本发明公开一种酵纤复合营养素粉及其制备方法,所述酵纤复合营养素粉包括主要成分和辅料,所述主要成分包括洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉。本发明的酵纤复合营养素粉可为人体提供必需氨基酸、膳食纤维、维生素等,降低人体血液中总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,调节肠道功能,增加人体吸收能力,从多方面调节人体机能,降低体脂含量。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种酵纤复合营养素粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们物质生活的不断提高,生活条件的日益优越,肥胖已经成为困扰全球身心健康的一种流行性疾病。不仅普通人群需要控制体重,一些重竞技等体育项目的运动员也需要控制体重。目前全世界的减肥方法主要有六种,其中运动减肥是首选有效的减肥方法,然而由于现代高效率快捷凑的现代生活使得人们很难抽出时间来履行;中医减肥疗程较长,难以坚持;手术减肥有着一定的手术风险和并发症等隐患;药物减肥其不良的副作用会破坏机体的体质健康;节食减肥会导致机体营养不良;营养配餐减肥方法繁琐、步骤复杂难以实施。食用营养代餐减肥成为一种新型、便捷、健康、有效的减肥方法,现有的营养代餐营养成分不太均衡,各个成分之间相互促进作用不强,针对身体个机能调节程度低,并且由于现代工业化生产精致食物,造成大量矿物质、维生素流失,以及各种食物纤维分离丢失,导致人体内纤维含量不足,严重缺乏肠道纤维,使肠道蠕动变弱,多余热量和毒素无法排出,消化系统菌群严重失衡。
因此,有必要提供一种新的食品以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种酵纤复合营养素粉及其制备方法,旨在提供一种新的食品以解决现有技术中各个成分之间相互促进作用不强,针对身体个机能调节程度低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的酵纤复合营养素粉包括主要成分和辅料,所述主要成分包括洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉。
优选地,所述辅料包括复合维生素和矿物质。
优选地,所述复合维生素包括醋酸维生素A、L-抗坏血酸、胆钙化醇、 dl-α-醋酸生育酚和B族维生素。
优选地,所述B族维生素包括硝酸硫胺素、核黄素、烟酰胺、D-泛酸钙、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸、氰钴胺。
优选地,所述矿物质包括硫酸锌和硫酸镁。
优选地,所述辅料还包括聚、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、牛磺酸、葡萄糖、乳糖醇和异构化乳糖。
优选地,按质量份数计,所述洋车前子150~200质量份、所述燕麦纤维 150~200质量份、所述小麦纤维150~200质量份、所述小麦苗粉80~150质量份、所述山药粉100~150质量份、所述低聚果糖100~150质量份、所述苹果纤维100~150质量份、所述甜橙水果粉30~50质量份、所述酵母粉30~50质量份和所述菊粉80~150质量份。

本发明还提供了一种如上所述的酵纤复合营养素粉的制备方法,包括:
步骤一、将洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、将醋酸维生素A、L-抗坏血酸、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚和 B族维生素过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、将硫酸锌、硫酸镁和乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
步骤四、将所述步骤一中制备的混合粉末a、所述步骤二中制备的混合粉末b、所述步骤三中制备的混合粉末c,并取聚葡萄糖、乳糖醇和异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
本发明技术方案中,通过低聚果糖、聚葡糖糖、菌粉和异构化乳糖,能增殖有益微生物,改善肠道环境,促进消化吸收;通过设洋车前子、山药粉和聚葡糖糖等,可增加饱腹感,减少进食量;通过设洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、苹果纤维等,可调节现代人调节高脂高糖高蛋白的饮食,增加膳食纤维片摄入量,减少脂肪堆积,预防肥胖等功效。

甜橙水果粉天然调味剂,含维生素C,具有调味去腥的作用。
在本实施例中,酵母粉为非活性,酵母粉中富含维生素B群,能够协助体内糖类、脂肪、蛋白质代谢以释放能量;酵母粉为可食用的、营养丰富的单细胞微生物,含天然丰富的营养体系,其中,富含多种氨基酸,是优质完全蛋白,有助于人体组织形成和生长。
