    20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, welches den zusätzlichen Schritt der Korona-Behandlung der äußeren Oberfläche der Aussen sch icht oder der gegenüber der Klebeschicht liegenden Aussenschicht, wenn es zwei Aussenschichten gibt, umfaßt, um die Bedruckbarkeit der Oberfläche zu verbessern.
    21. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, welches den zusätzlichen Schritt des Straffens des Stirnflächenmaterials umfaßt, um dessen Orientierung in Maschinenrichtung vorzusehen.
    22. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, welches den zusätzlichen Schritt der Kombination des Stirnflächenmaterials mit einer Einlage C 10] umfaßt.

    23. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vo11Kunstst offmateria1s, welches für die Verwendung bei der Herstellung von Klebbaren und bedruckbaren Produkten geeignet ist, mit folgenden Schritten:
    gleichzeitiges Strangpressen einer Einlage (10), welche eine Vielzahl von Schichten aus Film-bildendem Harz umfaßt;
    Kombination von Freigabemitteln (26), entweder simultan mit dem Schritt des Srangpressens oder im Anschluß daran, an einer Seite der gleichzeitig stranggegossenen Einlage;
    ebenfalls gleichzeitiges Strangpressen des Stirnflächenmaterials, welches eine Vielzahl von Schichten aus Film-bildendem Harz umfaßt, durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, und zwar entweder simultan mit oder nachträglich zu dem Schritt des Strangpressens; und
    temporäre Befestigung der Einlage ( 10) an dem Stirnflächenmaterial (50) durch Kontaktierung der drucKempfind1ichen Klebeschicht (50) mit dem mit der Einlage Kombinierten Freigabemittel (26), und zwar entweder simultan mit oder nachträglich zu dem erstgenannten Schritt des gleichzeitigen Strangpressens.
