Abstract

本实用新型总体上涉及座椅总成,更为具体地,涉及可枢轴旋转以为用户的腿提供额外支撑的椅垫延伸机构。
背景技术
椅垫延伸机构通常设计用于为用户腿的后部提供支撑,但通常在垂直调节方面具有一定限制。
实用新型内容
针对相关技术中存在的一个或多个问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种座椅总成,其能够为用户的腿提供额外的支撑。
本实用新型的一个方面包括具有座椅基部的座椅总成。座椅底板可运转地连接至座椅基部。杆横穿座椅基部延伸入座椅底板中的长槽内。啮合部件可在与杆不接触的第一位置和与杆接触的第二位置之间运转。设置有包括可运转地连接杆并能够旋转杆的驱动轴的马达。当啮合部件处于第一位置时驱动轴的旋转使得座椅底板横向移动。当啮合部件处于第二位置时驱动轴的旋转使得杆和座椅底板旋转。

本说明书中出于说明目的,用语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“后”、“前”、“垂直”、“水平”及其派生用语参照如图1中本实用新型所确定的方向。然而应理解,除非明确表示排除,否则本实用新型可采取多种替代指向。还应理解,附图中说明的及说明书中所描述的具体装置和方法仅为权利要求中限定的本实用新型原理的简化示例型实施例。因此,除非权利要求中另作表示,否则涉及本说明书中所公开的实施例的具体尺寸和其它物理特性不应当理解为限定。
参考图1、图2,附图标记10总体上指代具有座椅基部12的座椅总成。座椅底板14可运转地连接至座椅基部12。杆16横穿座椅基部12延伸入座椅底板14中的长槽18。啮合部件20可在与杆16不接触的第一位置22和与杆16接触的第二位置24之间运转。马达26包括与杆16可运转地连接并能够旋转杆16的驱动轴28。当啮合部件20处于第一位置22时,驱动轴28的旋转使得座椅底板14横向移动。当啮合部件20处于第二位置24时,驱动轴28的旋转使得杆16和座椅底板垂直转动。
再次参考图1和图2中所示的实施例,座椅总成10总体上设计用于在车辆29中使用并包括带有头枕32和本体部分34的座椅靠背30,本体部分适合相对于座椅基部12以多种角度倾斜。椅垫36在座椅底板14和座椅基部12上方延伸,并设计用于为用户腿的下侧提供支撑。柔软的织物38位于椅垫36上方以保护椅垫36并且提供了美学外观。椅垫36为柔性的,并允许座椅底板14相对于座椅基部12移动而不损坏椅垫36或设置于椅垫36上方的织物38。座椅总成10支撑在前支柱40和后支柱42上。前支柱40和后支柱42通过紧固件固定连接至车辆29的地板44和座椅总成10。这样,当座椅总成10向前或向后移动时,座椅总成10相对于前支柱40和后支柱42移动。
参考图2,座椅总成10的座椅底板14总体上可在完全缩回位置50(图3)和完全延伸位置52(图4)之间前后横向移动。座椅总成10还可在完全降低位置54(图5)和完全升起位置56(图6)之间上下枢轴移动。更为具体地,座椅总成10设计用于向前延伸使得可在用户腿的下方提供适当的横向支撑。此外,座椅总成10可向上枢轴旋转以向用户腿的下侧提供垂直支撑。另外,座椅总成10可调节至完全缩回位置50和完全延伸位置52之间以及完全降低位置54和完全升起位置之间的多个位置中的任意位置。
再次参考图2,拨动开关60与调节马达26的控制器62(图4)可运转地连接。拨动开关60从用户接收方向指令并将这些指令传递至控制器62,该控制器启动并控制马达26。控制器62还启动适合提升并降低啮合部件20的电磁阀63,下文将更为详细地进行描述。例如,在用户向前推动拨动开关60的情况下,座椅底板14相对于座椅基部12横向移动以延长座椅总成10。又例如,当用户向上推动拨动开关60时,座椅底板14相对于座椅基部12旋转以向用户腿的下侧提供支撑。下文将更为详细地介绍关于座椅总成10如何向上及横向移动的细节。
现在参考图3和图3A,所说明的实施例描述了处于完全缩回位置50的座椅总成10。在该位置,可运转座椅长度最短。即,可用于支撑用户的座椅总成10可用表面积最小。当座椅总成10处于完全缩回位置50时,杆16位于基底啮合部件72前端的上方。基底啮合部件72具有总体上平坦的构造,而多个齿74设置在其顶侧76。杆16延伸穿过具有多个齿80的齿轮78并与其连接,多个齿80适合与基底啮合部件72上的齿74相接合。
参考图4、4A,在指向前的箭头82的方向拨动开关60使控制器62启动马达26,其随后旋转驱动轴28并因此顺时针旋转杆16。当杆16顺时针旋转时,齿轮78的齿80作用于基底啮合部件72的齿74并将其如箭头82所示向前推动。由于向前推进基底啮合部件72,也向前推进固定连接至基底啮合部件72的座椅底板14。当座椅底板14抵达完全延伸位置52时,齿轮78处于基底啮合部件72的后端,控制器62停止马达26,保持座椅底板14处于其完全延伸位置52。为了回到完全收回位置50,用户以指向后的箭头84的方向向后推动拨动开关60。拨动开关60在指向后的箭头84的方向的横向移动使控制器62启动马达26,其随后以与当在指向前的箭头82的方向推动拨动开关60时相反的方向旋转驱动轴28。随后杆16逆时针旋转。当杆16逆时针旋转时,齿轮78的齿80作用于基底啮合部件72的齿74并将其如箭头84所示向后推动。由于向后推进基底啮合部件72,也向后推进固定连接至基底啮合部件72的座椅底板14。当座椅底板14抵达完全缩回位置50时,齿轮78处于基底啮合部件72的前端(图3和图3A)。同时,控制器62停止马达26,保持座椅底板14处于其完全缩回位置50。
现在参考图5、5A,所说明的实施例显示了处于第二位置24的啮合部件20。向上推动拨动开关60向控制器62发送信号以启动电磁阀63,其使啮合部件20向下枢轴旋转至第二位置24。当电磁阀63使得啮合部件20向下枢轴旋转至第二位置24时,啮合部件20的齿90与连接至杆16的齿轮78上的齿80接合。在箭头91所示方向向上推动拨动开关60还使马达26启动并旋转驱动轴28,其随后旋转杆16和齿轮78。当齿轮78旋转时,齿轮78不再相对于座椅基部12横向转移或移动座椅底板14,而是使座椅底板14绕杆16以箭头92的方向旋转。更为具体地,齿轮78无法相对于基部12向前或向后移动座椅底板14,因为啮合部件20的齿90防止齿轮78相对于基底啮合部件72横向移动。这样,当齿轮78旋转时,啮合部件20和基底啮合部件72与齿轮78作为单个单元旋转,其随后使座椅底板14朝向完全升起位置56旋转。
现在参考图6、6A所说明的实施例,当齿轮78顺时针旋转时,座椅底板14也以箭头92的方向顺时针旋转至完全升起位置56。在用户希望将座椅底板14降低至完全降低位置54时,用户简单地以箭头93的方向向下推动拨动开关60,其使控制器62向马达26发送信号,马达以相反的方向旋转驱动轴28,其随后逆时针旋转齿轮78,从而以箭头94的方向向下旋转座椅底板14。为了延伸或缩回座椅底板14,用户随后向前或向后推动拨动开关60,其首先启动电磁阀63从而使啮合部件20向上枢轴旋转。如上文详细地描述,控制器62随后向马达26发送信号以旋转杆16以便向前或向后移动座椅底板14。

