Abstract

其粘合剂集中在回针针迹下方的簇绒结构
                           发明背景
发明领域
本发明涉及簇绒表面结构及其制作方法,其中,粘合剂材料集中在绒头纱的回针针迹下方。
现有技术
在簇绒表面结构的制作中,用簇绒针牵拉许多根绒头纱的每一根穿过一底布,形成面纤维单元和回针针迹单元。面纤维单元位于紧挨底布上面上,而回针针迹单元沿底布的下面设置。目前,回针针迹单元用底布下面上的热定形或热塑粘合剂粘牢。事实上,只有一小部分粘合剂材料用来粘牢回针针迹单元,而大部分粘合剂材料被浪费。用大量粘合剂使粘合剂渗入底布中以改善抗拉出或抗拆开强度增加了粘合剂的浪费、使地毯变硬、地毯重量增加。
因此,相信提供一种把粘合剂材料集中在回针针迹单元下面,以便生产一种更轻、更软的地毯结构的簇绒表面结构制作方法是有利的。这样的一种结构还将可在地毯背面上直接布置“钩-圈”附加件。
                        本发明概述
本发明涉及一种簇绒表面结构及其制作方法。用许多独立的簇绒针把许多绒头纱中的每一根穿过底布中的许多针插入点以形成位于靠近底布上面上的面纤维单元和覆盖在底布下面上的回针针迹单元。由簇绒针生成的插入点在底布背面上形成纵向和横向伸展的平行线图案。
设置在回针针迹单元下方的活化粘合剂材料把回针针迹单元粘牢在底布上。活化粘合剂材料集中在插入点的纵向和/或横向线上,底布部分的下面上在两插入点相邻直线之间基本上没有粘合剂。
按照本发明,在簇绒前施加粘合剂材料。粘合剂材料可呈一个片,也可呈多个布置在纵向上的股线,活化时形成沿底布部分下面伸展的粘合条。在簇绒期间每根针穿过粘合剂材料,使得粘合剂材料位于回针针迹单元与底布的下面之间。

                    对优选实施例的说明
在以下整个详细说明中所有附图中的相同部件用同一标号表示。
图1为生成、精整本发明簇绒表面结构的一整体系统10的示意图。该系统10包括一整体用附图标记12表示的簇绒设备,其后是一整体用附图标记14表示的热精整设备。簇绒设备12和热精整设备14需要时可形式上装在同一壳体中。热精整设备14下游有一压辊16。压辊16的温度一般保持在室温。
簇绒设备12按照本发明两可替换实施例生成整体用附图标记20,20′表示的簇绒表面结构。这里的簇绒表面结构20示出在图2A(取自有利部位A-A)中,而簇绒表面结构20′示出在3A(同样的取自有利部位A-A)中。由簇绒设备12生成的簇绒表面结构20、20′在精整设备14中进行热处理。根据本发明两不同实施例的经精整簇绒表面结构24、24′分别示出在图2B和3B中。图2B和3B都从有利部位B-B看去。
下面结合图1、2A和3A说明簇绒设备12生成根据本发明两实施例的簇绒表面结构的基本操作过程。一有上面U和下面L的主底布P从一卷筒28上被分配然后在簇绒设备12中沿平面路径T传送。主底布P穿过设备12的行进方向称为“纵”向或“机器”方向。与纵向垂直的方向称为“横”向。主底布P下面L向上地在簇绒设备12中沿纵向传送。
簇绒设备12中一活动针座M上装有许多簇绒针N。绒头纱Y从一粗纱架(未示出)传送给各簇绒针N。每根针N在R方向上作往复运动,把绒头纱Y在许多相间隔的针插入点I簇绒进入底布P中(图2A、3A)。由簇绒针N的往复运动生成的插入点I形成分别沿底布P的纵向和横向上伸展的平行线LL、LT图案。
