本发明涉及生物医药或功能性食品技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助降血脂的组合物,该组合物包括:豌豆蛋白,分离乳清蛋白粉,复合矿物质,燕麦粉,山药粉,亚麻籽油微囊粉,葵花籽油微囊粉,木糖醇,圆苞车前子壳粉,复合维生素,氯化钾,低聚木糖,综合果蔬酵素粉等成分。本发明通过对豌豆蛋白和酵母β‑葡聚糖的配比调整,明显提高了降血脂的效果,通过对圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的配比调整,具有美容养颜的作用,且长期服用无副作用。

背景技术:
医学研究表明,脂类代谢与心血管疾病密切相关,高脂血症是引发动脉粥样硬化的主要原因之一,特别是血清总胆固醇水平增高是致动脉粥样硬化的危险指标。血脂是血清中各类脂质的总称,血脂主要包括:胆固醇、甘油三脂和磷脂等,此外还有少量游离脂肪酸和极少量的其他物质,包括脂溶性维生素和类固醇激素等。
目前,经济的快速发展使人们的饮食结构发生很大的变化,再加上快节奏的生活所致的社会心理因素的变化,高血脂人群的增多。降脂类药品与保健品,前者重点在于治疗,主要针对已患高脂症的人群,降低其血脂水平;后者重点在于预防,主要针对有高脂倾向的人士预防高血脂的形成,防患于未然,并对已经出现高血脂的人士辅助降低其血脂水平。由于保健品的安全性相对于药品更高,并能调节人体机能,更受到消费者的青睐。
豌豆蛋白主要是用从豌豆中提取的蛋白成分制作的一种养生食品。该蛋白摄入身体之后可以有效促进体内废物排除,可以增加机体的免疫力。豌豆蛋白中的胆碱类成分比较丰富,可以有效降低血压、降低血脂。燕麦粉中富含可溶性的膳食纤维,有多种有利于健康的低密度脂肪蛋白,在促进甘油三酯降低的同时,还能促使胆固醇排泄,起到预防糖尿病的作用,有效地减少糖尿病血管并发症的发生。其次,可以有效的通便,有助于轻松排泄,预防便秘。再者,燕麦粉里面有丰富的维生素B1、B2、E以及叶酸,可以帮助人体改善血液循环,富含钙、磷、铁、锌、锰等矿物质对于预防骨质疏松、促进伤口愈合、防止贫血也有功效。

本发明的目的在于提供一种辅助降血脂组合物及其应用。本发明提供的组合物在补充人体所需营养的同时,还具有辅助降低血脂和美容养颜的作用。
本发明一方面提供了一种降血脂组合物,所述的组合物包括以下重量份的各组分:豌豆蛋白1-50份,分离乳清蛋白粉5-50份,复合矿物质5-20份,燕麦粉3-40份,山药粉2-40份,亚麻籽油微囊粉5-35份,葵花籽油微囊粉1-35份,木糖醇1-10份,圆苞车前子壳粉5-35份,复合维生素8-25份;
所述的复合矿物质为磷酸氢钙,碳酸镁,焦磷酸铁,葡萄糖酸锌中的两种或两种以上;
所述的亚麻籽油微囊粉为亚麻籽油,低聚麦芽糖,变性淀粉,二氧化硅,单双甘油脂肪酸酯,抗坏血酸钠中的两种或两种以上,且一定含有亚麻籽油;
所述的葵花籽油微囊粉为葵花籽油,低聚麦芽糖,变性淀粉,二氧化硅,单双甘油脂肪酸酯,抗坏血酸钠中的两种或两种以上,且一定含有葵花籽油;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明提供了一种辅助降血脂组合物,该组合物多以天然物质作为有效成分,各种组分之间发挥正向的相互作用,使该组合物能够有效降低血脂水平,同时补充人体所需的各种蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等。
(2)本发明通过对豌豆蛋白和酵母β-葡聚糖的配比调整,明显提高了辅助降血脂的效果,通过对圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的配比调整,具有美容养颜的作用,且长期服用无副作用。

