Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ADITIVO PARA PRODUTO LáCTEO, ADITIVO PARA PRODUTO LáCTEO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO LáCTEO, E, PRODUTO LáCTEO". A presente invenção proporciona processos e composições para acentuar a incorporação de proteina de soro de leite em produtos lácteos, e que compreendem formar um homogencizado ou uma emulsão compreendendo proteinas de soro de leite e creme, e incorporando o homogeneizado ou a emulsão compreendendo proteínas de soro de leite e creme, e incorporando o homogeneizado ou emulsão nos produtos lácteos. A invenção proporciona também emulsões de proteina de soro de leite/creme e produtos lácteos que incorporam essas emulsões.
