Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序的方法以及使用此方法的洗碗机。
背景技术
一般的洗碗机所使用的粉末状的洗碗剂通常被放入到位于洗碗机门内的洗碗剂喷洒装置中并在预设时刻进行喷洒,通常液态的冲洗剂也被放入到位于洗碗机门内的洗碗剂喷洒装置中并在预设时刻以预设的量进行喷洒,还有颗粒状的用于软化水的盐放到一个具有离子交换器的软化装置的一个专门的供盐容器中,此外,近来开始使用片状的或是凝胶状的药剂,这种药剂不仅含有真正的洗碗剂,还含有那些在冲洗过程中作为消耗品必需的成分。例如,最近已知的复合产品,所谓的“三合一片剂”或“三合一凝胶”,不仅含有洗碗剂成分,还含有不同种类的洗碗剂添加剂——漂白剂和代替软化装置的功能的化学成分。根据这些片剂或凝胶制造商的想法,在洗碗机执行冲洗程序时,准确地控制在各种成分可以发挥最优的效果的时刻使用。
当使用这些带有相应化学成分的片剂或凝胶来代替软化装置的功能时,其不利的因素是,由于片剂或凝胶中含有的化学成分的量不是适合处理所有硬度范围内的水,因此受区域条件限制,在使用片剂或是凝胶时不是使水的硬度降得过低就是使水的硬度降得不够低。特别是在使用了硬度未充分降低的水时会导致洗碗剂和漂白剂效率的下降,使洗碗机的清洁度和干燥性能明显下降。
因为使用了片剂或凝胶,洗碗机的用户可能发现洗碗机的清洁性能和/或干燥性能不能令人满意。多数情况下用户可能认为是洗碗机本身的问题,而不会想到问题是由于使用片剂或凝胶引起的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序的方法,使得洗碗机即使在使用复合洗碗剂时也可以得到满意的清洁性能和于燥性能。
本发明的目的的技术解决方案在于一种洗碗机的冲洗程序的调整匹配方法,其中,当探测到洗碗机中缺少盐且软化装置关闭以及洗碗机正在工作时,确定使用复合冲洗剂,为此调整匹配冲洗程序运行,尽管软化装置处于关闭状态,在冲洗过程中仍然可以启动该软化装置进行水的软化处理并且尽管盐缺乏显示器被关闭,如果需要仍会显示。
根据本发明的调整匹配洗碗机中冲洗程序的方法,当探测到缺少盐、软化装置关闭以及洗碗机正在工作时,调整匹配冲洗程序的运行。当探测到盐缺少了、软化装置被关闭并且洗碗机正在工作时,洗碗机会立刻确定使用片剂或凝胶并在不需要用户干预情况下采用本发明的调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序,使洗碗机达到满意的清洁性能和干燥性能。
根据本发明的优选特征,尽管软化装置处于关闭状态,在冲洗过程中仍然可以启动该装置进行水的软化处理且尽管盐缺少显示器被关闭,如果需要,仍会显示盐缺少了。由于可以使用软化水进行清洁和冲洗,因此可以使药剂中的添加剂达到更好的使用效率。尽管已关闭但仍显示的盐缺少显示器的提示清洗过程发生了特殊情况。
本发明成功地提供了一种调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序的方法,从而使洗碗机即使在使用各种复合洗碗剂的情况下也能达到满意的清洁性能和干燥性能。
优选的是,盐缺少是借助在一个盐存放容器中盐的填充水平太低来确定的。因此一个通常已有的传感器可用于其它优点的措施。
按照本发明的一种优选实施方式,通过一个传感器对相应冲洗溶液性质的测量来确定盐的缺少。除了具有更高硬度的水以外,未软化水与软化水之间也存在不同的pH值。因此优选用于测量冲洗溶液性质的传感器是一个高灵敏度的pH值传感器或水硬度传感器。
利用所述的传感器通过与预设值进行比较,确立注入的水的残余硬度。因此,同样特别有利的是,在冲洗过程中如果检测到盐缺少了,尽管软化装置处于关闭状态,仍然可以启动该装置根据所测量的溶液pH值进行水的软化处理直到达到最小数值,并且尽管盐缺少显示器被关闭,如果需要,仍会显示。因为公知的是,在大约25°dH之上应能替代软化装置功能的包含在片剂或凝胶中的化学成分肯定能降到最小硬度约25°dH。
本发明的前述目的通过采用本发明所述方法的洗碗机实现,其中优选使用了一个pH值传感器或水硬度传感器用于测量冲洗剂的性质。
本发明成功地提供了一种调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序的方法,从而使洗碗机即使在使用各种复合洗碗剂的情况下也能达到满意的清洁性能和干燥性能。
Claims (9)
1.一种洗碗机的冲洗程序的调整匹配方法,其特征在于,当探测到洗碗机中缺少盐且软化装置关闭以及洗碗机正在工作时,确定使用复合冲洗剂,为此调整匹配冲洗程序运行,尽管软化装置处于关闭状态,在冲洗过程中仍然可以启动该软化装置进行水的软化处理并且尽管盐缺乏显示器被关闭,如果需要仍会显示。
2.如权利要求中1所述的方法,其特征在于,当一个盐存放容器中盐的填充水平太低时,确定盐缺少了。
3.如上述权利要求中1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过一个用于测量冲洗溶液性质的传感器确定盐的缺少。
4.如权利要求中3所述的方法,其特征在于,用于测量冲洗溶液性质的传感器是一个pH值传感器或是一个水硬度传感器。
5.如权利要求中4所述的方法,其特征在于,在冲洗过程中确定盐缺少时,尽管软化装置已关闭,但该软化装置仍然可以启动,根据检测到的pH值对水进行软化处理直到最小值,必要时盐缺乏显示器即使处于关闭状态也可以启动显示。
6.如上述权利要求中5所述的方法,其特征在于,最小硬度为25°dH。
7.一种调整匹配洗碗机的冲洗程序的方法,其特征在于,在洗碗机工作过程中,尽管软化装置处于关闭状态,软化装置仍可以启动进行水的软化处理,并且确定使用复合冲洗剂,为此调整匹配冲洗程序的运行。
8.使用一种如上述权利要求中任一项所述方法的洗碗机。
9.如权利要求中8所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机布置了一个pH值传感器或者水硬度传感器用以测量冲洗溶液的特性。