菊粉在人的肠道能被有益菌利用,特别是能使双歧杆菌增殖5~10倍,为重要的双歧杆菌增殖因子,同时有害菌会显着减少,改善人体菌群分布,促进健康。通过调整肠胃的运动,促进对维生素以及矿物质微量元素的吸收,从而身体健康,体力充沛,反过来促进体内能量的消耗,达到减肥的目的。增强新陈代谢功能,可控制血脂、降低血糖、预防便秘等功效。

硝酸硫胺素(维生素B1)可促进柠檬酸循环,协助糖类、脂质、碳水化合物的代谢,转换成能量,产生盐酸,参与消化作用,缺乏易致肥胖,慢性疲劳,导致疲劳症状(肩颈僵硬、食欲不振、倦怠症);维生素B1是正常生长发育、食欲控制及学习能力不可或缺的物质,也是维持肠、胃、心脏等肌肉张力的维生素;维生素B1可以促进循环,帮助血液形成,抗氧化、抗自由基、延缓衰老。
核黄素(维生素B2)与三大营养素的能量代谢相关,尤其是脂质代谢,有助中性脂肪分解,产生成热量,储存为体力;维生素B2有助于蛋白质的代谢,促进细胞合成,有助人体成长;缺乏时会引发口内炎、口角炎、脂漏性皮肤病、脱毛症等皮肤黏膜疾病及成长障碍。
烟酰胺(维生素B3)是重要的酵素辅酶,参与500多种酵素作用,促进新陈代谢,尤其是酒精的代谢,维护肝脏功能;可扩张血管,改善血液循环,健全皮肤的生物合成,被称作“肌肤的维生素”。
D-泛酸钙(维生素B5)是140多种酵素的辅酶,有助于维持各种代谢,荷尔蒙的合成正常运作;维生素B5对于脂肪酸的代谢非常中重要,若缺乏会造成脂肪囤积在体内,泛酸也有助于高密度蛋白质胆固醇的生成;维生素B5 与副肾皮质荷尔蒙相关,具有调整压力耐受性作用。
盐酸吡哆醇(维生素B6)是蛋白质分解与合成的辅酶,有助于蛋白质的合理作用,可以解决水分滞留问题,有消肿作用;与神经传导物质,多巴胺,血清素,GABA(r-胺基丁酸)等生物合成,荷尔蒙作用的调节有关,有助于神经系统稳定,具有减轻经前症候群(PMS)的作用。
叶酸(维生素B9)与B12都有助于红血球的合成,预防贫血;维生素 B9参与蛋白质的代谢,是乳酸菌增殖的因子;维生素B9与B6、B12可降低血液中的同型半胱氨酸含量,降低粥状动脉硬化,避免心血管疾病。
氰钴胺(维生素B12)能够促进红细胞发育成熟,使机体造血功能处于正常状态,可以增加叶酸利用率,预防恶性贫血;维护神经系统健康,预防睡眠障碍,知觉障碍,食欲不振,倦怠感;可促进蛋白质合成,以辅酶的形式存在,促进碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢。
硫酸锌可补充锌元素,锌元素在人体的生长发育、生殖、免疫、内分泌及日常生理过程中都发挥着重要的作用;锌参与多种酶的合成与启动,对蛋白质、核酸合成、肠道蛋白的吸收和消化发挥重要生理功能,能促进生长发育,维持正常食欲及味觉,增强吞噬细胞吞噬能力,趋化活力及杀菌功能。
硫酸镁可补充镁元素,硫酸镁到达肠腔后,具有一定渗透压,使肠内水分不被肠壁吸收,肠内保有大量水分,能机械地刺激肠的蠕动而排便,因此硫酸镁可用于治疗便秘、肠内异常发酵。
乙二胺四乙酸铁钠可改善营养性贫血、营养强化剂。乙二胺四乙酸铁钠是一种重要的螯合剂,可螯合溶液中的金属离子,促进排铅作重金属解毒;可作为稳定剂、凝固剂、抗氧化剂以及防腐剂的使用。
牛磺酸为胆汁的主要成分,能帮助脂肪消化,吸收脂溶性维生素A、D、 E、K,及调节血清中的胆固醇含量;还可缓解焦虑,增加抗压性,避免肠道障碍,念珠菌过度生长。
乳糖醇具有较低的热量,其代谢途径不同于蔗糖,乳糖醇在小肠中不能被消化吸收,而在大肠中被微生物发酵利用并分解出短链脂肪酸及其他发酵产物。乳糖醇释放的纯热量仅为一般糖类的50%,是代替蔗糖低热值保健食品。
异构化乳糖的甜度是蔗糖的0.5倍,是黏度低、热量低、易溶于水、性能稳定、安全性高、使用方便的一种新型功能性双糖,也是一种有特殊保健功能的寡糖。异构化乳糖是一种益生元,具有增殖双歧杆菌、改善肠道环境和提高肠道健康的功能;有促进钙镁吸收、抑制沙门氏菌、降低血糖指数等生理功能。
在本发明中,通过低聚果糖、聚葡糖糖、菌粉和异构化乳糖,能增殖有益微生物,改善肠道环境,促进消化吸收;通过设洋车前子、山药粉和聚葡糖糖等,可增加饱腹感,减少进食量;通过设洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、苹果纤维等,可调节现代人调节高脂高糖高蛋白的饮食,增加膳食纤维片摄入量,减少脂肪堆积,预防肥胖等功效;通过增加水溶性纤维以帮助肠胃功能修复,增强肠道蠕动,促进多余热量和毒素排出。
本发明还提供了一种如上述的酵纤复合营养素粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一、将洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、将醋酸维生素A、L-抗坏血酸、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚和B族维生素过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、将硫酸锌、硫酸镁和乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
步骤四、将所述步骤一中制备的混合粉末a、所述步骤二中制备的混合粉末b、所述步骤三中制备的混合粉末c,并取聚葡萄糖、乳糖醇和异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明提供的酵纤复合营养素粉功效进行具体说明。
