Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к реактору с псевдоожиженным слоем для термической обработки псевдоожижаемых веществ, состоящему как минимум из одного устройства для подачи микроволнового излучения в реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем и металлической стенки реактора, которая определяет границы реактора и имеет термоизоляционное покрытие. Для повышения эффективности использования энергии в таком реакторе в соответствии с настоящим изобретением предлагается термоизоляционное покрытие на внутренней стенке реактора, в состав которого входят внешний относительно стенки реактора слой, состоящий из огнеупорного кирпича и/или огнеупорного бетона, и внутренний слой, состоящий из легковесного огнеупорного кирпича и/или теплоизоляционного бетона.
