Abstract
一种背板连接器,其包括壳体以及安装于所述壳体的若干端子模组。所述壳体包括基部、自所述基部的一端向上延伸的第一侧壁以及自所述基部的另一相对端向上延伸的第二侧壁,所述基部、所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁共同形成一个收容空间。所述端子模组包括第一信号端子以及第二信号端子。所述壳体还设有自所述基部一体延伸且间隔设置的若干绝缘凸起,所述绝缘凸起延伸入所述收容空间内,所述若干端子模组安装于所述绝缘凸起内。相较于现有技术,本实用新型的绝缘凸起与基部一体成型,从而提高了壳体的结构强度,提高了产品的耐久性。
Description
本实用新型要求了申请日为2020年06月19日,申请号为202010567796.4,发明创造名称为“背板连接器组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种背板连接器,属于连接器技术领域。
背景技术
现有的背板连接器通常包括壳体以及安装于壳体的若干端子模组。每一端子模组包括绝缘块以及固定在绝缘块中的若干导电端子。绝缘块设有端子收容孔,导电端子的接触部延伸至端子收容孔中,以与对接连接器相配合。壳体设有收容且定位端子模组的插孔。然而,这种设计壳体的结构强度较弱,产品的耐久性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种壳体结构强度较好的背板连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种背板连接器,其包括:
壳体,所述壳体包括基部、自所述基部的一端向上延伸的第一侧壁以及自所述基部的另一相对端向上延伸的第二侧壁,所述基部、所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁共同形成一个用以至少部分收容对接连接器的收容空间;以及
若干端子模组,所述端子模组安装于所述壳体,所述端子模组包括第一信号端子以及第二信号端子;
所述壳体还设有自所述基部一体延伸且间隔设置的若干绝缘凸起,所述绝缘凸起延伸入所述收容空间内,所述若干端子模组安装于所述绝缘凸起内。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述若干绝缘凸起排列为多排,且相邻两排中的所述绝缘凸起错位布置。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述绝缘凸起设有收容所述第一信号端子的第一端子收容孔以及收容所述第二信号端子的第二端子收容孔。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述绝缘凸起设有上端面以及贯穿所述上端面的连通槽,所述第一端子收容孔和所述第二端子收容孔位于所述连通槽的底部且与所述连通槽相连通。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述壳体还设有用以将所述第一端子收容孔与所述第二端子收容孔隔开的分隔部。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述连通槽包括对应于所述第一端子收容孔的第一弧形槽、对应于所述第二端子收容孔的第二弧形槽以及连接所述第一弧形槽和所述第二弧形槽的直槽。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一弧形槽的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第一端子收容孔的圆心重叠;所述第二弧形槽的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第二端子收容孔的圆心重叠。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述基部还设有与所述第一端子收容孔和所述第二端子收容孔相连通的端子容纳槽;所述端子模组包括固定在所述第一信号端子和所述第二信号端子上的绝缘块,所述绝缘块收容在所述端子容纳槽中;所述绝缘块的顶面抵压所述分隔部的底面以实现限位。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述背板连接器包括套接于所述绝缘凸起上的金属屏蔽围绕件。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述金属屏蔽围绕件的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部,所述偏转部用以将所述金属屏蔽围绕件导引插入对接连接器中。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述金属屏蔽围绕件包括筒体部、自所述筒体部向下延伸的安装部以及自所述安装部向下延伸的若干安装脚;所述基部设有上下贯穿且定位所述安装部的定位槽。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案,所述安装部设有与所述端子模组相抵压以限制所述端子模组向下脱离所述壳体的扣持部。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的壳体设有自基部一体延伸的若干绝缘凸起,所述绝缘凸起收容所述若干端子模组;通过所述基部与所述绝缘凸起的一体成形设置,提高了壳体的结构强度,提高了产品的耐久性。