实施例1
将150g洋车前子、150g燕麦纤维、150g小麦纤维、80g小麦苗粉、100g 山药粉、100g低聚果糖、100g苹果纤维、30g甜橙水果粉、30g酵母粉和80g 菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
将1g醋酸维生素A、1gL-抗坏血酸、1g胆钙化醇、1gdl-α-醋酸生育酚、 1g硝酸硫胺素、1g核黄素、1g烟酰胺、1gD-泛酸钙、1g盐酸吡哆醇、1g叶酸、1g氰钴胺过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
将1g硫酸锌、1g硫酸镁和1g乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
将制备的混合粉末a、混合粉末b、混合粉末c,并取1g聚葡萄糖、1g 乳糖醇和1g异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
实施例2
将182g洋车前子、177g燕麦纤维、164g小麦纤维、98g小麦苗粉、123g 山药粉、125g低聚果糖、125g苹果纤维、30g甜橙水果粉、30g酵母粉和80g 菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
将2.2g醋酸维生素A、3.4gL-抗坏血酸、2.1g胆钙化醇、3.2gdl-α-醋酸生育酚、3.1g硝酸硫胺素、2.1g核黄素、1.4g烟酰胺、1.9gD-泛酸钙、4.3g 盐酸吡哆醇、4.3g叶酸、2.2g氰钴胺过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
将3.4g硫酸锌、2.5g硫酸镁和1.3g乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60 目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
将制备的混合粉末a、混合粉末b、混合粉末c,并取2.0g聚葡萄糖、2.0g 乳糖醇和1g异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
实施例3
将182g洋车前子、177g燕麦纤维、164g小麦纤维、98g小麦苗粉、123g 山药粉、125g低聚果糖、125g苹果纤维、30g甜橙水果粉、30g酵母粉和80g 菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
将2.2g醋酸维生素A、3.4gL-抗坏血酸、2.1g胆钙化醇、3.2gdl-α-醋酸生育酚、3.1g硝酸硫胺素、2.1g核黄素、1.4g烟酰胺、1.9gD-泛酸钙、4.3g 盐酸吡哆醇、4.3g叶酸、2.2g氰钴胺过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
将3.4g硫酸锌、2.5g硫酸镁和1.3g乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60 目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
将制备的混合粉末a、混合粉末b、混合粉末c,并取2.0g聚葡萄糖、2.0g 乳糖醇和3g异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。与实施例2不同之处在于,本实施例中3g异构化乳糖为3g。
实施例4
将182g洋车前子、177g燕麦纤维、164g小麦纤维、98g小麦苗粉、123g 山药粉、125g低聚果糖、125g苹果纤维、30g甜橙水果粉、30g酵母粉和80g 菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
将2.2g醋酸维生素A、3.4gL-抗坏血酸、2.1g胆钙化醇、3.2gdl-α-醋酸生育酚、3.1g硝酸硫胺素、2.1g核黄素、1.4g烟酰胺、1.9gD-泛酸钙、4.3g 盐酸吡哆醇、4.3g叶酸、2.2g氰钴胺过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
将3.4g硫酸锌、2.5g硫酸镁和1.3g乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60 目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
将制备的混合粉末a、混合粉末b、混合粉末c,并取2.0g聚葡萄糖、2.0g 乳糖醇和5g异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。与实施例2不同之处在于,本实施例中3g异构化乳糖为5g。
实施例5
将200g洋车前子、200g燕麦纤维、200g小麦纤维、150g小麦苗粉、150g 山药粉、150g低聚果糖、150g苹果纤维、50g甜橙水果粉、30g酵母粉和80g 菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
