Claims (10)
- 自動車用のエアバッグ用のガス生成器が、少なくとも1個の固定ボルトとそれにねじ結合されるナットの手段により固定され、前記固定ボルトは、ガス生成器用で、前記エアバッグを搭載し自動車部品に固定する保持部材の少なくとも1個の開口を貫通する、自動車用のエアバッグ用固定装置であって、
ガス生成器(15)と保持部材(17)との間に電気的絶縁手段(23,24,26)が配置されており、
電気的絶縁手段は、電気的絶縁材料製のシェル(23)によって形成されており、ガス生成器(15)と保持部材(17)との間の接触領域にまたがって延びており、前記シェル(23)は、少なくとも1つの肩部(24)で、前記保持部材(17)の開口(30)に係合し、且つ、前記固定ボルト(18)と、前記固定ボルト(18)を包囲する前記保持部材(17)の開口エッジとの間に電気的絶縁を形成していることを特徴とする自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。 - 絶縁材料製のブッシング(26)が、固定ボルト(18)にネジ結合されたナット(22)と前記ナット(22)の但持面との間の保持部材(17)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記シェル(23)の肩部(24)には、ガス生成器(15)から離れる方向に面する保持部材(17)の外側上にあり、且つ前記開口における半径方向に突出するフック状の半径方向突起部(25)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記フック状の突起部(25)を有する前記シェル(23)の肩部(24)は、柔軟性を有し、前記保持部材(17)の開口(30)内に押し込まれた時に、自動車部品と柔軟に係合することを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記肩部(24)の半径方向突起部(25)はブッシング(26)と係合し、このブッシング(26)のサポートを構成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記ブッシング(26)は、ガス生成器(15)から離れる方向に面する外面に前記半径方向突起部(25)に外部で係合し、その端部は、前記保持部材(17)に係合することを特徴とする請求項4記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記ブッシング(26)の内面(28)は、半径方向突起部(25)に係合し、前記突起部(25)の外面(27)は、互いに対応する傾斜表面を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記絶縁材料は、プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 化合物充填ケーブル(31)が、前記固定ボルト(18)と導電性自動車部品とを接続することを特徴とする請求項1−8のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
- 前記エアバッグ・モジュール(10)を固定する保持部材(17)は、自動車シートの構造体に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1−9のいずれかに記載の自動車のエアバッグ・モジュール用固定装置。
