Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-dione, Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser neuen
Verbindungen, herbizide Mittel, die als Wirkstoffe diese Pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-dione enthalten, sowie Verfahren
zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern unter Vervendung der neuen Wirkstoffe oder der sie enthaltenden
Mittel.
Die neuen Pyridofl,2-a]-s-triezin-dicne entsprechen
der Formel I:

R1 Ktfserstoff, Halogen, Nitro, niedere$ Alkyl,
nieder·*· Alkoxy oder Halogen&lKyl,
einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest, einen
Alkoxyalkyl- oder Halogentlkylrest,und
Wasserstoff, Halogen, Nitro, niederes Alkyl niederes Alkoxy oder HalogenalKyl.
In der Formel I sind unter niederen Alkylresten R-,
und R3 geradkettige oder verzweigte Reste mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoff
atomen zu verstehen, zum Beispiel Methyl, Aethyl, n-Propyl,
Isopropyl, η-Butyl, tert.Butyl, I3cbutyl sowie Pentylreste.
Niedere Alkoxyreste R-, und R^ weisen ebenfalls 1 bis
4 Kohlenstoffatome auf, wie beispielsweise"Methoxy, Isopropoxy,
n-Butoxy, Isobutoxy. Als Halogenalkyl koir.inen für
R1, Rg und Rj ebenfalls niedere Alkylreste, die ein- oder
mehrfach durch Fluor, Chlor und/oder Erom substituiert sind,
in Bdtracht. Ein aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoffrest R2 kann
ein gemdkettiger bzw. verzweigter Alkylrest mit 1 bis 8
bzw. 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, ein niederer Alkenylrest mit
2 bis 4 Kohlenstoff β toinen, insbesondere der Allyl- oder Meth-•llylreet oder ein Alkinylrest mit 2 bis 4 •Kohlenstoffatorren,
wie der Propinyl — oder 1-Methy 1-propinylrest, sowie ein monocyclischer oder polycycli3cher aliphatischer Rest mit 3 bin 9
Kohlenstoffatomen sein, zum Beispiel Cyclopropyl, 1-MethyI- .
cyolopropyl, Cyclnbutyl, Cyelopentyl, Cyclohexyl, Cyclcheptyl,
Cyclooctyl, Bicyclohexyl, Bicycloheptyl, Bicyclooctyl, Tri-
cyclononyl, Tetracyclononyl. Alkylrerte als Teil von Substi-
tuenten, z.B. Alkoxyalkyl, weisen je 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatome
auf. Unter Halogen ist für R, und R3 Fluor, Chlor oder Brom
zu verstehen.

Gemass einer weiteren Ausführungsfore der Erfindung
werden die Verbindungen der Formel I erhalten, indem nan
ein Mol eines Pyridylcarbaminsäureesters der Formel IV
(IV)
in der R4 niederes Alkyl bedeutet,
mit zwei Molen eines Isocyanates der Formel III umsetzt.
In den Formeln II bis IV haben die Symbole R^ bis R3
die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen. Diese Umsetzungen werden vorzugsweise in Gegenwart von basischen Kondensationsmitteln und in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten
Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt. Als Lösungsmittel
kommen beispielsweise aromatische und aliphatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe. N,N-dialkylierte Carbonsäureamide, Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen,
Nitrile etc., in Betracht. Pyridin und Pyridinbasen sind als Lösungsmittel besonders für diese Umsetzungen mit Isocyanaten
geeignet, da sie gleichzeitig als basische Kondensationsmittel dienen· Es können auch andere tertiäre Amine, wie Triailkylamine,
als basische Kondensationsmittel dienen. '
GemMss einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung
werden die neuen Pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-dione der Formel I erhalten, indem man ein Pyrido[l,2-a]-s-tri.a*in-dion der
Formel V :.

umsetzt. In den Formel V und VI haben R,, R? ur.d R3 dje unter
Fuvrhe2 I angegebenem Bedeutungen. Für diese Umsetzungen kommen
.als starke Fasen Alkallaniide, Alkalihydride, Alkaliborhydride,
AlkalialKoholate und Alkalihydroxide in Frage. Weiterhin ist
die Verwendung von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittein, wie sie
im Vorangehenden aufgeführt wurden, ratsatr. Die Pyrido[l,2-a]-
£;-·* riazin-dicne der Formel V werden mit den genannten Basen in
oie ent sprechendan /Ukeli metallsalze ü'berführt. Bei den Verbindungen der Formel VI handelt es sich um ßster von Halogen-.
wteserstoffsäuren, insbesondere die des Chlor-, Brom- und Jodwasserstoffes,
und der Schwefelsäure. z.U. um die entsprochenden Alkyl-, Alkenyl-, Alkinyl und Cycloalkylhaiogenlde oder Dialkyl
sulfate. Für die Unsßtzung eines Pyrid'o[l ,2-aj-s-triazin-,
dlQos der Formel V mit einen der Formel VI entsprechenden
Gulfat verwendet man vorzugsweise wässrige NatriuEhydroxid-Ittsungen
als starke Base.
Gefcäss einem weiteren Verfahren worden die Verbindungen

