技术领域
本发明涉及营养保健组合物,属于营养保健食品技术领域,特别是涉及一种抗氧化降血脂组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
社会和物质文明的高速发展,使得人们的生活水平越来越高的同时,也使得生活节奏越来越快,同时还带来巨大的工作和生活压力,使很多人因此而养成了不良的生活习惯,例如:(1)饮食不规律,饥一顿饱一顿,暴饮暴食,甚至是经常以烧烤、火锅、油炸食品等类型的食物作为夜宵;(2)长期面对电脑,静止不动,缺乏锻炼;(3)入睡时间严重推迟,甚至拖延到凌晨。研究表明,这些不良的生活习惯会引起许多负面的身体反应甚至引起疾病,其中表现尤其明显且危害严重的两个方面就是体内自由基大量沉积以及血脂异常。
自由基是人体本身具有的物质,具有强氧化性。受控的自由基对人体有益,但体内自由基过量沉积则会引起脂质过氧化,造成生物膜和其他组织的损伤,破坏细胞结构,使组织细胞失去正常功能,甚至破坏DNA,主要体现为机体加速衰老、肝脏受损及肝功能异常、机体免疫力低下、常伴疲惫感。血脂主要成分是甘油三酯和胆固醇,当血浆中胆固醇、甘油三酯等血脂成分的浓度超过正常标准时即表现为高血脂。长期高血脂可直接引起一些严重危害人体健康的疾病,如动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、胰腺炎等。综上所述,长期的自由基过量沉积和高血脂会不断影响机体的健康,降低人们的生活质量。
有鉴于此,已经有越来越多的人在生活习惯改善的同时,开始补充一些营养保健食品来辅助改善健康状况,例如维生素E软胶囊、维生素C咀嚼片、鱼油软胶囊、降脂代餐品等。然而维生素E、维生素C等产品由于产品体系的问题,功效成分易在加工以及储存的过程中氧化,从而丧失相应的功效;鱼油磷脂类产品虽然降低血脂的效果较为明显,但长期服用容易引起血管壁韧性下降的问题,因此适用人群范围较窄、适用时间较短;传统代餐品降低血脂的作用主要是通过让机体处于饥饿状态而发挥的,长期使用会造成机体的营养不良,甚至可能会引起内分泌紊乱。
发明内容
针对现有技术中功效成分不稳定、适用人群范围窄、使用时间短、代餐品会引起机体营养不良和内分泌紊乱的技术问题,本发明提供一种抗氧化降血脂组合物。
以及,本发明还提供一种抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法。
以及,本发明还提供一种抗氧化降血脂组合物作为抗氧化降血脂代餐食品的应用。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案:
一种抗氧化降血脂组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:葡萄籽、蔓越莓、西兰花种子、乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、雪莲培养物、圆苞车前子、奇亚籽、瓜拉纳提取物、二十八烷醇、姜黄素、抗性糊精、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、白藜芦醇、维生素C、复合维生素粉、复合矿物质粉、魔芋粉、苹果汁、阿拉伯胶和刺梧桐胶。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的抗氧化降血脂组合物中圆苞车前子、奇亚籽、抗性糊精、魔芋粉、阿拉伯胶等富含膳食纤维,可增强饱腹感,减少糖、油脂和可消化性淀粉的摄入;葡萄籽、蔓越莓、西兰花种子、雪莲培养物、奇亚籽、白藜芦醇、维生素C等具有抗氧化作用,能够清除体内自由基;葡萄籽、蔓越莓、大豆分离蛋白、圆苞车前子、奇亚籽、瓜拉纳提取物、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、维生素C、魔芋粉、苹果汁、阿拉伯胶等具有降血脂作用,可维持食用者体内血脂;低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖能促进双歧杆菌生长,维持肠道菌群平衡,乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白具有胃肠道保护作用,可以使人体的胃肠道在减少食物摄入的情况下保持并强化胃肠道消化和吸收功能,并增加肠道益生菌增殖,释放短链脂肪酸,进而达到协同清除自由基和血管清理的作用。