Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新颖的就地组装的储放系统。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种带有互锁边的板的咬合方法和系统,利用所述具有互锁边的板可制成各种自支撑结构、储放单元、搁架、展示中心和橱柜。
背景技术
模块化储放系统的使用能够让使用者根据特定的需要定制构件组合系统。Dewey等人提出的美国专利US 5,638,973和Chan提出的美国专利US5,466,058中披露了利用边元件将类似的侧板连接在一起所形成的板式储放装置。在Dewey等人和Chan提出的专利文献中,可通过将在一个部件的底边上的垂片式突起放置到另一个部件顶部中的沟槽式凹槽中使容器堆叠。
Slocum等人提出的美国专利US 5,888,114披露了一种由带自支撑边的元件构成的模块化储放系统。Slocum等人提出的储放系统是一系列类似的板,利用滑动接合在一起的突出配合边使这些板形成立方体。在一个边的周边形成挂钩,另一侧形成闩锁。在两个板以滑动接合的方式锁定后,仅可通过使它们滑动分离才能将板边拆开。Slocum等人的专利披露了一种滑入式挂钩和相应的滑入式闩锁的构形,所有都取决于一种突出的闩锁和挂钩,没有给出保持连接板的垂直定位的定位导向件或者止档的启示。Slocum等人的滑动接合配合系统连接四个板形成具有四个壁的盒子。
在模块化储放系统领域中需要解决的问题是,提供可在边缘处咬合在一起的类似的板。另一个需要解决的问题是,形成咬合在一起的具有5或者6个面的结构。本发明通过提供一种咬入式闩锁和挂钩的板连接能够解决这些问题和先前的限制。
发明内容

本发明提供一种由板构成的模块化储放系统。每一个板具有前面、后面、四个边和四个角部。从前面或者后面看过去,在每一个角部的至少一个面上设有闩锁/挂钩对。在每一个相邻的角部处形成另一个闩锁/挂钩对,闩锁与挂钩的顺序是交替地包围每一个面和在相对的一面是镜像的。所述挂钩是细长的并且半刚性的,具有适合的弹性、记忆和/或润滑性以便在插入或拆卸相应的细长的闩锁后变形和咬合定位。因此,一对方向相反的板可在两个板之间形成直角的边缘处咬合在一起。可增加附加的板以形成诸如架、盒、桌子和立方体的结构。每一个挂钩还可提供止档以防止闩锁在形成的挂钩内滑动及错位。在每一个板的每一对相邻的边之间的角部处形成支撑。两个相邻的角部支撑(图1D)相互支撑并且用作一个较大的角部支撑件,使板形成的结构更稳定(图4和图5A)。

图3B、3C、3D、3E和3F中所示的分别是滑上型角部闩锁/挂钩的正透视图、背透视图、后透视图、已连接的前角部的透视图、沿图3E中的线A-A所截得的剖视图和四个正方体的相交部分的边剖视图。
在图3B、图3C和图3D中,示出了闩锁321形状,构成闩锁的垂片突起是细长的并且具有扩大的头部323,所述扩大的头部323以可逆的方式咬合在相应的挂钩322狭槽324中。闩锁/挂钩对320最好是由能够提供挠性和耐久性的聚丙烯、ABS、聚碳酸酯、高硬度橡胶或尼龙构成的注射模制部件。在每个闩锁/挂钩对320的角部接合处形成有定位止档330。
图3E示出了能够阻止闩锁321在挂钩322内移动以加强结构的整体性的定位止档330的位置。支撑边缘331包围每一个角部支撑330,支撑边缘331与相邻固定的板的一个相邻支撑边缘331接合并且形成较大的角部支撑件332。相对于每一个闩锁/挂钩对320形成板匹配导向件340。利用该板匹配导向件340能够使每一个板301安装在闩锁/挂钩对320中。应该认识到,每一个板301将牢固地安装在板匹配导向件340上。连接的性质将取决于构成板的材料,例如可使用粘结剂、锁定片、超声波焊接、胶、铆钉、弯边等。
侧板中的差异是可预见的并且讨论在内。可采用的侧板材料的非限定示例包括,金属丝构架的网、涂覆线材、塑料栅格、木材、金属、塑料、复合材料、钢板(不锈钢、热轧或者冷轧碳素钢或者合金)、黄铜、或者冲压或成型的铜、织网金属或者塑料和嵌入模制在塑料中的金属构架。
如在图3F中所示,形成闩锁的扩大的头部323牢固地配合在形成挂钩322的狭槽324内。利用具有足够润滑性的材料制成闩锁/挂钩对320,可将扩大的头部323从狭槽324中拉出或者脱扣,并且不会使狭槽壁325或者闩锁321的颈部326受损。
图4中示出了连接的板的一种布置的透视图,用400表示。
一系列立方体401连接在一起,一个板410用作立方体401之间共享的共用板。闩锁/挂钩对(如图1至图3中所示)设置在每一个板410的相对两侧上以便于咬合在一起构成立方体401。
图5A、图5B和图5C中示出了连接的板的第二种布置的透视图,用500表示,形成带有轮(图5C)和摆动门(图5B)的立式储放箱。
一系列由相同的板510构成的立方体501连接在一起(如图1至图4中所示)形成塔。搁板元件511被支撑在导向件512内,导向件512构成板510的表面特征的一部分。
铰链门520通过具有一个闩锁521和一个挂钩522(如图1至图3中所示)的铰链与一个立方体501相连。一组可拆卸的脚轮型轮模块530被固定在塔500的每一个底角部。每一个轮模块530具有一个轮531和杆532,杆532与形成在底板510的每一个角部中的凸台533配合。每一个杆532从轮止档534延伸并且与凸台533配合。
