Die erfindungsgemäßen Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) werden
in verschiedener Weise hergestellt und sind als Stabilisatoren für synthetische Polymere gegen eine durch Wärme-
und Lichteinwirkung bedingte Berschlechterung derselben geeignet.
Es werden erfindungsgemäß neuartige Piperidin-Abkömmlinge geschaffen und deren Anwendung als Stabilisatoren in
Vorschlag gebracht.

Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls das Stabilisieren synthetischer Polyraerer gegen eine durch Licht- und Wärmeeinwirkung
bedingte Verschlechterung derselben, wobei eine ausreichende Menge zwecks Verhindern der Verschlechterung
wenigstens eines der Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) eingearbeitet ist.
Der hier in Anwendung kommende Ausdruck "synthetisches Polymer" soll umfassen: Polyolefine, einschließlich
Homopolymere des Olefins, wie Polyäthylen, niedriger und hoher Dichte, Polypropylen, Polystyrol, Polybutadien, Polyisopren

Synthetische Polymere haben allgemein auf dem einschlägigen*
Gebiet hinsichtlich derer ausgezeichneter Eigenschaften in verschiedenen Formen oder Konfigurationen Anwendung gefunden,
wie z.B. als Fäden, Fasern, Garne, Folien, Platten oder geformte Gegenstände, Latex und Schaum. Diese Polymeren besitzen
jedoch einige Nachteile, wie schlechte Licht- und WärmeStabilitäten und dgl. So neigen beispielsweise Polyolefin-
und Polyurethan-Elastomere häufig dazu, bei Belichtung, wie mit Sonnenlicht oder UV-Strahlen eine erhebliche Verschlechterung
zu erfahren, und Polyvinylchlorid und Polyvinylidenchlorid neigen häufig zu einer Verschlechterung und werden durch
die Einwirkung von Licht und Wärme verfärbt, wobei sich gleichzeitig ein Abspalten von Chlorwasserstoff aus denselben ergibt.
Polyamide sind ebenfalls häufig einer durch Lichteinwirkung bedingten Verschlechterung unterworfen. Zwecks Stabilisieren
dieser synthetischen Polymeren gegen eine derartige Verschlechterung
sind auf dem einschlägigen Gebiet eine Anzahl von Stabilisatoren in Vorschlag gebracht worden, so z.B. für Polyolefine
die Benzotriazolverbindungen und Benzophenonverbindungen; ' für Polyurethane die Phenolverbindungen und Benzophenonverbindungen,
sowie für Polyvinylchlorid und Polyvinylidenchlorid Bleisalze, wie basisches Bleisilikat und tribasisches Bleimaleat,
sowie organische Zinnverbindungen, wie Dibutylzinnlaurat und Dibutylziimmaleat.
Wenn auch bekannt ist, daß diese vorbekannten Stabilisatoren durchaus zufriedenstellende Eigenschaften besitzen,
ergeben sich doch immer noch einige der Verbesserung zugängliche Probleme.
So sind zahlreiche Versuche auf dem einschlägigen Gebiet unternommen worden, um neuartige und wirksamere Stabilisatoren
aufzufinden und zu entwickeln.
Aufgrund intensiver Untersuchungen wurde nun gefunden, daß die erfindungsgemäßen neuartigen Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I)
in zufriedenstellender Weise hergestellt werden können und einen sehr guten stabilisierenden Effekt gegenüber der durch

Licht- und Wärmeeinwirkung bedingten Verschlechterung der synthetischen Polymeren.
Eine der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe besteht somit darin, neuartige und zweckmäßige Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I)
zu schaffen.
Eine weitere der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe besteht darin, eine synthetische Polymeremmasse zu schaffen, die
gegen eine Verschlechterung derselben dadurch stabilisiert ist, daß dieselbe darin eingearbeitet eine ausrichende Menge zwecks
Verhindern einer Verschlechterung der Eigenschaften an wenigstens einem der Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) aufweist.
Auf dem einschlägigen Geb-iet sind.die erfindungsgemäß
in Vorschlag gebrachten Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) insgesamt neuartige Verbindungen.

