Abstract

众所周知,当作为颜料组分含在涂料中的二氧化钛颗粒暴露在紫外线和潮气中时会引起聚合物的氧化分解,这通常称为泛白现象。为了抑制二氧化钛的这种作用,已有人建议用铬、硅、铝、锌、磷或锆的化合物涂覆或掺杂二氧化钛。
EP-A-0268918叙述了一种在二氧化钛基质颜料上具有水合氧化锆涂层的耐气候性的珠光颜料,该涂层可以通过在次磷酸盐存在下将锆盐水解获得。

美国专利5472491叙述了一种基于用金属氧化物涂覆了的片晶状基底和位于该金属氧化物层上的且由二氧化硅、另外至少一种元素铈、铝或锆的金属氢氧化物或金属水合物以及至少一种有机偶联剂组成的面层的珠光颜料。该偶联剂可以是铝酸锆、金属-酸酯或有机官能的硅烷。在与该颜料表面粘结之前必须先将偶联剂水解。当采用两种或多种化合物时,由于不同的水解速率而发生一些问题。此外,所加入的偶联剂中能与该颜料表面粘结的不到60%,其结果是必须相应地增加材料的用量。未偶联的部分仍留在反应介质中并会损害颜料的过滤性能。然而,为了使颜料与该涂层的粘合剂粘结,必须使颜料表面上有不同的官能团。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有包含偶联剂的后涂层的珠光颜料,借助该偶联剂可以避免美国专利5472491中所述的后涂层的缺点。
根据本发明,采用基于用金属氧化物涂覆了的片晶状基底和位于金属氧化物层上的且由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铈、氧化钛和氧化锆中的至少两种氧化物和/或混合氧化物以及水基低聚硅烷体系组成的面层的珠光颜料实现了上述目的。
该水基低聚硅烷体系可从EP0675128、EP0716127和EP0716128得知。它通过以下步骤制备:-将通式I的水溶性氨烷基烷氧基硅烷
R-Si (R1)v (OR1*)3-v (I),优选氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷或氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,与通式IIa的水不溶性烷基三烷氧基硅烷
R2-Si (OR1**)3 (IIa),优选丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、异丁基三甲氧基硅烷或异丁基三乙氧基硅烷,和/或通式III的水不溶性二烷基二烷氧基硅烷

在蒸馏除去醇的过程中优选按从反应介质中除去醇或醇/水混合物的速度添加水。一元酸特别适用于调节pH。采用该方法制得的产品甚至在用水稀释时也不会由于水解而再进一步释放出醇,且具有明显大于70℃的闪点。
可以采用上述方法制备的低聚硅烷体系是例如Huls AG生产的低聚硅烷体系VPHS2927,它具有以下组成和近似的结构:
[HO[Si(A)(OH)O]3[Si(B)(OH)O1[Si(C)(OH)O]1[Si(D)(OH)O]1H·(HX)3]n式中A=3-氨丙基-B=环氧丙氧基丙基-C=甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基-D=丙基-n≥1。
此外,采用一种制备基于涂覆了金属氧化物的片晶状基底以及位于该金属氧化物层上的面层的珠光颜料的方法,实现了本发明的目的,在该方法中将涂覆了金属氧化物的基底悬浮在水中,在第一个步骤中,通过在30-100℃、优选40-75℃下添加适宜的配制剂例如硅、铝、铈和锆中的至少两种元素的盐的水溶液或有机金属化合物使相应的水合氧化物同时或依次沉淀,硅和铝的水合氧化物在pH5-9下沉淀且铈和锆的水合氧化物在pH3-7下沉淀在该基底上,通过同时添加酸或碱或适宜的缓冲体系使pH保持恒定,在第二个步骤中,在pH3-8下加入低聚硅烷体系,使其结合在颜料表面上,随后分离出该颜料,用去离子水洗涤并在80-160℃、优选120-160℃下干燥。
此外,本发明涉及该新型颜料在涂料、印刷油墨、塑料和化妆品着色中的应用。为此,可将它们与市场上可买到的颜料例如无机和有机的吸收性颜料、有金属效果的颜料以及LCP颜料呈混合物的形式使用。
