COMPOSICIONES DE BETAHISTINA DE LlBERACION CONTROLADA.Formulaciones sólidas de betahistina de liberación controlada para administración oral, que se obtienen sometiendo el ingrediente activo a un proceso de granulación por fusión con un compuesto graso y mezclando a continuación el granulado obtenido con un polímero hidrofílico y con excipientes convencionales.
