Abstract
本发明公开了一类对人体关节及骨骼具有保护及增强作用,从而能够预防及治疗骨性关节炎的保健饮品或食品及其制备方法。在这些饮品或食品中添加了一种或几种能增强软骨及关节润滑液功能的活性成分,或者这些活性成分与能增强骨骼功能的钙、磷添加剂的组合。本发明中添加于饮品或食品中的活性物质是以溶液形式被喝下或吃下,从而可以最大限度的为人体所吸收利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种关节保健饮品或食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
关节炎(arthritis)是人类最常见也是最顽固的疾病之一,其中的骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis)又是关节炎中最常见的一种。骨性关节炎的患病原因有遗传、年龄增加、重复性的关节过度使用、肥胖等。其中,年龄增加是最主要的因素。随着人越来越老,人体关节软骨及关节之间的润滑液逐步退化(degeneration),退化到一定程度就变成骨性关节炎。除了年龄因素以外,运动性关节损伤,例如长期的体育训练或重体力劳动,是骨性关节炎的另一个主要致病原因。目前中国大约有一亿人口患有这样那样的关节炎,尤其是老年人口。据估计,到2025年,中国超过60岁的人口将为2.85亿,到那时,关节炎患者数量预计也将增加2-3倍,所以开发一种有效、安全、简便的治疗及预防关节炎的方法非常重要。
过去,临床上常用的治疗骨性关节炎的药物是一类称为非甾体类消炎镇痛药物(non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs,简称NSAIDs),例如,aspirin,ibuprofen,naproxen,nabumetone等。NSAIDs类药的消炎效果是通过抑制一种叫COX(cyclooxygenase)的酶来实现的。这种酶在前列腺素(prostaglandin)的合成中起决定速度的作用,它以两种同功酶(isoemzyme)的形式存在,即COX1及COX2,前者在全身各处(包括胃粘膜)均有表达,而后者在身体的大多数细胞中表达的量都很低,但是在发炎部位的表达量特别高。上述的传统NSAIDs类药对COX1和COX2的选择性比较差,同时抑制这两种酶,所以容易产生胃肠道副作用,例如胃痛、腹泻、胃溃疡、胃出血等(Cryer,B.;Feldman,M.Am.J.Med.1998,104(5),413-421)。Acetaminophen(泰诺)由于具有相似的疗效及相对较轻微的副作用后来被广泛用来治疗骨性关节炎。比较新的治疗骨性关节炎的药物如Celebrex、Vioxx等是通过选择性地抑制COX2酶来起作用,所以副作用比较小(Lee,S.;Simon,M.D.Osteoarthritis:A Review:Clinical Cornerstone 1999,2(2),23-24)。但所有这些上述提到的药物都是治标不治本,都只能减轻临床症状,而不能解决关节软骨及关节润滑液的退化问题,即不能触及骨性关节炎的病因,而且,这些药还存在潜在的引起胃肠道、心脏病、中风等副作用。
现今在欧洲、美国及部分亚洲国家常用的治疗骨性关节炎的药物——氨基葡萄糖(D-glucosamine或葡萄糖胺或2-氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖)已被证明是一种既有效又安全的药物。迄今为止,世界各地对氨基葡萄糖用于治疗骨性关节炎的有效性及安全性已进行了有6000名以上患者参加的二十余次临床试验(Brief,A.A.;Maurer,S.G.;Di Cesare,P.E.J.Am.Acad.Orthop.Surg.2001,9,71-78)。氨基葡萄糖是人体体内本身有的一种天然化学物质,它参与软骨组成物质氨基葡萄糖糖元(glucosaminoglycans)及蛋白糖元(proteoglycans)的合成,也是硫酸软骨素及关节润滑液的主要组成物质透明质酸(hyaluronic acid)的合成前体,所以,氨基葡萄糖是保持关节健康的必须物质。然而,随着年龄的增长,人体产生这种物质的能力减弱,因而关节软骨及关节润滑液的功能退化,进而罹患骨性关节炎。通过服用含氨基葡萄糖的制剂来补充氨基葡萄糖是治疗骨性关节炎的治本方法,不仅达到减轻痛苦的目的,而且还起到修复关节的作用。临床证明,氨基葡萄糖也能减轻关节因过度体育训练或重体力劳动而引起损伤时的发炎,因而减轻痛苦。世界卫生组织已正式将氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐归类为骨性关节炎的慢性治疗药物。