所用的基底是由片晶状材料例如云母、高岭土或玻璃以及淀积在其上的一种或多种金属氧化物层组成的颜料。该金属氧化物层可以由例如二氧化钛、氧化铁(III)、氧化铬、二氧化锆、二氧化锡、氧化锌或其混合物组成。这类颜料可以在市场上按牌号Iriodin_(生产厂家:Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)买到。
该面层占颜料总量的比例为1-20%(重量)、优选4-10%(重量)。其中,金属氧化物占2-8%(重量),水基低聚硅烷体系占2-12%(重量)。
在欧洲专利申请0675128、0716127和0716128中对所用的硅烷或水基低聚硅烷体系作了更详细的说明。
所得的水基低聚硅烷体系(水基的包含有机聚硅氧烷的组合物)基本上不含有机溶剂,且具有大于70℃的闪点。由于通过与水混合,该烷氧基已基本上水解,因此,在用水稀释时通过水解仅释放出小于5%(重量)的醇(甲醇、乙醇)。
该结果包括例如具有以下近似结构(式IX)的化合物式IX:
[HO[Si(A)(OH)Z(CH3)1-ZO]a[Si(B)(OH)Y(CH3)1-YO]a[Si(C)(OH)W(CH3)1-WO]O]a[Si(D)(OH)V(CH3)1-VO]O[H·(HX)O式中A=由通式V衍生的氨烷基,B=由通式VI衍生的环氧丙氧基烷基C=通式VII的丙烯酰氧基烷基或甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基,D=通式VIII的烷基,HX=一元酸,其中X=无机或有机的酸根例如氯根、硝酸根、甲酸根、乙酸根,v等于0或1,w等于0或1,y等于0或1,z等于0或1,a+b+c+d≥4且a≤e≤2a,其中0≤a/(b+c+d)≤3,特别是对a/(b+c+d)等于0,如果a=0和/或c等于d等于0而b≥1时且对0.5≤a/(b+c+d)≤3。
具有硅官能团的羟基的作用是与该颜料表面的羟基形成化学键。这就在硅烷和颜料表面之间产生稳定的结合。
带有许多相互不同官能团的有机官能团的作用,是使该颜料可以在不同的水性涂料体系中使用。例如使其带有甲基丙烯酸基团和氨基基团意味着该颜料可以用于包括作为聚合物的聚酯的水性涂料体系和包括作为聚合物的聚氨酯的水性涂料体系。
在第一个实施方案中,该新型的颜料这样制备:在第一个步骤中,在该基底(基质颜料)的金属氧化物层上淀积0.1-10%(重量)、优选0.5-3%(重量)的二氧化硅。为此,将硅酸钠的稀释液计量加入pH为6-9、浓度为1-35%、优选5-20%基质颜料的水性悬浮液中。通过添加盐酸使pH保持恒定,所有表示出的pH值均采用已校准的电极测得。
在第二个步骤中,将pH调节到3-5后,将金属铈、铝或锆或其混合物的盐的水溶液或固体盐按浓度为1-4%(重量,以氧化物计)且在可溶性硫酸盐的存在下,添加到步骤1中涂覆了的基底的水性悬浮液中,保持pH恒定为3-5,且将该悬浮液在30-100℃、优选在40-75℃下加热,搅拌5分钟至4小时、优选30分钟至2小时。
在上述这些条件下,仅有一些,不大于50%的金属离子沉淀为氢氧化物或水合氧化物。
然后,在第三个步骤中,以所用的颜料计,添加1-20%(重量)、优选2-12%(重量)的低聚硅烷体系,在pH为3-5下将该悬浮液搅拌5分钟至4小时、优选30分钟至2小时,然后,在5分钟至4小时、优选30分钟至2小时的过程中将pH调节到5-8,将该悬浮液的温度保持在30-100℃、优选40-75℃。
在上述这些条件下,剩余的金属离子与低聚硅烷体系一起完全共沉淀为氢氧化物或水合氧化物。
随后,将该颜料分离出,洗涤至不含盐并在80-180℃、优选120-160℃下干燥。
在第二个实施方案中,该新型颜料这样制备:在第一个步骤中,将0.1-10%(重量)、优选0.5-3%(重量,按Al2O3计算)的水合氧化铝淀积在该基底的金属氧化物层上。这是通过在温度为40-80℃下,于2小时内将稀氯化铝溶液计量加入pH为7-9,浓度为1-35%、优选5-20%的基质颜料的水性悬浮液中完成的。通过同时添加氢氧化钠溶液使pH保持恒定。
其后,在第二个步骤中,在与沉淀水合氧化铝相同的条件下,通过添加稀硅酸钠溶液将水合二氧化硅按0.1-10%(重量)、优选0.5-3%(重量)的用量(以基质颜料计)沉淀在水合氧化铝层上。通过同时添加氢氧化钠溶液使pH保持恒定。
