Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体公开了一种辣木解酒组合物及其制备方法。该组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、醋五味子1~20%、葛根1~20%、余甘1~20%、茯苓1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。辣木叶本身具有促进人体代谢加快的功能;醋五味子中的醋酸成分能够有效的和乙醇作用形成乙酸乙酯;葛根促进肝脏对酒精的降解;余甘刺激人体代谢,促进解酒,余甘中的维生素C等有机酸能够中和乙醇;茯苓粉具有多孔结构,具有吸附乙醇的功效;低聚果糖能吸收大量的乙醇,促进人体排泄,从而起到综合解酒的作用。本发明组合物中各原料协同作用,具有显著的解酒功效。本发明制备方法,易于实现,便于工业化推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种辣木解酒组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣木,白花菜目辣木科,原产于印度,又称为鼓槌树,是多年生热带落叶乔木,全世界约有14个品种,目前较常食用的品种有以下三种:印度传统辣木、印度改良种辣木(印度T.N.农业大学的改良种,早生且具高豆荚产量)和非洲辣木(原只产于肯尼亚图尔卡纳湖附近及埃塞俄比亚西南部)。辣木的叶片和果荚含有多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质。研究表明,100克印度传统辣木的新鲜叶片中的维他命E含量约为9毫克,干燥叶片中维他命E含量约为16.2毫克。每100克的辣木中含有的维生素C是柑橘的7倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍,钙质是牛奶的4倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,蛋白质是酸奶的2倍。根据计算,只要三汤匙(约25克)的辣木叶干粉就含有幼儿每日所需270%的维生素A,42%的蛋白质,125%的钙,70%的铁及22%的维生素C。对怀孕和哺乳中的女性而言,辣木叶片和豆荚亦可帮助本人及胎儿或婴儿维持健康,提供大量的铁质、蛋白质、铜、硫和维他命B。
由于辣木含有丰富的营养成分,作为食品原料有增进营养、食疗保健的功能,可以活化细胞增强免疫力,有助于分泌胰岛素和调节血糖,有效地抗氧化、抗自由基、消除人体活性氧,有丰富的保健养生功效,长期服用对于降高血压、降高血脂、降高血糖有明显效果,可以预防癌症、防治肿瘤、增强免疫力、保护心脏、预防治疗糖尿病,同时具有良好的促进人体代谢,促进解酒的功效。而且由于辣木的上述保健功效,以辣木为原料的保健食品逐渐涌现,如中国专利CN104739900A公开了原料为辣木籽仁的多功能药品及其分层制作方法,该药片的原料重量含量组成为50%辣木叶、30%辣木籽仁、10%辣木壳和10%可食用粘合剂,该药片具有治疗口臭,解酒和抗癌的多重保健功效,但是正是由于这种多重保健功效缺乏针对性,导致针对某一功效的保健作用并不十分显著,例如对于解酒的保健功效不能满足当前应酬多,需要解酒人群的保健需求。因此研究开发出一种基于辣木的具有显著解酒保健效果的产品,对于提高辣木的经济价值具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种辣木解酒组合物,具有显著的解酒保健效果。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种辣木解酒组合物的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种辣木解酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、醋五味子1~20%、葛根1~20%、余甘1~20%、茯苓1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。
优选的,辣木叶为辣木嫩茎叶。
各原料功能简介:
辣木叶富含多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质,能够有效的促进人体新陈代谢,提高免疫力,促进人体对酒精的消化和吸收,进而起到解酒的效果。
五味子(玄及、会及、五梅子)分北五味子和南五味子,北五味子比南五味子质地优良。五味子喜微酸性腐殖土,生长期需要足够的水分和营养;分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北等地;具有敛肺、滋肾、生津、收汗、涩精的功效。醋五味子就是下了醋的五味子,归肺、心、肾经。不仅具有补益人体五脏和五行的功效,而且它还含有醋酸,药性更加平和,醋酸具有中和乙醇形成醋酸乙酯的功效,从而具有解酒的功效。
