Abstract
本发明涉及一种由卷绕的材料带尤其是烟草加工工业制品的包装材料带构成的线卷的传送装置,该传送装置借助于一个线卷支架从一个在使用中间层情况下构成的线卷堆取下线卷,并将该线卷传送到一个为处理装置配置的线卷支轴上,该线卷支架可旋转90°,从而使线卷芯轴从垂直位置转动至水平位置,其中,线卷支架(1)配有可垂直于线卷(17)的芯轴(29)调节的第一卡爪夹具(13)和第二卡爪夹具(26)以及置于中间层(31)上的吸盘(23)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及由卷绕的材料带尤其是烟草加工业制品的包装材料带构成的线卷的传送装置。
根据本发明的规定,包装材料线卷由包裹烟草制品特别是香烟或过滤嘴香烟的烟支或滤棒的纸以及也由包装材料例如纸、纸板、锡箔或箔组成。
背景技术
这类线卷传送装置在例如德国专利DE-PS40 41 865公开的与处理过程共同作用的元件的结构中使用是合适的,该装置是把一个平卧的或在一个储备工位上垂直取向的芯轴或在一个料盘上堆放的线卷传送到一个机器侧水平取向的线卷轴颈上,即通过适当的旋转传动装置实现线卷的重新取向以及通过相应的多轴的线性传动装置实现空间的传送运动。
欧洲专利EP 0 744 363 A2提出了在从分层堆放的并通过中间相互隔开的包装下料进行取料时,用一种专用的吸入夹持器取掉这些中间层。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进上述传送装置,特别是提高它的效率。
根据本发明,这个目的的技术解决方案在于一种由卷绕的材料带尤其是烟草加工工业制品的包装材料带构成的线卷的传送装置,该传送装置借助于一个线卷支架从一个在使用中间层情况下构成的线卷堆取下线卷,并将该线卷传送到一个为处理装置配置的线卷支轴上,该线卷支架可旋转90°,从而使线卷芯轴从垂直位置转动至水平位置,其中,线卷支架配有可垂直于线卷的芯轴调节的第一卡爪夹具和第二卡爪夹具以及置于中间层上的吸盘。
根据一种改进结构,一个与相应线卷直径无关的可插入的较小的装置是,卡爪夹具做成可径向压到线卷芯管内壁上的卡紧条,其中根据另一项建议,最好设置三个相互呈120°角度延伸的卡紧条。这样,90°旋转的线卷相对于线卷支轴很容易定中心。
为了一方面在传递过程中牢固夹持线卷,另一方面在线卷支轴上进行可靠的准确穿插,根据一项附加的建议,设置了一块平行于线卷的芯轴相对于内卡紧条基本上在其整个啮合长度上可移入芯管的滑板,这样线卷无需线性传动装置进行空间动作就可直接通过线卷支架上的传动装置推到线卷支轴上。
根据一个特别简单的改进方案,线卷支架的多功能是这样解决的,吸入式夹持器布置在可移出的滑板的外表面。这样,吸入式夹持器就可不受阻碍地通过内卡爪在滑板移出状态下放到中间层上。
根据一项附加的方案,线卷支架的多功能是这样扩大的,即作为附加的垂直于线卷芯轴可调节的卡爪夹具在可移出的滑板上设置了径向可朝线卷芯管的外表面施压的卡爪。这样,在滑板移出时,外卡爪就可不受阻碍地通过芯管的其余功能卡在外圆周上卡住芯管并从线卷支轴上取下。
用本发明达到的优点是,通过多功能的组合或集中可达到传送装置的较好的空间利用或节省空间。

具体实施方式
图1至3所示的线卷支架1按图4以熟知的方式借助于门架6上的纵向导轨2、横向导轨3和垂直导轨4可相对于一个已直立堆放在托料盘7上的线卷堆8和一个在图中未示的为处理装置配置的轴颈9形式的线卷支轴进行移动。