然后,在第三个步骤中,在40-80℃下,于10分钟至2小时、优选30分钟至90分钟内将20-60%的低聚硅烷体系的水溶液计量加入该颜料的悬浮液中。计量加入的量以该基质颜料计为2-12%(重量)。其后,将该颜料从反应溶液中分离出,洗涤至不含盐并在80-180℃、优选120-160℃下干燥。
在另一个实施方案中,也可以通过将通式X的硅/铝酯水解使水合氧化铝和水合氧化硅沉淀在该基质颜料上式中R1和R2可以相同或不同且是具有1-8个碳原子的烷基。优选采用R1是乙基而R2是仲丁基的化合物。这种化合物由HulsAktiengesellschaft,Marl以牌号DYNASIL_Si-Al在市场上销售。
将硅/铝酯的乙醇溶液在10分钟至2小时、优选30-90分钟内计量加入在30-50℃下加热的、pH为4-9、优选5.5-7.5的基质颜料的悬浮液中。然后,按上述方法将低聚硅烷体系添加到该反应混合物中。
在另一个实施方案中,该低聚硅烷体系可以用一种或多种单体硅烷代替或补充。这类单体硅烷可以是烷基三烷氧基硅烷(特别是甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、乙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙基三乙氧基硅烷、异丁基三甲氧基硅烷、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、辛基三甲氧基硅烷、辛基三乙氧基硅烷)或二烷基二烷氧基硅烷(特别是二甲基二甲氧基-环氧丙氧基烷基烷氧基硅烷(特别是环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷)或甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基烷氧基硅烷(特别是甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷)或乙烯基烷氧基硅烷(特别是乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基甲基二乙氧基硅烷)或其混合物。
在第三个实施方案中,该新型颜料这样制备:在第一个步骤中,在该基底(基质颜料)的金属氧化物层上淀积0.1-5%(重量)、优选0.5-3%(重量)的水合氧化铈。这是通过在pH为1-4的范围内于20分钟的过程中将稀氯化铈溶液计量加入在40-80℃下加热,浓度为1-35%、优选5-20%的基质颜料的水性悬浮液中完成的。通过添加氢氧化钠溶液使pH保持恒定。
在第二个步骤中,在相同的反应条件下,于10分钟至2小时、优选30-90分钟内将二氯氧化锆、次磷酸钠和盐酸的混合物计量加入,水合氧化锆即沉淀在水合氧化铈层上。淀积的水合氧化锆的量以该基质颜料计约为0.1-10%(重量)、优选0.1-5%(重量)的ZrO2。
由于在所述条件下锆和铈的水合氧化物并未完全沉淀,在第三个步骤中通过在30分钟的过程中添加氢氧化钠溶液使pH升高到9,从而使这些水合氧化物完全沉淀。
连续搅拌60分钟后,在40-80℃下于1小时内将20-60%的低聚硅烷体系的水溶液计量加入pH为7-9的颜料悬浮液中。随后,将该颜料从反应溶液中分离出,洗涤至不含盐并在80-180℃、优选120-160℃下干燥。
采用上述方法制得的中性有色颜料具有非常好的耐气候性,这可通过下列的试验结果证实。该颜料一方面易于流动,另一方面对于可用水稀释的涂料体系,尤其是汽车用的油漆体系在分散性、稳定性、颜色特性、微细气泡形成、溶胀性和光泽上均具有很好的适应性。
通过用不同的官能团改进该颜料的表面,使该颜料可以用于各种水性涂料体系而无需作任何特别的调整。
根据以下两种测试方法对该新型颜料进行了试验:水浸没试验
将颜料样品掺入常规的油漆体系中,然后通过喷涂制备测试样品。测试在于66℃16小时后和于80℃20小时后在一道涂层体系上进行。在此时间中,测试样品是半浸在蒸馏水中的。在暴露结束后24小时,根据ISO105PartA02(采用DIN54001)对大气老化后的灰色进行目视评定。评定的等级从5(很好)延伸到1(很差)。冷凝水试验
将颜料样品掺入水性涂料体系中,然后通过喷涂制备测试样品。
在暴露结束后10分钟至1小时,根据DIN50017(冷凝水/恒定气候)进行测试。