葛根,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块,干燥。性甘、辛、凉,有解肌退热、透疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻之功效。常用于表证发热、项背强痛、麻疹不透、热病口渴、阴虚消渴、热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。明朝著名的医学家李时珍对葛根进行了系统的研究,认为葛根的茎、叶、花、果、根均可入药,他在《本草纲目》中这样记载:“葛根,性甘、辛、平、无毒。主治消渴、身大热、呕吐,起阴气,解诸毒”。葛根的作用功效有:(1)提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积;(2)促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,产生解酒功效的同时,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤;(3)对高血脂形成的冠状动脉硬化,通过改善心肌缺血状态,防治冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病;(4)对高血脂形成的脑动脉硬化,通过改善脑缺血状态,防治脑梗塞、偏瘫、血管性痴呆等脑血管疾病;(5)强化肝胆细胞自身免疫功能,抵抗病毒入侵;(6)降血糖,具有延缓衰老、调节血脂血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用,并应用于临床。
余甘,别名油甘子、牛甘子、喉甘子、杨甘、回甘子等,富含膳食纤维、碳水化合物、矿物质、胡萝卜素、维生素A、核黄素、尼克酸、维生素C、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、磷、硒;不含钠。鲜果富含维生素A、B、C,其中每100克果肉含维生素C为500~1800毫克,是柑桔含量的30~50倍。性凉,味甘、酸、涩,对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、霍乱弧菌等显现出抑菌效果,对提高人体红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性有十分显著的作用,可增强机体的抗氧化能力。余甘具有抗病毒、抗诱变、抗致畸、防肿瘤、降脂减肥、降压、延缓衰老、增强机体同化、促进消化、清热凉血、消食健胃、生津止咳等功效。主治血热血瘀,肝胆病,消化不良,腹痛,咳嗽,喉痛,口干,用量3~9g,多入丸散服。同时余甘也具有促进人体肝脏的解毒功能,具有解酒的功效。
茯苓,俗称云苓、松苓、茯灵,为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,形状像甘薯,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。茯苓的主要功效有:增强机体免疫功能;增加尿中钾、钠、氯等电解质的排出,有利尿作用;镇静及保护肝脏,抑制溃疡的发生;具有降血糖、抗放射的作用,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤作用。茯苓还用作茯苓饼、茯苓酥和茯苓酒的原料,有的国家将茯苓作为海军常用药物及滋补品的原料,在温度较高的地区和场所,茯苓可作为重要的食疗品种,经常食用可健脾去湿,助消化,壮体质。茯苓粗粉具有多孔结构,可以吸收乙醇,从而具有缓解乙醇吸收的功效,从而具有辅助解酒的作用。
低聚果糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢,经动物和人体实验证实,低聚果糖具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌的作用,双歧杆菌在低聚果糖的作用下增殖10~100倍。人体摄入低聚果糖后,体内有益菌群双歧杆菌数量可抑制外源致病菌和肠内固有腐败细菌如沙门氏菌等生长繁殖,减少肠内腐败物质的生长和积累,促进肠道蠕动,防止便秘和腹泻。低聚果糖对于因血脂高而引起的高血压、动脉硬化等一系列心血管疾病有较好的改善作用。低聚果糖在大肠内被细菌发酵生成L-乳酸,可以溶解钙、镁、铁等矿物质,促进人体对矿物质的吸收。低聚果糖能够促进人体的排泄,从而具有很好辅助解酒的效果。同时,低聚果糖是一种很好的粘结剂,从而避免添加其他的有毒副作用的粘结剂。
本发明辣木解酒组合物,以辣木叶、醋五味子、葛根、余甘、茯苓和低聚果糖为原料制备而成。辣木叶中的有效成分本身具有促进人体代谢加快的功能,从而具有一定的解酒功能;五味子具有综合调整人体代谢的功能,尤其是醋五味子,其中的醋酸成分能够有效的和乙醇作用形成乙酸乙酯,从而缓解乙醇进入血液,降低乙醇浓度;葛根中的黄酮等活性成分可以促进肝脏对酒精的降解,同时,葛根中的淀粉也可以辅助吸收乙醇,缓解乙醇进入人体,而且淀粉也是一种粘接剂,有利于成型形成片剂;余甘刺激人体代谢,促进解酒,余甘中的维生素C等有机酸通过中和乙醇从而起到解酒的作用;茯苓粉具有多孔结构,除了药理效果外,还有吸附乙醇的功效,阻止乙醇进入人体血液,从而起到解酒的功效;低聚果糖难以消化吸收,但是它能吸收大量的乙醇,阻碍乙醇在胃肠道的消化吸收,同时能够促进肠道的蠕动,促进人体排泄,从而起到综合解酒的作用,而且低聚果糖本身也是一种粘接剂,有利于组合物成型形成片剂。总之,本发明辣木解酒组合物,遵循中医君臣佐使协同配伍的原理,限定各原料的用量,使各原料配伍协同作用,具有显著的解酒功效。
上述各原料均为粉末状。
上述辣木解酒组合物的剂型为片剂。
上述辣木解酒组合物也可以为医学上可接受的其他机型,如颗粒剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、口服液等。并且采用药物制备领域的常规制备方法即可获得其他剂型的辣木解酒组合物。