其它经过研究的对于关节炎具有预防及治疗作用的药物有:
1、软骨素(chondroitin):软骨的最重要组成成分,因而也是人体体内本身有的天然物质。除了组成软骨组织以外,软骨素另一个主要功能是抑制促使软骨降解的酶,从而阻止关节退化。软骨素是由多个氨基葡萄糖单糖聚合而成,它能被人体直接吸收。硫酸软骨素的临床试验结果证明它对骨性关节炎有明显的疗效,而几乎没有副作用(Brief,A.A.;Maurer,S.G.;DiCesare,P.E.J.Am.Acad.Orthop.Surg.2001,9,71-78)。
2、透明质酸(hyaluronic acid):关节润滑液的重要组成成分,所以也是人体本身有的东西,它的生理作用是润滑关节及吸收振动。透明质酸是由N-乙酰基-D-氨基葡萄糖及D-葡萄醛糖(D-glucuronic acid)聚合成的多糖。它的分子量变化范围很大,16-24万Da,50-80万Da及以上分别叫做低分子量、中分子量及高分子量透明质酸。一般来说,分子量越高,活性越好。临床试验结果表明,关节内注射透明质酸钠的骨性关节炎患者疼痛减轻,关节功能提高,而且没有副作用(Altman,R.;Moskowitz,R.J.Rheumatol.1998,25,11;Huskisson,E.C.;Donnelly,S.J.Rheumatol.1999,38,602-607)。
3、二甲基砜(methyl sulfonylmethane,简称MSM):一种含有机硫的化合物,它天然存在于肉类、海鲜、蔬菜、水果、咖啡、茶等食品及饮品中。研究证明患骨性关节炎的关节内硫的含量降低,而硫是合成软骨及润滑液不可缺少的元素。MSM是生物体可吸收的有机硫来源,它可以帮助减轻关节炎患者的疼痛及发炎,并且减缓软骨的退化。
4、双醋瑞因(Diacerein):为大黄提取物,活性成分为二乙酰大黄酸。它通过抑制IL-1β酶和氧自由基的产生及释放、抑制金属蛋白酶的活性及稳定溶酶体膜而发挥抗炎症及对关节软骨的保护作用。长达三年的临床试验证明,双醋瑞因对骨性关节炎的症状具有明显的改善效果,其副作用仅为短暂的腹泻。双醋瑞因也被归类为骨性关节炎的慢性治疗药物。
5、维生素A、C、D及E:维生素A、C及E是食物中的主要抗氧化剂。临床证明,这些维生素的抗氧化性质对骨性关节炎的进展具有显著的抑制作用。维生素D通过骨的矿化和细胞分化对骨性关节炎发挥作用。
骨性关节炎与骨骼缺钙及因此而引起的骨质疏松(osteoporosis)存在密切的联系,所以健康的关节是离不开健康的骨骼的,维持健康、强壮的骨骼可以减少罹患骨性关节炎的机率。人体骨骼最重要的组成元素是钙和磷。乳清酸钙(calcium orotate)是一种非常容易穿过细胞膜因而容易被人体吸收利用的含钙化合物,早在30年前它就被证明对Tietze综合症(Tietzesyndrome:一种连接肋骨与胸骨之间的软骨发炎的疾病)具有非常好的疗效,这种疗效来自于乳清酸钙与关节软骨(这也是它被代谢的地方)具有特殊的亲和力,因而可以提供软骨所需的钙等营养成分(Nieper,H.A.Z.Prakl.Geriatrie 1973,3(4),82-89)。乳清酸钙没有任何副作用。其他易吸收钙的来源主要有乳酸钙、柠檬酸钙或柠檬酸加碳酸钙、抗坏血酸钙、氨基酸钙等,也可以由碳酸钙与相应的有机酸反应而来。磷酸、磷酸钙等是磷的来源。同时补充钙和磷才能对维持强壮骨骼发挥最佳效果。
现今市场上销售的含氨基葡萄糖等治疗关节炎的药物,例如关节宁、保节力、维骨力等,几乎都是以片剂或胶囊剂形式存在。不用说大粒的药片或胶囊难以下咽,最糟糕的是这些以固体形式存在的氨基葡萄糖难以被人体吸收。美国医生使用的《医师手册》指出:以传统的药片或胶囊包装的维生素、矿物质等营养添加剂,口服后,只有10%-20%能被人体吸收,其余绝大部分随着粪便等排除体外;与之相反,液体形式的维生素、矿物质等98%能被人体吸收(Physician’s Desk Reference,50th Ed.,pp.1542,1996;Publisher:Medical Economics Company,Montvale,New Jersey)。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服现今市场上销售的含氨基葡萄糖等治疗关节炎的药物都以片剂或胶囊形式存在,因而人体吸收效率低的不足,从而提供一种用于关节保健饮品或食品及其制备方法。