根据DIN53209目视评定气泡形成的程度。“m”表示每单位面积上的气泡的频率,而“g”表示气泡的尺寸。评定的等级从0(很好)延伸到5(很差),即与前一测试方法相反。
根据DIN53230目视评定溶胀过程,表2。在相对的评定等级中,数字0表示“无变化”而数字5表示“非常显著的变化”。
表1示出根据本发明实施例1至8制备的颜料采用上述测试方法测得的测试结果。
在最末一行示出的零样品是由没有颜料的纯水性涂料体系构成的。该零样品表明纯水性涂料体系也显示出少许溶胀。
除了实施例8以外,所用的基质颜料均在后涂层之前加以纯化。这是通过将其引入已将pH调节到10-11的水中配制成10%的悬浮液完成的。将该悬浮液放置过夜并倾析出浑浊的上层液。

为比较起见,表2示出了用于对比例1-6的常规颜料的试验结果。所用的基质颜料是Iriodin_9225 Rutil Perlblau,一种涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料。在对比例1-4中将其涂以包括二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铈和一种或多种根据US5472491的硅烷的后涂层。在对比例5中用水合氧化锆、水合氧化铈和一种根据EP0342533的环氧硅烷将其涂覆。在对比例6中还提供了铬化合物和镁化合物以及分别具有甲基丙烯酸基团和仲氨基团的两种硅烷的另外的涂层。
在两个表中冷凝水试验后的试验结果的比较表明,本发明的颜料在水性涂料中的稳定性显著地优于表2中列出的常规颜料。唯一的例外是用于实施例7和8的氧化铁颜料。它们的稳定性大致相当于US5472491的颜料。然而,这些颜料的优点是它们含有约少70%的硅烷且可用于各种水性涂料体系。

以下实施例旨在说明本发明,对本发明绝无限制。实施例1
将200克Iriodin_225 Rutil Perlblau(涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料,来自Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)悬浮于1.8升去离子水中并将该悬浮液在剧烈搅拌下加热至40℃。用5%的氢氧化钠溶液将pH调节到10.5。通常,采用已校准的电极测定pH。
然后,将10.8毫升硅酸钠(185克SiO2/升)在300毫升水中的溶液于30分钟内以10毫升/分钟的速率滴加到该颜料的悬浮液中。在此时间中,用2.5%的盐酸保持pH恒定。添加结束后,接着将该混合物在40℃下搅拌15分钟,然后,用2.5%的盐酸在20分钟内将pH调节到7.6。然后,将均为固体的1.35克硫酸钠、2.30克氯化铝和1.10克氯化铈(III)的七水合物添加到该颜料的悬浮液中,pH降低到3.4。

将200克Iriodin_225 Rutil Perlblau(涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料,来自Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)悬浮于1.8升去离子水中并将该悬浮液在剧烈搅拌下加热至75℃。用2.5%的盐酸将pH调节到8.0。
然后,在120分钟内以0.9毫升/分钟的速率滴加9.5克AlCl3·8H2O在100毫升水中的溶液,在此时间中,通过同时添加2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液使pH保持恒定。
继续搅拌10分钟后,在120分钟内以1.0毫升/分钟的速率计量加入16.2毫升硅酸钠(185克SiO2/升)在100毫升水中的溶液。添加结束后,继续搅拌10分钟以上。在沉淀过程中,通过添加2.5%的硫酸使pH保持为8.0。
然后,在10分钟内添加15克VPHS2927,一种来自Huls AG,Marl的低聚硅烷体系(参见以上所述)。通过添加2.5%的盐酸保持pH恒定为2.8。添加结束后,在75℃下继续搅拌120分钟。然后,通过添加2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液在90分钟内将pH调节到8.5。在此时间中,低聚硅烷体系完全结合在该颜料的表面上。为进行后反应,接着在75℃下继续搅拌60分钟,在此时间中pH降低到8.0。
