Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体公开了一种辣木降血压组合物及其制备方法。该组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、五味子1~20%、山楂1~20%、红曲1~20%、鬼针草1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。其中辣木叶是君药,含有降血压有效成分,并通过清除人体血液中的废物降低血压;五味子是臣药,增强五脏运行;山楂是佐药,促进消化吸收,提高药物的治疗效果;红曲中的活性成分具有降血压的作用;鬼针草是使药,针对性加强降压功效;低聚果糖也是使药,促进有毒物质的排出,从而疏通血管,降低血压。各原料以君臣佐使协同配伍,提高组合物的降血压效果。本发明制备方法,操作简便,适于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种辣木降血压组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣木,白花菜目辣木科,原产于印度,又称为鼓槌树,是多年生热带落叶乔木,全世界约有14个品种,目前较常食用的品种有以下三种:印度传统辣木、印度改良种辣木(印度T.N.农业大学的改良种,早生且具高豆荚产量)和非洲辣木(原只产于肯尼亚图尔卡纳湖附近及埃塞俄比亚西南部)。辣木的叶片和果荚含有多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质。研究表明,100克印度传统辣木的新鲜叶片中的维他命E含量约为9毫克,干燥叶片中维他命E含量约为16.2毫克。每100克的辣木中含有的维生素C是柑橘的7倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍,钙质是牛奶的4倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,蛋白质是酸奶的2倍。根据计算,只要三汤匙(约25克)的辣木叶干粉就含有幼儿每日所需270%的维生素A,42%的蛋白质,125%的钙,70%的铁及22%的维生素C。对怀孕和哺乳中的女性而言,辣木叶片和豆荚亦可帮助本人及胎儿或婴儿维持健康,提供大量的铁质、蛋白质、铜、硫和维他命B。
由于辣木含有丰富的营养成分,作为食品原料有增进营养、食疗保健的功能,可以活化细胞增强免疫力,有助于分泌胰岛素和调节血糖,有效地抗氧化、抗自由基、消除人体活性氧,有丰富的保健养生功效,长期服用对于降高血压、降高血脂、降高血糖有明显效果,还可以预防癌症、防治肿瘤、增强免疫力、保护心脏、预防治疗糖尿病。而且由于辣木的上述保健功效,以辣木为原料的保健食品逐渐涌现,如中国专利CN103202346A公开了一种辣木树叶降压、降脂茶干及其制备方法,该公开的具有降压、降脂功效的茶干的配方为:黑豆50份、黄豆50份、山楂1~3份、山楂核4~6份、辣木籽1~3份、榛子1~2份、人参2~3份、地黄叶1~份、绞股蓝3~4份、辣木树叶4~6份,该配方中通过加入辣木籽和辣木树叶与其他原料复配作用起到降血压和降血脂的保健功效,但是这种保健功能的多样性导致制备的保健品没有单一针对性,例如不能单一的针对降血压功能产生特殊的保健和预防功效,并且现有的以辣木为原料的保健产品均根据口感和营养搭配而成,不能很好的起到降血压的保健功效。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种辣木降血压组合物,具有显著的降血压保健功效。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种辣木降血压组合物的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种辣木降血压组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、五味子1~20%、山楂1~20%、红曲1~20%、鬼针草1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。
优选的,辣木叶为辣木嫩茎叶。
各原料功能简介:
辣木叶是纯天然绿色食品,含有人体所需的全部营养物质,可取代复合维生素、钙片、鱼肝油等,特别对高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、痛风等有很好的效果。辣木叶本身具有多重保健效果,但是缺乏针对性,所以单一的降血糖作用效果不明显。
五味子(玄及、会及、五梅子)分北五味子和南五味子,北五味子质比南五味子优良。五味子喜微酸性腐殖土,生长期需要足够的水分和营养;分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北等地;具有敛肺、滋肾、生津、收汗、涩精的功效,具有调节人体五脏功能的作用。
山楂含有多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、类脂、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,常食山楂能够扩张血管、降低血糖、降低血压、防治心血管疾病和老年性心脏病。利用山楂果实治疗疾病,在中国已有悠久的历史,《唐本草》记:汁服用止水痢;《本草纲目》记:山楂化饮食,消肉滞等,凡脾胃虚弱,食物不消化,胸腹酸刺胀闷者,于膳后嚼两三枚绝佳。中医认为,山楂更具有生津止渴,活血化瘀等功能。另外近代药物理化研究发现山楂的药用价值渗透到血液血脂领域更为明显。
红曲,就是曲霉科真菌紫色红曲霉,又称红曲霉,是用红曲霉菌在大米、籼稻、粳稻、糯米等稻米中培养发酵而成,发酵后的大米、籼稻、粳稻、糯米等稻米称为红曲米;红曲粉是将红曲米经粉碎后成为红曲粉。近代医学研究报告发现,红曲具有降血压、降血脂的作用,所含红曲霉素K可阻止生成胆固醇;红曲米与化学合成红色素相比,具有无毒、安全的优点,而且还有健脾消食、活血化瘀的功效。
鬼针草,又名一把针、粘身草、刺针草、盲肠草等,现代药理证明,鬼针草含黄酮甙、皂甙、鞣质、多元酚、香豆素、苦味素、碘、胆碱、氨基酸、维生素等成份,对调节人体血压具有良好的功效。
低聚果糖又称蔗果低聚糖,具有调节肠道菌群、增殖双歧杆菌的作用,双歧杆菌在低聚果糖的作用下增殖10~100倍,具有双向调节的功效。人体摄入低聚果糖后,体内有益菌群双歧杆菌数量可抑制外源致病菌和肠内固有腐败细菌如沙门氏菌等生长繁殖,减少肠内腐败物质的生长和积累,促进肠道蠕动,防止便秘和腹泻。低聚果糖是一种优良的水溶性膳食纤维,能有效降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、游离脂肪酸的数量,对于因血脂高而引起的高血压、动脉硬化等一系列心血管疾病有较好的改善作用。低聚果糖在大肠内被细菌发酵生成L-乳酸,可以溶解钙、镁、铁等矿物质,促进人体对矿物质的吸收。同时,低聚果糖是一种很好的粘结剂,从而在制备片剂等组合物剂型时,避免添加其他的有毒副作用的粘结剂。
