Abstract
Sustituto de crema de leche moldeado, como suplemento paracomidas calientes consistiendo de a) polvo de cremade leche b) polvo de grasa en una matriz c) grasa pura.Un método para la elaboración de un sustituto de crema de leche en pedazos que es caracterizado por el hecho de que una mezcla de a) polvo de crema de leche y b) polvo de grasa, es mezclada con una mezcla de grasa fundida c) que después de su enfriamiento hacia una masa extruíble se moldea por medio de máquinas para moldear usuales en porciones particulares.Procedimiento para elaborar un sustituto de crema de leche en forma de granulado que es caracterizado por mezclar a) 20-60% de polvo de crema de leche, b) 10-40% de polvo de grasa y c) 25-50% de grasa con 40-50°C hasta obtener una masa fluida que se desmenuza después de su enfriamiento.Procedimiento para elaborar un sustituto de crema de leche en forma de granulado que es caracterizado por mezclar homogéneamente a) 30-60% de polvo de crema de leche b) 10-40% de polvo de grasa y c) 15-40% de grasa en forma de flóculos y granular la mezcla mediante una máquina para granular.
