Abstract
本发明涉及一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其包括20‑38份蛋白质、8‑12份脂肪、40‑50份碳水化合物、5‑8份膳食纤维、0.3‑1.5份常量元素、0.01‑0.04份微量元素、0.005‑0.015份脂溶性维生素、0.01‑0.3份水溶性维生素、0.05‑1份膳食精华、0.1‑2份药食同源成分、0.1‑3份天然植物化合物以及0.005‑2份新资源食品,其中药食同源成分选自茯苓、枸杞、荷叶、决明子、桔梗、山药、山楂、薏苡仁中的至少一种;上述各组分均预先制备成粉末,其中脂肪和维生素采用微囊包埋技术制备成粉末。通过上述组分的筛选和配比,本发明所述的营养配方为肥胖症患者提供合理、全面的营养支持,同时添加具有益气健脾、化痰利湿、减肥减脂功效的药食同源成分、天然植物化合物和新资源食品,起到预防以及治疗肥胖症的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及特殊医学用途配方食品领域,具体涉及一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着近年来我国居民生活方式和饮食结构的变化,肥胖患病率在呈快速上升趋势,肥胖已经成为我国面临的严重公共卫生问题之一。人类肥胖的病因主要包括遗传因素、生活方式、神经精神因素、内分泌因素(甲状腺素、胰岛素、糖皮质激素)、棕色脂肪组织异常、环境因素、代谢紊乱等。
肥胖症是一组常见的代谢症群。当人体进食热量多于消耗热量时,多余热量以脂肪形式储存于体内,其量超过正常生理需要量,且达一定值时遂演变为肥胖症。而肥胖症继而会引发一系列疾病,包括高血压病、糖尿病、痛风、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病(肥胖性低通气综合征、肺心综合征等)、肌肉骨骼病变(关节炎、痛风等),其严重威胁了我国居民的公共身心健康。
当前,肥胖症的治疗强调以行为、饮食、运动为主的综合治疗,必要时辅以药物或手术治疗。由于肥胖症的治疗难度较大,国内滋生了大量减肥产品和服务,其采用的方式不外乎药物减重、手术减重、节食减重等方式,而上述方式中,但是药物减重副作用大,手术减重有医疗风险,节食减重容易失败,而且三者都容易反弹,无法从根源上帮助患者摆脱肥胖的困扰。
中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦。而对于特殊营养食品,在美国、欧盟等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定:全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;特定全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。
因此,研制一种既能提供肥胖症患者所需的基础营养,又能调节血脂、健胃消食、排毒养颜、利水通便的减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,具有重要价值和广阔的市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方及其制备方法,其适用于肥胖症患者,具有肥胖者食疗、降脂利水、通便、减肥瘦身、预防心脑血栓和器官脂肪退化等多种功效,其全面均衡地补充各种营养素,同时添加益气健脾、化痰利湿的具有减肥减脂功效的药食同源成分,起到预防肥胖症以及治疗肥胖症的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,包括如下组分及其重量份数:20-38份蛋白质、8-12份脂肪、40-50份碳水化合物、5-8份膳食纤维、 0.3-1.5份常量元素、0.01-0.04份微量元素、0.005-0.015份脂溶性维生素、0.01-0.3 份水溶性维生素、0.05-1份膳食精华、0.1-2份药食同源成分、0.1-3份天然植物化合物以及0.005-2份新资源食品;其中,所述药食同源成分选自茯苓、枸杞、荷叶、决明子、桔梗、山药、山楂、薏苡仁中的至少一种;其中,所述新资源食品选自初乳碱性蛋白、阿萨伊果粉、大麦苗、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、杜仲雄花、竹叶黄酮、酪蛋白磷酸肽、燕麦β-葡聚糖、酵母β-葡聚糖、乳矿物盐、玛咖粉、刺梨、低聚木糖中的至少一种。

