Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de conversión de baja temperatura compuesto de tritubos, los cuales llevan a cabo simultáneamente las funciones de un contenedor y un intercambiador de calor. Este aparato es capaz de descomponer térmicamente cualquier clase de material orgánico para obtener carbón, petróleo, agua y gases no-condensables y también es capaz de descomponer suelos y residuos contaminados con organocloruros y dioxinas.El aparato es usado para descomposición térmica de cualquier clase de material orgánico y comprende: una caja exterior (2) con una tapa hermética (19), una capa de aislamiento térmico (5) colocado a lo largo de la superficie interior de la caja exterior (2) y la tapa. Dicho aparato también comprende, por lo menos, una estructura con tres tubos concéntricos dispuestos internamente, colocados sustancialmente de forma vertical y con un ancho de pared apropiado para el calentamiento mediante gases que provienen a partir del lado interior y el lado exterior de dicha estructura. La invención también se refiere a un proceso para la descomposición térmica de cualquier clase de material orgánico usando el aparato de la presente invención y comprende las etapas de alimentación del material orgánico dentro del aparato, calentamiento con gases sobre la parte interior y exterior de una región anular ubicada en los tubos concéntricos dentro del aparato, procesamiento con extracción y condensación de petróleo, enfriamiento con gases e inclinación del aparato.
