本发明提供了一种可在盘的多个记录面进行存取、重放的数字信号记录方法和重放装置。本发明的重放装置包括:检测、认识包含在引入块中的盘信息领域的识别标记的装置;重放的数据块中的块地址检测器;根据主计算机的命令演算重放结束块地址的演算器;根据由检测识别标记得到的信息,检出的块地址、演算结果,产生控制盘的存取重放的命令的装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及数字信号记录方法及盘重放装置,特别是涉及在将数据块记录在盘上的主计算机中,记录了考虑其存取构成的数字信号,并对盘的数字信号进行重放的数字信号记录方法及盘重放装置。
背景技术
以往,作为记录比较数据块单位的数字信号的盘可为CD-ROM(CD一只读存贮器)。该CD-ROM如像[日经バイト1994年9月号146p]所记载的技术,可按记录顺序多个并排地在盘记录面上从最内周向最外周记录由有效数据和数据块地址构成的数据块。当根据主计算机的命令,用上述技术进行记录盘的存取、重放时,给出存取命令的同时,还指定开始数据块地址和传送数据块长度,并据此对所希望的数据块进行存取、重放。
从盘之间相对面构成的上下2层记录面的单面可读出的盘,以及从在一个盘上分别形成在上层和下层的2层记录面的单面可读出的盘,由以上形成上下2层记录面并可从单面读出的盘而构成的4层盘的标准化,近年来有所进展。例如,“日经产业新闻”1995年2月24日pCD独自规格二自信]已有报道,也可参考“日经新闻”1995年4月20日[DVD规格争ム第2段阶IZ]的报道。在具有多个记录面的盘上利用上述技术进行数字信号记录时,主计算机在各记录面上只能识别独立的盘,为了在所有记录面上进行存取和重放,与主计算机进行数据交换的接口电路就要更换,因此存在接口电路失去互换性的问题。
由于用上述技术存取、重放前,要读出最内周的写入区域,因此存在需要每当更换重放的记录面直到再次存取的时间的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种数字信号记录方法及盘重放装置,它可以在维持与现有接口电路的互换性情况下,对盘上存在的全部记录面进行存取、重放,而且可实现高速存取。
根据本发明的特征,解决上述问题的记录方法是:对包含表示数据块边界的同步信号、表示记录媒体上数据块的地址的块地址、由数据构成的同步信号的数据块,在可从单面读出的盘上存在的第1、第2数字信号的记录面,以记录的块数、集中n块(n是自然数)构成1数据帧;同时,在与上述数据块相同形式的数据领域,把包含记录在盘各记录面的块地址的范围、数据帧的构成、识别其重放方法的标记之信息构成的引入块附加在数据帧的开头;把包含从上述数据帧的引入块到第m号(m是自然数m<n)的块地址的数据块记录在盘中的第1记录面;把包含从(m+1)号到n号的块地址的数据块记录在第2记录面。
盘上的记录面由至少2层的层数组成,从第1号到第m号的数据块从第1记录面的内周开始排列;(m+1)号~n号的数据块为了实现连续信号,从第2记录面的盘外周向内周排列。
重放装置包含:以记录在盘上的规定格式进行数字信号处理的装置;根据主计算机的命令进行数据等规定交换的装置;根据从上述装置得到的命令对全部装置进行控制的装置;把信号拾取器移动到盘上指定位置的装置;控制拾取器聚焦,在多个记录面中可以交替并进行选择的存取装置;控制盘马达转数的装置;还包含:检测和识别包含在引入块信息的盘各记录面记录的块地址范围、所记录的数据帧的构成、识别其重放方法的标记的装置;检测重放的数据块的块地址的装置;根据上述主计算机的命令,演算重放结束的块地址的装置;还包含:根据由上述标记的检测识别得到的信息、检测出的块地址、演算结果,产生控制盘的存取、重放的命令的装置。
根据上述构成,由于在盘上的全部记录面记录的数据块中分配了一系列的块地址,则可在仍维持与现有接口电路的互换性情况下,对盘上存在的全部记录面实现高速存取和重放。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的盘重放装置实施例的方块图。数字1是具有2层以上多层记录面的光盘,2是光盘马达,3是恒定线速度(CLV)马达控制电路,4是通过聚焦交替可追踪多层记录面之特定面的光拾取器,5是前置放大器,6是拾取器移动控制电路,7是聚焦控制电路,8是数字信号处理电路,9是接口电路,10是接口电路总线,11是主计算机,12是系统控制器,13是盘信息检测识别电路,14是块地址检测电路,15是传送结束块地址演算电路,16是存取、重放控制电路。如后所述,电路15-16的功能可通过读出存储在ROM和软磁盘等媒体中的程序,