Claims (10)
1.一种座椅总成,其特征在于,包括:
座椅基部;
可运转地连接至所述座椅基部的座椅底板;
横穿所述座椅基部延伸入所述座椅底板中的长槽中的杆;
可在与所述杆不接触的第一位置和与所述杆接触的第二位置之间运转的啮合部件;以及
马达,包括与所述杆可运转地连接并能够旋转所述杆的驱动轴,其中当所述啮合部件处于所述第一位置时所述驱动轴的旋转导致所述座椅底板横向移动,当所述啮合部件处于所述第二位置时所述驱动轴的旋转导致所述杆和所述座椅底板旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述啮合部件可相对于所述座椅总成旋转至所述第一位置和所述第二位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,包括:
设置在所述座椅底板和所述座椅基部中的一个上的纵向通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述杆包括第一端和第二端,且其中所述第一端和所述第二端均包括齿轮总成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述啮合部件包括多个能够接合所述齿轮总成的齿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述座椅底板包括在所述座椅基部的侧面部分上方延伸的侧面凸缘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述座椅底板可位于完全延伸横向位置和完全缩回横向位置之间,且当所述座椅底板位于所述完全延伸横向位置和所述完全缩回横向位置时所述座椅底板可绕所述杆枢轴旋转。
8.一种座椅总成,其特征在于,包括:
设置在座椅基部上并可运转地连接至杆的座椅底板;
可在与所述杆的接合位置和分离位置之间运转的啮合部件;
能够旋转所述杆的马达,其中当所述啮合部件分离时所述杆的旋转横向移动所述座椅底板,且其中当所述啮合部件接合时所述杆的旋转使所述座椅底板绕所述杆枢轴旋转。
9.根据权利要求8所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述啮合部件枢轴连接至所述座椅总成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的座椅总成,其特征在于,所述座椅底板可位于完全延伸横向位置和完全缩回横向位置之间,且当所述座椅底板位于所述完全延伸横向位置和所述完全缩回横向位置时所述座椅底板可绕所述杆枢轴旋转。