更优选地,所述蛋白质包括乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白、全脂奶粉、全蛋粉、牛初乳、牛磺酸、大豆低聚肽、海洋鱼低聚肽。

优选地,所述新资源食品为阿萨伊果粉和大麦苗粉,其重量份数如下:阿萨伊果粉0~1份、大麦苗粉0~1份。

优选地,所述药食同源成分中各组分的重量份数如下:茯苓0~1份、枸杞 0~1份、荷叶0~1份、决明子0~1份、桔梗0~1份、山药0~1份、山楂0~1份、薏苡仁0~1份。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种上述减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方的制备方法方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1)采用微囊包埋技术制备脂肪粉末、脂溶性维生素粉末和水溶性维生素粉末;
步骤2)采用粉碎、醇提、水提、喷雾干燥及过筛步骤制备药食同源成分粉末;
步骤3)将预定重量的蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、常量元素、微量元素、膳食精华、天然植物化合物以及新资源食品分别制备成粒径为150~250μm 的粉末;
步骤4)将步骤1)-步骤3)所制得的粉末依次加入混合机混合均匀后制得配方混合物,经过杀菌处理后,备用;
步骤5)根据常规技术手段将步骤4)中的配方混合物制备成营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂或口服液中的至少一种;
其中,步骤1)-3)的顺序可相互更换。
最后,本发明涉及一种由上述减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方制备的产品,包括营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液等。
在上述制备方法中,其中,所述药食同源成分的原料进行粉碎、醇提浓缩、水提浓缩,并将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥制成药食同源成分粉末;其中,所述维生素和脂肪分别通过微胶囊化处理制备成维生素粉末和脂肪粉末。
优选地,所述药食同源成分粉末的制备过程如下:采用粉碎机对预定重量份数的原料进行粉碎,将粉碎的原料置于容器中,加入重量为原料重量的6~8倍的 20~40%乙醇,进行浸泡、提取2次,合并醇提液并浓缩至无醇味;原药药渣挥去乙醇后,加入重量为原料重量的4~6倍的水进行浸泡,对浸泡液进行煎煮 30~60min,过滤去除原料,留取煎煮液;合并浓缩后的醇提液和煎煮液,并对其进行喷雾干燥,最后以60~80目筛分制备药食同源成分粉末。
优选地,所述维生素的微胶囊化处理的具体步骤如下:1)将脂溶性维生素作为芯材,选用羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、麦芽糊精、脂蛋白、玉米糖浆、大豆分离蛋白、全脂乳粉、膳食纤维、菊粉、乳清蛋白粉、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆纤维、乳糖、冰糖粉、乳化剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种作为壁材,高压均质乳化,喷雾瞬时干燥,以60~80目筛分制备脂溶性维生素粉末; 2)将水溶性维生素作为芯材,选用羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、麦芽糊精、脂蛋白、玉米糖浆、大豆分离蛋白、全脂乳粉、膳食纤维、菊粉、乳清蛋白粉、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆纤维、乳糖、冰糖粉、乳化剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种作为壁材,混合均匀,喷雾瞬时干燥,以60~80目筛分制备水溶性维生素粉末。