Nach einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform wird eine synthetische Polymerenmasse geschaffen, die gegen
eine durch Licht- und Wärmeeinwirkung bedingte Verschlechterung stabilisiert ist und wenigstens einen der neuartigen
Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) darin eingearbeitet aufweist.
Die erfindungsgemäß als Stabilisator angewandten Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) können leicht in synthetische Polymere
eingearbeitet werden unter Anwenden beliebiger der verschiedenen Standardverfahren, wie sie üblicherweise auf dem
einschlägigen Gebiet herangezogen werden. Der Stabilisator kann in synthetischen Polymeren zu jedem geeigneten Zeitpunkt
während der Herstellung von geformten Gegenständen aus dem Polymeren eingearbeitet werden. So kann z.B. der Stabilisator
in Form eines trockenen Pulvers mit dem synthetischen Polymer vermischt werden, oder es kann eine Suspension oder Emulsion
des Stabilisators mit einer Lösung, Suspension oder Emulsion des synthetischen Polymer vermischt werden.
Die Menge der erfindungsgemäß in dem synthetischen Polymer angewandten Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) kann innerhalb
weiter Grenzen in Abhängigkeit von den Arten, Eigenschaften und speziellen Anwendungen der zu stabilsierenden synthetischen
Polymeren verändert werden. Im allgemeinen können die Piperidinabkömmlinge gemäß der Formel (I) in einer Menge von
0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.% bezogen auf die Menge des synthetischen Polymer zugesetzt werden, jedoch hängt der praktische Bereich
von der Art des synthetischen Polymer ab, d.h. beläuft sich auf 0,01 bis 2,0% Gew., vorzugsweise 0,02 bis 1,0 Gew.%

bei Polyolefinen, auf 0,01 bis 1,0 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 0,02
bis 0,5 Gew.% bei Polyvinylchlorid und Polyvinylidenchlorid, sowie 0,01 bis 5,0 Gew.%,vorzugsweise 0,02 bis 2,0 Gew.%
bei Polyurethanen und Polyamiden.
Der erfindungsgemäße Stabilisator kann als solcher oder in Kombination mit weiteren bekannten Antioxidantien,
UV-Absorbentien, Füllmitteln, Pigmenten und dgl. angewandt werden.
Gegebenenfalls können zwei oder mehrere der erfindungsgemäßen Stabilisatoren, d.h. der Piperidin-Abkömmling
der Formel (I) ebenfalls in zufriedenstellender Weise angewandt werden.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand wirdim folgenden weiterhin anhand einer Reihe von Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert, wobei
sich alle Teile auf der Gewichtsgrundlage verstehen, soweit nicht anders vermerkt, und weiterhin entspricht die Nummer
der Prüfverbindung de» oben gemachten beispielsweisen Angaben für die Verbindungen.
Die Beispiele 1 bis 16 beschreiben das Herstellen einiger kennzeichnender Verbindungen des Piperidin-Abkömmlings
(I) gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Die Beispiele 17 bis 29 beschreiben synthetische Polymermassen, in die die Piperidin-Abkömmlinge (I) eingearbeitet
sind und zeigen die stabilisierenden Effekte auf.
Beispiel 1 1,3,8-Triaza-3,8-dibenzyl-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}-
decan-2,4-dion
Zu einer Suspension von 22,5 g l,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
in 300 ml Äthanol werden 6,2 g Kaliumhydroxid augesetzt und das sich ergbebende
Gemisch wird 1 Stunde lang unter Rückflußbedingungen gehalten. Nach dem Abkühlen wird dem Reaktionsgemisch Wasser zugesetzt,
wodurch sich eine kristalline Substanz abtrennt, die sodann vermittels Abfiltrieren gewonnen wird. Man erhält
so das Kaliumsalz der oben angegebenen Ausgangsverbindung.

Zu 5 g des so erhaltenen Kaliumsalzes werden 30. g Benzylchlorid zugesetzt und das erhaltene Gemisch 20 Minuten
lang unterRückflußbedingungen gehalten.. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Reaktionsgemisch in eine 10%ige wässrige Lösung von
Natriumhydroxid gegossen und eine kristalline Substanz abgetrennt, die abfiltriert und auf Benzol umkristallisiwrt wird.
Man erhält so das gewünschte Produkt in Form von weißen Kristallen mit einem Fp = 262-263°C.
Analyse für c 25H3iN3°2:
berechnet: C = 74,10%; H = 7,65%; N = 10,37%
gefunden : C = 74,33%; H = 7,66%; N - 10,28%. Maseenspektrum: M m/e 405 (berechnet 405).
1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3,8-di(2-propynyl)-spiro-
{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Zu einem Gemisch aus 2,6 g Kaliumsalz des 1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}-decan-2,4-dions,
2,6 g 2-Propinylbromid und 1,4 g Kaliumcarbonat werden 20 ml Dimethylformamid zugesetzt und das sich ergebende Gemisch
wird 15 Stunden lang auf 8O-9O°C erhitzt. Nach Abschluß der
Umsetzung wird das Reaktionsgemisch eingeengt und das Konzentrat mit Benzol extrahiert. Das Benzolextrakt wird erneut
eingeengt, und die verbleibende kristalline Substanz wird aus wässrigem Methanol umkristallisiert. Man erhält so das
gewünschteProdukt als weiße Kristalle mit einem Fp = 198-200°C