请参图1及图2所示,本实用新型的实施方式揭示了一种背板连接器组件,其包括第一背板连接器100、与所述第一背板连接器100相配合的第二背板连接器200’、与所述第一背板连接器100安装在一起的第一电路板301以及与所述第二背板连接器200’安装在一起的第二电路板302。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一背板连接器100与所述第二背板连接器200’以相正交的方式插接,所述第一电路板301垂直于所述第二电路板302。
请参照图3至图11所示,所述第二背板连接器200’包括壳体21’、安装于所述壳体21’内的若干端子模组22’、固定于所述壳体21’且位于所述端子模组22’外的金属屏蔽围绕件23’以及安装于所述壳体21’的固持块24’。
请参图9以及图13至图15所示,所述壳体21’是由绝缘材料制成,其包括基部210’、自所述基部210’的一端向上延伸的第一侧壁211’、自所述基部210’的另一相对端向上延伸的第二侧壁212’。所述基部210’、所述第一侧壁211’和所述第二侧壁212’共同形成一个用以收容部分所述第一背板连接器100的收容空间213’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁211’与所述第二侧壁212’相互平行且均垂直于所述基部210’。
在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述壳体21’还设有自所述基部210’一体延伸且间隔设置的若干绝缘凸起214’。若干绝缘凸起214’向上延伸入所述收容空间213’内。所述若干端子模组22’安装于所述绝缘凸起214’内。若干绝缘凸起214’沿前后方向排列为多排,且相邻两排中的绝缘凸起214’错位布置,即相邻两排中位于同一位置处的绝缘凸起214’沿前后方向不对齐。所述基部210’设有暴露于所述收容空间213’内的顶面2101’、与所述顶面2101’相对的底面2102’、分别自所述底面2102’的两侧向下凸出的两个安装凸块2103’、以及位于这两个安装凸块2103’之间的容纳槽2100’。所述容纳槽2100’用以收容所述固持块24’。
请结合图14所示,所述基部210’还设有贯穿所述顶面2101’的若干定位槽2104’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,每一个定位槽2104’均大致呈U形,围绕对应的绝缘凸起214’设置,且用以安装金属屏蔽围绕件23’。具体地,每一个定位槽2104’包括前后延伸的第一定位槽2104a’、平行于所述第一定位槽2104a’的第二定位槽2104b’以及连接所述第一定位槽2104a’与所述第二定位槽2104b’的第三定位槽2104c’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述定位槽2104’贯穿所述底面2102’,以与所述容纳槽2100’相连通。
请参照图12以及图13所示,此外,所述基部210’的底面2102’还设有若干端子容纳槽2105’、位于每一端子容纳槽2105’的两侧的定位凸块2106’、以及用以与固持块24’相配合的定位孔2107’。所述端子容纳槽2105’贯穿所述底面2102’且向所述绝缘凸起214’内凹陷形成。请参照图12所示,每一绝缘凸起214’大致呈长方体状,其设有上端面2141’、贯穿所述上端面2141’的连通槽2142’以及位于所述连通槽2142’的底部且与所述端子容纳槽2105’相连通的端子收容孔。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述端子收容孔包括平行设置的第一端子收容孔2143’以及第二端子收容孔2144’。所述第一端子收容孔2143’以及所述第二端子收容孔2144’均为圆孔。所述壳体21’还设有用以将所述第一端子收容孔2143’与所述第二端子收容孔2144’隔开的分隔部2145’。所述分隔部2145’设有底面2145a’。所述上端面2141’的四个棱角处设有用以导引所述金属屏蔽围绕件23’安装的导引斜面2141a’。请参照图14所示,所述连通槽2142’包括对应于所述第一端子收容孔2143’的第一弧形槽2142a’、对应于所述第二端子收容孔2144’的第二弧形槽2142b’以及连接所述第一弧形槽2142a’与所述第二弧形槽2142b’的直槽2142c’。所述第一弧形槽2142a’的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第一端子收容孔2143’的圆心重叠。类似地,所述第二弧形槽2142b’的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第二端子收容孔2144’的圆心重叠。