同时,本发明中的原料含有多种营养元素,为人体提供基础营养保障,在饮食摄入量减少的情况下,保证人体能够摄入充足的维生素、矿物质、蛋白质等基本营养素,维持正常的机能代谢(包括将机体的皮下、脏器和血管多余脂肪消耗代谢为能量),从而加强降血脂成分的血管清理作用;营养元素中的维生素还具有清除自由基的功效,与其他抗氧化成分协同作用,进一步增强抗氧化效果。本发明所提供的组合物通过科学合理的配方,从抗氧化、血管清理、胃肠道保护、基础营养保障等多个方面协同发挥作用,进而达到抗氧化和降低血脂的作用。
葡萄籽具有显著的抗氧化作用,能够清除自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,还具有加强和保护人体活性组织、稳定细胞膜以及抗酶活性(组胺脱羧酶)等生物特性。同时,葡萄籽提取物富含不饱和脂肪酸-----亚油酸,它由不饱和到饱和状态要消耗20%的胆固醇,因此能够有效地降低血脂。但葡萄籽中含有单宁等物质,除了口感酸涩之外还会刺激肠胃,引发消化系统的不良反应,本发明通过乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白来保护肠胃,可抵消葡萄籽对胃肠的刺激,并通过蔓越莓、苹果汁来矫味,以获得良好口感。
蔓越莓含有生物黄酮,具有很强的抗氧化作用,能够清除体内多余的自由基。蔓越莓还可降低低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇及甘油三酯,使血脂下降。另外,由于蔓越莓口感酸甜,在本产品中还可以发挥矫味作用,能够遮盖葡萄籽的酸涩。但蔓越莓含糖量较高,本发明通过魔芋、圆苞车前子、抗性糊精、白藜芦醇等成分的降血糖作用来降低蔓越莓对血糖的影响。
西兰花种子中含有萝卜硫素,既具有很强的抗癌活力,又有很强的抗氧化能力,可以诱导人体内的Ⅱ相解毒酶,同时抑制Ⅰ型酶的产生,最终通过多种酶体系排出致癌物和自由基等有害成分,对葡萄籽、蔓越莓、西兰花种子、雪莲培养物、奇亚籽、白藜芦醇、维生素C等成分的抗氧化功效具有协同作用。
乳清蛋白容易消化,并具有高生物价、高效化率、高蛋白质功效比和高利用率,能够提供身体构造新组织所需的氨基酸,延缓人体衰老,并可以在体内制造酶,改善肠胃功能,同时还能调节体内的水分、电解质平衡,增强机体抗疲劳能力。在本发明中,可以减少葡萄籽对胃肠道的刺激。
大豆分离蛋白是全价蛋白类食品,不含胆固醇,是优质蛋白补充品,配方中使用大豆蛋白不仅降低了胆固醇与饱和脂肪的摄入量,同时还达到了营养摄取的均衡。大豆蛋白在本品中的作用:①迅速消除疲劳;②有效降低人体血液中总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的含量,从而降低血脂以及患心脏病的风险;③促进胶原蛋白的生成,抵抗皮肤因自由基损伤而造成的松弛;④阻止尿钙损失,提高本发明中奇亚籽、复合矿物质粉中钙成分的利用率,促进骨质健康,减少患骨质疏松的几率,提高服用者生活质量;⑤含有胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可消除本发明中膳食纤维可能造成的消化不良、胃胀气等不适反应;⑥大豆分离蛋白水溶性良好,并具有一定的粘结性,可增加产品冲调后的浓稠度,更易达到饱腹效果,降低对食物的过度依赖,特别是对高油脂高热量食物的需求。