Beispiel 3 8-Ally1-1,3,8-triaza-7,7,9,g-tetramethyl-S-n-octyl-spiro-
{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Zu einem Gemisch aus 17 g 1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
und 16 g Allylchlorid werden 2O ml Triäthylamin und 20 ml Dimethylformamid

zugesetzt. Das erhaltene Gemisch wird 20 Stunden unter Rücköflußbedingungen
gehalten.
Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch eingeengt, der Rückstand mit 10%iger wässriger Kaliumcarbonatlösung
gewaschen und mit Benzol extrahiert. Der Benzolextrakt wird einer Säulenchromatographie auf Aluminiumoxid unterworfen,
und die sich ergebende kristalline Substanz wird aus η-Hexan umkristallisiert. Man erhält so das gewünschte Produkt
in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 123-124°C.
Analyse für C 22H39N3°2:
berechnet: C = 70,00%; H = 10,35%; N » 11,15%;
gefunden : C = 69,74%; H = 10,40%; N = 11,39%.
Beispiel 4
1,3,8-Triaza-8-benzyl-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octy1-spiro-
1,3,8-Triaza-8-benzyl-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octy1-spiro-
{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Ein Gemisch aus 2 g 1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion,
10 g Benzylchlorid und 1 g Kaliumcarbonat werden 15 Stunden am Rückfluß gehalten.
Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Reaktionsgemisch zu einer 10%igen wässrigen Kaliumcarbonatlösung zugesezt und mit Benzol extrahiert.
Die so erhaltene Benzollösung wird mit Wasser gewaschen, über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und
sodann eingeengt. Die verbleibende kristalline Substanz wird aus Petroläther umkristallisiert. Man erhält so das gewünschte
Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 167-168°C.

Eine Lösung aus 20,Og 1,3,8-Triaza-3-butyl-7,7,9-9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
in 40 g Epichlorhydrin wird 15 Stunden unter Rühren unter Rückflußbedingungen gehalten.
Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird überschüssiges Epichlorhydrin vermittels Destillieren unter verringertem Druck entfernt
und der Rückstand wird in 200 ml Äther gelöst. Die erhaltene Lösung wird mit einer 20%igen wässrigen Kaliumcarbonatlösung
gewaschen und sodann mit Wasser. Nach dem Trocknen Über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat wird der Äther
abdestilliert. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form roher kristalliner Substanzen, die sodann aus Äthylacetat
umkristallisiert werden. Man erhält so das angestrebte Produkt in reiner Form als weiße Kristalle mit einem Fp =
125-128°C.

Zu 2 g l,3,8-Triaza-3,8-dibenzyl-7,7,9,9-tetramethylsprro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
werden 1 g Natriumhydribd und UO ml Xylol zugesetzt und das erhaltene Gemisch wird 5,5 Stunden
unter Rückflußbedingungen gehalten. Sodann werden dem Gemisch 5,25 g Benzylchlorid zugesezt und das so erhaltene
Gemisch wird weitere 10 Stunden unter Rückflußbedingungen gehalten. Nach dem Abkühlen werden die unlöslichen Produkte
aus dem Reaktionsgemisch abfiltriert und das Filtrat wird eingeengt. Dem Rückstand wird 10%ige wässrige Salzsäure
zugesetzt und das erhaltene Gemisch mit Äther gewaschen.

Die wässrige Schicht wird von der organischen Schicht abgetrennt und vermittels Zusatz von Kaliumcarbonat neutralisiert.
Im Anschluß hieran wird mit Benzol extrahiert. Der Benzolextrakt wird eingeengt und die verbleibende kristalline Substanz
aus η-Hexan umkristallisiert. Man erhält so das gewünschte Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle, die bei 135-136°C
nicht schmelzen.