在长时间的静置后,倾析出上清液,并用水将该颜料制浆,通过吸滤器过滤然后在140℃下干燥16小时。实施例3
将200克Iriodin_225 Rutil Perlblau(涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料,来自Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)悬浮于1.8升去离子水中并将该悬浮液在剧烈搅拌下加热至75℃。用5%的盐酸将pH调节到2.5。
随后,将2.20克CeCl3·7H2O在44毫升水中的溶液于20分钟内以2.2毫升/分钟的速率滴加到该颜料的悬浮液中,将pH保持恒定为2.5。
然后,在60分钟内以11.3毫升/分钟的速率计量加入11.52克ZrOCl2·8H2O、7.58克NaH2PO2·H2O溶液和11.50克37%的盐酸在668毫升水中的溶液,通过同时添加5%的氢氧化钠溶液使pH保持恒定。
该溶液通过在室温下引入作为初始装料的ZrOCl2溶液,然后在剧烈搅拌下于60分钟内以6.3毫升/分钟的速率计量加入NaH2PO2溶液进行制备。然后,在1分钟内添加浓盐酸,搅拌10分钟后,得到透明的溶液。添加该混合物后在75℃下继续搅拌30分钟以上。
然后,在35分钟内以2.0毫升/分钟的速率计量加入5%的氢氧化钠溶液。pH升高到8.5,从而使水合氧化物达到完全沉淀。随后,在1.9毫升/分钟的速率下,于60分钟内添加呈40%水溶液形式的15克VPHS2927,一种来自Huls AG的低聚硅烷体系(参见以上所述)。通过同时添加NaOH,使pH恒定保持为8.5。在此时间中,低聚硅烷体系完全结合在该颜料的表面上。为进行后反应,接着在75℃下继续搅拌60分钟以上,pH降低到8.0。在长时间的静置后,倾析出上清液,并用水将该颜料制浆,通过吸滤器过滤然后在140℃下干燥16小时。实施例4
将200克Iriodin_225 Rutil Perlblau(涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料,来自Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)悬浮于1.8升去离子水中并将该悬浮液在剧烈搅拌下加热至40℃。用2.5%的盐酸将pH调节到6.5。然后,在2.6毫升/分钟的速率下计量加入硅/铝酯的乙醇溶液。在这些条件下,该酯完全水解。所得的水合氧化铝和水合氧化硅均沉淀在该基质颜料上。
随后,将15克VPHS2927,一种来自Huls AG的低聚硅烷体系(参见以上所述)添加到该反应混合物中,其后的步骤与实施例3的相同。实施例5
将200克Iriodin_225 Rutil Perlblau(涂覆了二氧化钛的云母颜料,来自Merck KGaA,Darmstadt)悬浮于1.8升去离子水中,随后,按实施例4的方法处理该悬浮液。然而,将丙基三甲氧基硅烷,一种单体硅烷(生产厂家:Huls AG)代替低聚硅烷体系,在相同的条件下计量加入。然后,按实施例3的方法制成该颜料。
Claims (11)
1.用于水性涂料体系的改进了的珠光颜料,这类颜料是基于用金属氧化物涂覆了的片晶状基底和位于该金属氧化物最上层的且由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铈、氧化钛和氧化锆中的至少两种氧化物和/或混合氧化物以及水基低聚硅烷体系组成的面层的珠光颜料。
2.根据权利要求1的珠光颜料,其特征在于该水基低聚硅烷体系基本上不含有机溶剂,且具有大于70℃的闪点,在用水稀释时通过水解仅释放出小于5%(重量)的醇。
3.根据权利要求1和2的珠光颜料,其特征在于该低聚硅烷体系可通过以下步骤制得:-将通式I的水不溶性氨烷基烷氧基硅烷
