Abstract
本发明涉及一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉,含有鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉等原料。本发明所提供的生物肽素餐粉不仅营养均衡,还具有调理肠胃、减肥瘦身的作用,适用于胃肠不和、肥胖等人群,具有预防、保健及治疗的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种具有养胃通肠、减肥瘦身作用的生物肽素餐粉产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖是困扰现代人的主要问题,不管是疾病的、健康的、身材好的、还是肥胖的,这些人都想要让自己更苗条,为了健康也为了外在形象。而减肥的方法多种多样,有运动的、节食的、还有吃减肥药的。但是不管哪一种方法,都是为了减少身体脂肪。
脂肪也是我们俗称的油脂,我们身体构成的一部分,同时脂肪也是人体热量来源之一。食物中的脂肪经过人体的胃肠道消化吸收之后,大部分又转变为人体脂肪,其主要分布在人体的皮下组织、大网膜、肾脏和肠道周围。
人体之所以会肥胖,是因为食入的热量多于消耗的热量,而这些多余的热量则会转变为脂肪,储存在人体的组织中,从而出现肥胖。
另外,除了食物供给的热量会造成肥胖,肥胖还和自身的一些代谢活动和内分泌相关。很多人喝口水都能长胖,这其实和个人的体质相关。身体胃肠道对物质的代谢缓慢,导致脂肪的合成快于消耗,从而身体特别容易肥胖。
本项目是在中医药理论指导下,以古代经典名方半夏秫米汤化载药食同源药味为主要原料,配以多种复合低聚肽、复合益生元等营养因子,多组分科学调配,协同增效,采用现代制药工艺开发而出的产品,功能性更强,市场更广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前人们胃肠道功能紊乱及肥胖等,提供一种从调整身体肠道益生菌、改善机体代谢平衡等方面入手,达到从根本上进行养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的产品。本发明主要采用以下技术方案:
一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身作用的生物肽素餐粉,其包含以下原料:鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆、低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉。
本品配方具有以下特点:
(1)以中医理论为指导,以古代经典名方半夏秫米汤化载。精选富含微量元素及维生素等药食同源中药配方为核心,经合理计算配伍,营养吸收更全面更迅速。
(2)“1+Ns”健康新概念,科学复配复合低聚肽、复合益生元等营养因子,将中医养生与现代营养学完美结合。
(3)富含多种小分子营养素,营养平衡、吃而不胖,调节肠道益生菌、改善机体代谢平衡、综合改善体质。
(4)利用复配膨化工艺技术,将低GI粮食配方及部分药食同源药味进行复配挤压膨化,从而达到营养成分小分子化、营养成分保存率高、卫生、食用方便。

