技术领域
本发明涉及特殊膳食用食品配方技术领域,尤其涉及一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖的概念指的是在一定程度上体重明显超重与脂肪堆积过厚,是体内脂肪物质,特别是是甘油三酯累积过多而造成的一种状态。在现代社会,导致肥胖的原因有很多,主要是由于人体饮食结构和饮食习惯不够科学以及运动过少综合因素所造成,部分还有遗传,新陈代谢和神经精神等的原因。肥胖不仅使人行动不便,是心血管疾病,特别是冠心病的诱因。在临床诊病过程中绝大多数高血压患者都是超重或肥胖体型。据统计肥胖症患者高血压的患病率是体型正常者的6倍;而美国第三次全国营养与健康普查结果显示,无论男性还是女性,高血压病的患病率随着BMI(身体质量指数)的上升而呈现出增加的现象。最新的中国健康调查数据显示,我国的肥胖指数为17%左右,超重肥胖率男性为39.8%,女性为38.7%,增长的速度在过去5年里出现直线上升,尤其是在青少年中间增长速度明显,呈年轻化趋势。肥胖的问题已严重影响到了人们的日常生活和健康。
改变生活方式、药物治疗和外科治疗是主要的减肥手段。其中改变生活方式是人们普遍接受的健康减肥方式,包括运动和控制饮食两种,但难点在于坚持,不合理的运动和节食会带来极大的健康隐患。而目前药物减肥产品在现有市场上占有很大的比例,一种是作用于中枢神经的食物抑制剂,又称厌食性药物;另一种则是作用于外周的脂肪酶抑制剂,通过阻断饮食中部分脂肪的吸收来达到减肥的效果,药物减肥的特点是费用高,副作用大。
在控制饮食、运动或药物治疗不能达到理想的情况下,外科手术是使肥胖症患者获得长期而稳定减肥效果的重要方式,一方面能够把身体内部部分脂肪抽除了,另一方面则是易反弹,即起不到治本的作用,且手术后易留疤痕。
目前市场上还没有在保证人体健康所需各种营养素的同时,达到理想减肥效果的产品,这既是肥胖症人群所需要的,也是当前健康医疗概念所提倡的。本发明结合了中医医疗理念,将去除无功效成分,富集高活性功效的原料(熊果酸、山楂黄酮、茯苓多糖、莱菔子不饱和脂肪酸,荷叶生物碱和多酚成分)添加于配方营养粉中,向人体提供所需营养素的同时,通过抑制前脂肪细胞增殖和分化,抑制脂肪的吸收和合成,增加机体能量的消耗等途径,减少机体脂肪的沉积,从而达到减肥的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品及其制备方法,针对单纯性肥胖人群,该中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品不仅配方科学合理,而且营养成分全面,实验证明,各主要成分对减肥的功能有互补增效的作用。
为了实现以上目的及其他目的,本发明是通过包括以下技术方案实现的:该特殊膳食食品(每100g产品)由营养素基质、复合维生素、复合矿物质以及复合中药材提取物组成;其中所述营养素基质包括:麦芽糊精7~11g、食用葡萄糖8~15g、中链甘油三酯微囊粉1~6g、亚麻籽油微囊粉0.1~1g、植物脂肪粉1~6g、浓缩乳清蛋白粉10~50g、魔芋精粉2~8g、椰浆粉1~10g、全脂乳粉10~30g、菊粉1~8g、木糖醇1~8g、低聚异麦芽糖1~10g、异麦芽酮糖醇0.1~6g、L-阿拉伯糖1~6g、左旋肉碱0.1~5g、酪蛋白酸钠1~9g、黄原胶0.1~6g、微晶纤维素0.1~8g、食用香精0.1~5g;复合维生素包括:维生素A115~396(µg RE),维生素D1.0~12µg,维生素E1.5~25(mg ɑ-TE),维生素B1100~3800µg,维生素B2200~4000µg,维生素B6 300~4100µg,维生素B120.1~6.0µg,维生素C10~100mg,烟酸1.5~25mg,叶酸30~300µg,泛酸0.1~10mg,生物素2~55µg,左旋肉碱0.1~5.0g;复合矿物质包括:钠100~850mg,钾300~2000mg,铜200~1600µg,镁20~350mg,铁0.5~20mg,锌0.4~15mg,锰400~2600µg,钙100~900mg,磷105~1000mg,碘22.5~75µg,硒5~60µg;
复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比如下茯苓20-35%、山楂5-15%、荷叶15-25%、生姜5-15%、红枣10-20%、泽泻1-12%,注:aRE为视黄醇当量。1µg RE=1µg全反式视黄醇(维生素A)=3.33IU维生素A,维生素A只包括预先形成的视黄醇,在计算和声称维生素A活性时不包括任何的类胡萝卜素组分,b 1 mg ɑ-TE(ɑ-生育酚当量)=40 IU维生素D。
上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其植物脂肪粉含有以下有效成分:ɑ-亚麻酸(ALA)、亚油酸(LA)、花生四烯酸(ARA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA);来源依次为:大豆油、玉米油、紫苏籽油、亚麻籽油;100g成品中各有效成分含量分别为:ɑ-亚麻酸100~500mg、亚油酸500~1600mg、花生四烯酸200~350mg、二十二碳六烯酸150~500mg。