请参照图9所示,所述第一侧壁211’设有第一顶面2111’、第一内侧面2112’、自所述第一内侧面2112’向内凸伸入所述收容空间213’内的若干第一凸起2113’以及位于相邻两个第一凸起2113’之间的第一定位槽2114’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一定位槽2114’为燕尾槽,其设有相对设置的两个斜面,使所述第一定位槽2114’靠近第一内侧面2112的宽度大于所述第一定位槽2114’远离第一内侧面2112’的宽度。此外,所述第一顶面2111’设有向所述收容空间213’的方向倾斜的第一导引斜面2111a’以及向上贯穿所述第一顶面2111’的凹口2111b’。所述凹口2111b’能够起到识别作用,以防止第一背板连接器100以错误的角度插接。所述第一导引斜面2111a’进一步延伸至所述若干第一凸起2113’的顶部。
请参照图10所示,所述第二侧壁212’设有第二顶面2121’、第二内侧面2122’、自所述第二内侧面2122’向内凸伸入所述收容空间213’内的若干第二凸起2123’以及位于相邻两个第二凸起2123’之间的第二定位槽2124’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第二定位槽2124’为燕尾槽,其设有相对设置的两个斜面,使所述第二定位槽2124’靠近第二内侧面2122’的宽度大于所述第二定位槽2124’远离第二内侧面2122’的宽度。此外,所述第二顶面2121’设有向所述收容空间213’的方向倾斜的第二导引斜面2121a’。所述第二导引斜面2121a’进一步延伸至所述若干第二凸起2123’的顶部。所述第一导引斜面2111a’与所述第二导引斜面2121a’用以导引所述第一背板连接器100插入所述收容空间213’内。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一凸起2113’与所述第二凸起2123’对称设置在所述壳体21’的两侧,所述第一定位槽2114’与第二定位槽2124’也对称设置在所述壳体21’的两侧。
请参照图16及图17所示,每一端子模组22’包括第一信号端子221’、第二信号端子222’以及固定在所述第一信号端子221’与第二信号端子222’上的绝缘块223’。在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’嵌入成型在所述绝缘块223’中。在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’形成一组差分信号端子。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’沿所述绝缘块223’的中轴线对称设置。
从结构上看,所述第一信号端子221’包括固定于所述绝缘块223’的第一固定部221a’、自所述第一固定部221a’向上延伸的第一接触部221b’以及自所述第一固定部221a’向下延伸的第一安装脚221c’。所述第一安装脚221c’设有第一鱼眼孔221c1’,使所述第一安装脚221c’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302’的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。所述第一接触部221b’呈两半式结构,其包括第一接触片221b1’、第二接触片221b2’以及位于所述第一接触片221b1’与所述第二接触片221b2’之间的第一插孔2210’。所述第一接触片221b1’与所述第二接触片221b2’被两个第一开槽221b3’隔开,从而使所述第一接触部221b’具有较好的弹性,提高与对接连接器的端子相配合时的可靠性。此外,所述第一接触片221b1’还设有位于其末端的第一扩口部221b4’,所述第二接触片221b2’还设有位于其末端的第二扩口部221b5’,所述第一扩口部221b4’与所述第二扩口部221b5’形成了与所述第一插孔2210’相连通的第一喇叭口221b6’,用以导引对接连接器的端子插入。