Zu einem Gemisch aus 1 g 4,4'-bis(1,3,8-Triaza-4-imino-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-2-oxo-spiro{4,5}-3-decyl)dipheny1-methan,
0,9 g 2-Propinylbromid und 1 g Natriumcarbonat werden 10 ml Dimethylformamid zugesetzt und das erhaltene Gemisch
wird 12 Stunden auf 140-150 C erhitzt. Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Dimethylformamid abdestilliert, der Rückstand
mit Wasser gewaschen und sodann mit Benzol und abschließend aus Dimethylformamid umkritallisiert. Man erhält
das gewünschte Produkt in Form von schwach gelben Kristallen mit einem FP bei 26O0C.

Zu 281 g l,3,8-Triaza-3-butyl-7,7,9,9-tetxamethylspiro{4,5)decan-2,4-dion
werden 256 g 90%iger Ameisensäure zugesetzt und das erhaltene Gemisch wird tropfenweisen

bei 2O-3O°C innerhalb 1 Stunde zu 162 g 37%igen Formaldehyds
zugesetzt. Nach Abschluß des tropfenweisen Zusatzes wird das so erhaltene Gemisch unter Rühren mittels stufenweisem Erhitzen
über etwa 7 Stunden am Rückfluß gehalten. Zu Ende dieses Vorganges tritt gasförmiges Kohlendioxid aus.
Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch abgekühlt, mit 800 ml Wasser verdünnt und sodann auf einen
p„-Wert von 9 bis 9,5 mit einer 45%igen wässrigen Natriumhydroxidlösung
neutralisiert. Die in dieser Weise abgetrennten kristallinen Substanzen werden vermittels Filtration
gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Die Umkristallisation aus Methanol führt zu dem gewünschten Produkt
in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 135-137°C. Analyse für C16H29N3O3:
berechnet: C = 65,05%; H = 9/89*, N - 14,22%
gefunden : C - 65,05%; H = 9,93%;N = 14,21%.
1,3,8-Triaza-8-hydroxyäthyl-7,7,9,g-tefcramethyl-S-n-octyl-
spiroi4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Ein verschlossenes Rohr wird mit 5,7 g 1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-3-n-octyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion,
25 ml Methanol und 0,1 ml Salzsäure beschickt. Sodann werden 1,7 g Äthylenoxid zugesetzt. Das Rohr wird verschlossen
und 3 Stunden bei 103°C erhitzt. Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch eingeengt und der Rückstand aus
Ligroin umkristallisiert. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 138-139°C.

1,3,8-Triaza-3,8-bis(2-hydroxyäthyl)-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro-
{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Ein Gemisch aus 4,5 g 1,3,8-Triaza-7,7,9,9-tetramethylspiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion,
20 ml Methanol und 0,2 g Shlorwasserstoffsäure
wird in ein druckfestes Rohr eingeführt. Diesem Rohr werden sodann 5 g Äthylenoxid zugeführt. Nach Verschließen
des Rohrs wird das Gemisch 5 Stunden lang auf 1100C erhitzt.
Nach Abschluß der Reaktion werden unlösliche Substanzen abfiltriert
und das Filtrat eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird aus einem Gemisch aus Methanol und Äther umkristallisiert. Man erhält
das gewünschte Produkt in Form farbloser Nadeln mit einem Fp = 188-19O°C.

1,3,8-Triaza-3,8-bis(2-p-chlorbenzyloxyäthyl)-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
Zu einer Suspension aus 2,5 g l,3,8-Triazä-3,8-bis(2-hydroxyäthyl)-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
und 3,3 g Kaliumcarbonat in 30 ml Benzol werden 4,4 g p-Chlorbenzoylchlorid bei Raumtemperatur zugesetzt. Das erhaltene
Gemisch wird bei dieser Temperatur 2 Stunden gerührt und zusätzliche 2 Stunden unter Rückflußbedingungen gehalten.