下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
一种降低血脂的组合物,包括以下重量份的成分:豌豆蛋白1份,分离乳清蛋白粉5份,复合矿物质5份,燕麦粉3份,山药粉2份,亚麻籽油微囊粉5份,葵花籽油微囊粉1份,木糖醇1份,圆苞车前子壳粉5份,复合维生素8份,氯化钾0.1份,低聚木糖0.01份,综合果蔬酵素粉0.1份,磷脂0.1份,瓜尔胶0.1份,中链甘油三酯微囊粉0.1份,碳酸镁0.1份,酵母β-葡聚糖0.1份,食用酵母粉0.1份,石榴果汁粉0.1份,三氯蔗糖0.1份,食品用香精0.1份;
所述的复合矿物质为磷酸氢钙3.0份,碳酸镁2.0份;
所述的亚麻籽油微囊粉为亚麻籽油2.0份,低聚麦芽糖3.0份;
所述的葵花籽油微囊粉为葵花籽油0.5份,低聚麦芽糖0.5份;
所述的复合维生素为L-抗坏血酸钠4.0份,dl-α-醋酸生育酚4.0份;

所述的复合矿物质为焦磷酸铁10份,葡萄糖酸锌10份;
所述的亚麻籽油微囊粉为亚麻籽油7份,二氧化硅5份,单双甘油脂肪酸酯7份,抗坏血酸钠16份;

一种降低血脂的组合物,包括以下重量份的成分:豌豆蛋白30份,分离乳清蛋白30份,复合矿物质15份,燕麦28份,山药粉35份,亚麻籽油微囊粉20份,葵花籽油微囊粉20份,木糖醇8份,圆苞车前子壳粉22.5份,复合维生素20份,氯化钾4份,低聚木糖2.75份,综合果蔬酵素粉1.8份,磷脂2.2份,瓜尔胶1.75份,中链甘油三酯微囊粉1.5份,碳酸镁1.5份,酵母β-葡聚糖1.5份,食用酵母粉1.6份,石榴果汁粉1.5份,三氯蔗糖1.6份,食品用香精1.5份。即:豌豆蛋白和酵母β-葡聚糖的重量比为20:1;圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的重量比为15:1。
所述的复合矿物质为磷酸氢钙5份,碳酸镁3份,焦磷酸铁4份,葡萄糖酸锌3份;

一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,豌豆蛋白50份,酵母β-葡聚糖1.7份,即豌豆蛋白和酵母β-葡聚糖的重量比为30:1。
实施例7
一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,圆苞车前子壳粉10份、石榴果汁粉1份,即圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的重量比为10:1。
实施例8
一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,圆苞车前子壳粉30份、石榴果汁粉1.2份,即圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的重量比为25:1。
对比例1
一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,不加豌豆蛋白。
对比例2
一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,不加酵母β-葡聚糖。
对比例3
一种降低血脂的组合物,与实施例4的区别仅在于,不加圆苞车前子壳粉。

实验例1
降血脂效果的试验:
样品:实施例1-8和对比例1-4所述组合物。
高脂饲料配制重量比为:78.8%基础饲料,1%胆固醇,10%蛋黄粉,10%猪油,0.2%胆盐。
试验动物:选用体重为100-150g的SPF级Wistar大鼠140只,随机平均分为实验组(实施例1-8和对比例1-4,共12组)、高脂对照组和普通对照组,每组10只,雌雄各半。
试验方法:实验组和高脂对照组喂养高脂饲料,普通对照组喂养基础饲料,自由饮食、饮水,连续喂养30天。将受试物与1mL生理盐水混合,实验组大鼠灌胃受试物(即:实施例1-8和对比例1-4所述组合物),大鼠每天给药剂量为4.5g/kg,高脂对照组和普通对照组给予等量生理盐水。每天观察动物的表现、行为、毒性表现和死亡情况。试验前对大鼠编号,并称量试验前后大鼠体重,喂养60天后,禁食10小时,大鼠腹部主动脉采集血液、分离血清,利用酶法试剂盒检测大鼠的总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,结果见表1。

表2结果表明,本发明提供的组合物在给予剂量为4.5g/kg,连续60天的基础上,有的组别能够一定程度上降低大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,具有促进脂肪代谢,降低血脂的效果,可有效预防高血脂、粥样动脉硬化、心脑血管等相关疾病,说明本发明组合物具有一种辅助降血脂的作用,在临床上,需要与降血脂药物联合使用,从而达到促进高血脂病人的降低血脂的作用。在实验期间,无毒副作用产生,说明本发明提供的辅助降血脂组合物安全有效。
实验例2
调节皮肤状态的实验
选取20-45周岁身体健康的年轻女性志愿者130名,志愿者皮肤油分≤10或者≥27,或者水分≤11。随机分成13组,分别服用本发明实施例1-8和对比例1-4所得产品,对照组服用等量的安慰剂(主要成分为淀粉)。人拟用量为20g/60kg,每天1次,连续服用35天,保证每位志愿者在实验过程中不使用任何化妆品。
在安静状态下先用洁净棉球沾蒸馏水清洁前额眉间部位,擦干15min后用皮肤分析仪测试志愿者眉间部位皮肤的水份和油份,实验前后,采用相同的测试方法,分别进行测试,测试结果如表2所示,其中,参照Skin Analyzer SHP88皮肤分析仪所附的标准,油份:9-27正常,<9为低油,>27为高油;水份:11-20为正常,<11为缺水,>20为水份充足。

