Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Ausrüsten einer Druckrakel mit einer Hartstoffauflage im PVD- oder PA-CVD-Verfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rakel zuvor einem elektrochemischen Materialabtragprozeß unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des Rakelkörpers während der Durchführung des PVD- oder PA-CVD-Verfahrens unterhalb von 250° C verbleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hartstoff in glatter Schicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hartstoff in welliger oder matter Schicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hartstoff zu einem wesentlichen Teil von DLC gebildet ist.
- Druckrakel, deren Facette und/oder eine der Facette benachbarte Seitenfläche mit einer im PVD- oder PA-CVD-Verfahren aufgebrachten Hartstoffschicht versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie von einem gehärteten und unterhalb von 300 C angelassenen Stahlkörper gebildet ist und ihre unter der Hartstoffschicht liegende Oberfläche aus einem elektrochemischen Abtragprozeß hervorgegangen ist.