本领域普通技术人员不难看出,在簇绒设备12的基本操作过程中,许多针N的往复插入和退出在靠近主底布P的上面U上形成圈形面纤维单元F。面纤维单元F需要时可稍后被割开。随着主底布F在路径T方向上向前作直线运动,纱一段段在底布P的下面L纵向上针插入点I之间覆盖形成了图2A、3A前景部所示直线回针针迹单元B。
可替换地,正如本领域普通技术人员所欣赏的那样,除了在垂直方向上作往复运动外,针座M也可相对底布P在方向V上作横向运动。在这种情况下,随着主底布P沿路径T向前作直线运动,在底布P的下面L上跨过相邻针插入点I的一根或多根纵向直线LL倾斜地覆盖形成回针针迹单元B′。这些回针针迹单元B′示出在图2A、3A后景部上。
本发明的簇绒表面结构中包括粘合剂材料。按照本发明,在簇绒操作前施加粘合剂材料。粘合剂材料可从一合适供料卷筒或包装盒(未示出)输出的呈固态片状或固态股线状。
图2A示出引入片状粘合剂材料32时的簇绒表面结构20。片32从一供料卷筒上被分配,然后被牵拉入设备12中。片32在针N的上游铺在底布P的下面L上。
图3A示出引入股线状粘合剂材料36时的簇绒表面结构20′。从一合适卷装(未示出)分配到针N,然后每一根股线36由一合适引导装置如导纱管传送。该引导装置的末端终止于针N间隙的紧上游处。
不管引入片32还是股线36作为粘合剂材料,在簇绒过程中,针N穿过粘合剂材料,从而绒头纱Y穿过粘合剂材料伸展,并且使粘合剂材料位于回针针迹单元B、B′下方。即,粘合剂材料32、36位于回针针迹单元B、B′与底布P的下面L之间。回针针迹单元B、B′用来把粘合剂“钉住”在主底布P上。
如上所述,簇绒设备24下游有对由设备12生成的簇绒表面结构20、20′进行热处理的精整设备14,并活化其中的粘合剂材料。其后从下面L加热,熔化粘合剂,造成回针针迹单元与主底布熔合在一起。此时优选的加热方法是加热时不对该产品加压,使得粘合剂在进行冷压定形前可自由流动。
图2B示出使用片状粘合剂材料32时经精整的簇绒表面结构24。在这种情况下,加热造成粘合剂材料片32收缩,软化,然后如图2B中各点处箭头40有选择所示断裂成向针插入点I凝聚的一段段粘合剂材料。粘合剂材料变得集中在针插入点I处,在这里最有效地使用了粘合剂材料从而最有效地把回针针迹单元B、B′粘牢在底布P上。按照本发明,活化粘合剂材料只出现在靠近针插入点I处。在针插入点纵向和横向相邻平行线LL、LT之间在底布P下面L部位没有粘合剂材料。这些部位在图2B中用标号42表示。
图3B示出使用股线作粘合剂材料时的经精整的簇绒表面结构24′。加热时股线粘合剂材料收缩,软化,断裂成一段段粘合剂材料,然后一段段粘合剂材料熔化后如图3B中各点处箭头46有选择地所示沿纵向流向针插入点I。活化的粘合剂材料集中在针插入点的纵向伸展直线LL上。底布底面上在相邻插入点纵向直线LL之间部位没有粘合剂材料。这些部位在图3B中用标号42表示。
当引入股线状粘合剂材料时,在簇绒针传播路径如图3A前景部所示为直线时,股线状粘合剂材料与回针针迹单元之间的接触最大。当针传播路径如图3A后景部所示跨越各行作横向运动而形成倾斜伸展的回针针迹单元B′时,粘合剂材料股线与回针针迹单元B之间的接触只出现在针插入点I处。
如图1所示,也可选择在簇绒表面结构20、20′上添加第二底布50。第二底布50随着簇绒表面结构20、20′进入精整设备14,从一卷筒52上被牵拉。根据绒头纱的支数、被熔化的粘合剂的粘度和粘合剂活化时所加压力,粘合剂材料也可流过或围绕回针针迹单元B、B′,从而无需另外使用粘合剂就可把第二底布50粘在簇绒表面20、20’上。可用压辊16(图1)把粘合剂材料、回针针迹单元B、B′和第二底布50压在一起。