为达到这一目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:在市售饮品或食品中添加下列具有增强软骨或关节润滑液功能及增强骨骼功能的活性物质的一种或几种:氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜、透明质酸、双醋瑞因、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、乳清酸钙、乳酸钙、抗坏血酸钙或抗坏血酸加碳酸钙、柠檬酸钙或柠檬酸加碳酸钙、磷酸钙或碳酸钙加磷酸。也可以是这些活性成分的盐、衍生物或有类似生物活性的代谢物,如N-乙酰基氨基葡萄糖、氨基葡萄糖、软骨素、透明质酸的金属盐等。
适合一人在一天中服用的饮品或食品中活性成分的含量如下:
氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐或二者之结合:1-5000毫克;
硫酸软骨素:0-4000毫克; 透明质酸:0-4800毫克;
二甲基砜:0-1500毫克; 双醋瑞因:0-500毫克;
维生素A、C、D、E中的一种或几种的混合物:0-2500毫克;
乳清酸钙:0-4800毫克; 乳酸钙:0-4800毫克;
抗坏血酸钙或抗坏血酸加碳酸钙:0-4800毫克;
柠檬酸钙或柠檬酸加碳酸钙:0-4800毫克;
磷酸钙或碳酸钙加磷酸:0-3500毫克。
上述活性成分也可以是它们的盐、衍生物或有类似生物活性的代谢物,如氨基葡萄糖、N-乙酰基氨基葡萄糖、软骨素、透明质酸的金属盐等。
本发明中的饮品或食品包括液体、固液悬浮体、凝胶体、半固体、固体等几类。其中,液体类、固液悬浮体类以及半固体类包括但不限于:碳酸型或非碳酸型的、浓缩型或即饮型的水(如蒸馏水、矿泉水、开水等);水基勾兑饮料(如可乐、苏打水、汽水等);水果汁(如椰子汁、苹果汁、葡萄汁、橙汁、香蕉汁、芒果汁、桃子汁、李子汁、荔枝汁、猕猴桃汁、梨子汁、橘子汁、菠萝汁、甘蔗汁、杏子汁、草莓汁或其它属于水果类的果汁,也可以是上述的两种或者两种以上的混合);蔬菜汁(如番茄汁、白菜汁、青菜汁等或其它属于蔬菜类的汁,也可以是上述两种或两种以上的混合);动物奶类(如牛奶、羊奶等)或奶类制品(如酸奶、奶酪、冰淇淋、蛋糕等);茶叶或茶制品(如溶液状态的绿茶、红茶、黑茶、乌龙茶、花茶等或其混合物);酒类(如白酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、黄酒、红酒、米酒、涝糟等或其混合物);蜜类(如蜂蜜等);豆类及豆制品(如豆奶、豆浆、豆花、豆腐、豆腐乳等);酱类(如草莓酱、花生酱等);八宝粥等。其中的固体类及凝胶类包括但不限于:冰饮(冰、冰糕、雪糕等);糖类及糖制品(如白糖、红糖、冰糖等或其混合物,形式可以是软糖、硬糖、奶糖、橡皮糖、棉花糖、凝胶状糖、牛皮糖等);奶粉(包括全脂、脱脂、婴儿奶粉等);固体饮料(如麦乳精、果珍、咖啡、可可、人参精等或其混合物);茶叶或茶制品(如绿茶、红茶、黑茶、乌龙茶、花茶、砖茶等或其混合物,或者这些茶与糖及养生中药如枸杞、红枣等混合形成民间所谓的“三炮台”形式的饮品);巧克力;麦片;芝麻糊;黄豆制品;玉米制品;燕麦制品;大米制品;小麦制品;淀粉制品等。
本发明中的饮品或食品可以采用两种制备方法,第一种方法如下:往市售的饮品或食品里按上述推荐量添加一种或几种活性成分,如氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、二甲基砜、双醋瑞因、维生素A、C、D或E、钙磷添加剂等而制成具有关节保健作用的饮品或食品。氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐或二者之结合是必加的活性成分,硫酸软骨素是第二优先选择成分,二甲基砜是第三优先选择成分,透明质酸是第四优先选择成分,其它活性成分可选择加或者不加。活性成分可以以固体形式或是水溶液形式加入到市售饮品或食品中;当活性成分加入到市售饮品或食品中后,通过机械搅拌使活性成分溶解或混合均匀,这个过程通常在环境温度下(0℃-37℃)进行。然后测试该混合物的pH值,味道等,如有需要,添加适当量的食品工业常用的甜味剂、色素、香精、保鲜剂、维生素、矿物质、微量元素、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、糖类等使得该饮品或食品的最后产品不管是味道还是营养都达到最佳;接下来是控制微生物生长的步骤,一般采用高温消毒的方式,也可使用放射线消毒的方式;当采用高温消毒方式时,温度范围控制在50℃-90℃之间,消毒时间控制在1秒钟-30分钟,最佳的温度及时间范围为:70℃-80℃及10秒钟-3分钟;最后产品装瓶时的温度约为环境温度;当使用放射线消毒方式时,一般在环境温度下进行;最后产品可选择不碳酸化或采用饮料工业标准方法进行碳酸化。