雪莲培养物具有降血脂、改善血液循环的作用,对免疫系统具有调节作用,同时还有抗氧化、抗辐射和抗疲劳等多方面作用。并且,雪莲培养物具有强筋壮阳、通经活血的作用,可以消除蔓越莓等寒凉性成分对气血运行以及阳虚体质人群的不良影响。
圆苞车前子富含可溶性膳食纤维,在本品中的作用如下:①在结肠内益生菌的作用下,可溶性圆苞车前子纤维中的糖类物质经发酵分解为短链脂肪酸,从而阻止胆固醇的合成、降低血脂水平;②含有树胶醛醣,对糖的代谢转化具有阻断作用,减小蔓越莓等含糖成分对血糖的影响;③富含胶质,从而能增加饱足感,却不会提供热量,降低热量的摄取;④圆苞车前子纤维可充分吸收水分,增大体积至可排泄团块,增加肠道蠕动,减少粪便在肠内运送时间,防止、治疗便秘,使排便逐渐规律。
奇亚籽富含人体必需脂肪酸α-亚麻酸,是天然omega-3脂肪酸的来源,并含有丰富的膳食纤维、蛋白质,维生素,矿物质等,奇亚籽在本品中的作用:①omega-3可以降低甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、升高高密度脂蛋白,具有调节血脂作用;②含有β-甾醇,可以降低细胞胆固醇含量,减轻服用者患心血管和消化道疾病的风险;③含有丰富的膳食纤维,可刺激肠道蠕动,防止便秘;④为机体提供蛋白质,维生素,矿物质等营养物质,尤其钙、钾含量较高,含钙量是纯牛奶的6倍,与大豆分离蛋白配合可提高钙的吸收,促进骨质健康;⑤自身的热量含量较高,100g奇亚籽中含有能量486大卡,属于能量很高的食物,但在浸泡之后会析出很多胶质,抑制其中能量的释放,食用不会引起肥胖,反而会减少其他食物的摄入,间接起到降低血脂的作用;⑥具有极高的抗氧化性,既可以发挥清除自由基的作用,又可以作为天然的防腐剂,防止大豆分离蛋白、乳清蛋白等易腐败成分变质,延长保质期。
瓜拉纳提取物的提取步骤为:瓜拉纳粉碎,加入相当于瓜拉纳重量9~11倍的超纯水,在沸腾状态下微波辅助提取1.5~2.5小时,再室温浸泡0.8~1.2小时,过滤得提取液,将所述提取液经喷雾干燥所得;其中所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为150~180℃,出风温度为60~90℃。瓜拉纳提取物含有丰富的黄嘌呤类衍生物、可可碱、茶碱等,经该提取工艺提取后,各有效成分在提取物中富集,含量更高,从而可以更好地发挥控制食欲、恢复体力、补充能量、降低食物需求的作用,减少食物摄入量,更显著地发挥降血脂作用。超纯水中几乎不含金属离子,可以避免金属离子与瓜拉纳中的有效成分络合而影响其功效。
抗性糊精作为一种低分子水溶性膳食纤维,热值低,且有助于延迟饥饿感的再产生并具有良好的加工性,能够提升产品的口感,另一方面,抗性糊精含有抗消化酶作用的难消化成分,具有高消化耐受性,在消化道中不会被消化吸收,可直接进入大肠,起到降血脂和改善肠道环境的作用,并具有降血糖作用,可降低蔓越莓等含糖成分对血糖的影响。另外,抗性糊精还具有防止龋齿的作用,能够避免本发明中乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、蔓越莓等成分可能带来的龋齿风险。
低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚木糖热值均很低,基本上不增加血糖血脂。低聚异麦芽糖和低聚木糖甜味适中,低聚果糖具有纯正而清爽的甜味,配合使用,可改善产品的口感。低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚木糖均具有抗龋齿性,与抗性糊精的抗龋齿作用协同,共同避免本方案中其他成分引起龋齿;能有效的促进人体内有益细菌——双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,维持肠道正常细菌群平衡,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,尤其以低聚木糖表现突出;能在肠道内合成维生素B1、B2、B6、K、尼克酸、叶酸、氨基酸等营养物质,并能提高对钙离子等矿物质的吸收;改善血清脂质,降低血中胆固醇水平,从而降低血脂;提高机体免疫力,预防外界不良环境、有害物质对人体的各种不良作用。