该复合肽粉优选的重量配比为:鹰嘴豆30份、高粱米120份、山药120份、小米60份、黑米120份、苦荞米30份、白扁豆120份、麦芽30份、薏苡仁120份、黑豆80份、茯苓20份、莲子70份、芡实15份、黄豆60份、低聚异麦芽糖50份、魔芋粉40份、菊粉5份、低聚半乳糖5份、酵母抽提物2份、大豆肽粉2份、小麦低聚肽6份、玉米低聚肽6份。
为使本发明生物肽素餐粉具有更好的口感,产品中可加入调味剂等辅料,如加入调味剂麦芽糖醇、柠檬酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖等中的一种或几种。各种辅料的加入均为更好的应用本发明的产品。
该生物肽素餐粉采用如下制备方法:
将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉等粉碎,加入适量调味剂,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装,即得。
本发明养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉具有调理肠胃、减肥瘦身的作用。适用于胃肠不和、肥胖等人群的应用,具有治疗、预防、保健等作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行更进一步详细说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉,原辅料组成为:鹰嘴豆120份、高粱米100份、山药100份、小米30份、黑米60份、苦荞米60份、白扁豆30份、麦芽60份、薏苡仁30份、黑豆40份、茯苓50份、莲子50份、芡实30份、黄豆60份、低聚异麦芽糖50份、魔芋粉40份、菊粉15份、低聚半乳糖20份、酵母抽提物10份、大豆肽粉2份、小麦低聚肽10份、玉米低聚肽2份、三氯蔗糖1.5份。(每份为100g)
制备方法为:将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉、三氯蔗糖等粉碎,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装(30g/袋),即得。
实施例2
一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉,原辅料组成为:鹰嘴豆100份、高粱米60份、山药60份、小米60份、黑米30份、苦荞米30份、白扁豆60份、麦芽30份、薏苡仁60份、黑豆80份、茯苓70份、莲子20份、芡实15份、黄豆30份、低聚异麦芽糖30份、魔芋粉20份、菊粉5份、低聚半乳糖5份、酵母抽提物2份、大豆肽粉8份、小麦低聚肽2份、玉米低聚肽8份、阿斯巴甜1份。(每份为300g)
制备方法为:将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉、阿斯巴甜等粉碎,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装(30g/袋),即得。
实施例3
一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉,原辅料组成为:鹰嘴豆60份、高粱米30份、山药30份、小米30份、黑米60份、苦荞米60份、白扁豆60份、麦芽30份、薏苡仁60份、黑豆30份、茯苓40份、莲子50份、芡实50份、黄豆30份、低聚异麦芽糖15份、魔芋粉10份、菊粉10份、低聚半乳糖10份、酵母抽提物10份、大豆肽粉6份、小麦低聚肽4份、玉米低聚肽4份、三氯蔗糖2份。(每份为500g)
制备方法为:将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉、三氯蔗糖等粉碎,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装(30g/袋),即得。
实施例4
一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身的生物肽素餐粉,原辅料组成为:鹰嘴豆30份、高粱米120份、山药120份、小米60份、黑米120份、苦荞米30份、白扁豆120份、麦芽30份、薏苡仁120份、黑豆80份、茯苓20份、莲子70份、芡实15份、黄豆60份、低聚异麦芽糖50份、魔芋粉40份、菊粉5份、低聚半乳糖5份、酵母抽提物2份、大豆肽粉2份、小麦低聚肽6份、玉米低聚肽6份、阿斯巴甜3.5份。(每份为1kg)
制备方法为:将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉、阿斯巴甜等粉碎,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装(30g/袋),即得。

1.一种养胃通肠、减肥瘦身作用的生物肽素餐粉,其特征在于所述生物肽素餐粉包含以下原料:鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆、低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的生物肽素餐粉,其特征在于所述原料的重量配比为:鹰嘴豆30~120份、高粱米30~120份、山药30~120份、小米30~120份、黑米30~120份、苦荞米30~120份、白扁豆30~120份、麦芽30~120份、薏苡仁30~120份、黑豆20~80份、茯苓20~70份、莲子20~70份、芡实15~60份、黄豆15~60份、低聚异麦芽糖10~50份、魔芋粉10~40份、菊粉5~25份、低聚半乳糖5~20份、酵母抽提物2~10份、大豆肽粉2~10份、小麦低聚肽2~10份、玉米低聚肽2~10份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的生物肽素餐粉,其特征在于所述原料的重量配比为:鹰嘴豆120份、高粱米100份、山药100份、小米30份、黑米60份、苦荞米60份、白扁豆30份、麦芽60份、薏苡仁30份、黑豆40份、茯苓50份、莲子50份、芡实30份、黄豆60份、低聚异麦芽糖50份、魔芋粉40份、菊粉15份、低聚半乳糖20份、酵母抽提物10份、大豆肽粉2份、小麦低聚肽10份、玉米低聚肽2份。

7.如权利要求1或2所述的生物肽素餐粉,其特征在于其制备方法为:将鹰嘴豆、高粱米、山药、小米、黑米、苦荞米、白扁豆、麦芽、薏苡仁、黑豆、茯苓、莲子、芡实、黄豆等主料进行膨化粉碎,将低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋粉、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、酵母抽提物、大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉等粉碎,加入适宜的调味剂,与粮食主料混合均匀,分装,即得。