上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复配维生素来源依次为:醋酸视黄酯(维生素A),胆钙化醇(维生素D),dl-α-醋酸生育酚(维生素E),盐酸硫胺素(维生素B1),核黄素(维生素B2),盐酸吡哆醇(维生素B6 ),氰钴胺(1%)(维生素B12),L-抗坏血酸(维生素C),烟酸,叶酸,D-泛酸钙(泛酸),D-生物素(2%)(生物素),左旋肉碱。
上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复配矿物质来源依次为:氯化钠(钠),磷酸氢二钾(钾),葡萄糖酸铜(铜),葡萄糖酸镁(镁),富马酸亚铁(铁),葡萄糖酸锌(锌),硫酸锰(锰),乳酸钙(钙),碘化钾(碘),亚硒酸钠(硒),磷酸二氢钠(磷)。
上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比进一步如下茯苓30%,山楂12% ,荷叶21.75%,生姜10%,红枣18%,泽泻8.25%。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明提供上述中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括:
复合中药材有效成分的制备:
A)将茯苓、山楂、荷叶、生姜、红枣、泽泻按重量比例称量,清洗去除杂质、异物或灰尘后,粉碎为200目的粗颗粒,将粉碎成的粗颗粒与温度0℃、含水量0.5%的冷冻干燥空气共同注入超微粉碎机,利用高速气流将中药粗颗粒粉碎为粒径为2500目的超微中药粉。超微粉碎机用气流粉碎机,内部工作温度为8℃,工作压力1MP,冷冻干燥空气的压力为0.8MP。中药粗颗粒经超微粉碎后所排出的附带有超微中药粉的气流经过滤、除尘搜集后制成超微中药粉;
B)将上述超微中药粉,用70%乙醇回流提取,料液比1:15-1:20,浸泡60min,提取3次,前两次各1小时,第三次2小时。合并3次提取液,过滤,取上清液备用;
C)将上述制备的上清液进行低温喷雾干燥,真空度-0.06MPa~-0.03MPa,浓缩时间为40-60min,浓缩温度为50-70℃。选择β-环状糊精为喷雾干燥最佳助干剂。进风温度80-100℃,进料速度4-8mL/min,助干剂用量为4%-8%,过筛网(80-100目),备用;
将麦芽糊精以及食用葡萄糖、中链甘油三酯微囊粉、全脂乳粉按其重量百分数在预混器中预混合,其中,在预混合前,向预混器中冲入氮气后封闭预混器,在预混合均匀后,得到预混料;然后,将该预混料与乳清蛋白粉、复方中药材提取粉、复合矿物质、复合维生素按其重量百分数混合,得到中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品干粉,即粉剂。
本发明的配方科学合理,其主要功效如下:
在控制人体能量摄入的同时,保证人体健康所需营养物质,含有完整的五大营养素,供能配比合适的糖类、蛋白质和脂肪,还含有28种维生素及矿物质,并特别添加乳清蛋白和聚葡萄糖。

红枣:富含胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分。具有归脾胃经、补中益气、养血安神,调和药性等功效。所含有的环磷酸腺苷,是人体细胞能量代谢的必需成分,能够增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用;
泽泻:味甘淡,性寒,归肾膀胱经,具有利水渗湿,泄热通淋之功效,可降血脂、血糖,利尿保肝。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步的说明,下述各实施例仅用于举例说明本发明,而对本发明的保护范围不起限制作用。
实施例1
一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,以100kg±2kg计,它由以下原料配制而成:
麦芽糊精8.5g、食用葡萄糖9g、中链甘油三酯微囊粉2.5g、亚麻籽油微囊粉0.5g、植物脂肪粉3.5g、浓缩乳清蛋白粉15g、魔芋精粉4g、椰浆粉5g、全脂乳粉11g、菊粉3g、木糖醇4g、低聚异麦芽糖3g、异麦芽酮糖醇4g、L-阿拉伯糖2g、左旋肉碱1.5g、酪蛋白酸钠4g、黄原胶3.5g、微晶纤维素2g、食用香精2g、复合维生素1g、复合矿物质5g,复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比如下茯苓32%、山楂10%、荷叶20.5%、生姜13%、红枣15%、泽泻9.5%。
生产工艺如下:
1.将茯苓、山楂、荷叶、生姜、红枣、泽泻按重量比例称量,清洗去除杂质、异物或灰尘后,粉碎为200目的粗颗粒,将粉碎成的粗颗粒与温度0℃、含水量0.5%的冷冻干燥空气共同注入超微粉碎机,利用高速气流将中药粗颗粒粉碎为粒径为2500目的超微中药粉。超微粉碎机用气流粉碎机,内部工作温度为8℃,工作压力1MP,冷冻干燥空气的压力为0.8MP。中药粗颗粒经超微粉碎后所排出的附带有超微中药粉的气流经过滤、除尘搜集后制成超微中药粉;
2.将上述超微中药粉,用70%乙醇回流提取,料液比1:15-1:20,浸泡60min,提取3次,前两次各1小时,第三次2小时。合并3次提取液,过滤,取上清液备用;
3.将上述制备的上清液进行低温喷雾干燥,真空度-0.06MPa~-0.03MPa,浓缩时间为40-60min,浓缩温度为50-70℃。选择β-环状糊精为喷雾干燥最佳助干剂。进风温度80-100℃,进料速度4-8mL/min,助干剂用量为4%-8%,过筛网(80-100目),备用;
4.将麦芽糊精以及食用葡萄糖、中链甘油三酯微囊粉、全脂乳粉按其重量百分数在预混器中预混合,其中,在预混合前,向预混器中冲入氮气后封闭预混器,在预混合均匀后,得到预混料;然后,将该预混料与乳清蛋白粉、复方中药材提取粉、复合矿物质、复合维生素按其重量百分数混合,得到中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品成品。
实施例2:
选用原料配方:麦芽糊精9g、食用葡萄糖10g、中链甘油三酯微囊粉2.1g、亚麻籽油微囊粉0.6g、植物脂肪粉3.9g、浓缩乳清蛋白粉14g、魔芋精粉4g、椰浆粉6g、全脂乳粉10g、菊粉2g、木糖醇3g、低聚异麦芽糖3g、异麦芽酮糖醇4g、L-阿拉伯糖1.8g、左旋肉碱1g、酪蛋白酸钠4g、黄原胶3.4g、微晶纤维素2g、食用香精2.2g、复合维生素2g、复合矿物质6g,复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比如下茯苓29%、山楂11%、荷叶22.5%、生姜14%、红枣16%、泽泻7.5%。
按实施例1步骤进行操作。
使用效果验证
用实施案例1特殊膳食食品,对随机抽取的测试者作为实验组,让其服用本中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品。服用方法:20g/袋,2袋/天,共30天,先在杯子中加入约200mL冷饮用水,再取一包(20g)本减肥特殊膳食食品,缓慢加入水中并搅拌均匀,再加入200mL温开水,再次搅拌均可直接饮食。对照组进行正常饮食,两组在干预期间均未服用其他同类产品。

通过对实验组和对照组实验前后体重指标的对比,由表1可知,整个30天实验组的体重减少量为4.4±1.1(kg),对照组的体重减少量为1.0±0.2(kg),实验组比对照组多了3.4±0.9(kg)。可以明显的发现,实验组在30天内体重减少的总量比对照组体重减少的总量多,这不仅说明在相同时间内,实验组比对照组的减肥效果更好,而且可以表明本中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品减肥效果明显。

通过对实验组和对照组实验前后脂肪含量指标的对比,由表2可知,整个30天实验组的体脂肪减少量为4.2±1.1(kg),对照组的体重减少量为1.2±0.5(kg),实验组比对照组多了3.0±0.6(kg)。可以直接地发现实验组的体脂肪含量比对照组体脂肪含量降低地更加明显。可以说在相同的时间内,实验组比对照组的减肥效果更好。

对比分析实验组和对照组的身体质量参数(BMI)发现,30天前后的实验组和对照组均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),整个30天实验组的BMI减少量为1.6±0.6(kg/m2),对照组的体重减少量为0.4±0.2(kg/m2),实验组比对照组多了1.2±0.4(kg/m2)。实验组的BMI均值降低幅度大与对照组。充分说明本中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品的减肥效果。
以上举例的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明并不限于以上实施例,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和构思的前提下直接导出或联想到的其他改进和变化,均应认为包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.