Die als'Ausgangsstoffe erwähnter: Pyrido[l ,2-a j-s-triazin-2,4-dione
der Formel V sind "bisher nicht bekannt geworden. Diese
Verbindungen können hergestellt werden, indem man ein Air.ino
pyridin der Formel VII roit Carbathoxy-isocyan&t zu einem MIophansäureäthylester
der Formel VIII

umsetzt und diesen durch Ringschluss mit einem basischen Kondensationsmittel
in ein Pyrido[l,2-a]-3-triäzin-2,4-dion der
Formel V litert'ühft. Ais basische Kondensnticnsmittel kommen ii
erster Linie anorganische Basen, insbesondere Alkalimetallhydroxide
in Betracht.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe dienenden Pyrldylharnstnffe der
Formel VIl werden durch Umsetzung eines "2-Ärr.in.cpyridins der
Formel Il silt einem Isocyanat der Formel III in Anwesenheit
von gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehrcern inerten Lösungs- oder
Verdünnungsmitteln- wie Kohlenwasserstoffen,, zur Beispiel
Benzol, Toluol, Xylolen^ Aethem und ätherartigen Verbindungen
turn Beispiel Dialikylätftern,, Dicxari, Tetrahydrofuran, Ν,Ν-äisubstituierten
Carbonsäureamideh "miä -aeetamideni Kitrilen,
zum Beispiel Acetonitril, chlorierten Kohlenwassersxoffen,
zum Beispiel Chlorbenzol, Chlornform und Kethylenchlorid,

werden. In Konzentrationen über 6 kg/ha wirken die erfindungsgemässen
Wirkstoffe als Totalherbizide, In Konzentrationen unter 6 kg/ha als selektive Herbizide. Von den neuen
Wirkstoffen werden schwer bekämpfbare,"sowie tiefwurzelnde
Unkrautarten, zur Beispiel Gräser, Legur.ir.osen urJ Lsldengewächse,

Zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern werden jene

verzweigtes Alkyl mit 3 bis IQ Kohlenstcffatorcenoder- Cyclo-,
alkyl mit 3 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, und R3 Wasserstoff bedeuten,
besonders jene, bei denen fu einen verzweigten,, über ;
den Verzweigungskohlenstoff an den Triazinrliig gebundenen --.·■-.>
Alkylrest, Wie zum Beispiel Tsoprcpyl, sec.Butyl, tert-Butyly
sec.Pentyl, tert.Pentyl etc., sowie einen Cycloalk-ylresti.darstellt.,
bevorzugt. . , .
Solche Wirkstoffe sind selektiv und können zur Bek&iLpfüng
von Ackerunkrtiutern dienen, beispielsweise zur Bekämpfung von
Hirsearten (Panicum sp·), Senfarten (Slnapls sp.), iiänsefussarten
(Chenopodiaceaen), Rispengras Cpoa annuä), Äclserfuchsschwanz
(Alopecurus agrestis), Rarillle (n:atficarls3, Pastinak

Die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulichen die Herstellungs-
verfahren für die neuen Verbindungen der Formel I. Sofern
nichts anderes vermerkt ist, sind die Temperaturen in Celsiusgraden
angegeben.

