本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种膳食纤维复合粉及其制备方法,这种膳食纤维复合粉食用后能够增加饱足感,而且能够降低热量摄取,改善肠道环境,提高肠胃功能。采用的技术方案如下:

上述低聚糖可以是水苏糖、棉子糖、异麦芽酮糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖中的一种或者其中组合。
上述糖醇可以是木糖醇、山梨糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇和赤藓糖醇中的一种或者其中多种的组合。
本发明还提供上述膳食纤维复合粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)按重量计,配备如下原料:圆苞车前子壳粉100份,奇亚籽粉0.5-40份,乳清蛋白粉5-40份,全脂奶粉2-10份,牛初乳粉0-20份,酪蛋白0-8份,辣木叶粉0-25份,燕麦粉或燕麦片5-30份,低聚糖1-40份,聚葡萄糖0.5-10份,糖醇0-40份,胶原蛋白肽粉0.5-50份,菊粉1-40份,中链甘油三酯5-20份,粉末油脂2-20份,魔芋粉0.5-20份,卡拉胶0.5-20份,玫瑰花粉0-20份,维生素A 0.0002-0.0017份,维生素D 0.000001-0.00001份,维生素C 0.1-0.225份,维生素B1 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B2 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B6 0.0002-0.00255份,维生素B12 0.0000001-0.0000066份,烟酸0.0011-0.0033份,叶酸0.0005-0.005份,泛酸0.0022-0.008份,铁0.0075-0.022份,钙0.1-1份,锌0.005-0.015份,镁0.1-0.21份,牛磺酸0.05-0.14份,左旋肉碱0.5-3份;

(3)将步骤(1)配备的其余原料(即圆苞车前子壳粉、奇亚籽粉、乳清蛋白粉、牛初乳粉、酪蛋白、辣木叶粉、燕麦粉或燕麦片、胶原蛋白肽粉、菊粉、中链甘油三酯、粉末油脂、魔芋粉、卡拉胶和玫瑰花粉)添加到步骤(2)制得的预混物中,并混合均匀,得到膳食纤维复合粉。
步骤(3)制得膳食纤维复合粉后进行分装(例如按40克/袋的规格装袋),经检查质量后,即可得到成品。
通常,步骤(1)中的圆苞车前子壳粉、菊粉、低聚糖、糖醇等原料预先经过粉碎,并过60-120目筛网。
优选步骤(2)中,采用三维式搅拌机进行混合,在转速为5-40转/分钟的情况下搅拌15-25分钟。
优选步骤(3)中,采用三维式搅拌机进行混合,在转速为5-40转/分钟的情况下搅拌15-25分钟。
圆苞车前子壳粉(圆苞车前子外壳粉碎后得到的粉末)富含胶质(Mucilage,欧车前亲水胶),由树胶醛醣,木糖,半乳胶醛酸,半干燥脂肪油及少量珊瑚木苷(Aucubine)组成。圆苞车前子壳中富含膳食纤维,高达80%以上,而其中可溶性膳食纤维与不溶性膳食纤维的比例高达7:3。圆苞车前子壳粉还含有葡萄糖甙,蛋白质,多糖,维生素B1,胆碱等营养成分。圆苞车前子壳粉所含纤维可用于防止/治疗便秘或腹泻,它可充分吸收水分,增大体积至可排泄团块,增加肠道蠕动,减少粪便在肠内运送时间,并逐渐变得有规律。由于圆苞车前子壳含有丰富的水溶性纤维,遇水会膨胀形成数十倍的凝胶团,能增加饱足感,却不会提供热量,而且降低热量摄取。
奇亚籽粉膳食纤维含量高,具有较高的饱腹感,同时促进肠胃蠕动和排便,可以增强消化系统的功能。
乳清蛋白粉具有蛋白纯度高、吸收率高、氨基酸组成最合理等诸多优势,被推为“蛋白之王”。
全脂奶粉是由鲜牛奶消毒后经浓缩、喷雾、干燥而成的。全脂奶粉含有牛奶中的优质蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,可防止皮肤干燥及暗沉,使皮肤白皙,有光泽;也可补充丰富的钙质,适合缺钙的人、少儿、易怒、失眠者以及工作压力大的人。