白藜芦醇是存在于植物中的天然抗氧化剂,能够清除或抑制自由基生成,抑制脂质过氧化、调节抗氧化相关酶活性。白藜芦醇还具有降低血糖的作用,可以与魔芋、圆苞车前子、抗性糊精等具有降血糖功效的成分共同作用,来降低蔓越莓等含糖成分对血糖的影响。但服用白藜芦醇会引起轻度肠胃道不适症状(包括恶心、肠胃胀气、腹部不适和腹泻),本发明通过配合低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖的双歧杆菌生长促进作用以及乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白的胃肠道保护作用来抵消该肠胃道不适症状。
维生素C是高效抗氧化剂,能够有效中和体内的自由基,还可以使难以吸收的三价铁还原为易于吸收的二价铁,从而促进本发明各原料中铁元素的吸收,避免食物摄取量降低可能造成的缺铁性贫血;能够改善脂肪和类脂特别是胆固醇的代谢,促进胆固醇排出,预防心血管病,降低血脂。同时维生素C还可作为天然防腐剂防止产品变质,延长产品保质期。
复合维生素粉和复合矿物质粉可以为人体补充维持日常功能必需的营养素。在服用本方案产品的过程中,由于大豆分离蛋白、圆苞车前子、奇亚籽、瓜拉纳、魔芋粉会降低人对食物的需求度而减少饮食,因此加入维生素和矿物质来避免营养缺失或不平衡,维持机体的正常生理功能,保持机体良好的健康状态。
魔芋粉不仅含有人体所需的10多种氨基酸和多种微量元素,更具有低蛋白质、低脂肪、高纤维、强吸水性、高膨胀率等特性,遇水可膨胀数倍,不需开水即可冲调,食用后具有明显的饱腹感,降低对食物的需求,减少糖分、油脂等高热量食物的摄入,从而发挥降血脂、降血糖、降血压、减肥、美容、保健、通便等多种作用。
苹果汁热量低,富含矿物质、维生素和可溶性纤维,能够防止胆固醇堆积,降低低密度脂蛋白和胆固醇含量。并且苹果汁口感酸甜,可以矫正葡萄籽的酸涩之味,赋予本发明良好的口感,优化食用者的服用感受。
阿拉伯胶基本不产生热量,是良好的水溶性膳食纤维,还具有降低血液中胆固醇的功能。同时阿拉伯胶还是一种安全的增稠剂,能够增加溶液粘稠度。刺梧桐胶用作稳定剂,能够吸水膨胀至近百倍,具有较高的粘性,和相对低粘性的阿拉伯胶合用可作为保护胶体,保护各成分中的营养元素不被破坏,并增加产品的粘稠度,使各成分在制成溶液后具有更好的分散性和混合均匀度,避免分层,改善口感。
上述各原料的配比以乳清蛋白、大豆分离蛋白、圆苞车前子、抗性糊精、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、苹果汁为主成分,提高机体的蛋白质含量、增强饱腹感、降低血脂、保护胃肠道,并附以苹果的自然清香,配合西兰花种子、奇亚籽、低聚木糖、复合矿物质粉、魔芋粉以及葡萄籽、蔓越莓、雪莲培养物、瓜拉纳提取物、白藜芦醇、维生素C、复合维生素粉、阿拉伯胶、刺梧桐胶,使产品在降血脂的同时还具有显著的抗氧化、清除自由基的作用,并进一步保护肠道、提高机体免疫力,同时还通过用量适中的黏性成分使产品在冲调后具有良好的粘稠度,提高各成分的分散均匀性和服用者的口感。
优选地,本发明所提供的组合物原料还包括二十八烷醇和/或姜黄素。二十八烷醇能够快速而显著地消除疲劳,并可以提高机体新陈代谢的比率,使机体消耗更多热量,从而促进血脂下降。姜黄素是强大的抗氧化剂,能够清除氧自由基,并具有降血脂、抗凝、利胆、抗癌等作用。
优选地,所述复合维生素粉包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6,以上各维生素的重量百分比为:维生素A 10~30%、维生素D1~3%、维生素B1 10~30%、维生素B2 10~30%、维生素B6 10~30%。上述维生素为人体必需的维生素,用于维持机体正常的生理功能。