表2结果表明,与对照组相比,本发明提供的降血脂组合物能够调节皮肤水油平衡,改善皮肤状态。尤其是圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的添加,使改善皮肤状态得效果更加明显。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,其中实施例4为最佳实施例,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,故凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化均视为本发明的保护范围。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础;当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种辅助降血脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包括以下重量份的各组分:豌豆蛋白1-50份,分离乳清蛋白粉5-50份,复合矿物质5-20份,燕麦粉3-40份,山药粉2-40份,亚麻籽油微囊粉5-35份,葵花籽油微囊粉1-35份,木糖醇1-10份,圆苞车前子壳粉5-35份,复合维生素8-25份;
所述的复合矿物质为磷酸氢钙,碳酸镁,焦磷酸铁,葡萄糖酸锌中的两种或两种以上;
所述的亚麻籽油微囊粉为亚麻籽油,低聚麦芽糖,变性淀粉,二氧化硅,单双甘油脂肪酸酯,抗坏血酸钠中的两种或两种以上,且一定含有亚麻籽油;
所述的葵花籽油微囊粉为葵花籽油,低聚麦芽糖,变性淀粉,二氧化硅,单双甘油脂肪酸酯,抗坏血酸钠中的两种或两种以上,且一定含有葵花籽油;
所述的复合维生素为L-抗坏血酸钠,dl-α-醋酸生育酚,烟酰胺,D-泛酸钙,盐酸硫胺素,盐酸吡哆醇,核黄素,醋酸维生素A,叶酸,维生素D3,氰钴胺中的两种或两种以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物还包括以下重量份的各组分:氯化钾0.1-5份,低聚木糖0.01-3份,综合果蔬酵素粉0.1-2份,磷脂0.1-3份,瓜尔胶0.1-2份,中链甘油三酯微囊粉0.1-2份,碳酸镁0.1-2份,酵母β-葡聚糖0.1-2份,食用酵母粉0.1-2份,石榴果汁粉0.1-2份,三氯蔗糖0.1-2份,食品用香精0.1-2份;
所述的综合果蔬酵素粉为凤梨酵素,木瓜酵素,胡萝卜酵素,麦芽糊精中的两种或两种以上;
所述的中链甘油三酯微囊粉为中链甘油三酯,低聚麦芽糖,酪蛋白酸钠,单双甘油脂肪酸酯,二氧化硅,三聚磷酸钠中的两种或两种以上,且一定含有中链甘油三酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包括以下重量份的各组分:豌豆蛋白10-50份,分离乳清蛋白10-50份,复合矿物质10-20份,燕麦12-40份,山药粉8-40份,亚麻籽油微囊粉12-35份,葵花籽油微囊粉8-35份,木糖醇5-10份,圆苞车前子壳粉15-35份,复合维生素12-25份,氯化钾2.5-5份,低聚木糖2.5-3份,综合果蔬酵素粉1.5-2份,磷脂1.5-3份,瓜尔胶1.5-2份,中链甘油三酯微囊粉1.0-2份,碳酸镁1.0-2份,酵母β-葡聚糖1.0-2份,食用酵母粉1.0-2份,石榴果汁粉1.0-2份,三氯蔗糖1.2-2份,食品用香精1-2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的豌豆蛋白和酵母β-葡聚糖的重量比为15-30:1;
所述的圆苞车前子壳粉和石榴果汁粉的重量比为10-25:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物含有以下重量份的各组分:豌豆蛋白30份,分离乳清蛋白30份,复合矿物质15份,燕麦28份,山药粉35份,亚麻籽油微囊粉20份,葵花籽油微囊粉20份,木糖醇8份,圆苞车前子壳粉22.5份,复合维生素20份,氯化钾4份,低聚木糖2.75份,综合果蔬酵素粉1.8份,磷脂2.2份,瓜尔胶1.75份,中链甘油三酯微囊粉1.5份,碳酸镁1.5份,酵母β-葡聚糖1.5份,食用酵母粉1.6份,石榴果汁粉1.5份,三氯蔗糖1.6份,食品用香精1.5份。