牛初乳粉不仅含有丰富的营养物质,而且含有大量的免疫因子和生长因子,如免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶、类胰岛素生长因子、表皮生长因子等,经科学实验证明具有免疫调节、改善胃肠道、促进生长发育、改善衰老症状、抑制多种病菌等生理活性功能。
酪蛋白具有防治骨质疏松与佝偻病,调节血压,治疗缺铁性贫血、缺镁性神经炎等多种生理功效,尤其是其促进常量元素(Ca、Mg)与微量元素(Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni、Co、Mn、Se)高效吸收的功能特性,使其具有“矿物质载体”的美誉。
辣木叶粉是辣木树的树叶经过脱水处理后磨成的粉,辣木叶粉中含有大量的维生素E、钙、蛋白质、钾,食用辣木叶粉可以降低血压、降低血脂和降低血糖,还可以增强机体的免疫力、增强体质、促进代谢并排毒。
燕麦粉或燕麦片富含可溶性纤维,富含维生素B群(尤其是维生素B1、B2叶酸)、维生素C、维生素E,含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、铜、锌、锰等矿物质。
低聚糖难以被胃肠消化吸收,甜度低,热量低,基本不增加血糖和血脂。低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖等功能性低聚糖具有促进双歧杆菌增殖、低能量、低龋齿性、防止便秘、改善脂质代谢、降低血压、增强机体免疫能力等生理功能。
聚葡萄糖是一种新型的水溶性膳食纤维,食用后具有保持肠胃通畅的功能。聚葡萄糖除具有不溶性膳食纤维所特有的明显增加粪便体积、增强通便等作用外,还具有不溶性膳食纤维所不具备或不明显的功能,如结合清除体内的胆酸,明显降低血清胆固醇,更容易引致饱腹感,能明显降低饭后血糖水平等。
糖醇是单糖经催化氢化及硼氢化钠还原为相应的多元醇。用糖醇制取的甜味食品称无糖食品,糖醇因不被口腔中微生物利用,又不使口腔pH降低(反而会上升),所以不腐蚀牙齿,是防龋齿的好材料。糖醇对人体血糖值上升无影响,且能为糖尿病人提供一定热量,所以可作为糖尿病人提供热量的营养性甜味剂。
菊粉是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境。研究表明,双歧杆菌的增殖程度取决于人体大肠中初始双歧杆菌的数量,当初始双歧杆菌数量减少时,使用菊粉后增殖效果明显,当初始双歧杆菌的数量多时,使用菊粉后效果并不明显。其次,摄入菊粉后能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。
中链甘油三酯(MCT)仅由饱和脂肪酸构成,是膳食脂肪的来源之一,其氧化稳定性非常好,其碘值不超过0.5,在高温和低温下特别稳定。
粉末油脂提供不饱和脂肪酸,使胆固醇酯化,降低血中胆固醇和甘油三酯;保持细胞膜的相对流动性,以保证细胞的正常生理功能。
魔芋粉(优选魔芋精粉)所含的魔芋甘露聚糖能够有效地降低胆固醇、血糖和减肥,可用于治疗高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖和便秘等。
卡拉胶具有可溶性膳食纤维的基本特性,在体内降解后的卡拉胶能与血纤维蛋白形成可溶性的络合物;可被大肠细菌酵解成CO2、H2、沼气及甲酸、乙酸、丙酸等短链脂肪酸,成为益生菌的能量源。
玫瑰花粉(重瓣玫瑰花粉)由玫瑰花瓣经膜技术净化、浓缩后,真空冷冻干燥干燥制得。玫瑰花粉具有理气和血、舒肝解郁、降脂减肥、润肤养颜等作用,特别对妇女经痛、月经不调有神奇的功效,还具有美白,保湿,养颜、调经等功效。
维生素A有维持和促进免疫功能、维持皮肤粘膜完整性、促进血红蛋白生成、增加食物中铁的摄取等生理功能。
维生素D(优选维生素D2或维生素D3)有调节钙、磷代谢,促进骨骼生长,调节免疫功能等生理功能。
维生素C有预防缺铁性贫血、抗氧化作用等生理功能。
维生素B1是能量代谢中不可缺少的成分,有助于维持神经系统正常的生理功能。
维生素B2是能量代谢中不可缺少的成分,有助于维持皮肤和黏膜健康。
维生素B6有助于蛋白质的代谢和利用。
