Abstract
本发明提供一个开关车库门的系统。该系统包括一个安装在车辆上的车辆蓝牙模块以及一个车库蓝牙模块。车辆蓝牙模块和车库蓝牙模块之间进行蓝牙通信。依据蓝牙通信,车库门可以被自动打开和关闭。

技术领域
本项发明涉及自动开关车库门的系统,更具体地说是利用本地通信网实现自动开关车库门。
发明背景
通常,当司机要将车辆停放在车库时,开关车库门由他自己完成。然而,用手去开关车库门在很多情况下是非常麻烦和不方便的。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述问题。本发明的目的是提供一个利用蓝牙通信实现自动开关车库门的系统。
在本发明的最佳实施方案中,自动开关车库门的系统包括:
一个车辆控制器,用于控制车辆的工作及探测发动机工作信息;
一个车辆端无线通信单元,被安装在车辆上并具有输入口,发动机工作信息从该车辆控制器通过该输入口被输入;
一个车库端无线通信单元,与该车辆端无线通信单元之间进行无线通信以接收发动机工作信息,并具有一个输出口;
一个车库控制器,当固有号码被注册到车库控制器内的注册车辆进入或驶出车库时,根据该注册车辆的发动机工作信息该车库控制器产生车库门开信号或车库门关信号;及
一个车库门开关装置,由该车库控制器输入的车库门开信号或车库门关信号驱动,
其中,如果驶近车库的注册车辆的发动机正在工作,则该车库控制器产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经进入车库的注册车辆的发动机被关闭,则该车库控制器产生车库门关信号,
并且其中,如果车库中的注册车辆的发动机被启动,则该车库控制器产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经驶出车库的注册车辆驶离该车辆端无线通信单元和该车库端无线通信单元之间能进行无线通信的本地无线通信范围,则该车库控制器产生车库门关信号。
本发明的另一个最佳实施方案是通过车库端无线通信单元和车辆端无线通信单元之间进行无线通信而自动开关车库门的方法,该方法包括:
确定驶近车库或在车库内的车辆是否是注册车辆;
如果该车辆是注册车辆,接收来自车辆端无线通信单元的发动机工作信息;及
如果驶近车库的注册车辆的发动机正在工作,则产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经进入车库的注册车辆的发动机被关闭,则产生车库门关信号,如果车库中的注册车辆的发动机被启动,则产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经驶出车库的注册车辆驶离车辆端无线通信单元和车库端无线通信单元之间的本地无线通信范围,则产生车库门关信号。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的最佳实施方案作详细说明。
按照本发明的最佳方案实施的自动开关车库门系统使用蓝牙模块。蓝牙是一个新技术标准的名称,它用短射程无线电链结取代连接手提式和/或固定式电子设备的电缆。它遵守埃里克森公司的蓝牙协议。
但是它不局限于蓝牙模块,使用本地无线电通信的任何模块都可以。
在本发明的最佳实施方案中,主机为车载蓝牙模块,它同车库蓝牙模块进行无线电通信。
如图1所示,按照本发明的最佳实施方案,自动开关车库门系统包括车辆控制器100、车辆蓝牙模块110、车库蓝牙模块120、车库控制器130和车库门开关装置140。
车辆控制器100控制车辆150的工作,它连接到输入口111以便将车辆工作信息如发动机的工作状态输入到车辆蓝牙模块110。
车辆控制器130分析从车库蓝牙模块120的输出口121传来的车辆信息,并且根据车辆识别号码和发动机工作状态产生车库门的开关控制信号。
如果车库控制器130判明正在驶近车库的车辆150是一个注册车辆,它根据该车是进入车库还是从车库驶出以及车辆的工作状态产生开门或关门信号。
也就是说,当注册车辆进入车库时,车库控制器130根据对从车库蓝牙模块120发送来的发动机状态信息进行分析以判明发动机是否在工作状态。如果判明发动机是在工作状态,车库控制器130向车库门开关装置140发出开门信号。
当注册车辆位于车库内并且其发动机是关闭的,车库控制器130向车库门开关装置140发送一个关门信号。如果停放在车库内的注册车辆的发动机开始启动,车库控制器130向车库门开关装置140发送一个开门信号。
如果注册车辆驶离本地无线电通信的范围,车库控制器130向车库门开关装置140发送一个关门信号。
因此,车库门开关装置140是根据从车库控制器130发送来的开门或关门信号打开或关闭车库门的。
参看图1,下面对车辆蓝牙模块110和车库蓝牙模块120作详细解释。
车辆蓝牙模块110包括输入口111、车辆蓝牙控制器112、收发机(射频收发机)113、射频天线114、存储器115和振荡器116。
车辆蓝牙控制器112通过输入口111连接到车辆控制器100。车辆工作指令信号,如发动机启动信号,以及信号的结果通过输入口111输入到车辆蓝牙控制器112。
车辆蓝牙控制器112把从车辆控制器100输入的数据转换成预定格式的数据包,并且通过收发机113将数据包按照预定波段发送出去。
收发机113将车辆蓝牙控制器112产生的数据包放大到预定的波段并且发送放大的数据包。另一方面,当接收时,收发机113将接收到的信号转换成低波段并发送给车辆蓝牙控制器112。
存储器115包括一个只读存储器,用于存储含有控制数据的程序;一个用于存储车辆信息的固定存储器和一个用于临时储存执行程序时产生的数据的随机存取存储器。
振荡器116是一个石英振荡器。它利用石英板的固有频率产生一个恒频并将该恒频提供给车辆蓝牙控制器112。