In 100 ml Wasser werden 2,4 g Natriumhydroxid aufgelöst und zu der sich ergebenden Lösung unter Rühren 12,0 g
1,3,8-Triazä-7,7,8,9,9-pentamethyl-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
zugesetzt, wodurch sich in situ das entsprechende Natriumsalz bildet. Zu dem Gemisch werden 0,56 g Epichlorhydrin zugesetzt,
und das sich ergebende Gemich wird 60 Stunden lang bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Die in situ abgetrennte kristalline Substanz
wird vermittels Filtration gewonnen und mit Wasser gewaschen. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form roher
Kristalle, die sodann in 150 ml Toluol unter Erhitzen aufgelöst werden. Die Verunreinigungen werden abfiltriert und das
Filtrat abgekühlt. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form
weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 174-176°C. Analyse für ci5H 25N3O3:
berechnet: C = 60,99%; H = 8,53%; N - 14,23% gefunden : C = 60,77%; H = 8,42%; N =14,45%.
8-Amino-l,3,8-Triaza-3-buty1-7,7,9,9-tetramethyl-spiro{4,5}-
decan-2,4-dion
Zu 9,3 g 1,3,8-Triaza-3-butyl-7,7,9,9-tetramethy1-8-nitroso-spiro{4,5}decan-2,4-dion
werden 11,2 g Zinkpulver und 35 ml Wasser zugesetzt und dem sich ergebenden Gemisch werden
25 ml 85%iger Essigsäure zugesetzt. Das so erhaltene Gemisch wird 1,5 Stunden auf 60-65°C erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird
dem Reaktionsgemisch Natriumhydroxid zugesetzt und sodann mit Benzol extrahiert. Der Benzolextrakt wird über wasserfreiem
Natriumsulfat:.:, getrocknet und eingeengt. Der Rückstand
wird aus Petroläther umkristallisiert. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp =
154-156°C.

das sich ergebende Gemisch wird 5 Stunden bei 4O-5O°C gerührt.
Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch eingeengt. Dem Rückstand wird Wasser zugesetzt und anschließend filtriert.
Die so abgetrennte kristalline Substanzen werden aus BeBizol
umkristallisiert. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle mit einem Fp = 235-236°C.

und 2 g Kaliumcarbonat in 10 ml Dimethylformamid werden 1 g Äthyljodid zugesetzt
und das sich ergebende Gemisch wird 8 Stunden bei 100-105°C erhitzt. Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch
eingeengt und dem Rückstand wird Wasser zugesetzt. Anschließend erfolgt eine Filtration. Die so abgetrennten
kristallinen Substanzen werden aus Petroläther umkristallisiert. Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt in Form weißer Kristalle mit
einem Fp = 138-139°C.

In 100 Teile Polypropylen ("Noblen JHH-G", Warenname,
geliefert von Mitsui Toatsu Chemical Inc. Japan, angewandt nach zweifachem Umkristallisieren aus Monochlorbenzol) werden
0,25 Teile jeder der weiter unten angegebenen erfindungsgemäßen Prüfverbindungen eingearbeitet. Das erhaltene Gemisch wird verknetet
und geschmolzen und sodann in eine Folie mit einer Dicke von 0,5 mm unter Erwärmen und unter Druck verformtn.
Als Kontrolle wird eine Polypropylenfolie in gleicher Weise wie angegeben mit der Ausnahme hergestellt, daß für die
Vergleichszwecke keiner der Stabilisatoren angewandt wird.
Sodann werden alle in dieser Weise ausgebildeten Folien auf die Brüchigkeitszeit hin - dies bedeutet die Zeitsapanneausgedrückt
in Stunden, bis die Prüffoj.ie brüchig wird - unter
UV-Bestrahlung bei einer Temperatur von 45°C überprüft unter Anwenden einer Prüfvorrichtung, wie sie in Japanese Industrial
Standard JIS 1044 mit der Bezeichnung "Testing Method of Color Fastness to Light of Dyed Textiles and Dyestuffs", Absatz 3.8
in englisch) vorbeschrieben ist.
Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle I zusammengefaßt.

Es wird eine Anzahl gemäß der Beispiele 17 und 18 hergestellter Folien unter den folgenden Alterungsbedingungen
gealtert, um so die Brüchigkeit zu bestimmen. Alterungstest
Das Altern bei 12O°C von Polypropylen und bei 125°C von Polyäthylen erfolgt in einem Geer's Alterungstester, wie
er in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS-K-6301 mit der Bezeichnung
"Physical Testing Methods for Vulcanized Rubber", Absatz 6.5 (in englisch) vorgeschrieben ist.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle III zusammengefaßt.

In 100 Teile Polystyrol ("styron 666", Warenname, erhältlich

von 45°C 100 Stunden lang gebracht.
Sodann wird das Infrarotspektrum der Folie bei 1700 cm
veglichen, um die Zunahme der Anzahl an Carbonylgruppen zu
bestimmen.

