背景技术
大体期望以数种方式改进电机,比如无刷电机。特别地,改进可在尺寸重量,制造成本,效率,可靠性和噪音等方面被期望。
电机(比如无刷电机)被使用为较高速度,例如以100krpm或更高的情形变得越来越普遍。当以这样的高速操作时,电机的部件遭受非常大的力。为了电机在电机的寿命期间保持性能和可靠性,它必须能够承受这些较大力。因此,需要发现改进,其允许电机可承受在高操作速度处的较大力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种电机,包括:定子组件,转子组件和支撑体部.该转子组件包括轴,第一轴承和第二轴承被安装在轴上、永磁体的两侧,支撑体部包括第一和第二轴承座,转子组件的轴承被安装到第一和第二轴承座,其中第一轴承通过粘合剂安装到第一轴承座,第二轴承通过O形环软安装到第二轴承座。
结果,转子组件,以及转子组件和支撑体部之间的连接点可更有效地承受和吸收当电机在使用中时它们遭受的轴向力和径向力两者。软安装的轴承对于吸收径向力是有效的,且通过粘合剂固定的轴承对于承受任何轴向力是有效的。同样地,有利的协作作用从使用两种不同安装方法用于两个轴承而得到。
轴可驱动被安装到轴的一端的负载,且第二轴承可比第一轴承更接近负载。结果,最接近负载的轴承被软安装到支撑体部。径向力最可能由附接到轴的负载产生,且由此有利的是最接近于负载的轴承能够吸收在使用期间由负载旋转引起的任何径向力,以便它不具有对在其他轴承处的粘合剂粘合的强度的负面影响。任何轴向力沿转子组件传递,且由轴承(其从负载进一步地远离间隔开)承受。
电机可为压缩机,负载可为叶轮。叶轮可为混流叶轮。
环形槽可被提供在第二轴承和轴承座的外表面的至少一个中,且o形环被定位在所述环形槽中。结果,o形环将保持在期望的位置中且将不移动位置(其否则将降低由o形环提供的软安装的效果)。

图1示出了压缩机形式的电机10的分解透视图。为了清晰起见,某些部件(比如控制电子器件和外部壳体)没有被示出。电机10包括转子组件12,支撑体部14和定子组件,该定子组件包括四个定子元件16,18,20和22。当电机10被装配时,转子组件12定位在支撑体部14内且被安装到支撑体部14,且定子元件位于支撑体部14内的相应槽内。例如,定子元件20位于支撑体部内的槽24内。支撑体部14可为一件式结构,例如被铸造为单个物体,且包括叶轮罩26,其覆盖叶轮,如图4中所示。电机10还包括扩散器28。

第一轴承40被定位为相比于第二轴承38进一步远离叶轮42。第一轴承40通过粘合剂固定到轴承座52,且能够承受沿转子的轴向力(其在使用期间通过叶轮42产生)。第二轴承38被定位在轴承座50内最接近于叶轮42。由于第二轴承38通过o形环的方式仅软安装在轴承座50内,它能够吸收当叶轮在使用期间旋转时由叶轮42产生的任何径向力。如果粘合剂结合被用于固定轴承38到轴承座50,那么径向力可能能够随着时间过去削弱粘合剂结合,减少电机的寿命,且可能导致电机10的毁灭性故障。然而,软安装不能承受在使用期间由叶轮沿转子组件产生的任何轴向力,这就是为什么粘合剂粘合被用于固定另一个轴承40到轴承座52,且对于两个轴承的每个使用不同安装方法由此是有利的。

5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,环形槽被设置在轴承座和第二轴承的外表面的至少一个中,且o形环被定位在所述环形槽中。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,环形槽被设置在轴承座和第一轴承的外表面的至少一个中,且环形槽提供通道,粘合剂可定位在该通道内。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于,支撑体部包括细长的中心部分,且所述第一和第二轴承座被轴向定位在细长的中心部分的相对端部处,以使永磁体被定位在支撑体部的细长的中心部分内。