上述辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,包括将各原料混合均匀后,压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
优选的,将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
优选的,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
本发明辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,采用将各原料混合后直接压片成型的方式,操作简便,易于实现,便于工业化推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
下述实施例中辣木解酒组合物均为片剂,但是该剂型并不构成对本发明的任何限制,剂型的改变并不影响本发明辣木解酒组合物的保健效果。
实施例1
本实施例辣木解酒组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶40%、醋五味子10%、葛根10%、余甘10%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖20%。
本实施例辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木解酒片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
实施例2
本实施例辣木解酒组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%、醋五味子20%、葛根20%、余甘10%、茯苓20%、低聚果糖10%。
本实施例辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木解酒片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
实施例3
本实施例辣木解酒组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶55%、醋五味子1%、葛根15%、余甘20%、茯苓8%、低聚果糖1%。
本实施例辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木解酒片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
实施例4
本实施例辣木解酒组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶80%、醋五味子8%、葛根1%、余甘1%、茯苓1%、低聚果糖9%。
本实施例辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木解酒片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
对比例
本对比例辣木解酒组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶90%、木糖醇5%、低聚果糖5%。按照实施例1同样的方法制备成片剂。
试验例
试验方法:将100位经常应酬喝酒的人士随机分为两组,每组50位;其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木解酒组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木解酒组合物;通过问卷调查的方式统计比较服用前后酒量以及感觉的变化。
用法用量:每人每次酒前服用6片,酒后6片。
试验结果:服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木解酒组合物的50位人士中35位人士表示酒量明显增加,解酒效果好;10位感觉酒量略有增加,5位感觉不明显。服用对比例制备的辣木解酒组合物的50位人士中5位人士表示酒量增加,具有解酒效果;20位感觉略有增加,25位感觉不明显。
由上述试验结果可知,本发明实施例1制备的辣木解酒组合物的解酒效果明显优于对比例制备的辣木解酒组合物。该结果表明本发明辣木解酒组合物中,通过加入醋五味子、葛根、余甘、茯苓和低聚果糖与辣木叶协同作用,提高解酒效果,解酒功效显著。
实施例2~4制备的辣木解酒组合物的解酒效果与实施例1相当。

1.一种辣木解酒组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、醋五味子1~20%、葛根1~20%、余甘1~20%、茯苓1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。
2.如权利要求1所述的辣木解酒组合物,其特征在于,所述原料均为粉末状。
3.如权利要求1所述的辣木解酒组合物,其特征在于,其剂型为片剂。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料混合均匀后,压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木解酒组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
6.如权利要求4所述的辣木解酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