优选地,所述脂肪的微囊包埋技术的具体实施步骤如下:将脂肪、乳化剂、壁材与水混合溶解制备乳化液;将上述乳化液搅拌混合后,进行乳化均质处理,然后进行喷雾干燥,筛分制备脂肪粉末,脂肪粉末与传统油脂比较,其分散性、水溶性、乳化性、抗氧化性都有很大提高;其中,所述乳化剂选自甘油脂肪酸酯 (甘油酯)、丙二醇脂肪酸酯(丙二醇酯)、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯(山梨聚糖酸)、蔗糖脂肪酸酯(蔗糖酯)、卵磷脂、单甘脂、吐温80中的一种或多种;所述壁材选自羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、麦芽糊精、脂蛋白、玉米糖浆、大豆分离蛋白、全脂乳粉、膳食纤维、菊粉、乳清蛋白粉、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆纤维、乳糖、冰糖粉、乳化剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种。
本发明中采用包括茯苓、枸杞、荷叶、决明子、桔梗、山药、山楂、薏苡仁的药食同源成分,上述成分配伍后具有益气健脾、化痰利湿、健胃消食、减肥减脂的功效。
茯苓既能利水渗湿,又具健脾作用,对于脾虚不能运化水湿,停聚化生痰饮之症,具有治疗作用;茯苓能养心安神,故可用于心神不安、心悸、失眠等症;茯苓也具有一定的抗癌、抗肿瘤作用和提高体液免疫功能。
枸杞中枸杞多糖对四氯化碳引起的肝损伤有修复作用,其机制可能是通过阻止内质网的损伤,促进蛋白质合成及解毒作用,恢复肝细胞的功能,并促进肝细胞再生;枸杞粗多糖可降低肝组织丙二醛含量,可使四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠肝糖元含量显著升高,提高肌体的能量储备;同时枸杞中的有效成分对大鼠酒精性肝病模型能改善线粒体的形态、减轻肝细胞的脂肪变性和炎症坏死程度。
荷叶中的荷叶碱中含有多种有效的化脂生物碱,能有效分解体内的脂肪,并且强劲排出体外。荷叶碱能强悍密布人体肠壁上,形成一层脂肪隔离膜,阻止脂肪吸收,防止脂肪堆积。荷叶里含有大量纤维,可以促使大肠蠕动,有助排便从而可以清除毒素。荷叶中的芳香族化合物能有效溶解脂肪,化浊去腻防止脂肪积滞体内;维生素B1、C和咖啡因能促进胃液分泌,有助消化与消脂。
决明子醇提物对葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、伤寒、副伤寒、大肠杆菌均有抑制作用,而水提物则无效;决明子水浸液、醇-水浸液、醇浸液对麻醉犬、猫、兔等皆有降压作用,决明子注射液0.05g/100g体重静脉注入可使自发遗传性高血压大鼠收缩压明显降低,同时也使舒张压显着降低,其降压效果、降压幅度、作用时间均优于静脉注射利血平0.3mg/kg组大鼠;决明子能明显改善体内胆固醇的分布状况,而有利于预防动脉粥样硬化;决明子甙、红镰玫素-6-O-龙胆二糖甙和红镰玫素-6-O-芹糖葡萄糖甙具有保肝作用。
桔梗具有祛痰、镇咳、抗炎、降血压、降血糖、减肥、抗肿瘤、提高人体免疫力等广泛的药理活性。
山药尤其是山药多糖具有良好的免疫调节作用,山药可延长免疫机能低下小鼠的缺氧耐受时间,提高脾指数、胸腺指数(P<0.05),改善胸腺、脾脏的组织结构。
山楂有利于促进消化、增强心肌收缩力、降压降脂、镇静镇痛、利尿、抗氧化、提高机体免疫力、抗菌、抗肿瘤等功效。
薏苡仁具有健脾利湿、排脓消肿和止泻等功效,长服用薏苡仁可以美容、抗衰老,还可提高免疫力;并且薏苡仁对慢性肠炎、消化不良等症也有效果。薏米能增强肾功能,并有清热利尿作用,因此对浮肿病人也有疗效。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明全面均衡地补充各种营养素,同时添加益气健脾、化痰利湿的具有减肥减脂功效的药食同源成分,具有肥胖者食疗、降脂利水、通便、减肥瘦身、预防心脑血栓和器官脂肪退化等多种功能,起到预防肥胖症以及治疗肥胖症的作用。
(2)本发明还添加动植物性低聚肽,低聚肽是指平均分子量为1000D以下、通过生物酶工程技术从动物或植物蛋白中分离提取的一类小分子蛋白质,具有易溶于水、对酸、热稳定的特点,在人体内不需消化可以直接吸收,生物利用率高。低聚肽除具有相应的营养功能外,还具有一系列生理活性功能:促进电解质的吸收和补充、抗运动疲劳、提高免疫力、辅助调节血压血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、促进骨骼生长等作用,适合肥胖症患者服用。
