Description
- Emulgatoren für die pharmazeutische Technik Es wurde gefunden, daß die Sulfonierungsprodukte der den Ölsäuren entsprechenden Alkohole sehr vorteilhaft als Emulgatoren in der Pharmazie und der pharmazeutischen Technik, als Bestandteile von Salben und Kremen sowie als Schaum- und Hautschutzmittel verwendbar sind.
- Die Sulfonierungsprodukte der den Ölsäuren entsprechenden Alkohole können in analoger Weise wie die Sulfonierungsprodukte der 01-säuren durch Sulfonierung von den Ölsäuren entsprechenden Alkoholen erhalten werden.
- Diese Sulfonierungsprodukte sind, da sie keine freie oder veresterte Carboxylgruppe enthalten, außerordentlich beständig gegen die Härtebildner des Wassers. Sie sind ferner auch bei alkalischer und saurer Reaktion beständig. Sie haberi die Eigenschaft, damit behandelte Stoffe besonders weich und geschmeidig zu machen. Ferner sind sie weder der Oxydation durch den Luftsauerstoff noch der Zerstörung durch Mikroorganismen zugänglich und reagieren in wäßrigen Zubereitungen völlig neutral. Sie sind daher den bisher für ähnliche Zwecke verwendeten Emulgiermitteln, insbesondere Seifen und sulfonierten Fettpräparaten, wie z. B. Türkischrotölen, wesentlich überlegen.
- Beispiel I Zahnpaste Eine Mischung von 100 Teilen Glycerin und 6Teilen Stärke wird mit II Teilen Tragantschleim (I:Io) vermischt und 380 Teile Calciumcarbonat, 85 Teile Natriumsalz des Oleylalkoholschwefelsäureesters, 300 Teile destilliertes Wasser und 20 Teile Pfefferminzöl eingearbeitet.
- Beispiel 2 Flüssige Teerseife für Haarwäsche 350 Teile Natriumsalz des Ricinolalkoholschwefelsäureesters werden in einem Gemisch von 600 Teilen Wasser und 30 Teilen Alkohol 96 Ol,ig gelöst und hierauf mit 20 Teilen arzneilichen Teerzubereitungen, 5 Teilen Citronenöl und I Teil Bergamottöl versetzt.
- Zur Herstellung einer flüssigen Kamillenseife kann man denselben Ansatz unter Verwendung von 6 Teilen Kamillenöl an Stelle der Teerzubereitungen benutzen.
- Beispiel 3 Rasierseifenkrem 90 kg einer Paste, bestehend aus 60 kg Natriumsalz des Oleylalkoholschwefelsäureesters, I5 kg glycerin und 15 1 Wasser, werden mit 5 kg Lanolin und dem gewünschten Riechstoff sorgfältig verknetet.
- Beispiel 4 Hautkrem 10 Teile Vaselinöl, weiß, 15 Teile Lanolin, 5 Teile Wachs, 4,5 Teile Ceresin, 15 Teile Natriumsalz des Ricinolalkoholschwefelsäureesters und 50 Teile Wasser werden unter Erwärmen vermischt und nach dem Erkalten 0,5 Teile Parfümessenz eingearbeitet.

- P A T E N T A N S P R U C H E : Verwendung der Sulfonierungsprodukte der den Ölsäuren entsprechenden Alkohole als Emulgatoren in der Pharmazie und in der pharmazeutischen Technik, als Bestandteile von Salben und Kremen sowie als Schaum- und Hautschutzmittel.
