本发明涉及用于汽车安全气囊组件的固定设备,其中气体发生器借助于至少一个在其上形成的螺栓和拧紧在其上的螺母来固定,其中所述螺栓可以插入一个用于固定安全气囊组件的、可固定在一个汽车零件上的夹紧件的至少一个开口。
一个这种样式的用于固定在汽车座椅上的安全气囊组件的固定设备在US 5 803 486 A有所描述,其中在气体发生器壳体上设置螺栓,螺栓穿过作为部分座椅结构的支柱的壁并且在其上借助于一个拧紧固定螺母进行固定。只要在这种应用于汽车座椅中的情况下还设置了其它电气驱动的或者控制的部件如传送带滚子、传送带预紧装置或者类似物品并且最好固定在一体式的座椅结构上,用于安全气囊组件的已知的固定装置会出现这样的问题,非常强的电流经座椅结构和在其上固定的气体发生器的螺栓一直流到气体发生器或者它的点火机构,从而气体发生器的故障引起原因没有用所需的安全措施消除。因为这样的故障引起原因可能随时为乘客带来严重的后果,本发明的任务是,设计一种本文开始所述形式的固定设备以避免引起故障。
本任务的解决方案包括本发明中优选设计方案和改进方案由说明书后面的权利要求书给出。
本发明的基本构思是,在气体发生器和汽车零件之间设置一个电绝缘件。从而以有利的方式防止产生的电流经固定装置流至气体发生器或者它的点火机构;在此相应设置的电绝缘件形成电路闭塞。
在第一实施形式中,本发明设计了一种电绝缘件,即设置一个由电绝缘材料制成的至少在气体发生器和夹紧件之间的接触区域延伸的球壳,其利用至少一个延长部分套口卡住夹紧件的开口并且在螺栓和夹紧件的围绕螺栓的开口边缘之间形成绝缘,在螺栓上拧紧的螺母和它在夹紧件上的支承面之间设置一个由电绝缘材料制成的衬套。只要使气体发生器和夹紧件之间的接触面绝缘的球壳用一个延长部分套口穿过夹紧件的开口,那么螺栓和夹紧件以优选的形式绝缘;螺母和夹紧件的绝缘通过位于中间的衬套来实现。
为此,按照一个实施例另外规定,球壳的延长部分套口具有一个钩型位于夹紧件上背对气体发生器的外侧的径向突起部。在此,优选的是,球壳的延长部分套口的钩型突起部具有弹性并且在插入的时候穿过夹紧件的开口可以固定在汽车零件上;这样的解决方案使得安装简便了。
根据本发明的一个实施例,延伸部分套口的径向突起部构成衬套的一个支座。另一个方案是,衬套外部围绕着突起部并且以其边缘呈平面靠在夹紧件上,其中衬套上围绕突起部的内表面和突起部的外表面可以设计成相互对应的斜面。
最好使用合适的塑料作为电绝缘的材料。
只要在安全气囊组件上出现静电,其由于按照本发明采用的相对于导电汽车结构的绝缘不能自动地卸载,于是按照本发明的一个实施例,螺栓通过铅纸包皮电缆与一个导电的汽车零件连接,从而在安全气囊组件范围内产生的静电负载问题总是可以得到解决。
按照本发明的一个实施例,用于固定安全气囊组件的夹紧件可以固定在一个汽车座椅的结构上。然而,本发明在装配安全气囊组件时同样可以使用,其中安全气囊利用集成的夹紧件固定在其它的非汽车座椅的汽车零件上,例如也可以固定在仪表盘范围内导电的汽车零件上。此外,本发明不必局限在使用一个夹紧件上,多个夹紧件也可以采用,气体发生器或者气体发生器壳体的螺栓直接穿过设置在用于固定安全气囊组件的一个汽车零件上的开口并且该固定通过在螺栓上拧紧螺母来实现,原理上如在同类专利US 5 803 486 A中所述的那样。
图中示出本发明的一个实施例,在下文中对其进行描述。图中示出:
图1是一个具有夹紧件的安全气囊组件的剖视图,
图2是气体发生器和夹紧件连接部位的放大局部剖视图。
图1中示出的安全气囊组件10具有两个外部半壳体11,其在它们的一个端部借助于一个铰链连接14并且在其另外一端借助于一个卡扣连接12相互固定并且夹紧在一起。其中一个半壳体11设置一个理论断裂点13,其被在安全气囊组件10中布置的气封16的扩展压力破坏,从而一个半壳体11可围绕铰链连接14摆动地敞开。