第二种方法如下:以氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、二甲基砜、双醋瑞因、维生素A、C、D或E、钙磷添加剂等中的一种或几种活性成分,按前述的推荐含量范围,与非活性成分混合或勾兑而成成品饮品或食品。液体或悬浮体的饮品是水基的,其中水的含量通常大于70%。固体的饮品为一种或几种活性成分与其它非活性成分的机械混合物。氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐或二者之结合是必加的活性成分,硫酸软骨素是第二优先选择成分,二甲基砜是第三优先选择成分,透明质酸是第四优先选择成分,其它活性成分可选择加或者不加。成品饮品或食品的pH值在被消费者饮用前介于2-10之间,其中更倾向于中性至酸性,即pH值介于2-7之间。为达此目的,如有需要,食品工业中常用的有机酸、如柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸等以及无机碱,如小苏打、苏打、烧碱等将被用来调节产品的pH值。如有需要,苯甲酸钠等食品保鲜剂将被用来延长本发明中饮品或食品的保存时间。如有需要,食品及饮料工业常用的天然或人工色素将被用来调节饮品或食品的色泽;食用香料用来调节产品的味道;白糖、红糖、冰糖等食用糖用着卡路里的来源;糖精等甜味剂用着制造低热量的饮品或食品;维生素或矿物质可选择加与不加。微生物的控制方法一般采用高温消毒的方式,也可使用放射线消毒的方式。当采用高温消毒方式时,温度范围控制在50-90℃之间,消毒时间控制在1秒钟-30分钟。最佳的温度及时间范围为:70-80℃及10秒钟-3分钟。最后产品装瓶时的温度约为环境温度。当使用放射线消毒方式时,一般在环境温度下进行。最后产品可选择不碳酸化或采用饮料工业标准方法进行碳酸化。成品产品可以是即饮型或浓缩型(消费者饮用前需用水冲淡)、正常热量型或低热量型(减肥型)、溶液型或悬浮型或固体型等。枸杞、红枣、人参等中药可被用于制造某些固体饮品。
本发明的关节保健饮品或食品具有治疗兼保健双重作用,并且适合于长期服用。而且,由于本发明的食品或饮品主要以液体形式服用,所以可以最大程度地被人体吸收利用。对于骨性关节炎患者来说,不仅可以减轻以至于完全消除疼痛及其它临床症状,而且可以修复已损伤的关节软骨,延缓或阻止关节软骨及关节润滑液的退化,从根本上消除骨性关节炎的真正病因,而不像NSAIDs类药物只能减轻或消除临床症状,不能触及骨性关节炎的真正病因。对于尚未患骨性关节炎的人,尤其是年龄超过30岁的人,服用这类饮品或食品主要是起到对关节的保健作用,正所谓防微杜渐、防患于未然。因为随着年龄的增长,人体产生像氨基葡萄糖等这些维护关节健康至关重要的物质的能力逐渐减弱,如果从体外得不到补充,关节软骨及关节润滑液就断了营养,结果就必然导致其退化,这就为以后患骨性关节炎埋下了隐患。一般食品中不含氨基葡萄糖等物质,所以,通过膳食是无法阻止关节软骨及关节润滑液退化的。如果关节健康的人服用本发明中描述的饮品或食品,就保证了关节软骨及关节润滑液一直得到充分的营养供应,得骨性关节炎的机率就大大降低。
本发明描述的饮品或食品对于因过度的体育训练、锻炼或重体力劳动而引起的关节损伤、疲劳等具有修复损伤,恢复功能的作用。例如,体育运动员、码头工人、矿工、农民等的运动量及强度都很大,关节的负担非常重,受伤的机率也大,本饮品或食品可提供其所需要的关节营养。
本发明描述的饮品或食品除了供人类饮用或食用外,也适合其他哺乳动物饮用或食用,例如,狗、猫、牛、羊、猪、鼠、松鼠等。这类饮品或食品在其他哺乳动物中起的生理作用与人类相似。
具体实施方式
以下提供的实施例的目的是帮助进一步理解本发明,但并不能限制本发明的内容。为了符合法律规定的饮用卫生标准或调整到最佳口味及营养,实施例里的配方可以调整,并且可以增减活性或非活性成分。
实施例1-18
往市售饮品或食品里添加一种或几种活性成分,如氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、二甲基砜、钙磷添加剂等而制成新的具有增强关节软骨、关节润滑液及骨骼功能、治疗及预防关节炎的饮品或食品示范:
