2',4-Dichlor-4'-benzoylureido-diphenyläther, Verfahren
zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Benzoylureidodiphenyläther,
mehrere Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß bestimmte Benzoylharnstoffe,
wie z.B. N-(2/6-Dichlorbenzoyl)-N'-(4-chlorphenyl- bzw.
-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-harnstoff, insektizide Eigenschaften
besitzen (vergleiche Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 2.123.236), Ihre Wirksamkeit befriedigt jedoch bei niedrigen Aufwandkonzentrationen
nicht immer.
Es wurde gefunden, daß die neuen Benzoylureido-diphenyläther
der Formel (I)

Überraschenderweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Benzoylureido-diphenyläther
eine wesentlich bessere insektizide Wirkung als die nächstliegenden aus dem Stand der Technik
vorbekannten Verbindungen analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe stellen somit
eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man nach Verfahren a) 4-(4'-Chlorphenoxy)-3-chloranilin
und 2-Chlorbenzoylisocyanat und nach Verfahren b) 4-(4!-Chlorphenoxy)-3-chlorphenylisocyanat und 2-Fluorbenzamid
als Ausgangsmaterialien, so können die Reaktionsabläufe durch die folgenden Formelchemata wiedergegeben

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln
(II) bis (V) allgemein definiert. Das als Ausgangsmaterial zu verwendende 2-Chlorbenzoylisocyanat ist aus der Literatur
bekannt und kann, wie auch die anderen Benzoylisocyanate, nach allgemein üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden (vergl.
A.J. Speziale u.a. J. Org. Chem. 30(12), S. 4306-4307 (1965) )
Das 2-Fluorbenzamid und die anderen Benzamide sind bekannt
und können nach allgemein üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden (vergl. Beilsteins Handbuch der organischen Chemie,
Band 9, Seite 336). Das Phenoxyanilin (II) kann nach allgemein üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden, z.B. aus
4-Chlorphenol und 3,4-Dichlornitrobenzol und anschließender
katalytischer Reduktion der Nitrogruppe zur Aminogruppe (vergl Ber. 29, Seite 1446 (1896) ). Die Aminogruppe kann nach allgemein
üblichen Verfahren in die Isocyanat-Gruppe umgewandelt werden, z.B. durch Umsetzung mit Phosgen, wodurch die 4-Isocyanatdiphenyläther
der allgemeinen Formel (IV) erhalten werden.
Als Beispiele für verfahrensgemäß umzusetzende Benzoylisocyanate (III) und Benzamide (V) seien im einzelnen genannt:
2-Chlor-, 2-Fluor-, 2-Brom-, 2-Methylbenzoylisocyanat, ferner
2-Chlor-, 2-Fluor-, 2-Brom-, 2-Methylbenzamid.
Die Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen werden bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungsund
Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu
gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Xther, z.B. Diäthyl- und
Dibutylather, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton,
Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon,

außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Benzonitril.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen O und
120° C, vorzugsweise bei 70 bis 85° C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen,
Zur Durchführung der Verfahren setzt man die Reaktionskomponenten vorzugsweise in äquimolaren Verhältnissen ein. Ein
Überschuß der einen oder anderen Komponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile.
Der bei der Verfahrensvariante b) (oben) einzusetzende 4-Isocyanat-diphenylather
(IV) kann als solcher, oder ohne ihn zwischenzeitlich zu isolieren, in Form seiner Reaktionsmischung, die aus der Umsetzung Amin und Phosgen erhalten
wird, eingesetzt werden. Diese Reaktionsmischung wird in einem der oben angegebenen Lösungsmittel, z.B. mit 2-Fluorbenzamid
versetzt. Die Reaktion wird unter den gewünschten Bedingungen durchgeführt und das sich ausscheidende Produkt
in üblicher Weise durch Filtrieren, Waschen und eventuellem Umkristallisieren isoliert.
Die Verbindungen fallen in kristalliner Form mit scharfem Schmelzpunkt an.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Benzoylureido-diphenyläther bei günstiger Warmblütertoxizität
sowie guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit durch eine hervorragende insektizide Wirkung aus. Sie wirken gegen
Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, Sie können auch auf dem veterinärmedizinischen Sektor Verwendung finden.

Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßeh Verbindungen
mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz gegen beißende und saugende Insekten als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse
(AphMLdae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macroaiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralie und

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln,
unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der
Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden.
Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage:
Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon , Methylisobuty!keton oder Cyclohexanon, stark
polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe,
z.B. Freon; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz,
Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid
und Silikate; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulf^tablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie
gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, Emulsionen, Schäume, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel Lind Granulate
angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben,
Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 96.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100 #-igen Wirkstoff
allein auszubringen.

Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator : 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.

Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 2 hervor:

Lösungsmittel: 35 Gewichtsteile Äthylenpolyglykolmonomethyläther
35 Gewichtsteile Nonylphenolpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 30 Gewichtsteile der betreffenden aktiven Substanz mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das den oben genannten
Anteil Emulgator enthält und verdünnt das so erhaltene Konzentrat mxt Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Etwa 20 Fliegenlarven (Lucilia cuprina) werden in ein Teströhrchen
gebracht, welches ca. 2 cnr Pferdemuskulatur enthält.
Auf dieses Pferdefleisch werden 0,5 ml der Wirkstoffzubereitung
gebracht. Nach 24 Stunden wird der Abtötungsgrad in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeuten 100 96, daß alle, und 0 %,daß keine Larven abgetötet
worden sind.

Zu 5,1 g (0,02 Mol) 4-(4'Chlorphenoxy) -3--chloranilin in
100 ecm Toluol tropft man bei 80° C eine Lösung von 3,7 g (0,02 Mol) 2-Chlorbenzoylisocyanat in 20 ecm Toluol. Der
Ansatz wird 1 Stunde bei 80° C gerührt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das ausgefallene Produkt abgesaugt, und zuerst mit
Toluol und dann mit Petroläther gewaschen. Nach dem Trocknen erhält man 5,0 g (60 % der Theorie) an analysenreinem
2 ' , 4-Dichlor-4 ' - {ϊί- (N- (0-chlorbenzoyl)7]-ureido-diphenyläther
mit dem Schmelzpunkt von 186 C.

Zu einer Lösung von 5,8 g (0,02 Mol) 4-(2',4'-Cichlorpehnoxy)-3-chloranilin
in 100 ecm Toluol tropft man bei 80° C eine Lösung von 3,7 g (0,02 Mol) 2-Chlorbenzoylisocyanat in 20 ecm
Toluol. Der Ansatz wird 1 Stunde bei 80° C gerührt. Die sich ausscheidende Substanz wird nach dem Abkühlen der Reaktionsmischung auf 20° C abgesaugt und mit Toluol und Petroläther
gewaschen. Nach dem Trocknen erhält man 7g (74 % der Theorie) an 2,2',4-Trichlor-[N-(N1-(2-chlorbenzoyl))-ureidöj-diphenylether
mit dem Schmelzpunkt von 171° C.

Claims (6)
- 2S31202PatentansprücheΓ fT\Benzoylureidodiphenyläther der Formel (I) ^-^ R/ VcO-NH-CO-NH-/ Vo-/ VCI (DΛ U C1in welcher R für Chlor, Fluor, Brom oder Methyl und R1 für Wasserstoff oder Chlor steht.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Benzoylureidodiphenyläther gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mana) Phenoxyanilin der Formel (II)ei-/ Vo-/ Vnh2 (id-, t. eiin welcher R1 die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, mitBenzoylisocyanaten der Formel (III) R^-CO-NCO (III)in welcher R die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt oder denb) 4-Isocyanat-diphenyläther der Formel (IV)Le A 16 538 - 19 -60988 4/1193NCO (IV)in welcherR1 die oben angegebene Bedeutung hatmit Benzamiden der Formel (V)V\-CO-NH2 (V)in welcherR die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt.
- 3. Insektizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einem Benzoylureidodiphenyläther gemäß Anspruch 1.
- 4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Benzoylureidodiphenyläther gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
- 5. Verwendung von Benzoylureidodiphenyläther gemäß Anspruch 1, zur Bekämpfung von Insekten.
- 6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Benzoylureidodiphenyläther gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Steckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln vermischt.Le A 16 538 - 20 -Π P Q ■: '''/1193