所述第二信号端子222’包括固定于所述绝缘块223’的第二固定部222a’、自所述第二固定部222a’向上延伸的第二接触部222b’以及自所述第二固定部222a’向下延伸的第二安装脚222c’。所述第二安装脚222c’设有第二鱼眼孔222c1’,使所述第二安装脚222c’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302’的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。所述第二接触部222b’呈两半式结构,其包括第三接触片222b1’、第四接触片222b2’以及位于所述第三接触片222b1’与所述第四接触片222b2’之间的第二插孔2220’。所述第三接触片222b1’与所述第四接触片222b2’被两个第二开槽222b3’隔开,从而使所述第二接触部222b’具有较好的弹性,提高与对接连接器的端子相配合时的可靠性。此外,所述第三接触片222b1’还设有位于其末端的第三扩口部222b4’,所述第四接触片222b2’还设有位于其末端的第四扩口部222b5’,所述第三扩口部222b4’与所述第四扩口部222b5’形成了与所述第二插孔2220’相连通的第二喇叭口222b6’,用以导引对接连接器的端子插入。

请参照图18至图22所示,在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述金属屏蔽围绕件23’是由一块金属板冲压、弯折、铆接而成,其包括筒体部231’、自所述筒体部231’向下延伸的安装部232’以及自所述安装部232’向下延伸的若干安装脚233’。所述筒体部231’包括依次连接的第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’,其中所述第一侧壁2311’与所述第三侧壁2313’相对,所述第二侧壁2312’与所述第四侧壁2314’相对,以围成全包式屏蔽腔体。当然,在其它实施方式中,所述屏蔽腔体也可以是非全包式,例如所述筒体部231’包括依次连接的第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’,使所述筒体部231’大致呈U形。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁2311’与所述第三侧壁2313’的面积大于所述第二侧壁2312’与所述第四侧壁2314’的面积。所述第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’的末端均设有向内弯折的偏转部2315’,这些偏转部2315’各自独立,以便于各自独立弯折,避免相互干扰。每一偏转部2315’设有位于其外表面的导引部2315a’。通过设置所述偏转部2315’,能够在金属屏蔽围绕件23’的末端形成一个收缩口,通过导引部2315a’能够使易于将偏转部2315’导引插入第一背板连接器100中。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁2311’包括第一壁部2311a’以及第二壁部2311b’,其中所述第一壁部2311a’与所述第二壁部2311b’通过铆接的方式固定在一起。所述第一壁部2311a’与所述第二壁部2311b’的结合处形成有铆接线2311c’。在本实用新型的其它实施方式中,也可仅于相连的所述第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’的至少三个的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部2315’。例如在依次连接的第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部2315’。
在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述安装部232’大致呈U形,其包括连接部2320’、自所述连接部2320’的一侧弯折的第一弯折部2321’、自所述连接部2320’的另一相对侧弯折的第二弯折部2322’、自所述第一弯折部2321’向下延伸的第一尾部2324’、以及自所述第二弯折部2322’向下延伸的第二尾部2325’。所述第一弯折部2321’固定于所述第一定位槽2104a’中,所述第二弯折部2322’固定于所述第二定位槽2104b’中,所述连接部2320’固定于所述第三定位槽2104c’中。所述连接部2320’与所述第三侧壁2313’共面。所述第一弯折部2321’与所述第二侧壁2312’位于同一侧,且所述第一弯折部2321’向外凸出所述第二侧壁2312’。所述第二弯折部2322’与所述第四侧壁2314’位于同一侧,且所述第二弯折部2322’向外凸出所述第四侧壁2314’。所述安装部232’还包括位于所述连接部2320’的底部扣持部2326’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,当金属屏蔽围绕件23’未安装于绝缘凸起214’时,所述扣持部2326’与所述连接部2320’位于同一平面内;当金属屏蔽围绕件23’安装于绝缘凸起214’后,向内弯折(即向所述第一侧壁2311’的方向)所述扣持部2326’,使所述扣持部2326’垂直于所述连接部2320’。所述扣持部2326’位于所述连接部2320’的底边中部的位置。所述第一弯折部2321’远离所述第三侧壁2313’的一边还设有若干第一倒刺部2321a’。所述第二弯折部2322’远离所述第三侧壁2313’的一边还设有若干第二倒刺部2322a’。