Eine Lösung von 10,8 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Amino-3-methyl-pyridin und 41,5 g (0,35 Mol) Cyclohexyl!socyariat In 150 ml abs.
Pyridln wird 16 Std. am Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Eindampfen
der Lösung im Vakuum wird der Rückstand ir.it Aether auf eine-Nutsche gespült. Zur Abtrennung des als Nebenprodukt anfallenden !,S-Dicyclohöxyl-harnstoffes wird das Nutschgut mit \
Methylenchlorid extrahiert und das Filtrat noch durch ein»
Säule von 100 g Aluminiumoxid (Akt. I) filtriert. Durch Eindampfen der Lösung und Umkristallisieren des Rückstandes aus
Methylenchlorid-Petroläther erhält man 19,3 g (74,5*) 3-Cyclotoexyl-9~metfcyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-2, 4 (3H)-dionj
Smp. r 179-180°.
8,3 g (0,05 Mol) 2-Aethoxyeerbonylamino-pyridln werden
in 75 ml abs. Pyrldin mit 9,4 g (0,11 Mol) Isopropylisocyanat
versetzt. Das Gemisch wird über Nacht unter Rückfluss gekocht. Nach dem Abdampfen des Pyridine im Vakuum wird der
Rückstand mit Aether behandelt und abgenutacht. Das Robprodukt wird durch Lösen in Methylenchlorid, Filtrieren der Lösung durch Aluminiumoxid (Akt* I) und Umkristallisieren des
Sindampfsrlickständes aus Chloroform-Aether gereinigt. Man
erhält so 4,0 g (39*) 3-J
2,4(3H>-dion, Smp.: 181-18?°·
1,93 g (0,04 Mol) einer käuflichen 5Q$-lgen Natriumhydrid-Dispersion in OeI werden mit abs. Atther auf§«- .%■*
schlämmt. Der Aether wird abdekantiert und durch 40 ml abf.
" Dimethylformamid ersetzt. Zu dieser Suspension fttgt can ^
6,5 g (0,04 Mol) 2 H-i>yridori,2-a]-s-trieain-2t4{3H)-dion ^
in 40 ml Dimethylformamid hinzu und rührt das Gemisch % Sti.
nach. Man fügt nun 7,4 g (0,04 Mol) Isobutyljodid hintu uud
erwSrat'das Gsmisch 3 Std. auf 80°. Die klare, braune Lösung wird em Vakuum eingedampft,, der Rückstand reit Wasser

versetzt und abfiltriert. Zur Reinigung wird das Rohprodukt
in Methylenchlorld gelöst, durch Aluminiumoxid (Akt. I) filtriert und der Eindair.pfungsniekstani aus Kethylenchlcrid- .
. Aether ur.kristallisiert. Die Ausbeute beträgt 3,3 g (37,5.t)
3-l30butyl-2H-pyridüfl,2-al-s-tr1aziii-2,4(3H)-dion,
Srap.: 188-190°.
Eine Lösung von 8,15 g (0,05 Hol) 2H-Pyridofl,2-a ]·-ε-triazin-2,4(3H)-dion
in 27.5 ml' 2K Natronlauge wird bei 15D
W mit 6,95 g (0,055 Mol) Dimethylsulfatversetzt und 2 Stunden
bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Das durch Abtrennen und Einengen
der Mutterlauge erhaltene Rohprodukt la'ssttsich durch Subli
mieren bei 200° (0,08 Torr) reinigen. Ausbeutes 5,5 g (63%)..
3-Kethyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-s-tria2in-2,4(3H)-dion,
Sap.: 251-252°. ·
Eine Lösung von 5,8 g (0,025 Mol) N-3-Methylpyridyl-(2)-N'-cyclohexyl-harnstoff. in 50 ml absolutem Toluol wird
unter Rühren und Kühlung mit Eiswasser der Lösung von 5,0 g
(0,05 Mol) Phosgen in 50 ml absolutem Toluol zügetropft.
Die entstandene Suspension wird anschliessend unter gleich*·-
zeitger Einleitung eines schwachen Phosgenstroces 2 Stunden
■ lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf RaumteEperatur wird der gebildete Niederschlag abfiltriert, in 200 Rl
Wasser suspendiert und die Suspension mit Konzentriertem
Ammoniak neutralisiert. Der Niederschlag wird abfiltriert
und getrocknet. Man erhält 5,85 g (9OjS) S-Cyclohexyl-^
methyl-2H-pyridori,2-aJ-s-triazin-2,4(3H)-dion vob. Stop.