车库蓝牙模块120包括输出口121、车库蓝牙控制器122、收发机(射频收发机)123、射频天线124、存储器125和振荡器126。
车库蓝牙控制器122通过输出口121连接到车库控制器130。它将从车辆蓝牙模块110传来的控制信号以及由控制信号产生的数据信号发送到车库控制器130。
收发机123将数据包放大到预定的波段后发送出去。另一方面,当接收时,收发机123将接收到的信号转换成低波段并发送给车库蓝牙控制器122。
存储器125包括一个只读存储器,用于存储含有控制数据的程序;一个用于存储车辆信息的固定存储器和一个用于临时储存程序执行时产生的数据随机存取储存器。
振荡器126是一个石英振荡器。它利用石英板的固有频率产生一个恒频并将该恒频提供给车库蓝牙控制器122。
在上述系统中,如果装有已经注册的车辆蓝牙模块110的车辆正在靠近装有车库蓝牙模块120的车库时,车库门就会自动打开,并且当车辆在车库停放后发动机熄火时车库门自动关闭。
反之,如果发动机启动,车库门会自动打开。如果车辆驶离蓝牙模块的本地通信范围,车库门会自动关闭。
按照蓝牙协议每个蓝牙模块都有一个固有号码。车辆蓝牙模块110的固有号码可以设立为车辆的固有号码(识别号)。
在本发明的最佳实施方案中,车库蓝牙模块120自动询问车辆150的固有号码。用户可以注册固有号码作为钥匙装置。
参见图1和2,说明自动开关车库门的过程。
如果车辆150接近一个车库并且这个车库存有车辆150的固有号码的注册钥匙装置,蓝牙通信则在车辆蓝牙模块110和车库蓝牙模块120之间进行。首先,车库蓝牙模块120询问车辆150的固有号码(S210)。然后,车辆蓝牙模块110判明询问其固有号码的信号是否产生了(S212)。如果确定该信号是询问其固有号码的,车辆蓝牙模块110向车库蓝牙模块120发送其固有号码(S214)。
车库蓝牙模块120判明车辆固有号码是否输入并且利用输入的车辆固有号码确定该车辆是否是注册车辆(S216和S218)。如果在S218步骤中发现输入的车辆固有号码不是注册车辆的固有号码,则程序前进到步骤S236,即车库蓝牙模块120向车库控制器130发出关闭车库门的控制信号。
如果确定接近车辆是一个注册车辆,蓝牙模块的模式转换为联机模式S220,并且在联机模式期间车库蓝牙模块120保持同车辆蓝牙模块110之间的通信。
然后,车库蓝牙模块120询问注册车辆的车辆信息如发动机状态(S222)。如果车辆蓝牙模块110探测到从车库蓝牙模块120发出的关于车辆信息的询问(S224),车辆蓝牙模块110发送从车辆控制器100传来的车辆信息(S226)。
在步骤228中车库蓝牙模块120判明是否从车辆蓝牙模块输入了车辆信息,并且如果确定车辆信息已经输入,车库蓝牙模块120则利用输入的车辆信息判明车辆的发动机是否工作(S230)。
如果在步骤S230中判明发动机是工作的,车库蓝牙模块120向车库控制器130发送车库门打开信号(S232),反之,车库蓝牙模块120向车库控制器130发送车库门关闭信号(S234)。
如上所述,车库控制器130从车库蓝牙模块120获得车库门开关信号,并且驱动车库门开关装置140,从而使车库门自动打开。
当车辆在车库停好并关闭发动机后,通过上述程序,车库控制器130驱动车库门开关装置140,从而使车库门关闭。当车辆150停放在车库并将其发动机启动后,通过上述程序,车库控制器130驱动车库门开关装置140,从而使车库门打开。此外,当车辆驶离本地通信范围时,系统控制车库门开关装置140,从而使车库门自动关闭。
如上所述,本发明的最佳实施方案所提供的设备和方法可以利用蓝牙通信自动打开和关闭车库门,从而大大地方便了司机进出车库。
还有,利用本发明的设备可以实现一个自动化的车库控制系统。
Claims (2)
1、一种自动开关车库门的系统,其特征在于,包括:
一个车辆控制器,用于控制车辆的工作及探测发动机工作信息;
一个车辆端无线通信单元,被安装在车辆上并具有输入口,发动机工作信息从该车辆控制器通过该输入口被输入;
一个车库端无线通信单元,与该车辆端无线通信单元之间进行无线通信以接收发动机工作信息,并具有一个输出口;
一个车库控制器,当固有号码被注册到车库控制器内的注册车辆进入或驶出车库时,根据该注册车辆的发动机工作信息该车库控制器产生车库门开信号或车库门关信号;及
一个车库门开关装置,由该车库控制器输入的车库门开信号或车库门关信号驱动,
其中,如果驶近车库的注册车辆的发动机正在工作,则该车库控制器产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经进入车库的注册车辆的发动机被关闭,则该车库控制器产生车库门关信号,
并且其中,如果车库中的注册车辆的发动机被启动,则该车库控制器产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经驶出车库的注册车辆驶离该车辆端无线通信单元和该车库端无线通信单元之间能进行无线通信的本地无线通信范围,则该车库控制器产生车库门关信号。
2、一种通过车库端无线通信单元和车辆端无线通信单元之间进行无线通信而自动开关车库门的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
确定驶近车库或在车库内的车辆是否是注册车辆;
如果该车辆是注册车辆,接收来自车辆端无线通信单元的发动机工作信息;及
如果驶近车库的注册车辆的发动机正在工作,则产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经进入车库的注册车辆的发动机被关闭,则产生车库门关信号,如果车库中的注册车辆的发动机被启动,则产生车库门开信号,然后如果已经驶出车库的注册车辆驶离车辆端无线通信单元和车库端无线通信单元之间的本地无线通信范围,则产生车库门关信号。