所述复合矿物质粉中包括钙盐、铁盐、锌盐,其中所述钙盐中的钙元素、所述铁盐的铁元素、所述锌盐中的锌元素的摩尔比为4~8∶1∶1。钙、铁、锌为生命三大元素,钙能够增加骨密度,改善和预防骨质疏松,铁参与血红蛋白的合成,避免缺铁性贫血,锌能够增强创伤组织的再生能力,促进复发性口腔溃疡和皮肤痤疮的修复。优选的矿物质比例可以更好地被机体吸收,减少吸收过程中的抑制作用。
本发明还提供了上述抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤a、根据上述抗氧化降血脂组合物的原料配比称取各原料,将所述蔓越莓制成匀浆,将所述葡萄籽、所述西兰花种子分别粉碎,混合均匀,加入到所述匀浆中,混合均匀,得混合浆料;
步骤b、将所述混合浆料与超纯水混合,加热至沸腾后,在沸腾条件下微波辅助提取3.5~4.5个小时,浓缩,干燥,得复合提取粉;
步骤c、将所述苹果汁、所述阿拉伯胶、所述刺梧桐胶加入到超纯水中,混合均匀,得混合液;
步骤d、将剩余原料与所述复合提取粉采用等量递加法进行混合,得混合粉;
步骤e、将所述混合粉与所述混合液混合制粒并干燥,即得。
本发明的制备方法对葡萄籽、西兰花种子、蔓越莓进行复合提取,使单一功效原料的功能成分在混合提取过程中形成络合自组装,提高了功效成分的稳定性以及在进入胃肠道之后的抗破坏性,并使功效原料中提取得到的功效成分在体内实现同步释放,相比于单独提取再复配的逐步释放,可以显著提高瞬间的功效成分浓度,提高其生物利用度。另一方面,复合提取不仅提高了功效原料的利用率,使功效成分能够更好地被吸收,而且有效降低了分步提取产生的高能耗。提取过程中采用了超纯水,其中几乎不含金属离子,可以避免金属离子与原料中的多糖成分以及蛋白发生络合反应,影响其发挥效果。本发明采用两种食用胶复合包埋的工艺,有效保护功效成分尤其是抗氧化的功效成分不被氧化,同时还能保证功效成分不被胃酸破坏,顺利到达肠道进而被机体吸收。
优选地,步骤a中所述葡萄籽、所述西兰花种子的粉碎粒度为80~120目,将葡萄籽和西兰花种子制成细粉末,有利于下一步的充分提取。
步骤b中所述超纯水的重量为所述混合浆料重量的5~7倍,该用量的超纯水可以使混合浆料中的原料粉末或匀浆在水中完全分散,与水分子充分接触,使后续的微波辅助提取率更高。
步骤c中所述超纯水的重量为所述刺梧桐胶重量的350~450倍。由于刺梧桐胶具有极强的吸水膨胀性,因此优选该用量范围的超纯水,以确保刺梧桐胶完全吸水,并与相对低粘度的阿拉伯胶配合,在水中溶解膨胀成保护性胶体,对有效成分进行保护,同时还可以作为后续制粒步骤的粘合剂,使制粒过程中颗粒易于成型,且成型后的颗粒不至于由于粘合剂的粘度过大而影响颗粒的溶解。此外,在后续的制粒过程中,超纯水用量过少则不足以使粉末全部制成颗粒,用量过多则需要制粒和干燥时间过长,延长生产时间,增加生产的时间成本和动力成本。
步骤d中所述剩余原料的粒度为80~120目,通过对粒度的控制,可避免原料中的结块影响混合均匀度,并增加了原料与后续所用超纯水的接触面积,有利于提高提取效率。
步骤e中所述制粒并干燥的步骤为,将所述混合粉加入到沸腾制粒机中,同时将所述混合液喷入所述沸腾制粒机中,在热风温度为50~60℃及排风温度为50~60℃的条件下,沸腾制粒30~50min,过12~20目筛网进行整粒,即得。本方案中大豆分离蛋白具有一定的粘结性,圆苞车前子、奇亚籽、魔芋粉富含胶质、遇水可吸水膨胀,刺梧桐胶与阿拉伯胶、苹果汁的混合液也具有一定的粘性,传统的湿法制粒技术容易在生产过程中出现多种问题,不易顺利进行,因此优选沸腾制粒机来进行制粒、干燥,制粒过程中,混合液中的水分可以被快速除去,不需要高温即可制成颗粒,降低能耗并避免高温造成的营养流失;水分去除的过程中可使颗粒内部产生空洞,有利于终产品在冲调时水分迅速进入颗粒内部,避免结块,且可以使产品被快速冲调均匀,方便服用。经过制粒后使粉末形成颗粒,流动性增加、更易倾倒至冲调容器中,并可避免倾倒过程中粉末飞扬。高温会破坏圆苞车前子等原料中的营养成分,影响使用效果,故加工过程中应避免高温,但温度过低则水分去除速度过慢,使制粒时间延长,增加生产成本,因此优选热风温度及排风温度均为50~60℃。优选的12~20目整粒目数范围可以得到颗粒较为均一的颗粒,而又不会产生过多细粉。