Das für die Beispiele 3 und 4 als Ausß.angsmaterial verwandete
2H-Pyrido[l ,2-a J-s-triazin-2 ,i(3H)-dicn wird wie folgt
hergestellt:
a) Zur Lösung von 47 g (0,5 Mol) 2-Aminopyridin in 500 nl
Chloroform lässt nan bei 10-15° unter Rühren 57,5 g
(0,it Mol) Carbäthoxyisocyanat zutropfen. Das Ger.isch
wird Über Nacht bei Räumtemperetür weitergerührt, wobei
farblose Kristalle ausfallen. Der Niederschlag wird abgetrennt.
Durch Umkristallisieren des Rohproduktes und
des Piltrat-Eindairtpfungsrückstandes aus 400 ml Aethanol
erhält ran 88,4 g (85$) 3-Pyridyl-(2')-allophansäure- ■
äthylöster vom &ap.: 142-144°.
b) Die Lösung von 52.3 g (0,25 Mol) 3-Pyridyl-(2')-allcOhansäureäthylester
in 275 ml 1-n Natronlauge wird 15 Minuten bsi 60° gerührt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur
wird rclt 20 ml Eisessig angesäuert, der farblose Niederschlag
abgetrennt und mit wenig kaltem Wasser nachgespült.
Das so gewonnene 2H-Pyrido[l,2-a)-s-trlazin-2,4(3H)-dion
(37,1 ς'- 9l£) ist für die weiteren Umsetzungen genügend
rein. Ein durrh Umkristallisieren aus Wasser gereinigtes
An&lysenpräparat zeigt bei 213'- 216° einen Umwandlungspunkt.
Zur Kerstellunp; des in den Beispielen 5 und 6 aus Ausg&iigsmaterial
verwendeten N-3-Methylpyridyl-(2)-Nl-cyclohexylharrtatoffes
vird wie oben unter a) angegeben vorgegangen, wobei an Stelle von 57,5 g Carba"thcxyisocyanat 62,5 g (0,5 Mol)
Cyclohexylisocyanat umgesetzt werden-

Die Herstellung erflndungsgemMsser herbizider MIttel erfolgt in in sich bekannter Welse durch Inniges Veraischen und
Vermählen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Pormel I Bit geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispersions- oder Lösungsmitteln.
Die Wirkstoffe können als Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate,
UmhUllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgrarulate, Homogengranulate,
Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Pasten, Emulsionen, Lösungen oder Aerosole verwendet werden.
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Die Korngrösse der Tragerstoff· beträgt
für SUubemlttel zveckmässlg bis ca. 0,1 ma, für Streumittel
ca. 0,075 bis 0,2 rom und für Granulate 0,2 nun oder sehr. Die
Wirkstoffkonxontrationen in den festen Aufarbeitungsformtn betragen In der Regel 0,5 bis 80Jf. Diesen Gemischen können ferner
den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionenaktlve und kationenaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die
beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder
tin· basiere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarktft (DIfpargator·η) gewährleisten.
In Wasser dlspargiarbare Wlrkstoffkonstntrate, Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Panten und Emulsionskonzentrat«,
stellen Mittel dar, die «it Wasser auf Jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden können· Sie bestehen au· Wirkstoff,
TrMgerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden
Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Anti sch«uinnitt ein
und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration
in diesen Mitteln beträgt 5-3OjI. Die Spritzpulver (wettable
powder) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoff·
mit Dispergiermitteln und pulvtrförir-lgen Träger stoffen in
geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermählt. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener' Träger stoff« zu verwenden. Ale Anti schaujr.eitttl

werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zustäzen so vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei Spritzpulvern der feste
Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02-0,04 und bei Pasten von 0,003 mm nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten
und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, organische Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet. Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos,
nicht phytotoxisch, den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert und nicht leicht brennbar sein.
Ferner können die erfindungsgeraässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten
organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst. Die Lösungen sollen die Wirkstoffe in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 1-20JC enthalten. ·
Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemässen Mitteln lassen sich
andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen Mittel aufser den genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I und anderen Herbiziden, zum Beispiel Insektizide,
Fungizide, Bakterizide, Funglstatika, Bftkteriostatlka oder Nematozide zur Verbreiterung des Wirkung»spektrums enthalten.
Die erfindungsgeaässen Mittel können ferner noch Pflanzendünger,
Spurenelemente usw. enthalten.
Granulat
Zur Herstellung «inet 5£-lg*n Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet*
5 Teile 3-Cycloh«xyl-8-methyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-striazin-2,4(3H)-dion,
0,25 » Epichlorhydrin,
0,25 " CetylpolyglykolKther mit 6 Mol Aethylcnoxid,
3,50 " Polyglykol ("Carbowax"),
91 " Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 am).
Die Aktivsubstanz wird Bit Epi'chlorhydrin vermischt und
mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyglykol und Cetylpolyglykolßtfier zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Aceton.im Vakuum verdampft.
Zur Herstellung eines a) 50$-igen, b) 25^-igen und c)
10#-igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:
a) 50 Teile 3-Cyclohexyl-8-methyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a ]-s-
triazin-2,4(3H)-dion,