R-Si (R1)v (OR1*)3-v (I),与通式IIa的水不溶性烷基三烷氧基硅烷R2-Si (OR1**)3 (IIa),和/或通式III的水不溶性二烷基二烷氧基硅烷AA’-Si (OR1***)2 (III),和/或通式II和III的水不溶性烷基三烷氧基硅烷和二烷基二烷氧基硅烷的混合物混合,式中R是带有氨基官能团的有机基团,R1、R1*、R1**和R1***是甲基或乙基,R2是具有1-8个碳原子的直链或环状或支链的烷基,A是具有1-3个碳原子的非支链或支链的烷基和A’是具有1-3个碳原子的非支链或支链的烷基,和0≤y≤1,-将水添加到该混合物中且-将该反应混合物的pH调节到1-8,以及-将早已存在和/或已在反应中产生的醇除去。
4.根据权利要求1-3中至少任一项的珠光颜料,其特征在于该低聚硅烷体系可通过以下步骤制得:
-将Q摩尔通式I的水不溶性氨烷基烷氧基硅烷
R-Si (R1)v (OR1*)3-v (I),与M摩尔通式IIb的水溶性烷基烷氧基硅烷混合R3-Si (OR1**)3 (IIb),式中R是带有氨基官能团的有机基团,R1、R1*和R1**是甲基或乙基和R3是具有1-6个碳原子的直链或环状或支链的烷基或通式IV的脲基烷基NH2-CO-NH-(CH2)b-,式中1≤b≤6, (IV)和0≤y≤1,-按摩尔比0<M/Q≤2,-将水添加到该混合物中,-将该反应混合物的pH调节到1-8,和-将早已存在和/或已在反应中产生的醇除去。
5.根据权利要求1-4中至少任一项的珠光颜料,其特征在于该水基低聚硅烷体系可通过以下步骤制得:
-将通式V的水溶性有机硅烷
H2N(CH2)f(NH)g(CH2)i-Si(CH3)h(OR0)3-h (V),式中0≤f≤6,g=0如果f=0,g=1如果f>1,0≤i≤6,0≤h≤1和R0是甲基、乙基、丙基或异丙基,与通式VI的水溶性的然而在水介质中不稳定的有机硅烷式中0≤h≤1和R0是甲基、乙基、丙基或异丙基,和/或通式VII的水溶性的然而在水介质中不稳定的有机硅烷 (VII),式中0≤h≤1,R0是甲基、乙基、丙基或异丙基和R’是甲基或氢,与通式VIII的水不溶性有机硅烷混合R”-Si(CH3)h(OR0)3-h (VIII),式中0≤h≤1,R0是甲基、乙基、丙基或异丙基和R”是具有1-8个碳原子的直链、支链或环状的烃基,-按摩尔比M=a/(b+c+d),式中a是根据式V有机硅烷的摩尔分数之和,b是根据式VI有机硅烷的摩尔分数之和而c是根据式VII有机硅烷的摩尔分数之和以及d是根据式VIII有机硅烷的摩尔分数之和,当0≤M≤3时,特别是M=0时a=0和/或c=d=0和b≥1以及,优选0.5≤M≤3,-将水/酸混合物添加到该混合物中,-将该反应混合物的pH调节到1-8,和-将早已存在和/或已在反应中产生的醇除去。
6.根据权利要求1-4的制备珠光颜料的方法,其特征在于将涂覆了金属氧化物的基底悬浮在水中,在第一个步骤中,通过在30-100℃、优选40-75℃下添加适宜的配制剂例如硅、铝、铈、钛和锆中的至少两种元素的盐的水溶液或有机金属化合物使相应的水合氧化物同时或依次沉淀,硅和铝的水合氧化物在pH5-9下沉淀且铈和锆的水合氧化物在pH3-7下沉淀在该基底上,通过同时添加酸或碱或适宜的缓冲体系使pH保持恒定,在第二个步骤中,在pH3-8下加入低聚硅烷体系,使其结合在颜料表面上,随后分离出该颜料,用去离子水洗涤并在80-160℃、优选120-160℃下干燥。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于该有机金属化合物是一种通式X的酯式中R1和R2可以相同或不同且是具有1-8个碳原子的烷基。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其特征在于该单体硅烷用于添加或代替该低聚硅烷体系。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其特征在于该单体硅烷是烷基三烷氧基硅烷、二烷基二烷氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基烷基烷氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基烷基烷氧基硅烷、乙烯基烷氧基硅烷或其混合物。
10.根据权利要求1-5中至少任一项的颜料在涂料、印刷油墨、塑料和化妆品着色中的应用。
11.采用权利要求1-5中至少任一项的珠光颜料着色的涂料、油墨、塑料和化妆品。
