Im Hauptpatent 1 041 627 sind neuartige Wasch- und Desinfektionsmittel beschrieben, die amphotere oberflächenaktive Verbindungen der Formel
Wasch- und Desinfektionsmittel

darstellen, in der

Diese Verbindungen werden vornehmlich in Form der wäßrigen Lösungen ihrer Salze mit Säuren angewandt.
Bei der Weiterentwicklung wurde nun gefunden, daß die Verwendung der obengenannten Wasch- und Desinfektionsmittel besonders vorteilhaft ist, wenn ihre wäßrigen Lösungen gegebenenfalls im Gemi^h ff»* anderen bereits bekannten amphoteren oberflächenaktiven Stoffen als solche bzw. in Form ihrer Salze mit Säuren durch Zusatz von in Wasser unlöslichen Fettsäurealkylolamiden in Emulsionsform, vorzugsweise von dickflüssiger Art, gebracht werden.
Fettsäurealkylolamide, die besonders für diese Verwendung in Betracht kommen, sind z. B. solche der höheren gesättigten Fettsäuren Palmitinsäure oder Stearinsäure mit Monoäthanolamin. Der Zusatz kann etwa 1 bis 10 °/0 betragen.
Die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen amphoteren oberflächenaktiven Stoffe bzw. ihrer Salze mit Säuren zusammen mit den genannten Fettsäurealkylolamiden in Emulsionsform hat gegenüber der Verwendung der einfachen wäßrigen Lösungen Vorzüge von zweierlei Art, besonders, wenn sie der Händedesinfektion dient:
1. Die dickflüssige Form der Emulsion erleichtert ihre unmittelbare Verwendung zum Waschen der Hände insofern, als sie beim Aufbringen auf die Hand nicht abfließt und sich gut auf der ganzen Handfläche verteilen läßt.
2. Der in der Emulsion enthaltene Fettstoff, der die baktericide Wirkung des Desinfektionsmittels nicht beeinträchtigt, wirkt auf der Haut als Schutzstoff und Rückfettungsmittel, so daß durch diese Anwendungsform erstmalig ein Mittel erhalten wird, das Waschvermögen, Desinfektionswirkung und Hautpflege kombiniert.
Beispiel 1
15 Teile N-Dodecyl-l^-aminopropyl-yS-aminobutter- so säure, 1,5 Teile Weinsäure und 4 Teile Stcarinsäuremonoäthanolamid werden in 80 Teilen Wasser bei 900C gelöst. Die zunächst klare Lösung gibt beim Kaltrühren eine dickflüssige milchweiße Emulsion, die gegebenenfalls Anmelder:

parfümiert werden kann. Die Emulsion ist ein ausgezeichnetes Mittel zur chirurgischen Händedesinfektion.
Beispiel 2
7,5 Teile N-Dodccyl-l.S-aminopropyl-jS-aminobuttersäure, 7,5 Teile Dodecyl-di-(aminoäthyl)-glydn, 2 Teile Weinsäure und 5 Teile Stcarinsäuremonoäthanolarnid werden in 78 Teilen heißem Wasser gelöst und zur Emulsion kalt gerührt.
Beispiel 3
7,5 Teile N-Dodecyl-1 ,S-aminopropyl-yi-aminobuttersäure, 7,5 Teile O-Dodecyl-l.S-oxypropyl-^-aminobuttersäure, 1,5 Teile Weinsäure und 3 Teile Stearinsäureäthanolamid werden in 80 Teilen heißem Wasser gelöst. Bei Kaltrühren entsteht eine dickflüssige Emulsion.
Beispiel 4
20 Teile N -Dodecyl-1,3 - aminopropyl - aminoessigsäure, 2 Teile Citronensäure und 8 Teile Palmitinsäuremonoäthanolamid werden in 70 Teilen heißem Wasser gelöst und zur Emulsion kaltgerührt.