b) 25 Teile 3-Isopropyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-2,4-
(3H)-dion,
5 " Oleylraethyltaurid-Na-Salz,.
2,5 " Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat,
0,5 " Carboxymethylcellulose,
5 " . neutrales Kalium-Aluminiumsilikat,
62 " Kaolin5
c) 10 Teile 3-Isobutyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-2,4(3H) ■
dion,
3 " Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten,
5 " Haphthalinsulfonsäuren-Forraaldehyd-Kondensat,
82 " Kaolin.
Der angegebensWirkstoff wird auf die entsprechenden Träcerstoffe
(Kaolin und Kreide) aufgezogen und anschliessend vermischt und vermählen. Man erhalt Spritzpulver .von vorzüglicher
Benetzbarkeit und Sch*sbefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern
können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten
Wirkstoffkonzentration erhalten werden. Derartige Suspensionen können zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in Baumwollpflanzungen
verwendet worden.
Zur Herstellung einer 45^-igon Paste werden folgende
Stoffe verwendet:

Der Wirkstoff wird mit den Zuschlagstoffen in dazu geeigneten Geräten innig vermischt und vermählen. Man erhält eine
Paste, aus der sich durch Verdünnen mit V/asser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration herstellen lassen.
Zur Herstellung eines 10%-igen Emulsionskonzentrates ■
werden
10 Teile 3-Isopropyl-9-«ethyl-2H-pyrido[l,2-a]-striazin-2,4(3H)-dion,
15 " Oleylpolyglykoläther mit 8 Mol Aethylenoxyd,
75 " Isophoron (3,5,5-Trieethylcyclohex-2-en-l-on)
uiteinender vermischt. Dieses Konzentrat kann mit Wasser zu
Emulsionen auf geeignete Konzentrationen verdünnt werden. Solche Emulsionen eignon sich zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern In
Kulturpflanzen, vie z.B. Baumwolle, Mals etc.
Zur Bestimmung der Herbiziden Wirkung werden die folgenden

Der Wirkstoff wird als 10£-ige wässrige Suspension in
Gartenerde eingearbeitet, so dass die Wirkstoffkonzentration
0,5 g pro Liter Erde ist. In SaatEchalen werden dann folgende
Testpflanzen in die so vorbereitete Erde eingesät:
Die Schalen werden dann im Gewächshaus bei 20 bis 240C und 70Ji
relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten.

Amaranthus spez. werden als Testpflanzen in ein frisch zubereitetes Saatbeet eingesät. Direkt nach der Saat wird der
Wirkstoff als wässrige Dispersion, hergestellt aus 25#igem Spritzpulver, auf die Bodenfläche appliziert. Nach 54 Tagen
wird die phytotoxische Wirkung auf die Kulturpflanzen und die herbizide Wirkung auf die eingesäten Unkräuter bewertet.

Beide Versuchen zeigen, dass die Wirkstoffe 4 und 13 geraäss
vorliegender Anmeldung eine sehr gute herbizide Wirkung sowohl gegen die natürlich vorkommende Unkrautflora als auch gegen die
eingesäten schwer bekämpfbaren Unkräuter besitzen. Bei den
Kulturpflanzen traten keine, wenn dann lediglich schwache, jedoch reversible phytotoxische Symptome auf.

man die Umsetzungen a) und b) in Gegenwart eines basischen Kondensationsinittel durchführt.

9. Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff mindestens ein
Pyrido[l,2~a]-s-triazin-dion der Formel I
In der
R1 Wasserstoff, Halogen, Nitro, niederes Alkyl, niederes
Alkoxy oder Halogenalkyl,
IU. einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest, einen Alkoxy-
alkyl- oder Halogenalkylrest, und R3 Wasserstoff, Halogen, Nitro, niederes Alkyl, niederes
Alkoxy oder Halogenalkyl
bedeuten, zusammen mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilung smitteln enthält.
10. Mittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff mindestens eine Verbindung der Formel 1, in der
R^ Wasserstoff ,oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 einen verzweigten Alkylrest mit 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen oder einen Cycloalkylrest mit 3 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen
und R-j Wasserstoff bedeuten, enthält.
11. Mittel nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff 3-Cyclohexyl-9-methyl-2H-pyrido
[l,2-a]-s-triazin-2,4(3H)-dion enthält.
12. Mittel nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff S-Isopropyl^-methyl^H-pyrido[l,2-a]-s-triazin-2,4(3H)-dion enthält.

14. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern,
gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung mindestens einer Verbindung der Formel I oder von Mitteln, die mindestens eine solche Verbindung
als Wirkstoff enthalten.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I in der Rp Rg und η
die in Anspruch 2 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