维生素B12有助于红细胞形成。
叶酸有助于大脑和神经系统的正常发育,并有助于红细胞形成,提高机体免疫力。
烟酸能促进铁吸收和血细胞的生成;维持皮肤的正常功能和消化腺的分泌;提高中枢神经的兴奋性和心血管系统、网状内皮系统与内分泌功能。
泛酸(维生素B5)在体内主要以辅酶( CoenzymeA,CoA ) 形式参与糖、脂、蛋白质代谢,具有抗脂质过氧化作用。
牛磺酸具有提高神经传导和视觉机能,改善内分泌状态,增强人体免疫,改善记忆等生理功能。
左旋肉碱有利于心脏和血管的保健,有利于消除脂肪肝,具有抗疲劳作用。
本发明采用以圆苞车前子壳粉为主要原料,搭配奇亚籽粉、菊粉、低聚糖、卡拉胶等成分,形成膳食纤维复合粉(食用时可加水冲调),食用后遇水后会膨胀,并且凝结为胶状,进入胃里可以形成膜状,减慢淀粉化合物的吸收,会让人进食以后有饱腹感,能够有效增加膳食纤维复合粉产品的营养性和功能性,能够降低热量摄取,改善肠道环境,提高肠胃功能,有效预防和治疗便秘、肠道息肉等疾病,还可降低糖尿病、高脂血症等疾病的发病率;而且,配以适量的乳清蛋白粉、全脂奶粉、牛初乳粉、酪蛋白、燕麦粉或燕麦片、中链甘油三酯、粉末油脂、维生素、矿物质等,在摄入膳食纤维的同时,能够补充人体所需的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质等营养物质。

1.一种膳食纤维复合粉,其特征在于由下述重量配比的原料制成:圆苞车前子壳粉100份,奇亚籽粉0.5-40份,乳清蛋白粉5-40份,全脂奶粉2-10份,牛初乳粉0-20份,酪蛋白0-8份,辣木叶粉0-25份,燕麦粉或燕麦片5-30份,低聚糖1-40份,聚葡萄糖0.5-10份,糖醇0-40份,胶原蛋白肽粉0.5-50份,菊粉1-40份,中链甘油三酯5-20份,粉末油脂2-20份,魔芋粉0.5-20份,卡拉胶0.5-20份,玫瑰花粉0-20份,维生素A 0.0002-0.0017份,维生素D0.000001-0.00001份,维生素C 0.1-0.225份,维生素B1 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B2 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B6 0.0002-0.00255份,维生素B12 0.0000001-0.0000066份,烟酸0.0011-0.0033份,叶酸0.0005-0.005份,泛酸0.0022-0.008份,铁0.0075-0.022份,钙0.1-1份,锌0.005-0.015份,镁0.1-0.21份,牛磺酸0.05-0.14份,左旋肉碱0.5-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膳食纤维复合粉,其特征在于所述膳食纤维复合粉由下述重量配比的原料制成:圆苞车前子壳粉100份,奇亚籽粉10-40份,乳清蛋白粉5-40份,全脂奶粉2-10份,牛初乳粉0.1-20份,辣木叶粉10-25份,燕麦粉或燕麦片5-30份,低聚糖1-40份,聚葡萄糖0.5-10份,胶原蛋白肽粉0.5-50份,菊粉10-40份,中链甘油三酯5-20份,粉末油脂2-20份,魔芋粉0.5-20份,卡拉胶0.5-20份,玫瑰花粉0-20份,维生素A 0.0002-0.0017份,维生素D 0.000001-0.00001份,维生素C 0.1-0.225份,维生素B1 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B2 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B6 0.0002-0.00255份,维生素B12 