Abstract

Description
本發明涉及一種電機裝置。
大致希望以數種方式改進電機裝置,比如無刷馬達。特別地,希望可在尺寸重量、製造成本、效率、可靠性和噪音等方面改進。
電機裝置(比如無刷馬達)在較高速度(例如以100krpm或更高)被使用的情形變得越來越普遍。當以這樣的高速操作時,馬達的部件遭受非常大的力。為了讓馬達在馬達的壽命期間保持性能和可靠性,它必須能夠承受這些較大的力。因此,需要尋求改進,其允許馬達可承受在高操作速度時的較大的力。
本發明提供了一種電機裝置,包括:一定子組件,一轉子組件及一支撐體部。該轉子組件包括一軸,一第一軸承及一第二軸承被安裝在軸上、永久磁體的兩側,支撐體部包括第一及第二軸承座,轉子組件的軸承被安裝到第一及第二軸承座,其中第一軸 承通過黏合劑安裝到第一軸承座,第二軸承通過O形環軟安裝到第二軸承座。
結果,轉子組件,以及轉子組件及支撐體部之間的連接點(the points of connection)可更有效地承受及吸收當電機裝置在使用中時,它們所遭受的軸向力及徑向力。軟安裝的軸承對於吸收徑向力是有效的,且通過黏合劑固定的軸承對於承受任何軸向力是有效的。同樣地,從使用用於兩個軸承的兩種不同安裝方法能得到有利的協作作用。
軸可驅動被安裝到軸的一端的負載,且第二軸承可比第一軸承更接近負載。結果,最接近負載的軸承被軟安裝到支撐體部。徑向力最可能由附接到軸的負載產生,且由此,有利的是最接近於負載的軸承能夠吸收在使用期間由負載旋轉引起的任何徑向力,以便它不具有對在其他軸承處的黏合劑黏合的強度的負面影響。任何軸向力沿轉子組件傳遞,且由軸承(其從負載進一步地遠離間隔開)承受。
電機裝置可為一壓縮機,負載可為一葉輪。葉輪可為一混流葉輪。
一環形槽可被提供在第二軸承及軸承座的外表面的至少一個中,且O形環被定位在該環形槽中。結果,O形環將保持在期望的位置中且將不移動位置(否則其將降低由O形環提供的軟安裝的效果)。
一環形槽可被提供在第一軸承及軸承座的外表面的至少一個中,該環形槽提供一通道,黏合劑位於該通道內。這個通道允許清潔的(clean)黏合劑黏合,且降低黏合劑在裝配期間從軸承 及軸承座之間流出的可能性,否則其將降低黏合劑黏合的效果。如果黏合劑能夠流出,還存在它可進入軸承自身的可能性,其將非常不利於軸承且將阻礙它完全地發揮作用。
支撐體部可包括一細長的中心部分,且第一及第二軸承座可軸向地定位在細長的中心部分處的相對端部處,以使永久磁體被定位在支撐體部的細長的中心部分內。細長的中心部分可支撐定子組件。結果,磁體及定子組件的相對位置的非常嚴格的控制可被實現,其可導致更有效率的電機裝置。

圖1示出了一壓縮機形式的一電機裝置10的分解透視圖。為了清晰起見,某些部件(比如控制電子器件及外部殼體)沒有被示出。電機10裝置包括一轉子組件12、一支撐體部14及一定子組件,該定子組件包括四個定子元件16、18、20及22。當電機裝置10被裝配時,轉子組件12定位在支撐體部14內且被安裝到支撐體部14,且該等定子元件位於支撐體部14內的相應槽內。例如,定子元 件20位於支撐體部內的槽24內。支撐體部14可為一件式結構,例如被鑄造為單一個物體,且包括一葉輪罩26,其覆蓋葉輪,如圖4中所示。馬達10還包括一擴散器28。

在磁體32的相對端部處固定到軸30的是一第二軸承38。一O形環39被安置為圍繞第二軸承38。儘管不能在圖3中看見,第二軸承也被提供有環形槽或通道(未示出)在它的外周表面上。O形環39位於該通道內以便O形環保持在軸承38上的期望位置中且不會到處移動。當轉子組件12被裝配入支撐體部14內的位置時,第 二軸承38位於支撐體部中的一第二軸承座內,且通過O形環39的方式軟安裝到那。
圖4示出了裝配的電機裝置10穿過包括轉子組件12的旋轉軸線的一平面的橫剖面視圖。定子元件16、20被示出為插入支撐體部14內的它們相應的槽內,例如定子元件20被插入槽24。還可看到轉子組件12的軸承38、40被定位在支撐體部14內且分別被安裝到軸承座50及52。儘管沒有示出在圖4中,軸承38通過O形環軟安裝在軸承座50內,且軸承40通過黏合劑硬安裝到軸承座52。
第一軸承40被定位為相比於第二軸承38進一步遠離葉輪42。第一軸承40通過黏合劑固定到軸承座52,且能夠承受沿轉子的軸向力(其在使用期間通過葉輪42產生)。第二軸承38被定位在軸承座50內最接近於葉輪42。由於第二軸承38通過O形環的方式僅軟安裝在軸承座50內,它能夠吸收當葉輪在使用期間旋轉時由葉輪42產生的任何徑向力。如果黏合劑結合被用於固定軸承38到軸承座50,那麼徑向力可能能夠隨著時間過去削弱黏合劑結合,減少馬達的壽命,且可能導致電機裝置10的毀滅性故障。然而,軟安裝不能承受在使用期間由葉輪沿轉子組件產生的任何軸向力,這就是為什麼黏合劑黏合被用於固定另一個軸承40到軸承座52,且對於兩個軸承的每個使用不同安裝方法由此是有利的。
儘管特殊實施例已被描述,應理解各種修改可在不脫離由申請專利範圍限定的本發明的範圍的情況下被做出。例如,被設置在每個軸承的外表面中的環形通道可替代地被設置在支撐體部的軸承座的內表面上。此外,本文中所示和描述的實施例涉及具有葉輪的壓縮機。然而,本發明將有利於被用於驅動不同於葉輪的負 載的其他類型的電機裝置,比如無刷電動馬達。
Claims (8)
- 一種電機裝置,包括:一定子組件;一轉子組件;以及一支撐體部;該轉子組件包括一軸,一第一軸承及一第二軸承在一永久磁體的兩側被安裝到該軸,且該支撐體部包括第一及第二軸承座,該轉子組件的軸承被安裝到該第一及第二軸承座,其中該第一軸承通過黏合劑安裝到該第一軸承座,且該第二軸承通過一O形環軟安裝(soft-mounted)到該第二軸承座。
- 如請求項1所述的電機裝置,其中該軸驅動被安裝到該軸的一端的一負載,且該第二軸承比該第一軸承更接近該負載。
