Abstract

本实用新型涉及在冬季的雪道或者冻结成冰一样硬的积雪上行驶的汽车为了防滑固定在轮胎上使用的防滑链,更具体的是涉及在雪道上提供优秀的抓地力、并且防止由于摩擦产生的链的磨损、往轮胎上安装操作简单的防滑链。现有的防滑链,由于一般使用在聚氨基甲酸酯的衬垫中埋入钉子的防滑链,存在行驶中聚氨基甲酸酯的衬垫与路面摩擦,容易破损的问题。将此改良的本实用新型,在通常的防滑链中,连结链4的连结机构是将第1钢缆1及第2钢缆1a卷绕成「O」字形形成连结环5,在构成前述连结环5的钢缆1的交叉点6结合固定螺母7通过加压固定将上述连结环5固定而成,前述钢缆1、1a由软质的合成树脂管8包覆。

防滑链
技术领域
本实用新型涉及在冬季的雪道或者冻结成冰一样硬的积雪上行驶的汽车为了防滑而固定在轮胎上使用的防滑链,更具体的是涉及在雪道上提供优秀的抓地力(グリツプカ)、以及防止由于摩擦产生的链的磨损、往轮胎上安装操作简单的防滑链。
背景技术
现有的防滑链,一般使用在聚氨基甲酸酯的衬垫中埋入钉子、和在钢缆上结合抓地部件的防滑链。
前述现有的在聚氨基甲酸酯的衬垫中埋入钉子而成的防滑链虽然具有优美的外观,但实质上,存在行驶中聚氨基甲酸酯的衬垫与路面摩擦而容易破损的问题。
还有,在钢缆上结合抓地部件而成的防滑链虽然能提供优秀的抓地力,但是前述抓地部件在外面上形成着许多突出片,该突出片紧密接触着轮胎的底面,产生轮胎容易破损的问题。
再有,前述现有的防滑链,在钢缆上结合抓地部件,由于该钢缆与侧面钢缆结合,在将结合有抓地部件的钢缆连结固定在前述侧面钢缆时,将需要使用另外的连结件,在这种情况下,有可能发生由于冲击产生的破损。
因此,需要一种能将前述结合着抓地部件的钢缆有效地连结的连结手段。
发明内容
本实用新型解决了前述现有的防滑链的问题,在提供优秀的抓地力的同时,将由于与路面的摩擦产生的磨损最小化而延长使用寿命,提供能够容易地在钢缆上连结抓地用锁链的连结方法。
本实用新型另一目的是提供能够防止抓地用锁链所引起的轮胎的破损的防滑链。
为了达到前述目的,本实用新型使用一般市场销售的普通的链构成防滑链,将连结前述链的连结部件与连结用钢缆结合,不需使用其他的连结部件,卷绕连结用钢缆设置了连结环后,通过连结前述链来达成。

具体实施方式
根据附图详细说明为了达到前述目的本实用新型的构成和其作用。
通常的防滑链,通过在其第1钢缆1和第2钢缆1a之间具有连接机构,并连结许多链4而成,在其一侧端安装着连结环2,在其另一侧端形成着连结环3;上述第2钢缆1a形成着连结环2a及连结环3a,另外在其中央部形成有辅助连结环2b及连结环3b,上述连结机构是将第1钢缆1及第2钢缆1a卷绕成「O」字形形成连结环5,在构成前述连结环5的钢缆1的交叉点6上结合固定螺母7并通过加压固定该螺母7而将上述连结环5固定而成,前述钢缆1、1a由软质的合成树脂管8包覆。
在卷绕上述钢缆1、1a形成连结环5时,如图3所示地插入固定件7进行卷绕后,在其交叉点6上将「O」字形的固定件7插入后,由压力机施压固定,形成一体化的连结环5,制作变容易、降低了破损的可能性。
卷绕钢缆1形成的连结环5,将固定件7位于前述连结环5的内侧地进行组装固定,如图4所示,还可以向着连结环5的外侧组装,这种程度的变形只不过是设计变更,因而省略详细的说明。
如此构成的本实用新型,在雪道上行驶时,装上本实用新型的防滑链行驶。
在轮胎上装上本实用新型的防滑链,通过链4起着抓地作用。
即,在锁链4的连结部形成的各突出部与雪道接触,可得到优秀的抓地效果,由于被组装的链4的厚度不厚,使轮胎与地面的间隔最小化,使碰撞噪音被限制为最小限度。
在本实用新型中,在前述连结环5上连结了通常的锁链4后,通过将链4的截断部电焊接合,固结在轮胎上后使用,能够防止由于冲击而产生的脱离。
还有,由于钢缆1、1a通过合成树脂管8被包覆,在装在轮胎上时,可以将由于与钢缆1、1a摩擦产生的破损防患于未然。
如以上说明的这样,本实用新型的防滑链,由于卷绕钢缆1形成着连结环5,可得到完全不必担心锁链4的分离及脱离,对于前述起着抓地作用的链4,由于使用了市场上销售的链而减低了成本,还有,由于其组装极其简单,在短时间内可以组装生产,具有降低生产成本的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种防滑链,在其第1钢缆和第2钢缆之间具有连接机构、并连接着许多链(4);上述第1钢缆(1)在其一侧端安装着连结环(2),在其另一侧端形成着连结环(3);上述第(2)钢缆(1a)形成着连结环(2a)及连结环(3a),而且在其中央部形成有辅助连结环(2b)及连结环(3b);其特征在于,上述连结机构是将第1钢缆(1)及第2钢缆(1a)卷绕成「O」字形形成连结环(5),在构成前述连结环(5)的钢缆(1)的交叉点(6)上结合固定螺母(7)并加压固定该螺母(7)而将上述连结环(5)固定而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于,卷绕钢缆(1)形成的连结环(5)是将固定螺母(7)位于前述连结环(5)的内侧地组装固定而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的防滑链,其特征在于,卷绕钢缆(1)形成的连结环(5)是将固定螺母(7)位于前述连结环(5)的下端部地组装固定而成。