取市售饮品或食品400毫升置于具有搅拌装置的容器中,然后,氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、二甲基砜、乳清酸钙等活性成分依次按表1中所列的量加入。搅拌混合均匀,过滤或不过滤、按上述标准方法消毒、冷却、碳酸化或不碳酸化、装瓶即得约390-415毫升的成品保健饮料。实施例1-3需碳酸化,其余不用。实施例1-3、13-15需过滤,其余不用。实施例4、11、14的成人推荐饮用量为每天400毫升;实施例15-17的成人推荐饮用量为每天100毫升,其余均为每天1200毫升。

往市售固体饮品或食品里添加一种或几种活性成分,如氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、二甲基砜、钙磷添加剂等而制成新的具有增强关节软骨、关节润滑液及骨骼功能、治疗及预防关节炎的饮品或食品范例:
取市售饮品或食品100克置于具有搅拌装置的容器中,然后,氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸、乳清酸钙等活性成分依次按表2中所列的量加入。搅拌混合均匀,有的需要粉碎、过筛、消毒,然后包装成品保健饮品或食品。实施例21-24、26、28需过筛,其余不用。实施例21-23的成人推荐饮用量为每天100克;实施例24-26的成人推荐饮用量为每天50克;实施例27-28的成人推荐饮用量为每天200克。

制备活性成分混合物二:取氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐100克、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐100克、硫酸软骨素160克、透明质酸160克、二甲基砜67克置于装有搅拌器的容器中,搅拌混合均匀待用。

制备活性成分混合物三:取氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐100克、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐100克、硫酸软骨素160克、二甲基砜67克置于装有搅拌器的容器中,搅拌混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁一:于60克水中依次加入富含果糖的玉米糖浆200克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,阿拉伯树胶5克,苯甲酸钠1克及山梨酸钾1克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁二:于60克水中依次加入富含果糖的玉米糖浆200克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,苯甲酸钠1克,山梨酸钾1克及浓缩橙汁40克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁三:于60克水中依次加入富含果糖的玉米糖浆200克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,苯甲酸钠1克,山梨酸钾1克及浓缩苹果汁40克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁四:于60克水中依次加入富含果糖的玉米糖浆200克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,苯甲酸钠1克,山梨酸钾1克及浓缩葡萄汁40克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁五:于60克水中依次加入富含果糖的玉米糖浆200克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,苯甲酸钠1克,山梨酸钾1克及鲜榨番茄汁100克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备不含活性成分的饮料浓汁六(低热量型):于200克水中依次加入白糖30克,糖精0.3克,柠檬酸10克,抗坏血酸(即维生素C)10克,阿拉伯树胶5克,苯甲酸钠1克及山梨酸钾1克,然后剧烈地搅拌使其混合均匀待用。