在安全气囊组件10内部布置一个气体发生器15和一个折叠的气封16。气体发生器15借助于在其上布置的和穿过伸入安全气囊组件10内部的夹紧件17的螺栓18这样紧固,即螺母22在各自的螺栓18上拧紧。夹紧件17从安全气囊组件10中延伸出来并且在其端部设置了一个装配钩20以及一个固定开口21,从而夹紧件17借助于一个合适的固定工具在一个汽车零件例如如在同类文献US 5 803 486 A中描述的座椅结构的一个零件。
为了避免汽车件或者必要时一个座椅结构经夹紧件17和用于气体发生器15的由螺栓18和螺母22形成的固定结构直到气体发生器或者它的点火机构的导电连接,在气体发生器15的设备范围内向着夹紧件17在气体发生器15和夹紧件17之间布置一个由绝缘材料(最好是合适的塑料)制成的球壳23,其同样使螺栓18绝缘并且通过在螺母22和布置在夹紧件17之间的衬套来补充。
在螺栓固定范围内的电绝缘单独在图2中示出。图中可以看出,在夹紧件17和气体发生器15之间布置的球壳23用一个围绕螺栓18的延长部分套口24在夹紧件内形成的开口30上突出并且在背离气体发生器15的一侧用一个径向向外的突出部呈钩状地包围着夹紧件17。利用这种结构可以保证向着螺栓18的夹紧件17的端面在开口30范围内相对螺栓屏蔽,从而在此不产生电连接。
只要出于固定的目的在螺栓18上拧紧螺母22,此外在螺母22和夹紧件17之间布置一个同样由电绝缘材料制成的衬套26,从而螺母22支承在衬套上并且避免在螺母22和夹紧件17之间电连接。在图2中示出的实施形式中,延伸至突出部25的衬套26的内表面28以同样的方式如突出部25的外表面27那样设计成斜面,分别对应着对面的斜面。
在此,球壳23,延长部分套口24和突出部25的布置最好使得在把球壳23装配到夹紧件17上时在球壳23和夹紧件17之间形成一个止挡的卡扣连接。
为了避免在气体发生器上产生静电,螺栓18通过一个纸包铅皮电缆31与一个导电的汽车零件相连,从而克服在汽车零件或者在此上连接的夹紧件和气体发生器之间的电绝缘。
在前述的说明书、权利要求书、摘要和附图中公开的本文档主题的特征单独的或者以任意的组合形式都可能构成实现本发明不同实施形式的重要特征。

Claims (10)

1.用于汽车安全气囊的固定设备,其中气体发生器借助于至少一个在其上形成的螺栓和拧紧在其上的螺母来固定,所述螺栓可以插入一个用于固定安全气囊组件的、可固定在一个汽车零件上的夹紧件的至少一个开口,其特征在于,在气体发生器(15)和夹紧件(17)之间布置一个电绝缘件(23,24,26)。
2.按照权利要求1的固定设备,其特征在于,设置一个由电绝缘材料制成的至少在气体发生器(15)和夹紧件(17)之间的接触区域延伸的球壳(23)作为电绝缘件,其利用至少一个延长部分套口(24)卡住夹紧件(17)的开口(30)并且在螺栓(18)和夹紧件(17)的围绕螺栓的开口边缘之间形成绝缘,并且在螺栓(18)上拧紧的螺母(22)和它在夹紧件(17)上的支承面之间设置一个由电绝缘材料制成的衬套(26)。
3.按照权利要求1或者2的固定设备,其特征在于,球壳(23)的延长部分套口(24)有一个钩型位于夹紧件(17)上背对气体发生器的外侧的径向突起部(25)。
4.按照权利要求3的固定设备,其特征在于,球壳(23)的延长部分套口(24)的钩型突起部(25)具有弹性并且在插入的时候穿过夹紧件(17)的开口(30)可以固定在汽车零件(17)上。
5.按照权利要求4的固定设备,其特征在于,延长部分套口(24)的径向突起部(25)构成衬套(26)的一个支座。
6.按照权利要求4的固定设备,其特征在于,衬套(26)外部围绕着突起部(25)并且以其边缘呈平面靠在夹紧件(17)上。
7.按照权利要求6的固定设备,其特征在于,衬套(26)上围绕突起部(25)的内表面(28)和突起部(25)的外表面(27)为相互对应的斜面。
8.按照权利要求1至7中任意一项的固定设备,其特征在于,绝缘材料是塑料。
9.按照权利要求1至8中任意一项的固定设备,其特征在于,螺栓(18)通过铅纸包皮电缆(31)与一个导电的汽车零件连接。
10.按照权利要求1至9中任意一项的固定设备,其特征在于,用于固定安全气囊组件(10)的夹紧件(17)可以固定在一个汽车座椅的结构上。