(3)本发明还添加益生元低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖;益生元能够促进益生菌肠道定植、肠道收敛、降低肠道PH环境,促进人体有益细菌的生长繁殖,从而抑制腐败菌生长,有助于改善和维持肠道正常功能;长期食用可以提高免疫力、减轻肝脏负担、延缓衰老、促进排便。
(4)本发明采用的维生素和矿物质参照《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》执行,提供人体必需水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素、常量元素和微量元素。
(5)本发明还添加紫苏油,其具有减肥、降低胆固醇、改善肾功能等作用;添加的中链甘油三酯,可用于治疗前列腺增生、消散胆石、降低胆固醇、防治高血脂症,适用于肥胖症患者。
(6)本发明还添加左旋肉碱、阿萨伊果粉和大麦苗。左旋肉碱又称肉毒碱、维生素BT是一种具有多种生理功能的类氨基酸化合物。左旋肉碱的生物学作用主要为:脂肪酸代谢的载体、婴儿的必需营养物质,另外左旋肉碱在分解脂肪、降低血脂的同时增加心肌能量,其对保护心脏具有理想的双重功效。阿萨伊果富含高纤维,使人不会感到饥饿,同时提供了身体需要的营养,净化消化系统脂肪残留物,从而体内不会储存过多有害的脂肪。大麦苗含有大量的维生素C、β-胡萝卜素和抗氧化酵素,长期食用可改善酸性体质,净化血液、促进新陈代谢,具有增强肌体抗感染、抗菌、镇痛等作用,长期食用可碱化血液及尿液,增加尿酸排泄,从而有效地降低痛风发作。大麦苗粉中SOD酶使胃肠道有益菌群大量繁殖,能够促进肠道蠕动,排毒养颜、延缓衰老;大麦苗粉能限制部分糖和脂肪的吸收,并使体内脂肪消耗增加,有效控制肥胖,防止动脉硬化,使血压稳定,对糖尿病、心脑血管疾病有良好改善作用。
(7)本发明采用微囊包埋技术制备维生素,将维生素被包埋于壁材中,可防止维生素遭受常量元素、微量元素的破坏,延长维生素的保存时间;本发明采用微囊包埋技术制备油脂粉末,使得油脂粉末具有较好的流动性,易于与其他粉状组分混合均匀;且采用微囊包埋技术后,油脂被包埋于壁材中,从而避免了与空气的接触以增强抗氧化性,从而可发挥保健型油脂的最大功效。
(8)本发明所述的减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方的原料在制备过程中均预先制备成150~250μm的粉末,这使得在制备成品时,各营养组分能够混合均匀,保证单位体积中的各营养组分的含量基本相同,同时在制备液体类制剂时,各营养组分能充分分散并完全溶解至溶剂中,防止液体中出现固体沉淀,有效保证了成品产品的功效。
本发明通过选用合理的基础营养素,采用全面均衡的配比,同时添加具有调节血脂、健胃消食、排毒养颜、利水通便、减肥减脂的药食同源成分、天然植物化合物、新资源食品等特殊营养素,并调整其配比与基础营养素进行配伍增效,从而使得调配的营养配方更容易被肥胖症患者消化吸收,充分发挥其组分的功效,改善肥胖症患者的身体状态,起到预防和治疗的作用。

实施例5
一种如实施例1~实施例4所述的减肥减脂专用临床营养配方的制备方法如下:
1)制备粉末油脂(粉末脂肪):
a)制备壁材水溶液:取麦芽糊精8克、大豆分离蛋白4克、全脂乳粉11克、膳食纤维2克(抗性糊精)、菊粉0.5克、乳清蛋白粉5克、低聚异麦芽糖0.5 克、大豆纤维1克、阿拉伯胶0.2克、乳糖0.5克、冰糖粉2克、水50毫升搅拌均匀(有条件边加热边搅拌至60℃,保持30分钟后冷却至室温)。
b)将单甘酯取0.1克(总固形物浓度为0.2%)均匀溶于8.79毫升油脂中(橄榄油2.22毫升、大豆油3.59毫升、椰子油2.22毫升、紫苏油0.52毫升、中链甘油三酯0.25毫升)。
c)将吐温80取0.1克(总固形物浓度为0.2%)均匀溶于壁材水溶液中。
d)将添加过乳化剂单甘酯的混合植物油脂与添加过乳化剂吐温80的壁材水溶液充分混合。
e)添加稳定剂琼脂取0.1克(总固形物浓度为0.2%)进混合溶液后,用水定容至200毫升(总固形物浓度为25%),20000r/min下高速分散2分钟。
f)均质压力为25MPa,均质3次(每次5分钟),制得均质乳状液。
g)将制得的乳状液进行喷雾干燥,进风温度为195℃,出风温度为80℃。收集粉末油脂(粉末脂肪)。
2)制备药食同源成分粉末:采用粉碎机对预定重量份数的原料进行粉碎,将粉碎的原料置于容器中,采用粉碎机对预定重量份数的原料进行粉碎,将粉碎的原料置于容器中,加入重量为原料重量的6~8倍的20~40%乙醇,进行浸泡、提取2次,合并醇提液并浓缩至无醇味;原药药渣挥去乙醇后,加入重量为原料重量的4~6倍的水进行浸泡,对浸泡液进行煎煮30~60min,过滤去除原料,留取煎煮液;合并浓缩后的醇提液和煎煮液,并对其进行喷雾干燥,最后以60~80 目筛分制备药食同源成分粉末;