执行处理程序来实现。
图1中的光盘1应将传送到计算机11的数字信号全部记录在第1、第2记录面,并可分别从单面读出各记录面。通过CLV马达控制电路3控制盘马达2使该光盘1以一定线速度转动。通过光拾取器4重放光盘1的数字信号。此时,通过拾取器移动控制电路6可对光拾取器4进行跟踪控制;对第1或第2记录面进行选择存取时通过聚焦控制电路7进行聚焦控制。
参照图2、图3、图4,说明光盘1的构成及存储的数字信号的构成。
如图2所示,记录在光盘1上的最小单位的1数据块(相当于扇区)的构成是:表示数据块边界的同步信号201,进行记录数据块的光盘上的记录领域识别的记录领域识别标记202,表示光盘上的数据块地址的块地址203,数据204。
在一个盘的第1、第2记录面存在有该数据块,并在可从一个记录面读出的盘上集中n块数据块,将其按记录顺序预以排列,在各数据块的块地址203上存储‘1’到‘n’一系列地址。在这些数据块的并列的开头,附加图3所示的引入块205,构成1数据帧。
表示构成信息的引入块205是与上述1数据块同样的构成,在该数据领域存储盘信息206,在盘信息206的领域的一部分存储图4所示的盘识别标记210,在块地址203存储帧内的开头地址‘0’。
在把该过程中构成的一系列数据帧207记录在光盘1上时,对于数据帧207来说,把包含可以记录在第1记录面208的块地址从‘0’到‘m’(m是自然数m<n)的引入块的数据块,从第1记录面208最内周向外周记录。同时,从块地址(m+1)到n的数据块,从第2记录面209的最外周向内周记录。
在盘识别标记210上存储标记‘11’,在盘信息206领域的一部分,记录表示在第1记录面最后记录的数据块地址的第1记录面最后地址211,以及记录表示在盘上记录的块数据数n的记录块数212。
以这种格式记录在的第1记录面和第二记录面重叠,构成一张光盘。
可用图1的方块图和图5的流程图说明上述光盘1的重放。
在图1和图5中,在进行记录数据的重放前,用拾取器4存取光盘1的第1记录面的最内周,在引入块205的重放(图5的步骤501)、同步信号201的检测等,以及用数字信号处理电路8进行错误修正等规定的信号处理后,通过盘信息检测识别电路13进行盘信息206中的盘信息的检测识别(步骤502)。检测出的盘信息送到接口电路9,根据规定的协议,通过接口电路总线10,送到主计算机11(步骤503)。主计算机11根据接收到的盘信息,按规定的协议,把存取命令、进行存取的开始块地址i及传送的块数j送到接口电路9(步骤504)。
当接口电路9从主计算机11收到命令时,存取、重放控制电路16根据检测出的盘信息206中的盘识别标记210进行存取、重放控制。
如果检测出的识别标记210在表示本发明的记录格式的标记‘11’以外(步骤505),存取、重放控制电路16把控制命令送到系统控制器12,以便从盘上的块地址i开始重放j块,系统控制器12控制CLV马达控制电路3和拾取器移动控制电路6,进行存取重放(步骤513、步骤514),重放的数据通过数字信号处理电路8、接口电路9,接口电路总线10,送到主计算机11。
如果检测出的识别标记210是‘11’,则可以判断为是用图2所示的记录方法记录的盘,则在下个步骤506,把传送开始块地址i与根据引入块中的第1记录面最终地址211的检测而得到的第1记录面最外周的块地址m的大小进行比较,从而进行开始存取的记录面的选择。若i>m,则开始存取的块地址存在第2记录面中,交替拾取器的聚焦(步骤507),从第2记录面上的开始块地址i对第j号块进行存取、重放(步骤513、步骤514)。上述聚焦交替可采用[日经バイト,1995年9月号pp129-130]特别是图2所示的公知技术。
若i≤m,则开始块地址i存在第1记录面上,在传送结束地址演算电路15中,根据开始块地址i和传送块数j,演算重放结束块地址(i+j),并把该演算结果与根据记录块数212的检测得到的记录块数n比较,若(i+j)>n,则重放在中途结束,通过接口电路9把不能重放的信息通知主计算机11。