本发明辣木降血压组合物,以辣木叶、五味子、山楂、红曲、鬼针草、低聚果糖为原料制备而成。通过限定各原料的用量,使相互之间协同作用,具体为:辣木叶是君药,通过清除人体血管和组织中过多的脂肪等物质来促进人体代谢,从而促进人体代谢,清除人体血液中的废物,从而降低血压;五味子是臣药,增强人体的五脏的运行,让人体五脏的运行更加协调;山楂是佐药,具有促进消化吸收的功能,从而提高药物的治疗效果;红曲中的活性成分具有降血压的作用,同时,红曲中的淀粉也起到粘结剂的作用,有助于片剂的制备成型;鬼针草是使药,针对性加强降压功效;低聚果糖也是使药,它可以调整人体的消化道系统的微生态等功效,促进有毒物质的排出,从而疏通血管,降低血压。总之,相比单一的辣木叶缺乏针对性的多效保健功能,本发明组合物中各原料在限定的用量范围内,君臣佐使协同配伍增效,凸显并增强辣木叶中降血压活性成分的作用,使制备的组合物具有高效的降血压效果,可以部分代替一些专用的降血压药物,辅助高血压人群的治疗和预防,降低高血压人群服用专用将血压药物带来的毒副作用。
上述各原料均为粉末状。
上述辣木降血压组合物的剂型为片剂。
上述辣木降血压组合物也可以为医学上可接受的其他剂型,如颗粒剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、口服液等。并且采用药物制备领域的常规制备方法即可获得其他剂型的辣木降血压组合物。
上述辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,包括将各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木降血压组合物。
优选的,还包括将各原料粉粹成粉末状后再混合搅拌均匀。
优选的,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
本发明辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,采用将各原料混合后直接压片成型的方式,操作简便,易于实现,便于工业化推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
下述实施例中辣木降血压组合物均为片剂,但是该剂型并不构成对本发明的任何限制,剂型的改变并不影响本发明辣木降血压组合物的保健效果。
实施例1
本实施例辣木降血压组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶40%、五味子10%、山楂10%、红曲20%、鬼针草10%、低聚果糖10%。
本实施例辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木降血压组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木降血压片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
实施例2
本实施例辣木降血压组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%、五味子20%、山楂20%、红曲10%、鬼针草20%、低聚果糖10%。

本实施例辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木降血压组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木降血压片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
实施例4
本实施例辣木降血压组合物,其剂型为片剂,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶80%、五味子1%、山楂1%、红曲16%、鬼针草1%、低聚果糖1%。
本实施例辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
1)取各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)将粉末状的各原料混合搅拌均匀后,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木降血压组合物。
本实施例制备的辣木降血压片剂,平均每片的重量为0.7g。
对比例
本对比例辣木降血压组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶90%、木糖醇5%、低聚果糖5%。按照实施例1同样的方法制备成片剂。试验例
试验方法:将血压值接近的60位高血压患者随机分为两组;其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木降血压组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木降血压组合物;观察两组高血压患者的血压降低状况;
用法用量:每人每次服用三片,一天二次,连续服用二个月。
试验结果:服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木降血压组合物的患者收缩压平均降低9.7mmHg,舒张压平均降低7.6mmHg;服用对比例制备的辣木降血压组合物的患者收缩压降低4.5mmHg,舒张压平均降低3.8mmHg。
由上述试验结果可知,本发明实施例1制备的辣木降血压组合物的降血压效果明显优于对比例制备的辣木降血压组合物。由该试验结果可知,本发明辣木降血压组合物中,加入五味子、山楂、红曲、鬼针草、低聚果糖与辣木复配使用,各原料之间存在协同增效作用,提高组合物的降血压效果。
实施例2~4制备的辣木降血压组合物的降血压效果与实施例1相当。
Claims (6)
1.一种辣木降血压组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20~80%、五味子1~20%、山楂1~20%、红曲1~20%、鬼针草1~20%、低聚果糖1~20%。
2.如权利要求1所述的辣木降血压组合物,其特征在于,各原料均为粉末状。
3.如权利要求1所述的辣木降血压组合物,其特征在于,其剂型为片剂。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料混合均匀后压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木降血压组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将各原料粉粹成粉末状后再混合均匀。
6.如权利要求4所述的辣木降血压组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