优选地,所述复合维生素粉由维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6分别粉碎至80~120目后混合均匀制得;所述复合矿物质粉为钙盐、铁盐、锌盐粉碎至80~120目后混合均匀制得。粉碎后混合可以确保混合均匀度,并有利于在后续提取工艺中提高提取效率。
本发明还提供一种抗氧化降血脂代餐食品,所述代餐食品由上述抗氧化降血脂组合物制成,可以发挥其抗氧化、降血脂的作用;其形式包括代餐粉、代餐棒、代餐饼干,使用简单方便。
本发明还提供上述抗氧化降血脂组合物作为抗氧化降血脂代餐食品的应用。
相对于现有代餐食品,本发明所提供的抗氧化降血脂组合物在保证良好口感和饱腹感的基础上,还能够满足特殊人群降血脂、抗氧化的需求。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步举例说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本发明实施例提供了一种抗氧化降血脂组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:葡萄籽200g、蔓越莓400g、西兰花种子1000g、乳清蛋白5000g、大豆分离蛋白5000g、雪莲培养物100g、圆苞车前子5000g、奇亚籽2000g、瓜拉纳提取物200g、二十八烷醇100g、姜黄素200g、抗性糊精12000g、低聚异麦芽糖12000g、低聚果糖5000g、低聚木糖1000g、白藜芦醇200g、维生素C 200g、维生素A2.44g、维生素D 0.24g、维生素B12.44g、维生素B22.44g、维生素B62.44g、钙盐(碳酸钙,含钙800g)、铁盐(硫酸亚铁,含铁100g)、锌盐(葡萄糖酸锌,含锌100g)、魔芋粉1000g、苹果汁4000g、阿拉伯胶100g和刺梧桐胶600g。其中瓜拉纳提取物的制备步骤为:瓜拉纳粉碎,加入相当于瓜拉纳重量9~11倍的超纯水,在沸腾状态下微波辅助提取1.5~2.5小时,冷却至室温,浸泡0.8~1.2小时,过滤得提取液,将所述提取液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的进风温度为150~180℃,出风温度为60~90℃。
制备方法:
步骤a、根据上述抗氧化降血脂组合物的原料配比称取各原料,将所述蔓越莓制成匀浆,将所述葡萄籽、所述西兰花种子分别粉碎成80~120目粒度的粉末,混合均匀,加入到所述匀浆中,混合均匀,得混合浆料;
步骤b、将所述混合浆料与相当于混合浆料重量5~7倍的超纯水混合,加热至沸腾后,在沸腾条件下微波辅助提取3.5~4.5个小时,浓缩,干燥,得复合提取粉;
步骤c、将所述苹果汁、阿拉伯胶、刺梧桐胶,加入到相当于所述刺梧桐胶重量350~450倍的超纯水中,混合均匀,得混合液
步骤d、维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6分别粉碎至80~120目后混合均匀制得复合维生素粉;将钙盐、铁盐、锌盐混合均匀制得复合矿物质粉;将剩余原料、复合维生素粉、复合矿物质与所述复合提取粉,采用等量递加法进行混合,得混合粉;