图6中示出了连接的板的第三种布置的透视图,用600表示。
一系列由相同的板610构成的立方体601连接在一起(如图1至图4中所示)形成塔。在该结构中,立方体601是用于放置便笺簿、纸、笔、夹子、计算机盘、CD或者其他媒体存储装置的桌面式储放装置。一系列橡胶垫620可安装在下立方体601的底表面上以阻止在桌面上滑动。
图7和图8分别示出了第一和第二可替换的板的前视图,用700和800表示。
在图7中,具有在正方形四边框架700内的金属和塑料板,所述板具有埋在最好为透明或者半透明的塑料结构702内的金属丝嵌埋件701。在正方形框架700的每一个边的相对两端上安装有闩锁704和挂钩705(如前面在图1至图3中所述的),或者构成其一部分。在正方形四边框架700的背面(未示出),挂钩705与每一个闩锁704相对,闩锁704与每一个挂钩705相对。
在图8中,正方形四边框架801支撑固定在正方形框架801的每一个边的相对两端的中心网802,中心网802是闩锁803和挂钩804(如前面在图1至图3中所述的)。在板800的背面(未示出),挂钩805与每一个闩锁804相对,闩锁804与每一个挂钩805相对。正方形框架801和/或网802可由塑料、金属或者涂覆有橡胶等材料、涂漆、涂覆颜料和镀覆金属的金属构成。
由于在不脱离本发明保护范围的基础上可在上述设备中进行某些变化,因此应该理解的是,说明书和附图中所描述的所有内容是说明性而非限定性的。
Claims (10)
1.一种咬合连接系统,包括:
多个板,每一个板具有一个前面、一个后面和至少一个边,每个前面具有交替的挂钩和闩锁,其中所述挂钩具有延长的可变形的具有一长度的狭槽壁,所述闩锁具有延长的突出的扩大头部,所述扩大头部具有基本上与所述狭槽壁的长度相接近的长度,每个挂钩基本上呈刚性且具有适当的记忆和弹性以产生变形并能够回咬,其中所述挂钩和闩锁中的一对相对于彼此以固定的角度并沿着所述至少一个边向外延伸,并且所述挂钩中的一个设置成咬合进入与相邻的板的至少一个闩锁相接合,所述挂钩和闩锁组合彼此牢固地配合在一起,由此,可以经由所述挂钩的可变形狭槽壁的移动通过将一个板的所述扩大头部咬合进入另一板的挂钩中以构造成一个结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
所述每一闩锁和挂钩从所述板以接近45度的角度延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:
在每个边上的至少一个定位止档,从而连接板沿所述狭槽壁的长度的移动被阻止。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:
形成在所述板的一个或多个中的所述边上的接收挂钩,一闩锁闭合件通过所述接收挂钩能够与其配合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的系统,还包括:
从板的边上支撑的至少两个铰链;
移动门,其在一个面上固定到所述至少两个铰链上;以及
至少一个闩锁闭合件,其固定到所述移动门上位于适合与所述接收挂钩相配合的位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
所述板是由从由下列材料组成的组中选择的材料制成的,这些材料包括:塑料、橡胶、高硬度橡胶、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、缩醛、丙烯酸、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯或者聚氨酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
所述板被用于形成结构性元件以构造从下述组中选择的结构,其中所述组包括搁架、推车、桌子、立方体、储放单元、展示中心和橱柜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
所述板被用于形成具有至少两个变化尺寸的相对的壁对的结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:
形成在至少一个板的后面上的至少一个闩锁或挂钩。
10.一种咬合连接系统,包括:
至少一个板,具有边、一个前面、一个后面和用于连接至少一个板盖到所述板的装置;一个板盖,其具有至少一个支撑在所述板盖的前面上的闩锁和挂钩,其中所述挂钩和闩锁相对于彼此以固定角度并沿所述边向外延伸,所述挂钩具有延长的可变形的狭槽壁,所述狭槽壁具有一长度且基本上呈刚性,并且具有适当的记忆和弹性以产生变形且能够回咬,所述闩锁具有突出的延长的扩大头部,其中所述延长的扩大头部具有基本上与所述狭槽壁的长度相同的长度,由此,可以经由所述挂钩的延长的可变形的狭槽壁的移动通过将一个板盖的所述延长的扩大头部咬合进入另一板盖的挂钩中以构造成一个结构。