制备苏打型关节饮料:于一装有搅拌器的容器中,加入60克不含活性成分的饮料浓汁一(实施例32)及1.6克活性成分混合物一、二或三(实施例29、30或31),该混合物用水稀释至约400毫升,加入必要的色素或香精制成不同口味,例如橙子、葡萄等,也可不加。加入适量的白糖调节至合适的甜度,用柠檬酸调节溶液的pH值至2.2-3.0。将混合物搅拌均匀,并快速加热至80℃,保持1分钟。迅速降至室温,碳酸化,装瓶。
实施例39
制备水果香型关节饮料:于一装有搅拌器的容器中,加入60克不含活性成分的饮料浓汁二、三、四或五(实施例33-36)及1.6克活性成分混合物一、二或三(实施例29、30或31),该混合物用水稀释至400毫升,加入必要的色素或橙子、苹果、葡萄等香料调节口味,如有需要,加入适量的白糖调节至合适的甜度,用柠檬酸调节溶液的pH值至2.2-3.0。将混合物搅拌均匀,并快速加热至80℃,保持1分钟,迅速降至室温,装瓶。
实施例40
制备低热量型苏打关节饮料:于一装有搅拌器的容器中,加入60克不含活性成分的饮料浓汁六(实施例37)及1.6克活性成分混合物一、二或三(实施例29、30或31),该混合物用水稀释至约400毫升,加入必要的色素或香精制成不同口味,例如,橙子、葡萄等,也可不加。加入适量糖精调节至合适的甜度,用柠檬酸调节溶液的pH值至2.2-3.0。将混合物搅拌均匀,并快速加热至80℃,保持1分钟。迅速降至室温,碳酸化,装瓶。
Claims (13)
1、一种关节保健饮品或食品,其特征在于包括以下活性成分:
氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐,硫酸软骨素,二甲基砜和乳清酸钙。
2、如权利要求1所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于还包括一种或几种以下成分:
透明质酸,双醋瑞因,维生素A,维生素C,维生素D,维生素E。
3、如权利要求2所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于进一步包括一种或几种如下成分:
蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、糖类、维生素、矿物质、微量元素、甜味剂、色素、香精或它们的结合。
4、如权利要求1所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于适合一人在一天中服用的饮品或食品中活性成分的含量如下:
氨基葡萄糖的硫酸盐或盐酸盐或二者之结合:500~5000毫克;
硫酸软骨素:166~1600毫克;
二甲基砜:70~416毫克;
乳清酸钙:100~1000毫克。
5、如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,其形式是液体、固液悬浮体、凝胶体、半固体或者固体。
6、如权利要求5所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,液体、固液悬浮体以及半固体形式包括:水,水基勾兑饮料,水果汁,蔬菜汁,动物奶类及奶制品,茶制品,酒类,蜜类,豆制品,酱类,八宝粥。
7、如权利要求5所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,固体及凝胶体形式包括:冷饮,糖类及糖制品,奶粉,麦乳精、果珍、咖啡、可可、人参精,茶叶或茶制品,巧克力,麦片,芝麻糊,黄豆制品,玉米制品,燕麦制品,大米制品,小麦制品,淀粉制品。
8、如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,该保健饮品或食品是碳酸化或不碳酸化的。
9、如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,该保健饮品或食品是即饮型或浓汁型的。
10、如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,其pH范围为2-10。
11、如权利要求10所述的保健饮品或食品,其特征在于,其pH范围为2-7。
12、一种关节保健饮品或食品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:往市售的饮品或食品中加入权利要求1所述的活性成分,经过机械搅拌使活性成分溶解或混合均匀,最后经高温消毒或放射线消毒而制成成品。
13、一种保健饮品或食品的另一种制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:以权利要求1所述的活性成分,按照权利要求4所述的含量范围,与权利要求2和3所述的成分混合或勾兑而成成品饮品或食品。
