本发明涉及一种使一个在一个洗碗机里的洗涤程序调整匹配的方法以及应用这种方法的洗碗机。
通常应用的碗碟洗涤剂为粉末状,并且放入到一个多数位于洗碗机的门里的洗涤剂交付机构里,并从该机构在一个预先规定的时刻取出。还应用液体的清洁洗涤剂,它同样也装入在一个多数位于洗碗机的门里的洗涤剂交付机构里,并从此机构在一个预先规定的时刻并以一个预先规定的量取出。除了应用上述两种洗涤剂之外一段时间以来众所周知采用了片状或凝胶状呈献形式的洗涤剂,它们不仅含有真正的碗碟洗涤剂,而且还含有在洗涤过程中作为消耗材料所必要的那些组成成分。那么例如一段时间以来众所周知已采用了复合产品,所谓“一片里两种成分”(“2 in 1 Tabs”)或者“一种凝胶里两种成分”(“2 in 1 Gels”),它们除了含有碗碟洗涤剂之外也含有清洁洗涤剂;还有一种“一片里三种成分”(“3 in 1Tabs”)或者“一种凝胶里三种成分”(“3 in 1 Gels”),它们除了含有碗碟洗涤剂、清洁洗涤剂之外也含有替代水软化机构功能的化学品。按照这种片剂或凝胶制造厂家的设想,它们各自所含的成分准确地在洗涤程序流程中在这些成分发挥其最佳效果的时刻投入使用。
但是因为洗涤程序流程既取决于各自所选择的洗涤程序、洗碗机的生产厂家,也取决于各个型号,因此使用片剂或凝胶可能会使例如所述清洁洗涤剂在某个时刻释放到洗涤液里,在这时刻还没有进行清洁洗涤,因此在一种事实上的部分程序段中清洁洗涤就没有相应的清洁洗涤剂。因为在一些已知的片剂或凝胶里,所述清洁洗涤剂的释放仅与环境温度相关,因此当超过此温度时在一个部分程序段时就已使清洁洗涤剂释放了。
在洗涤程序的另外一种设计方案中可以不使清洁洗涤剂起作用,因而同样也达不到清洁洗涤的效果,然而其中所述清洁洗涤剂在洗涤程序结束之后总还以不溶解的形式存在。
由于清洁洗涤剂通常首先具有降低清洁洗涤液表面张力的作用,因此在清洁洗涤液里缺少清洁洗涤剂就会造成留在被清洗物品上的残留水在部分程序段-烘干中减少流出,这相对于应用具有清洁洗涤剂成分的清洁洗涤液来说其烘干的结果就很差了。
当应用具有一种对应的化学品的片剂或凝胶时,这种化学品替代了水软化机构的功能,那么类似地会产生如下缺点:处于片剂或凝胶里的化学物品的数量并不与所有的水硬度相一致,因此总是受区域的影响,应用片剂或凝胶大幅度降低了水硬度或者降低水硬度不够。尤其是应用了具有降低得不够的水硬度的水就会使洗涤剂和清洁洗涤剂的有效性降低,因此使清洗和烘干结果大大变差。
由于所述应用了片剂或凝胶,洗碗机使用者可能发现清洗效率和/或烘干效率并不令人满意,而且这种结果在许多情况下将原因归结于洗碗机,尽管其原因主要在于应用了片剂和凝胶。
因此本发明的任务是提供一种方法,这种方法可以使一种洗碗机的洗涤程序流程如此调整匹配:即使在应用最不同的组合洗涤剂时也可以达到令人满意的清洗效率和烘干效率。
该任务通过按照本发明的、具有按权利要求1所述特征的方法以及通过具有按其它独立权利要求所述特征的洗碗机来解决。本发明的有利的改进方案可见从属权利要求。
在所述用于使一个在一个洗碗机里的洗涤程序调整匹配的、按照本发明的方法中,当确定添加的清洁洗涤剂缺少时以及在洗碗机运行时、和/或在确定缺少盐、在水软化机构断开时以及在洗碗机运行时使所述洗涤程序流程实现调整匹配。通过确定缺少清洁洗涤剂而且洗碗机又运行那就确定了:或者是使用者忘记了加入清洁洗涤剂或者是应用了所述的片剂或凝胶。通过确定缺少盐而且水软化机构断开以及洗碗机运行,那就可以毫无疑问地确定出是使用了片剂或凝胶。无论如何,按照本发明为了达到令人满意的清洗和烘干效率,都要在没有使用者干预的情况下使洗涤程序实现匹配。
按照本发明的一种优选的特征,当确定缺少加入清洁洗涤剂时以及当洗碗机运行时,在洗涤程序期间降低在一个部分程序步骤-中间洗涤中洗涤液更换的次数,和/或增加在一个部分程序步骤-清洁洗涤中洗涤液更换的次数,和/或延长部分程序步骤-烘干的延续时间和/或提高与此联系的温度。降低在部分程序步骤-中间洗涤中洗涤液更换的次数,这通常用清水来进行,这就可以在清洁洗涤中继续应用清洗液,这样在需要时那么这种“拖延的”清洗液就可以承担清洁洗涤功能。尤其在清洁洗涤中清洁洗涤液温度的提高可以使留在用清洁洗涤液加热过的被清洗物品上的余留液体更好地蒸发,并且可以实现充分干燥的结果。延长清洁洗涤也用于充分加热和充分地残余清洗所述被清洗的物品。清洁洗涤时提高温度导致当然也提高了烘干时的温度,其中延长烘干延续时间保证了使残留液体更好地蒸发。
按照本发明的另一个优选的特征,当确定缺少盐时在洗涤程序期间使水软化机构运行用于软化水,尽管装置处于断开状态,并且在一定条件下使缺盐指示运行,尽管它处于断开状态。通过这样可实现的应用软水来清洗和清洁洗涤就使所述添加剂达到更好的有效性。尽管处于断开状态而投入运行的缺盐指示向使用者指明了清洗操作中的特殊情况。