线卷支架1借助于一台传动电动机11可旋转90°支承在轴12上并配有第一卡爪夹具13,该卡爪具有三个相互呈120°角度布置的卡紧条14。这些卡紧条14借助于一个气动夹紧缸18可相对于线卷17的芯管16径向向外张开顶住芯管16的内壁。
此外,线卷支架1配有一块U形滑板19,该滑板借助于一个气动调节缸21和导向杆22可在纵向内并相对于卡紧条14进行滑动。在滑板19上设置了四个吸盘23,通过一根气动连接管24可将吸入空气加到这些吸盘上。
此外,在滑板19上还装有第二个卡爪夹具26,该夹具具有两个径向借助于气动调节缸27可朝线卷芯管16外表面施压的卡爪28。
根据图4至6,一个线卷17从线卷堆8传送到线卷支轴的轴颈9时,线卷支架1的工作方式如下:
线卷支架1随着拉回的滑板19前端装在一个线卷17上,这样卡爪夹具13的夹紧条14嵌入芯管16的上部。通过夹紧气缸18的动作使夹紧条14张开顶住芯管16的内壁。紧接着通过线性传动装置的动作,载有线卷17的线卷支架1从线卷堆上升到垂直导轨4、移到线卷支轴的轴颈9并通过传动电动机11的动作旋转90°,这样线卷17的芯轴29与轴颈9的轴线水平对齐,于是线卷17就可部分地移到轴颈9上(图5)。为了使线卷17全部转移到轴颈9上,滑板19通过调整缸21的动作预先运动到这样的距离,即该滑板从先前径向向内运动的并由此从芯管16内壁松开的卡紧条14退出芯管16并以相同的尺寸送到轴颈9上(图6)。
根据图7和8,一个空的芯管16从线卷支轴的轴颈9上取下线卷时,线卷支架1的工作方式如下:
线卷支架1随着移出的滑板19在拐弯90°的旋转位置内在卡爪夹具26打开卡爪28的情况下,同心地在装在轴颈9上的芯管16上移到芯轴29。通过调整缸27的动作使卡爪28放到芯管16的外圆周面上,然后线卷支架1通过纵向导轨配置的线性传动装置的动作返回,并从轴颈9拉下芯管16。
根据图9和10,中间层31在从线卷堆8取下时,线卷支架1的动作方式如下:
在一个新线卷17从线卷堆8传送到轴颈9之前,必须首先去掉一个隔离两个线卷层32的中间层31。为此,线卷支架1在移出的滑板1处以其吸盘23放到中间层31上,该中间层通过施加吸入空气被吸持住并按图9通过为垂直导轨4配置的线性传动装置的动作从线卷堆8上升。线卷支架1在同时旋转90°的情况下进行传送,而中间层31则通过吸盘23的排气掉入一个收集容器33中。
Claims (6)
1.由卷绕的材料带构成的线卷的传送装置,该传送装置借助于一个线卷支架从一个在使用中间层情况下构成的线卷堆取下线卷,并将该线卷传送到一个为处理装置配置的线卷支轴上,该线卷支架可旋转90°,从而使线卷芯轴从垂直位置转动至水平位置,其特征为,线卷支架(1)配有可垂直于线卷(17)的芯轴(29)调节的第一卡爪夹具(13)和第二卡爪夹具(26)以及置于中间层(31)上的吸盘(23)。
2.按权利要求1的装置,其特征为,第一卡爪夹具(13)做成可径向压到线卷(17)的芯管(16)内壁上的卡紧条(14)。
3.按权利要求2的装置,其特征为,设置了三个相互间隔120°角度延伸的卡紧条(14)。
4.按权利要求1至3中任一项的装置,其特征为,设置了一块平行于线卷(17)的芯轴(29)相对于内卡紧条(14)基本上在其整个啮合长度上可移入芯管(16)的滑板(19)。
5.按权利要求4的装置,其特征为,吸盘(23)布置在可移出的滑板(19)的外表面上。
6.按权利要求1至3中任一项的装置,其特征为,可垂直于线卷(17)的芯轴(29)调节的第二卡爪夹具(26)在可移出的滑板(19)上设置了径向可朝线卷芯管(16)外表面施压的卡爪(28)。