该特殊膳食食品(每100g产品)由营养素基质、复合维生素、复合矿物质以及复合中药材提取物组成;其中所述营养素基质包括:麦芽糊精7~11g、食用葡萄糖8~15g、中链甘油三酯微囊粉1~6g、亚麻籽油微囊粉0.1~1g、植物脂肪粉1~6g、浓缩乳清蛋白粉10~50g、魔芋精粉2~8g、椰浆粉1~10g、全脂乳粉10~30g、菊粉1~8g、木糖醇1~8g、低聚异麦芽糖1~10g、异麦芽酮糖醇0.1~6g、L-阿拉伯糖1~6g、左旋肉碱0.1~5g、酪蛋白酸钠1~9g、黄原胶0.1~6g、微晶纤维素0.1~8g、食用香精0.1~5g;复合维生素包括:维生素A115~396(µg RE)a,维生素D1.0~12µg,维生素E1.5~25(mg ɑ-TE)b,维生素B1100~3800µg,维生素B2200~4000µg,维生素B6 300~4100µg,维生素B120.1~6.0µg,维生素C10~100mg,烟酸1.5~25mg,叶酸30~300µg,泛酸0.1~10mg,生物素2~55µg,左旋肉碱0.1~5.0g;复合矿物质包括:钠100~850mg,钾300~2000mg,铜200~1600µg,镁20~350mg,铁0.5~20mg,锌0.4~15mg,锰400~2600µg,钙100~900mg,磷105~1000mg,碘22.5~75µg,硒5~60µg;复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比如下复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比如下茯苓20-35%、山楂5-15%、荷叶15-25%、生姜5-15%、红枣10-20%、泽泻1-12%,注:aRE为视黄醇当量,1µg RE=1µg全反式视黄醇(维生素A)=3.33IU维生素A,
维生素A只包括预先形成的视黄醇,在计算和声称维生素A活性时不包括任何的类胡萝卜素组分,b 1 mg ɑ-TE(ɑ-生育酚当量)=40 IU维生素D。
2.上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其植物脂肪粉含有以下有效成分:ɑ-亚麻酸(ALA)、亚油酸(LA)、花生四烯酸(ARA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA);来源依次为:大豆油、玉米油、紫苏籽油、亚麻籽油;100g成品中各有效成分含量分别为:ɑ-亚麻酸100~500mg、亚油酸500~1600mg、花生四烯酸200~350mg、二十二碳六烯酸150~500mg。
3.上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复配维生素来源依次为:醋酸视黄酯(维生素A),胆钙化醇(维生素D),dl-α-醋酸生育酚(维生素E),盐酸硫胺素(维生素B1),核黄素(维生素B2),盐酸吡哆醇(维生素B6 ),氰钴胺(1%)(维生素B12),L-抗坏血酸(维生素C),烟酸,叶酸,D-泛酸钙(泛酸),D-生物素(2%)(生物素),左旋肉碱。
4.上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复配矿物质来源依次为:氯化钠(钠),磷酸氢二钾(钾),葡萄糖酸铜(铜),葡萄糖酸镁(镁),富马酸亚铁(铁),葡萄糖酸锌(锌),硫酸锰(锰),乳酸钙(钙),碘化钾(碘),亚硒酸钠(硒),磷酸二氢钠(磷)。
5.上述的一种中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品,其复合中药材有效成分的原料及其各功效组分重量百分比进一步如下茯苓20%,莱菔子12.5%,山楂10%,荷叶13.75%,生姜5%,红枣5%,薏苡仁20%,决明子7.5%,泽泻6.25%。
6.根据本发明的另一方面,本发明提供上述中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括:
复合中药材有效成分的制备:
A)将茯苓、莱菔子、山楂、荷叶、生姜、红枣、薏苡仁、决明子、泽泻按重量比例称量,清洗去除杂质、异物或灰尘后,粉碎为200目的粗颗粒,将粉碎成的粗颗粒与温度0℃、含水量0.5%的冷冻干燥空气共同注入超微粉碎机,利用高速气流将中药粗颗粒粉碎为粒径为2500目的超微中药粉;超微粉碎机用气流粉碎机,内部工作温度为8℃,工作压力1MP,冷冻干燥空气的压力为0.8MP;中药粗颗粒经超微粉碎后所排出的附带有超微中药粉的气流经过滤、除尘搜集后制成超微中药粉;
B)将上述超微中药粉,用70%乙醇回流提取,料液比1:15-1:20,浸泡60min,提取3次,前两次各1小时,第三次2小时,合并3次提取液,过滤,取上清液备用;
C)将上述制备的上清液进行低温喷雾干燥,真空度-0.06MPa~-0.03MPa,浓缩时间为40-60min,浓缩温度为50-70℃,选择β-环状糊精为喷雾干燥最佳助干剂,
进风温度80-100℃,进料速度4-8mL/min,助干剂用量为4%-8%,过筛网(80-100目),备用;将麦芽糊精以及食用葡萄糖、中链甘油三酯微囊粉、全脂乳粉按其重量百分数在预混器中预混合,其中,在预混合前,向预混器中冲入氮气后封闭预混器,在预混合均匀后,得到预混料;然后,将该预混料与乳清蛋白粉、复方中药材提取粉末、复合矿物质、复合维生素和枸杞粉按其重量百分数混合,得到中药复方减肥特殊膳食食品干粉,即粉剂。