3)制备维生素粉末:将预定重量份数的脂溶性维生素作为芯材,选用低聚异麦芽糖作为壁材,在高压下进行2次乳化均质处理,乳化均质时间为10~15min,然后进行喷雾瞬时干燥,以60~80目筛分制备脂溶性维生素粉末;将预定重量份数的水溶性维生素作为芯材,选用麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖作为壁材,混合均匀,喷雾瞬时干燥,以60~80目筛分制备水溶性维生素粉末;
4)将预定重量的蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、常量元素、微量元素、膳食精华、天然植物化合物以及新资源食品分别制备成粒径为150~250μm的粉末;(步骤1)-4)的顺序可相互更换)
5)将步骤1)~步骤4)所制得的粉末依次加入锥形混合机或其他形式的混合机混合均匀制得配方混合物,经过杀菌处理后,备用;
6)根据常规技术手段将步骤5)中的配方混合物制备成营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂或口服液中的至少一种。
在步骤6)中,可选择性地增加适量的食品增稠剂、食品添加剂以及相关剂型辅料。所述食品增稠剂为瓜尔胶、黄原胶、槐豆胶、魔芋胶、果胶、卡拉胶、琼脂、明胶、阿拉伯胶中的至少一种,所述食品添加剂为阿斯巴甜、食用香精香料、红糖中的至少一种;更优选卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、瓜尔胶、阿斯巴甜、食用香精香料。
上述操作步骤均需在惰性气体的保护下进行,比如氮气、氩气、氦气等,以防止产生粉末爆炸的危险。
按照所述配方可制备成粉状、颗粒状、胶囊状、片剂状、饮料等类别。
实施例6
1)本发明制备的营养配方制剂对正常小鼠体重的影响;
取本发明实施例1~4制备的营养粉进行试验,同时设对比例1、对比例2和空白对照组,对比例1采用实施例2的营养配方中删除阿萨伊果粉、大麦苗和左旋肉碱制备的营养粉,对比例2采用实施例2的营养配方中删除药食同源成分制备的营养粉,空白对照组灌胃生理盐水。
SPF级BALB/C小鼠,雌雄各半,体重20~25g,每组10只。按照0.3g/10g 剂量每天灌胃小鼠,连续30天。给小鼠灌胃期间单笼喂养,每天测定其摄入食量,每3天称1次体重,最终计算各组体重增加,见表1。12

经毒性测试,对大鼠其体重、进食量、肝功能、肾功能、血、尿常规及各组织病理检查均无异常发现。
由上述结果可知,该营养配方对小鼠体重增长未见明显影响,其可以维持小鼠的正常生理功能,对小鼠的正常生长并未产生不良影响,但其增重量相对于对比例1~2较小,即表明本发明所述的营养配方具有控制热量摄入量的作用,从而达到体重的控制。
2)本发明制备的营养配方制剂对肥胖症患者的治疗效果。
收集60例轻中度肥胖症(单纯性肥胖和非哺乳期产后肥胖)的样本并进行治疗,年龄在18-60周岁,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用中国专利 CN104187709A肥胖、减脂手术全营养配方食品中的实施例1中制备的片剂,实验组采用本发明实施例2制备的减肥减脂专用型临床营养粉。各组均在早、中、晚各食用50g的配方制剂,时间为2个月。
参照1997年全国第5届肥胖病研究学术会议修订的《单纯性肥胖病的诊断及疗效评定标准》:
体重指数(BMI)测算:体重指数(BMI)=体重(kg)/[身高(m)]2,
正常范围为18.5-22.9;BMI<18.5为体重过低;BMI>22.9为超重;BMI: 23-24.9为肥胖前期;BMI:25-29.9为I度肥胖;BMI≥30为II度肥胖;BMI≥ 40为III度肥胖。
参照1998年全国中西医结合肥胖病研究学术会议制定的《单纯性肥胖症疗效评定标准》,拟定以下单纯性肥胖症疗效评定标准:
近期临床痊愈:临床症状消失,体重下降至标准体重;体重指数(BMI)<26。
显效:临床症状基本消失,体重下降>5kg,体重指数(BMI)下降>4。
有效:临床症状明显减轻,体重下降>3kg,体重指数(BMI)下降2-4。
无效:临床症状无明显改善,体重下降<3kg,体重指数(BMI)下降<2。
