Claims (6)

1. Presswerkzeug das als Pressblech, Endlosband oder Presswalze ausgebildet ist, aus Edelstahl besteht, eine gewünschte Oberflächenstruktur aufweist und auf deren Ober­ fläche sich ein Überzug aus Kohlenstoff befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug auf der Oberfläche festhaftend ist, die Schichtdicke 0,1 µm bis 10 µm beträgt, die Schicht aus Kohlenstoff mit diamantähnlicher Struktur ist und die Oberfläche­ härte des Überzugs über 1800 HV nach Vickers liegt.
2. Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Überzug aus Kohlenstoff mit diamantähnlicher Struktur vorher eine Chromschicht aufge­ bracht wird.
3. Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundmaterial ein Messingwerkstoff ist.
4. Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des Presswerkzeuges vor dem Auftrag des Überzugs aus Kohlenstoff mit diamantähnlicher Struktur, mit einem Edelgas mittles Kathodenzerstäubung angeätzt wird.
5. Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug aus Titannitrid besteht und im Hochvakuum mittels eines Plasmalichtbogens abgeschieden wird.
6. Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug aus Kohlenstoff mit diamantähnlicher Struktur in einem plasmaaktivierten Abscheidungs­ prozess aus der Gasphase (chemical vapour deposition) bei niedrigen Temperaturen unter 200°C im Hochvakuum auf der Presswerkzeugoberfläche aufgebracht wird.