步骤e、将所述混合粉加入到沸腾制粒机中,同时将所述混合液喷入所述沸腾制粒机中,在热风温度为50~60℃及排风温度为50~60℃的条件下,沸腾制粒30~50min,过12~20目筛网进行整粒,即得。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供了一种抗氧化降血脂组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:葡萄籽400g、蔓越莓600g、西兰花种子2000g、乳清蛋白10000g、大豆分离蛋白10000g、雪莲培养物300g、圆苞车前子10000g、奇亚籽4000g、瓜拉纳提取物400g、二十八烷醇300g、姜黄素400g、抗性糊精24000g、低聚异麦芽糖24000g、低聚果糖10000g、低聚木糖2000g、白藜芦醇400g、维生素C 400g、维生素A7.32g、维生素D 0.72g、维生素B1 7.32g、维生素B2 7.32g、维生素B6 7.32g、钙盐(葡萄糖酸钙,含钙1600g)、铁盐(琥珀酸亚铁,含铁200g)、锌盐(乳酸锌,含锌200g)、魔芋粉2000g、苹果汁8000g、阿拉伯胶300g和刺梧桐胶1000g。其中瓜拉纳提取物的提取方法同实施例1。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供了一种抗氧化降血脂组合物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:葡萄籽300g、蔓越莓500g、西兰花种子1500g、乳清蛋白7500g、大豆分离蛋白7500g、雪莲培养物200g、圆苞车前子7500g、奇亚籽3000g、瓜拉纳提取物300g、二十八烷醇300g、姜黄素300g、抗性糊精18000g、低聚异麦芽糖18000g、低聚果糖7500g、低聚木糖1500g、白藜芦醇300g、维生素C 300g、维生素A4.88g、维生素D 0.48g、维生素B1 4.88g、维生素B2 4.88g、维生素B6 4.88g、钙盐(乳酸钙,含钙1500g)、铁盐(富马酸亚铁,含铁150g)、锌盐(柠檬酸锌,含锌150g)、魔芋粉1500g、苹果汁6000g、阿拉伯胶200g和刺梧桐胶800g。其中瓜拉纳提取物的提取方法同实施例1。
制备方法同实施例1。
抗氧化试验
试验对象:
本试验对象为SPF级雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分成4组(1个对照组和3个实施例组)。
试验样品:
实施例组使用的是本发明实施例1~3制得的产品。
试验方法及结果:
将各组大鼠连续喂养30d后,处死大鼠,取大鼠血清,以血清中重要的自由基捕获酶谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为指标,将对照组和实施例组的结果进行统计学分析,计算P值。结果见表1。

由上述结果可以看出,实施例1~3制备所得组合物具有抗氧化的作用。
降血脂试验
试验对象:
本试验对象为60名40岁至60岁的临床具有高血脂症状的人群,随机分为3组。
试验样品:
本发明实施例1~3制得的产品。
试验方法及结果:
每天服用25g,用300毫升温水冲泡后代替晚餐,连续服用45天。以总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇为指标,将各实施例组服用前后的结果进行对比。结果见表2。

由上述结果可以看出,实施例1~3制备所得组合物具有降低血脂的作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗氧化降血脂组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量配比的原料:葡萄籽2~4份、蔓越莓4~6份、西兰花种子10~20份、乳清蛋白50~100份、大豆分离蛋白50~100份、雪莲培养物1~3份、圆苞车前子50~100份、奇亚籽20~40份、瓜拉纳提取物2~4份、抗性糊精120~240份、低聚异麦芽糖120~240份、低聚果糖50~100份、低聚木糖10~20份、白藜芦醇2~4份、维生素C2~4份、复合维