其次,在步骤508,把该演算结果与记录在第1记录面的最外周的块地址m进行比较。若(i+j)≤m,则进行重放的数据块都在第1记录面上,对从块地址i开始的第j数据块进行存取、重放(步骤513、步骤514)。
若(i+j)>m,则进行重放的数据块都连续存在于第1记录面和第2记录面。此时,首先从第1记录面上的块地址i开始进行存取,在块地址检测电路14检测到块地址m并进行重放(步骤509、步骤510)。当检测出块地址m时,由于对第2记录面最外周的块地址(m+1)的数据块进行存取,则在交替拾取器聚焦的第2记录面进行存取(步骤511),检测出块地址(m+1)(步骤512),从该数据块进行存取,再次进行重放(步骤513)。这样,可重放到其结束块地址(i+j)的数据块(步骤514)。这里,上述步骤505到513的块500具有图115~16所示的电路功能。相当于块500内各步骤的程序存储在上述存储媒体中。
在上述实施例中具有第1、第2记录面,当在可从单面读取的盘上记录数字信号时,在盘的所有记录面上并列顺序记录可能记录的n块数据块,在其开头附加含有盘信息的引入块并构成1数据帧,从第1记录面的最内周向外周记录该引入块到块地址m的块,从第2记录面的最外周向内周记录块地址(m+1)到n的块。这样,由于在盘上的所有记录面都分配了一系列的块地址,因此可在仍维持与现有接口电路互换性的情况下,可对盘上所有的记录面进行存取、重放。
重放装置检测记录在引入块内的盘信息,根据该信息,通过系统控制器的控制,可实现本实施例记录盘的存取、重放。
用本实施例的记录方法在第1、第2记录面进行连续的数据块重放时,使拾取器的移动量最小,可实现第2记录面的高速存取。
在上述实施例中,在一个盘上可从单面读出的记录面仅仅是第1、第2记录面,但可从单面读出记录面的数目不限于本实施的情况,3面和4面等也适用本发明。这时,当第3记录面上与第2记录面记录的数据连续时,可理解为是从第3记录面的盘最内周向外周方向分配和记录该记录数据(数据块)。
另外,包含在盘信息中的盘识别标记210的构成和存储位置、第1记录面最终地址211和记录块数212的存储位置也不仅限于本实施例的情况,根据各种盘的类型可以有修正例。
向数据帧的第1、第2记录面的记录方向不仅限于本实施例的情况,在记录面间的重放拾取器的移动可限制在最小限度。例如,与上述实施例不同,可从第1记录面的最外周向内周方向记录一系列数据,而在第2记录面可从最内周向外周方向记录。

Claims (3)

1.一种从盘再现数字信号的盘再现设备,其特征在于,
所述盘具有至少第一和第二记录面,
数字信号取数据帧(207)的形式,
数据帧由至少一个引入块(205)和n个数据块组成,其中n为自然数,
具有与数据块相同格式的引入块包括如下信息:同步信号(201);记录领域识别标记(202);块地址(203)和盘信息(206),该盘信息(206)包括:盘识别标记(210)、记录面中的第一记录面最后数据块地址(211)和记录块数(212),
引入块记录在数据帧的开头,
识别数据块记录区的记录领域识别标记(202)分别被分派给各数据块;
n个数据块中的m个数据块被记录在盘的第一记录面上,其中m为自然数,且0<m<n;
n个数据块中的其余n-m个数据块被记录在盘的第二记录面上;
所述盘再现设备包括:
盘信息检测识别电路,检测包含在引入块中的所述盘信息,其中所述第一记录面的最后数据块地址为m;
块地址检测器,检测要再现数据中的起始块地址i;
光拾取器,根据盘识别标记和数值m、i的比较,在确定记录有要再现的数据块的记录面后,将该光拾取器移动到所要再现的数据块的位置,其中如果i大于m,该光拾取器移动到所述第二记录面;和
存取/再现控制器,根据盘信息检测识别电路检测出的信息和块地址检测器检测出的块地址控制盘的存取过程和记录数据的再现过程。
2.如权利要求1所述的盘再现设备,其特征在于,所述n个数据块中的m个数据块沿盘的第一径向记录在盘的第一记录面上;且
所述n个数据块中的所述其余n-m个数据块沿盘的与第一径向相反的第二径向记录在盘的第二记录面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的盘再现设备,其特征在于,第一记录面和第二记录面用光拾取器从盘的同一面读取。