所述第一倒刺部2321a’与所述第二倒刺部2322a’均延伸超出所述第一侧壁2311’,用以卡持于所述壳体21’。所述第一尾部2324’设有第一鱼眼孔2324a’,使所述第一尾部2324’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302’的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。所述第二尾部2325’设有第二鱼眼孔2325a’,使所述第二尾部2325’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一尾部2324’与所述第二尾部2325’相互平行且左右对齐布置。所述第一尾部2324’及所述第二尾部2325’垂直于所述第一安装脚221c’及所述第二安装脚222c’。
请参照图23至图27所示,所述固持块24’包括错位布置且连接为一个整体的若干安装条241’,其中每一安装条241’设有用以定位所述安装部232’的定位槽242’。具体地,每一安装条241’包括大致呈矩形的若干开孔243’,相邻两排安装条241’的开孔243’交错布置。同一安装条241’上相邻的两个开孔241’被位于它们中间的一个分隔壁244’隔开。所述固持块24’包括第一内侧面2411’、与所述第一内侧面2411’相对的第二内侧面2412’、连接所述第一内侧面2411’与所述第二内侧面2412’的第三内侧面2413’以及连接所述第一内侧面2411’与所述第二内侧面2412’且与所述第三内侧面2413’相对的第四内侧面2414’。所述第四内侧面2414’的两端分别设有第一开孔2414a’以及第二开孔2414b’。此外,所述第四内侧面2414’的两端还设有位于所述第一开孔2414a’的上方的第一喇叭口2414c’以及位于所述第二开孔2414b’的上方的第二喇叭口2414d’。所述第一内侧面2411’、所述第二内侧面2412’以及所述第三内侧面2413’连成U形,用以收容所述安装部232’。所述第一喇叭口2414c’以及所述第一开孔2414a’用以让所述第一尾部2324’穿过且实现定位;所述第二喇叭口2414d’以及所述第二开孔2414b’用以让所述第二尾部2325’穿过且实现定位。在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,所述固持块24’为电镀塑胶,以实现更好的屏蔽效果。所述固持块24’设有与所述定位孔2107’相配合的定位柱245’。
组装时,首先,将若干金属屏蔽围绕件23’自上而下套接于绝缘凸起214’上,使筒体部231’包裹在绝缘凸起214’的四周,U形的安装部232’插入U形的定位槽2104’;第一尾部2324’以及第二尾部2325’分别穿过第一定位槽2104a’以及第二定位槽2104b’,以延伸出所述底面2102’并暴露在容纳槽2100’中。所述安装部232’部分暴露在容纳槽2100’中,以延长对所述第一信号端子221’以及所述第二信号端子222’的屏蔽。当金属屏蔽围绕件23’安装到位时,所述第一倒刺部2321a’以及所述第二倒刺部2322a’会刺破端子容纳槽2105’的内壁,以提高固持力。
将若干端子模组22’自下而上插入对应的端子容纳槽2105’中,此时所述绝缘块223’的凸条2236’与端子容纳槽2105’的内壁相挤压,以提高安装可靠性;当端子模组22’安装到位时,所述绝缘块223’的顶面2231a’抵压所述分隔部2145’的底面2145a’,以实现限位;所述第一信号端子221’的第一接触部221b’与所述第二信号端子222’的第二接触部222b’分别延伸入所述第一端子收容孔2143’与所述第二端子收容孔2144’中;所述第一信号端子221’的第一安装脚221c’与所述第二信号端子222’的第二安装脚222c’延伸出所述底面2102’并暴露在容纳槽2100’中。
然后,将扣持部2326’向内弯折,使所述扣持部2326’位于定位凹槽2232c’中且与绝缘块223’相抵接。如此设置,一方面能够防止金属屏蔽围绕件23’向上脱离绝缘凸起214’,另一方面能够防止端子模组22’向下脱离壳体21’。
最后,将固持块24’从下而上安装于容纳槽2100’中。此时,U形的安装部232’在第一喇叭口2414c’以及第二喇叭口2414d’的导引下插入固持块24’的开孔243’中。此时,第一弯折部2321’抵靠在第一内侧面2411’上,第二弯折部2322’抵靠在第二内侧面2412’上,连接部2320’抵靠在第四内侧面2414’上。金属屏蔽围绕件23’的第一尾部2324’与第二尾部2325’、第一信号端子221’的第一安装脚221c’以及第二信号端子222’的第二安装脚222c’穿过固持块24’的开孔243’,以与第二电路板302电性连接。
当所述第一背板连接器100与所述第二背板连接器200’相配合时,所述第一背板连接器100部分插入所述第二背板连接器200’的壳体21’的收容空间213’中,所述第二背板连接器200’的端子模组22’的筒体部231’在偏转部2315’的导引下插入所述第一背板连接器100中。

