本发明公开了一种超低分子量透明质酸及其制备方法,属于生物化工技术领域。本发明利用大分子透明质酸为原料,经过透明质酸酶水解、加热灭活、活性炭过滤及喷雾干燥等生产工艺,可得到平均分子量低于1200道尔顿的超低分子量透明质酸产物。其为透明质酸二糖至十二糖的混合物,透明质酸二糖含量占比为5‑40%,透明质酸四糖含量占比40‑70%,透明质酸六糖含量占比10‑30%,透明质酸八糖含量占比1‑15%,透明质酸十糖含量占比1‑10%,透明质酸十糖以上含量占比低于6%,与普通市售的低分子透明质酸相比,该产品拥有更显著的渗透补水与促进修复能力,可广泛用于医药产品、保健产品、化妆品等领域。该方法操作简便、条件温和、未使用有机溶剂、酶解效率高,适宜大规模工业化生产。
