Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству для низкотемпературной конверсии, содержащему трехтрубные системы, которое одновременно выполняет функции реактора и теплообменника. Данное устройство пригодно для термического разложения органического материала любого типа с получением угля, масла, воды и неконденсирующихся газов, а также для очистки почв и осадков, загрязненных хлорорганическими соединениями и диоксинами. Данное устройство используется для термического разложения органического материала любого типа, содержащее внешний корпус (2) с герметичной крышкой (19), теплоизоляционный слой (5), расположенный по всей внутренней поверхности внешнего корпуса (2) и крышки, отличающееся тем, что содержит, по меньшей мере, конструкцию из трех концентрических труб, расположенных внутри, по существу, вертикально и с толщиной стенки, подходящей для нагревания с помощью горячих газов с внутренней и внешней поверхности данной конструкции. Настоящее изобретение также относится к способу термического разложения органического материала любого типа с применением устройства согласно настоящему изобретению, включающему следующие стадии: загружают органический материал в устройство; нагревают газами внутри и снаружи кольцевое пространство между концентрическими трубами внутри устройства; обрабатывают с выделением и конденсацией масла; охлаждают газы; а также наклоняют устройство.