生素粉0.1~0.3份、复合矿物质粉10~20份、魔芋粉10~20份、苹果汁40~80份、阿拉伯胶1~3份和刺梧桐胶6~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物,其特征在于,所述瓜拉纳提取物的制备步骤为:瓜拉纳粉碎,加入相当于瓜拉纳重量9~11倍的超纯水,在沸腾状态下微波辅助提取1.5~2.5小时,冷却至室温,浸泡0.8~1.2小时,过滤得提取液,将所述提取液喷雾干燥;其中所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为150~180℃,出风温度为60~90℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物,其特征在于,所述原料还包括:二十八烷醇1~3份和/或姜黄素2~4份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合维生素粉包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6,所述维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素B6的重量百分比为:维生素A 10~30%、维生素D 1~3%、维生素B1 10~30%、维生素B2 10~30%、维生素B6 10~30%;和/或
所述复合矿物质粉中包括钙盐、铁盐和锌盐,其中所述钙盐中的钙元素、所述铁盐的铁元素、所述锌盐中的锌元素的摩尔比为4~8∶1∶1。
5.一种抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤a、根据权利要求3~4任一项所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物的原料配比称取各原料,将所述蔓越莓制成匀浆,将所述葡萄籽、所述西兰花种子分别粉碎,混合均匀,加入到所述匀浆中,混合均匀,得混合浆料;
步骤b、将所述混合浆料与超纯水混合,加热至沸腾后,在沸腾条件下微波辅助提取3.5~4.5个小时,浓缩,干燥,得复合提取粉;
步骤c、将所述苹果汁、所述阿拉伯胶、所述刺梧桐胶加入到超纯水中,混合均匀,得混合液;
步骤d、将剩余原料与所述复合提取粉采用等量递加法进行混合,得混合粉;
步骤e、将所述混合粉与所述混合液混合制粒并干燥,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e中所述制粒并干燥的步骤为,将所述混合粉加入到沸腾制粒机中,同时将所述混合液喷入所述沸腾制粒机中,在热风温度为50~60℃及排风温度为50~60℃的条件下,沸腾制粒30~50min,过12~20目筛网进行整粒,即得。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中所述葡萄籽、所述西兰花种子的粉碎粒度为80~120目;和/或
步骤b中所述超纯水的重量为所述匀浆重量的5~7倍;和/或
步骤c中所述超纯水的重量为所述刺梧桐胶重量的350~450倍;和/或
步骤d中所述剩余原料的粒度为80~120目。
8.根据权利要求5所述的抗氧化降血脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合维生素粉由维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6分别粉碎至80~120目后混合均匀制得;和/或
所述复合矿物质粉为钙盐、铁盐、锌盐粉碎至80~120目后混合均匀制得。
9.一种抗氧化降血脂代餐食品,其特征在于,所述代餐食品由权利要求1~4任一项所述抗氧化降血脂组合物制成,所述代餐食品的形式包括代餐粉、代餐棒、代餐饼干。
10.权利要求1所述抗氧化降血脂组合物作为抗氧化降血脂代餐食品的应用。