用本发明就提出了一种方法,它可以使一个洗碗机的洗涤程序流程如此调整匹配:即使当应用最不同的复合洗涤剂也可以达到令人满意的清洗和烘干效率。
最好借助于在一个配属的料箱里消耗剂的很低的料位来确定缺少消耗剂。因此通常使用反正已存在的传感器用于其它有利的措施。
按照本发明的一种有利的实施形式,借助于一个用于测量相应的清洗液体的性能的传感器来确定出缺少消耗剂。在添加清洁洗涤剂时,清洁洗涤液与碱液状的清洗液相比为酸性的。未软化的水除了硬度较高之外而且具有与软化水不同的pH-值。因而所述用来测量洗涤液性能的传感器最好是一种pH-值传感器或者一种水硬度传感器。
用这样一种传感器可以在与一个给定值比较时也确定出在清洁洗涤液里可能还存在的清洁洗涤剂的浓度。因而以特别有利的方式,在洗涤程序期间使得在一个部分程序步骤-中间洗涤和/或清洁洗涤里更换洗涤液的次数、和/或部分程序步骤-烘干的延续时间和/或与之联系的温度对应于所确定的值实现调整匹配。
用这样一种传感器当然也可以在与一个给定值比较时确定所注入的水的残余硬度。因此以同样也是特别有利的方式在确定缺盐时在该洗涤程序期间使水软化机构运行,用来使水软化对应于确定的值至一个最小值,尽管水软化机构处于断开状态;并在必要时使缺盐指示投入运行,尽管它处于断开状态。由于已经知道:在片剂或凝胶里含有的化学物品应该替代水软化机构的功能一直起作用到大约25°dH,因此按照规定所述最小硬度值为大约25°dH。
所述任务通过一种按照本发明的、用于使用一种按前述权利要求之一所述的方法的洗碗机来解决。
按照本发明的一种有利的实施形式,设置一种传感器用于测量相应的清洗液体的性能。
用于测量相应的清洗液体的性能的传感器最好是一种pH值传感器或者一种水硬度传感器。
用本发明可以提供一种方法,该方法可以使一个洗碗机的洗涤程序流程实现调整匹配,从而即使在使用最不同的复合洗涤剂时也可以实现令人满意的清洗和烘干效率。

Claims (11)

1.用于使一个洗碗机里的一种洗涤程序实现调整匹配的方法,其特征在于,在确定缺少清洁洗涤剂时并在洗碗机运行时、和/或在确定缺少盐并水软化机构断开时且在洗碗机运行时使洗涤程序流程实现调整匹配,其中,在确定缺少清洁洗涤剂并在洗碗机运行时,在洗涤程序期间在一个中间洗涤的部分程序步骤中使洗涤液更换的次数降低,和/或在一个清洁洗涤的部分程序步骤中使洗涤液更换的次数增加,和/或加长一个烘干的部分程序步骤的延续时间,和/或提高与所述烘干的部分程序步骤关联的温度。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定缺少盐时在洗涤程序期间使尽管处于断开状态的水软化机构投入运行来使水软化,而且在必要时使尽管处于断开状态的缺盐指示投入运行。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于在一个配属的料箱里消耗剂的很低的料位来确定缺少清洁洗涤剂。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于一个用来测量相应的清洗液体性能的传感器来确定缺少清洁洗涤剂。
5.按权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用于测量相应清洗液体性能的传感器是一种pH值传感器或一种水硬度传感器。
6.按权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定缺少清洁洗涤剂时并且在洗碗机运行时,在洗涤程序期间,使得在一个中间洗涤和/或清洁洗涤的部分程序步骤中洗涤液更换的次数、和/或一个烘干的部分程序步骤的延续时间、和/或与烘干的部分程序步骤关联的温度对应于规定的值而实现调整匹配。
7.按权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,当确定缺少盐时,在洗涤程序期间使尽管处于断开状态的水软化机构投入运行,用于使水对应于规定值进行软化,或使水硬度值软化到一个最小值;必要时使尽管处于断开状态的缺盐指示投入运行。
8.按权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述最小硬度值为25°dH。
9.应用按权利要求1到8中任一项所述方法的洗碗机。
10.按权利要求9所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,设置一个用于测量相应的清洗液体的性能的传感器。