Claims (12)
1.一种背板连接器(200’),其包括:
壳体(21’),所述壳体(21’)包括基部(210’)、自所述基部(210’)的一端向上延伸的第一侧壁(211’)以及自所述基部(210’)的另一相对端向上延伸的第二侧壁(212’),所述基部(210’)、所述第一侧壁(211’)和所述第二侧壁(212’)共同形成一个用以至少部分收容对接连接器的收容空间(213’);以及
若干端子模组(22’),所述端子模组(22’)安装于所述壳体(21’),所述端子模组(22’)包括第一信号端子(221’)以及第二信号端子(222’);
其特征在于:
所述壳体(21’)还设有自所述基部(210’)一体延伸且间隔设置的若干绝缘凸起(214’),所述绝缘凸起(214’)延伸入所述收容空间(213’)内,所述若干端子模组(22’)安装于所述绝缘凸起(214’)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述若干绝缘凸起(214’)排列为多排,且相邻两排中的所述绝缘凸起(214’)错位布置。
3.如权利要求1所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述绝缘凸起(214’)设有收容所述第一信号端子(221’)的第一端子收容孔(2143’)以及收容所述第二信号端子(222’)的第二端子收容孔(2144’)。
4.如权利要求3所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述绝缘凸起(214’)设有上端面(2141’)以及贯穿所述上端面(2141’)的连通槽(2142’),所述第一端子收容孔(2143’)和所述第二端子收容孔(2144’)位于所述连通槽(2142’)的底部且与所述连通槽(2142’)相连通。
5.如权利要求3所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述壳体(21’)还设有用以将所述第一端子收容孔(2143’)与所述第二端子收容孔(2144’)隔开的分隔部(2145’)。
6.如权利要求4所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述连通槽(2142’)包括对应于所述第一端子收容孔(2143’)的第一弧形槽(2142a’)、对应于所述第二端子收容孔(2144’)的第二弧形槽(2142b’)以及连接所述第一弧形槽(2142a’)和所述第二弧形槽(2142b’)的直槽(2142c’)。
7.如权利要求6所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述第一弧形槽(2142a’)的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第一端子收容孔(2143’)的圆心重叠;所述第二弧形槽(2142b’)的圆弧为优弧且该优弧的圆心与所述第二端子收容孔(2144’)的圆心重叠。
8.如权利要求5所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述基部(210’)还设有与所述第一端子收容孔(2143’)和所述第二端子收容孔(2144’)相连通的端子容纳槽(2105’);所述端子模组(22’)包括固定在所述第一信号端子(221’)和所述第二信号端子(222’)上的绝缘块(223’),所述绝缘块(223’)收容在所述端子容纳槽(2105’)中;所述绝缘块(223’)的顶面(2231a’)抵压所述分隔部(2145’)的底面(2145a’)以实现限位。
9.如权利要求1至8项中任意一项所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述背板连接器(200’)包括套接于所述绝缘凸起(214’)上的金属屏蔽围绕件(23’)。
10.如权利要求9所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述金属屏蔽围绕件(23’)的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部(2315’),所述偏转部(2315’)用以将所述金属屏蔽围绕件(23’)导引插入对接连接器中。
11.如权利要求9所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述金属屏蔽围绕件(23’)包括筒体部(231’)、自所述筒体部(231’)向下延伸的安装部(232’)以及自所述安装部(232’)向下延伸的若干安装脚(233’);所述基部(210’)设有上下贯穿且定位所述安装部(232’)的定位槽(2104’)。
12.如权利要求11所述的背板连接器(200’),其特征在于:所述安装部(232’)设有与所述端子模组(22’)相抵压以限制所述端子模组(22’)向下脱离所述壳体(21’)的扣持部(2326’)。