In 100 Teile Polyvinylchlorid ("Geon-103 EP", Warenname,
erhältlich von der Japanese Geon Co.Ltd., Japan) werden 30 Teile ABS-Kunststoff ("ABS 60", Warenname, erhältlich von
der Japan Synthetic Rubber Co.Ltd. Japan), 3 Teile dreibasisches Bleisulfat, 2 Teile dibasisches Bleiphosphat, 2 Teile
Bleistearat und 1 Teil jeder der weiter unten angegebenen
erfindungagemäßen Prüfverbindungen eingearbeitet. Das erhaltene
Gemisch wird 8 Minuten lang auf einer Knetwalze bei 160°C homogen vermischt und sodann in eine Folie mit einer Dicke von
0,5 mm überführt. Die Folie wird sodann 50 Stunden lang einer UV-Strahlung ausgesetzt und anschließend auf das Beibehalten
der Zerreißdehnung geprüft und die Zerreißfestigkeit nach einem herkömmlichen Verfahren bestimmt.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle V zusammengefaßt.

Beiaplel 22
In 100 Teile Polyvinylchlorid ("Geon 103 EP", Warenname,
erhältlich von der Japanese Geon Co. Ltd. Japan) werden
1 Teil Bleistearat, 0,5 Teile dibasisches Bleiphosphit, 0,5 Teile Bariumstearat, 0,5 Teile Cadmlumstearat und 0,2 Teile
jeder der weiter unten angegebenen erfindungsgemäßen Prüfverbindungen eingearbeitet. Das erhaltene Gemisch wird 4 Minuten
auf einer Knetwalze bei 180°C homogen vermischt und sodann
in eine Folie mit einer Dicke von 0,5 mm überführt. Die Folie wird auf das Maß der Verfärbung vermittels des weiter unten
angegebenen Alterungstestverfahrens geprüft. Alterungstest
1. Es erfolgt eine Belichtung in der sogenannten Sonnenschein-Vorrichtung,
wie sie in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z-O23O unter der Bezeichnung "Accelerated Weathering test
of Rust Proofing Oils", Abs. 2 vorgeschrieben ist. Die Belichtung erfolgt 600 Stunden lang.
2. Die Folie wird 90 Minuten bei 17O°C in dem Geer's
Alterungstester, wie im Beispiel 19 beschrieben, gealtert. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle VI
zusammengefaßt.

In 1OO Teile 6-Nylon ("CM 1011", Warenname, erhältlich
von der Toray Industries Inc. Japan, keinen Stabilisator enthaltend) werden 0,25 Teile jeder der weiter unten beschriebenen
erfindungsgemäßen Prüfverbindungen eingearbeitet. Das erhaltene Gemisch wird erhitzt und geschmolzen und sodann in eine Folie
mit einer Dicke von etwa 0,1 mm unter Druck gezogen; Die so erhaltene Folie wird unter den folgenden Alterungsbedingungen
gealtert und sodann einem Zerreißtest unterworfen, um so das Beibehalten der Zerreißfestigkeit und der Zerreißdehnung mittels
Standardverfahren zu bestimmen. Alterungstest
1. Belichten mit UV-Strahlung 200 Stunden lang in der weiter oben beschriebenen Vorrichtung bei 45°C.
2. Die Folie wird 2 Stunden bei 160°C in der Geer's
Alterungstestvorrichtung, wie im Beispiel 19 angegeben, gealtert.

nach Beispiel 21, geprüft.

In 100 Teile Polyester-Kunststoff ("Ester-G 13, Warenname, erhältlich von der Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals Inc. Japan)
werden 1 Teil Benzoylperoxid und 0,2 Teile jeder der weiter unten angegebenen erfindungsgemäßen Prüfverbindungen eingearbeitet.
Das sich ergebende Gemisch wird gemischt und bei 60°C vorerhitzt, und zwar eine Zeitspanne von 30 Minuten.
Sodann wird das vorerhitzte Gemisch vermittels Erwärmen bei 100°C 1 Stunde lang gehärtet unter Ausbilden einer Platte mit
einer Dicke von 3 mm.
Die so ausgebildete Platte wird der Belichtung in der Sonnenschein-Vorrichtung 60 Stunden unterworfen und sodann
wird das Ausmaß der Verfärbung bestimmt.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle X zusammengestellt.

Die so gebildete Folie wird der Belichtung mit UV-Strahlung 5 Stunden bei 45°C unterworfen und sodann der Grad
der Verfärbung bestimmt und verglichen.

Die so erhaltene Platte wird bei 60°C 3 Wochen an einem dunklen Ort gelagert und sodann der Grad der Verfärbung
derselben bestimmt.

Synthetische Polymermasse nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Polymer ein Polyacfetal ist.32. Synthetische Polymermasse nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Polymer ein Polyester ist.33.
