Claims (15)
- 재현가능한 광택도를 가지도록 재료 표면을 처리하고 제조하는 방법에 있어서,가압 도구 표면(2)상에 피복(3)을 가지는 가압 도구(1)를 이용하며, 상기 가압 도구는 다이아몬드형 층을 가진 탄소 층으로 이루어지고 1800 HV 이상의 비커스 표면 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코런덤, 즉 산화 알루미늄 Al2O3또는 유사 물질의 추가에 의해 큰 내마모성을 가지는 표면을 구비한 재료를 처리하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 재료의 표면 경도는 피복(3)의 표면 경도 보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 재료의 처리는 유동을 일으킬 수 있어, 가소화, 성형, 및 응고에 의해, 매끄럽고 또는 구조화된 표면을 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 단일 층 재료 또는 다층 재료, 특히 플라스틱 재료, 시트형 목재, 상부에 놓여진 종이를 가지거나 가지지 않는 적층체를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 도구(1)를 낮은 온도 범위로 가열하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 온도 범위는 이용되는 가압 도구 재료의 재결정 온도 보다 낮고, 최대로 플라스틱, 플라스틱 피복, 또는 사용된 상부 종이의 융점까지의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재료의 대규격 평편면을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재료 또는 재료 피복으로서 듀로플라스틱을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료 표면 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 이용하기 위한 가압 도구(1)로서, 재료, 특히 유동될 수 있는 재료로 제조된 재료의 표면 처리를 위해 경화된 피복(3)을 포함하는 가압 롤러, 가압 시트 또는 무한 벨트의 평편면을 위한 가압 도구에 있어서,상기 피복(3)은 다이아몬드형 층을 구비한 탄소로 이루어지고, 가압 도구 표면(2)에 견고하게 부착되도록 구조화되며, 0.1 내지 10㎛의 층 두께 및 1800 Hv 이상의 비커스 표면 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 피복(3)은 비정질 탄소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 처리를 위한 가압 도구 표면(2)은 매끄럽게 또는 구조화되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 기본 재료는 강, 특히 스테인레스 스틸로 이루어지거나, 또는 황동 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압 도구 표면(2)은, 다이아몬드형 층을 가지는 탄소 피복(3)의 도포에 앞서서, 음극 원자화에 의해 희가스로 에칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 도구 표면(2)과 상기 다이아몬드형 층을 가진 탄소 피복(3) 사이에는 크롬으로 이루어진 중간 층이 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘, 이산화 실리콘, 티탄 옥시카바이드로 이루어진 중간 층이 상기 다이아몬드형 층을 가진 탄소 피복(3)사이에 도포되고, 또는 상기 중간 층은 티탄 아질산염으로 이루어지고 그리고 프라즈마 아크에 의해 고진공내에서 증차되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드형 층을 가진 탄소 피복(3)을 가압 도구 표면(2)상에 도포하는 것은 고진공내에서 그리고 200℃ 이하의 저온에서 가스상으로부터의 프라즈마-활성 증착 공정(화학증착)에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압 도구.