粘合剂:优选粘合剂片为强收缩热塑片材,其收缩方向和程度可通过控制该片材的热处理过程予以控制。这类片材可预先与主底布稍稍粗缝合在一起。这类片材包括用局部定向低熔化纱制成的织造物、针织物或非织造物;含有并合的非松弛纱的低熔化非织造物如,E.I duPont de Nemours and Company在商标Typar名下销售的纺粘非织造材料,和多轴向或单轴向定向松驰,但非完全松弛的低熔化喷射或挤出的薄膜。已经发现,这类片材收缩、断裂和熔化,向回针针迹单元靠近针插入点处集中,使得粘合剂材料只出现在底布P下面整个表面积上很小一部分面积上。
粘合剂股线最好用低熔化热塑聚合物制成,且该聚合物进行过热精整过程使得它们在熔化前在纵向上大大收缩。
本发明经精整的簇绒表面结构24、24′大大优于现有簇绒表面结构。由于省略了胶乳粘合剂,经精整的簇绒表面结构24、24′的重量比现有簇绒表面结构轻。由于不连续粘合图案在底布P底面上形成无粘合剂材料部位42,因此经精整的簇绒表面结构24、24′比现有簇绒表面结构柔软。
如优选的那样,如整个经精整簇绒表面结构24、24′由热塑材料制成,它可不使用溶剂和其他化学排出物,从而可全部回收。通过合适选择粘合剂、主底布和第二底布(如有第二底布的话)的材料(例如聚酯),其尺寸就稳定,不受温度和湿度变动的影响。由于底布底面上相邻插入点直线之间部位没有粘合剂材料,因此便于用销钉或钩子穿过主底布和/或第二底布的无粘合剂材料部位铺装地毯。此外,由于第二底布用不连续点或条的图案粘合在主底布上,因此第二底布本身可呈适用于钩-圈应用的“圈”表面。
由于粘合剂材料定形所需热量比固化胶乳所需热量少,因此可相继进行簇绒操作和热处理设备14中的精整/粘合操作。

Claims (6)

1、一种簇绒结构,包括:
一其上有上面和下面的底布;
许多簇绒入底布中的纱,独立的簇绒针把每个绒头纱穿过底布中的许多针插入点,形成位于底布上面上的面纤维单元和覆盖在底布下面上的回针针迹单元,由簇绒针生成的插入点在底布上形成平行线图案;以及
回针针迹单元下方设置有把回针针迹单元粘牢在底布上的活化粘合剂材料,该活化粘合剂材料沿插入点直线集中,使得在相邻插入点直线之间底布下面部位基本上没有粘合剂材料。
2、按权利要求1所述的簇绒结构,其特征在于,该平行线图案沿底布纵向伸展。
3、一种生成簇绒表面结构的方法,包括下列步骤:
(a)沿一路径传送一底布,该底布有上面和下面;
(b)在该底布上施加粘合剂材料;
(c)施加粘合剂材料后,许多纱中的每一根各使用一独立的簇绒针在许多纵向相间隔的插入点处把每个纱经粘合剂材料簇绒入该底布中,形成位于靠近底布上面的面纤维单元和覆盖在底布下面上的回针针迹单元,该粘合剂材料位于回针针迹单元与该底布之间,由簇绒针生成的插入点组成沿底布伸展的平行线图案;以及
(d)加热该结构使该粘合剂材料活化,以便把回针针迹单元粘牢在底布上,底布部分下面的相邻插入点直线之间部位没有粘合剂材料。
4、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,该平行线图案沿底布横向伸展。
5、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,施加粘合剂材料的步骤包括把许多粘合剂材料条沿底布底面纵向布置的步骤。
6、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,施加粘合剂材料的步骤包括把一片状粘合剂材料布置在底布下面步骤。