将5g醋酸维生素A、5gL-抗坏血酸、5g胆钙化醇、5gdl-α-醋酸生育酚、 5g硝酸硫胺素、5g核黄素、5g烟酰胺、5gD-泛酸钙、4.3g盐酸吡哆醇、5g 叶酸、5g氰钴胺过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
将5g硫酸锌、5g硫酸镁和5g乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
将制备的混合粉末a、混合粉末b、混合粉末c,并取5g聚葡萄糖、5g 乳糖醇和5g异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
随机选择年龄20至40岁无心血管疾病的试用者,分为6组,其中实验组5组,对照组1组,每组女性5人,男性5人,每个实验组每天分别食用上述实施例1至5中制备的所述酵纤复合营养素粉20g,加200毫升温开水冲泡后服用。对照组每天服用淀粉20g,加200毫升温开水冲泡后服用。试用者保持正常饮食,正常活动。对试用者的血糖血脂进行测量,平均结果如下:
通过对照组和实验组进行比对,可以表示,连续服用酵纤复合营养素粉科有效控制血糖血脂;通过对实验组问卷调查,86%的试用者表示取食品量减小,14%试用者表示取食品量无变化。

Claims (9)
1.一种酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述酵纤复合营养素粉包括主要成分和辅料,所述主要成分包括洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述辅料包括复合维生素和矿物质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包括醋酸维生素A、L-抗坏血酸、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚和B族维生素。
4.根据权利要求3所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述B族维生素包括硝酸硫胺素、核黄素、烟酰胺、D-泛酸钙、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸、氰钴胺。
5.根据权利要求3所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述矿物质包括硫酸锌和硫酸镁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,所述辅料还包括聚、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、牛磺酸、葡萄糖、乳糖醇和异构化乳糖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,按质量份数计,所述洋车前子150~200质量份、所述燕麦纤维150~200质量份、所述小麦纤维150~200质量份、所述小麦苗粉80~150质量份、所述山药粉100~150质量份、所述低聚果糖100~150质量份、所述苹果纤维100~150质量份、所述甜橙水果粉30~50质量份、所述酵母粉30~50质量份和所述菊粉80~150质量份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的酵纤复合营养素粉,其特征在于,按质量份数计,所述醋酸维生素A为1~5质量份、所述L-抗坏血酸为1~5质量份、所述胆钙化醇为1~5质量份、所述dl-α-醋酸生育酚为1~5质量份和所述B族维生素为7~35质量份、所述硫酸锌为1~5质量份、所述硫酸镁为1~5质量份、所述乙二胺四乙酸铁钠为1~5质量份、所述牛磺酸为1~5质量份和所述聚葡萄糖为1~5质量份、乳糖醇为1~5质量份、异构化乳糖为1~5质量份。
9.一种如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的酵纤复合营养素粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一、将洋车前子、燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、小麦苗粉、山药粉、低聚果糖、苹果纤维、甜橙水果粉、酵母粉和菊粉过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、将醋酸维生素A、L-抗坏血酸、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚和B族维生素过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、将硫酸锌、硫酸镁和乙二胺四乙酸铁钠分别研磨,过60目筛后混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末c;
步骤四、将所述步骤一中制备的混合粉末a、所述步骤二中制备的混合粉末b、所述步骤三中制备的混合粉末c,并取聚葡萄糖、乳糖醇和异构化乳糖倒入混合机,以500-600转/分的转速混合30-40分钟,得所述酵纤复合营养素粉。