本实验的治疗样本为体重指数在23-30之间的轻、中度肥胖者。其中男性40 例,女性20例;BMI在23-24.9之间者25例;BMI在25-30之间者35例。在治疗之前及之后进行身高、体重、体重指数、腰围、身体脂肪含量的记录并进行对比,分别计算实验组和对照组的减肥有效率,从而验证本发明所述的减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方的有效性。
实验结果如下表所示:
由上表可知,对照组和试验组对治疗肥胖症均有疗效,但本发明制备的营养培养的疗效优于对照组。
由上述实施例可知,本发明所述的减肥减脂专用临床营养配方中各种组分互相配合,为肥胖症患者提供合理、全面的营养支持,以改善肥胖症患者的身体状态,同时添加具有益气健脾、化痰利湿、减肥减脂功效的药食同源成分、天然植物化合物和新资源食品,起到预防肥胖症以及治疗肥胖症的作用。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,包括如下组分及其重量份数:20-38份蛋白质、8-12份脂肪、40-50份碳水化合物、5-8份膳食纤维、0.3-1.5份常量元素、0.01-0.04份微量元素、0.005-0.015份脂溶性维生素、0.01-0.3份水溶性维生素、0.05-1份膳食精华、0.1-2份药食同源成分、0.1-3份天然植物化合物以及0.005-2份新资源食品;
其中,所述药食同源成分选自茯苓、枸杞、荷叶、决明子、桔梗、山药、山楂、薏苡仁中的至少一种;
其中,所述新资源食品选自初乳碱性蛋白、阿萨伊果粉、大麦苗、γ-氨基丁酸、壳寡糖、杜仲雄花、竹叶黄酮、酪蛋白磷酸肽、燕麦β-葡聚糖、酵母β-葡聚糖、乳矿物盐、玛咖粉、刺梨、低聚木糖中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述蛋白质包括平均分子量为1000D以下的小分子蛋白质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述小分子蛋白质为动植物性低聚肽,其重量份数为0-1份,其包括大豆低聚肽和海洋鱼低聚肽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述药食同源成分中各组分的重量份数如下:茯苓0~1份、枸杞0~1份、荷叶0~1份、决明子0~1份、桔梗0~1份、山药0~1份、山楂0~1份、薏苡仁0~1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维均为水溶性膳食纤维和不溶性膳食纤维,其至少包括低聚半乳糖和低聚异麦芽糖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述新资源食品为阿萨伊果粉0~1份、大麦苗粉0~1份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述天然植物化合物选自左旋肉碱、氨基葡萄糖、低聚果糖、叶黄素、植物甾醇、番茄红素、白藜芦醇、大蒜素中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述天然植物化合物包括左旋肉碱0.5~1.5份。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)预定重量的脂肪、脂溶性维生素、水溶性维生素分别采用微囊包埋技术制备并过60~80目筛制成粉末;
(2)预定重量的药食同源成分通过粉碎、醇提、水提、喷雾干燥并过60-80目筛制成粉末;
(3)预定重量的其余组分分别制备成粒径为150~250μm的粉末;
(4)将步骤(1)-(3)制备的粉末混合制成可直接配方制剂;
其中,步骤(1)-(3)的顺序可相互更换;所述配方制剂包括营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的减肥减脂专用型临床营养配方的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)药食同源成分粉末的制备方法如下:采用粉碎机对预定重量份数的原料进行粉碎,将粉碎的原料置于容器中,加入重量为原料重量的6~8倍的20~40%乙醇,进行浸泡、提取2次,合并醇提液并浓缩至无醇味;原药药渣挥去乙醇后,加入重量为原料重量的4~6倍的水进行浸泡,对浸泡液进行煎煮30~60min,过滤去除原料,留取煎煮液;合并浓缩后的醇提液和煎煮液,并对其进行喷雾干燥,最后以60~80目筛分制备药食同源成分粉末。