0.0000001-0.0000066份,烟酸0.0011-0.0033份,叶酸0.0005-0.005份,泛酸0.0022-0.008份,铁0.0075-0.022份,钙0.1-1份,锌0.005-0.015份,镁0.1-0.21份,牛磺酸0.05-0.14份,左旋肉碱0.5-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膳食纤维复合粉,其特征是在于所述膳食纤维复合粉由下述重量配比的原料制成:圆苞车前子壳粉100份,奇亚籽粉0.5-40份,乳清蛋白粉5-40份,全脂奶粉2-10份,牛初乳粉0.1-20份,酪蛋白2-8份,燕麦粉或燕麦片5-30份,低聚糖10-40份,聚葡萄糖0.5-10份,糖醇10-40份,胶原蛋白肽粉0.5-50份,菊粉10-40份,中链甘油三酯5-20份,粉末油脂2-20份,魔芋粉0.5-20份,卡拉胶0.5-20份,玫瑰花粉0-20份,维生素A0.0002-0.0017份,维生素D 0.000001-0.00001份,维生素C 0.1-0.225份,维生素B1 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B2 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B6 0.0002-0.00255份,维生素B12 0.0000001-0.0000066份,烟酸0.0011-0.0033份,叶酸0.0005-0.005份,泛酸0.0022-0.008份,铁0.0075-0.022份,钙0.1-1份,锌0.005-0.015份,镁0.1-0.21份,牛磺酸0.05-0.14份,左旋肉碱0.5-3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的膳食纤维复合粉,其特征是:所述低聚糖是水苏糖、棉子糖、异麦芽酮糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖中的一种或者其中组合。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的膳食纤维复合粉,其特征是:所述糖醇是木糖醇、山梨糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇和赤藓糖醇中的一种或者其中多种的组合。
6.一种膳食纤维复合粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)按重量计,配备如下原料:圆苞车前子壳粉100份,奇亚籽粉0.5-40份,乳清蛋白粉5-40份,全脂奶粉2-10份,牛初乳粉0-20份,酪蛋白0-8份,辣木叶粉0-25份,燕麦粉或燕麦片5-30份,低聚糖1-40份,聚葡萄糖0.5-10份,糖醇0-40份,胶原蛋白肽粉0.5-50份,菊粉1-40份,中链甘油三酯5-20份,粉末油脂2-20份,魔芋粉0.5-20份,卡拉胶0.5-20份,玫瑰花粉0-20份,维生素A 0.0002-0.0017份,维生素D 0.000001-0.00001份,维生素C 0.1-0.225份,维生素B1 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B2 0.0003-0.00255份,维生素B6 0.0002-0.00255份,维生素B12 0.0000001-0.0000066份,烟酸0.0011-0.0033份,叶酸0.0005-0.005份,泛酸0.0022-0.008份,铁0.0075-0.022份,钙0.1-1份,锌0.005-0.015份,镁0.1-0.21份,牛磺酸0.05-0.14份,左旋肉碱0.5-3份;
(2)将步骤(1)配备的维生素A 、维生素D 、维生素C 、维生素B1 、维生素B2、维生素B6 、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、铁、钙、锌、镁、牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、低聚糖、聚葡萄糖、糖醇和全脂奶粉混合均匀,得到预混物;
(3)将步骤(1)配备的圆苞车前子壳粉、奇亚籽粉、乳清蛋白粉、牛初乳粉、酪蛋白、辣木叶粉、燕麦粉或燕麦片、胶原蛋白肽粉、菊粉、中链甘油三酯、粉末油脂、魔芋粉、卡拉胶和玫瑰花粉添加到步骤(2)制得的预混物中,并混合均匀,得到膳食纤维复合粉。
